There is plenty and I do not know why you want to create a token of your own? If you can not provide a better use case from your token then your token will be dead after some time. First you need to decide clearly what each token represents then go talk to a specialized lawyer who actually knows something about cryptocurrencies (that is rare, at least in my country). Unfortunately we still don't have a legal framework for asset tokenization and it might be a harsh road, but if you are really passionate and eager to spread the crypto movement, I encourage you to do so.
