Title: ATH will be in 2021!
Post by: jademaxxiss012 on November 27, 2020, 03:28:23 AM
What do you think guys?

I am a little bit afraid for those who bought btc just recently where market recorded 19K$ per btc. Now, the current market drops and if they get emotional and sell it then it is already a loss for them. If it happen that they can hold it then I guess there is still a chance that they could earn especially if ATH will going to break more than 20K. But btc market is very unpredictable so good luck to all!

Anyway, I had a question will ATH happening this year? or in the year 2021?

What do you think?

It's possible this year but I think it will happen next year.

Take it slowly, the market with slow but steady growth has more strength than the market that is full of hype.
We've seen bitcoin at $19k this year, I think that's enough as a statement that nothing is impossible and bitcoin is a strong asset.

As the price is dumping right now, I'm not expecting a bullish move will be next anytime soon.

We are not sure about that just like what you said it's really unpredictable market I was really expecting it would continuously go up and exceed $19.5k but not it's around $17.2k I wish I wasn't that greedy and sell a portion of my investment.

There is a big possibility that BTC will go beyond 20k next year if the analyst is correct saying that the price is in correction and we might see another surge in the coming months and there is always the downtrend where market starts to slowdown.

We don't know what will be the next move in the market. Everyone are much hopefully predicting the price to reach new ath this year. Days back when the market was above $19000 it was close enough to make a new ath. Now the drop in the price has created some panic moments, and this will surely make sone disturbance. This is something like a correction before a large scale price pumping for an ath to be reached.

Bitcoin started pumping since we enter pandemic, that make so many people lost their job, and finding it difficult to grow their businesse in the country. Bitcoin is still rising that is making other cryptocurrencies decrease in the market that is making their investors to experience loss in their business over 8 month. Many people are still doubting if bitcoin will pump through out the the year 2020, for them to make a good profit from their Investment and to also invest more on bitcoin before another cryptocurrencies take over soon.
Since Ethereum was dumping during the pandemic which was causing so many investors to experience small profit from their Investment . Ethereum is about to put a smile, in the eyes of investors who still believe in Ethereum that it will rise soon to improve more than bitcoin in the exchange market.

I am not really looking at a ATH for now what I mostly focus on is taking profits from swing trading. Anytime now can be ATH so we should be focus on the market but if we are not be able achieve it this year let's hope that earlier on 2021 it will hit at least $20,000.

It's possible this year but I think it will happen next year.
Sure it will be in 2021 if the history repeats its past steps. People waited and hoped too much that Bitcoin can break the cap at $20 with its first attempt to test and break the super strong resistance. I did not believe it and I think it will be break after the third or fourth attempt.

2017 and 2021 is a complete cycle of four years for bitcoin. It is odds if the cycle is shortened to 3 years.

We've seen bitcoin at $19k this year, I think that's enough as a statement that nothing is impossible and bitcoin is a strong asset.
The good message from this amazing run is showing all observers (who invested or not yet invested in bitcoin) that bitcoin is absolutely amazing and it is prepared for the next parabolic bull run. Last months of this year, it is a warm up for next full bull run, next year. Enjoy the dip and try to do dollar cost averaging by buying the fucking dip.

It is correction and a healthy correction, I waited for it and the expiration of future contracts.

I think Bitcoin will hit ATH in mid-December or early January. However, my prediction could be wrong. But I have strong beliefs. I don't mind people who have sold their bitcoins today. let them lose and I'll take the opportunity to buy some more cheaply.

A countless no one knows if it will. I am believing that 2021 is probably going to be a good year as what everyone is expecting. But I'm starting to be scared at the same time and having a thought of those what if. What if it will be the same as 2018.
However, I'm having that idea as well that it's not going to be the same anymore as 2018. Since 2019, the market has got better and with all of these fundamentals and positive news we've got, that makes my mind to go into the positive thought of having a great year of 2021. Howbeit, I'll remain as a holder and believer.

With the current trend, I think it's not bad to invest some funds on the side, and you are willing to risk. We can never know the reality until it happens. Imagine those people who bought in the 2017-2018 bubble that are looking at Bitcoin now. It has come back, and they probably regretted their actions. I think that's what we need to be on the lookout for, being firm with your belief. Either BTC will rise or not, you should believe and not be emotional about your decisions.

ATH will probably happen in 2021. That's just what I see today.

This time will be almost the same as in 2017, but this time, people who bought bitcoin will have the chance to sell their bitcoin for more than $20k or even higher. But if they can't manage their emotions every time they see the price is down, they will lose the opportunity to profit from the highest price. As you said, the bitcoin market is very unpredictable, but we can still profit from the up and down of the market. If you can use the moment to buy at the dip and sell at a high price, you will have that profit. Otherwise, you can hold your bitcoin and wait for the highest price.

But we already saw the ATH happening this year because the price can increase so high more than $18k, although the price is down now. But we can hope that the next ATH will be happening this year or next month or next year, and that will be possible to happen and see the next ATH.

No one knows when ATH will happen, but yes we can predict.
Actually the price of Bitcoins depends on us.
If the demand of the coin will be more, then the Supply will less and thus the price of the coin will rise.
If there isn't enough demand of the coin, then the price will gradually fall.
Many of the investors and traders predicted Bitcoins will easily cross 20k+ USD this year, but currently the coin's price is falling.
Let's see what happens next.

Might be good to really see a new all time high next year. We don't want to reach it very quickly as it might cause a bubble. As the saying goes, slowly but surely approach. And it's good that we have this kind of shake up this early, just look at how many threads coming from newbies saying that they are getting nervous and don't want to see the price trading sideways, lol.

So I'm OK with the price get to a new all time high next year, it could be more than what we expect.

It seems that until now 20k is still a strong resistance, it cannot be prevented, but all the things that happen to the movement of bitcoin I don't think can really be real, all just predictions that can be wrong.

As we know at the beginning of last month where the top analysts predict the price movement of bitcoin will weaken and can fall between $ 8k to $ 3k, but the market says differently, and now the price of bitcoin has flown away, of course this is a lesson in itself that it can't be true -really examined how the movement of bitcoin will occur in the year 2021.

ATH will not happen this year, because based on the halving that bitcoin has experienced both the first and second, a year later it will happen.
We know that the third halving happened this year, so naturally if we look at the experiences that have already happened, next year ATH will happen.

so this year bitcoin will remain as it was like the past few months it will go up and down all the time and it is difficult to predict, so there will be no surprises that will occur at the end of this year.
the price range may be between $ 16K only.

WE are not yet certain of how things will happen for this year and the following years. We have seen a rapid price increase on the previous months but there is also a sudden downfall which could be a correction if we will base on what happened in the past. But what's the real deal is no one having certainty if this year's ATH still has a chance to come into reality knowing that there is a month still, for the price to again increase. So maybe, it is waiting we can only do.

It surely is dumping right now and I got quite sad when I saw that. I thought the price would continually go up after it has reached $19k. But I guess that's just how the market goes. I'm still thankful though that I can continue earning before the ATH comes. At least when it's here, I'll have more profit. Hoping for the best.

Don't get fooled but this small drawback: too many people bought bitcoin at the top in 2017 only to get burned afterward. Many instead decided to get some decent profit and that's inevitable.
So if you believe in the rise of the honey badger, no worries and keep accumulating at lower levels. The ATH is only postponed  ;)

No one can predict with certainty. Currently, I see bitcoin is trying to improve after a correction a few hours ago. It could be that this year bitcoin can pass the ATH price and then dump again or the price will continue to rise until next year. We don't know the price of ATH that bitcoin can be explored at this time.

In the news, they say that Chinese miners, who withdrew their coins from the OKEX exchange, are to blame for the fall in prices.
https://www.trustnodes.com/2020/11/18/miners-unable-to-sell-their-bitcoin-as-china-freezes-accounts
If this is the only reason for the fall in prices, then soon the market should turn around.
This is not the first time the Chinese have been accused of manipulating the price of bitcoin.

there is no certainty if BTC price will be $20k by this year.  It's not even going up anymore. one thing is for sure, it had been dumped. this could be the day when the price starts jumping up again. right now it will just keep the bouncing from $16k-$17k but there is a possibility that it will submerge down to $15k before going up on Dec 1. The start of the month is the start of a new recovery. ho ho merry xmas.

Anything can happen, the market needs some more positive news as a catalyst for the new movement higher. Some investors and traders decided to fix some profit from btc bull run which is logical too, if you bought at $4-5k your ROI is pretty good already. The trend is still strongly bullish and it's still almost a month till the end of the year so ATH is still possible.

All of a sudden a good ATH of bitcoin dumped to the lowest ATH and because of it i guess there are some of the investors who have been lose their investment. Everyone wishes that after the 2 season we have waited before the year 2020 ends may the bitcoin price shouldn't be like what happened in the start year of 2018.

For now Bitcoin seems to be experiencing a decline, but this is just a trend where Bitcoin price will go to ATH in December or January 2021, because the whales already know and deliberately sell it first and buy it back to hold it until the price will be higher than yesterday's price. So now is a very good time to buy Bitcoin and then store it and wait for the Bitcoin price to go to the moon.

There is no one who will know exactly, before bitcoin price touch $19.500 there is no one who will be assume that bitcoin can reach the all time high at this year. But, when bitcoin rally there are so many people who optimistic that bitcoin can pass $20.000 before the end of this year.

Honestly, it just need one day to change our prediction, bitcoin price drop to $16200 yesterday and many people predicting that the bull run is over. I don't think like that, bitcoin just meet a correction and so far it is healthy correction. Can you see the montly chart? If you know technical analyst especially harmonic pattern analyst you will consider that the correction will be temporaly and the price will increase again.

As a trader, I just anticipate to the breakout but of course I also reacting to the current price action. Right now the price made a pullback that indicating that the ATH breakout will not yet happen in this month. I really thought that we will gonna see that the price of bitcoin will surpass $20,000 per each before the November ends but the pullback happened where the price been exhausted and for me it is really normal but we should not expect that the new ATH will happen in this current year.

Actually, no one can predict the new ATH maybe could be this year or next, but there is something different with this bullrun which is the stagnant of altcoin price. The high movement of price were only on Btc, ETH, Ltc, xrp xlm, respectively. The bitcoin is going through a recovery phase as it is now so definitely the bitcoin price will about $19k toward 2021

Only immature investor will sell their coin at lower price in this situation. Experienced investor will hold, cause I don't consider current market movement as bear market. Hopefully we are going through the price correction. And the market will recover soon. I think the ATH will occur within this year or it may happen at the beginning of next year. Everything depends on the correction period now.

Bitcoin is in bull trend now and even if it dropped 16-18% recently, it does not mean that the bull trend is over. Bitcoin may still pull bakc from here and test the 19400$ and perhaps cross it.
I am hopeful that bitcoin will break ATH in december this year.

Even if there is a dump in the price of Bitcoin we have to wait patiently for it to be pumped again. I have no idea how much the ATH will go up in 2021 because it is very difficult to predict the future as prices go up and down. But Bitcoin can pump a lot. Prices are starting to go down but are going up again pumping a lot in 2021. ATH will be in 2021 will decline this year but will pump next year because the demand for this currency in the crypto market is always high.

there obvious answer to that is if theres no ath that will happen this year then the ath can happen next year and if its still not happening we shall say that ath will occur next next years  but i felt sorry for the people that bought at 19k , they got really excited when they saw that btc is turning into beast mode but it turns out that it was only a show off or a trap  .

others could have learned what they did on the year 2017 and they adapt that experience to change thier selves . kudos to them

Price shake I guess can be caused by some who are experiencing FOMO and FUD. Another reason is I guess it could also be due to the season where people are now more into spending just like in the US that they have this Thanksgiving and Black Friday where Americans tend to be lavish during this season and make bitcoins more accessible in the market that could possibly pull down the price because of it's higher availability during this period of time.

Though I'm still positive that the new ATH will still be within the current year probably it may happen in the first two weeks of December for more investors are coming in and people have decided to own one bitcoin or at least a fraction of it but if I will be wrong, it may not be bad to think that ATH will still happen early next year.

Well, it is not an easy question as no one can answer it with certainty. We only can guess or predict in a certain way. But the result doesn't always happen as predicted. Okay, back to the question "this year or next year?". IMHO, ATH won't happen suddenly after correction, it needs time to move up for the maximum achievement. So, it is likely to happen in the next year, this year is almost over while it is in the correction phase. Yep, in theory, 2021 is more realistic as the time for ATH than this year.

Fuck em. :P

Newbies won't learn any other way. Most entrants to this market get banged around a few times, losing their coins selling the bottom out of fear, or from getting force liquidated. Some of those people are going to exit the market calling Bitcoin a scam. Some of them will lick their wounds, learn from their mistakes, and become hardened Bitcoin investors. That's just the way it goes.

Anyway, I had a question will ATH happening this year? or in the year 2021?

I need to see a break above or below the current ~$16K-$18K range before I'm too confident saying one way or the other. A breakdown after this level of consolidation would imply distribution and would suggest a larger 30%+ correction to me. An upwards break would open the door for a possible new ATH this year.

Kinda hard this year as we might be seeing a lot of corrections when Btc draws closer to $20,000, but still possible since we have still 1 month to go before 2021.
There's still have a lot of time for Btc to make a good run on December. As you can see, the correction made the price pull back down to the level of $16,000, but it tends to bounce back like it's really aiming to break the ATH.
While, I'm feeling comfortable for Btc hitting new ATH early on 2021.

No one can answer in regards to your question because no man can predict on what would be the future looks like and if theres someone whom do able to then you do really believe that he would talk
and telling people on what he do knows? Its definitely a NO!.

Panic selling is pretty common mistake for those people who do bought on the peak and then suddenly the price had plummet down onto their entry point which would really create that kind of emotion
on where you do have lots of things that had been thinking that the price might go even down more and saying that you should sell as fast as you can so that you would prevent further loss without even
thinking the probabilities of recovery.

Not all would really have that kind of long patience for them to wait up for couple of years before on breaking even and majority will be that too impatient and sell off in loss then buy again in lower
price which it isnt a bad idea or simply making some cost averaging in trading terms.

Then we will wait again, but regardless if it's going to happen this year or next year, I guess it will be inevitable. We are still in the bullish momentum and greed index is still very high. FOMO and then institutional money will continue to flow, so most likely 2021 will be a realistic year that we might see a new all time high again.

Just the question on what will be the top or the bubble price in 2021. Double the previous all time high or more?

No one can predict with certainty. Currently, I see bitcoin is trying to improve after a correction a few hours ago. It could be that this year bitcoin can pass the ATH price and then dump again or the price will continue to rise until next year. We don't know the price of ATH that bitcoin can be explored at this time.

the end of this year bitcoin will not reach the ATH there is only bitcoin correcting the price to stay at the price range of $ 16K + only, that is the best thing The actual ATH will occur next year and you cannot predict what month, if you look at the past November and December halving. will there be a change sooner? it is not customary to conclude and we are patient to wait.

If the price can not increase more than the last high price, we need to satisfy the last price and enjoy the bitcoin price's uptrend and downtrend. But we will see another time for bitcoin price to increase and make a new ATH later, and maybe that will happen in the next year. It is better we wait for a while and have more patience to wait for that time.

We should not be very fast in drawing conclusion at this point in time, becasue the rate at which Bitcoin has started it movement we might be seeing something close to All Time High in 2017, though this is under probability. If the correction point was at $16k+ then we should be mindful of the possibility of Bitcoin seeing something bigger than the $19k+ which we saw before the correction took place few days ago. Though the first two weeks for the month of December are always for celebration sales, so, we might see something bad but let hope for something diffrent to happen this celebration season.

There is still a big possibility that Bitcoin's ATH will still happen within this year. There is still a full month left before 2021 finally comes in, so I think the days left of 2020 are not really worthless. That's 30 days at least. A lot can happen within 30 days. If it is possible, and it has been proven just recently, for Bitcoin to rise more than $1,000 in a day, then $20,000 is not very far. We could have it anytime within December's first week.

Don't worry about those who bought at $19,000. It's up to them to be weak and sell at a loss or be strong ang make profit.

There is a chance that it could happen before this year ends but to be more precise if the market would continue to go up we could see it happen in 2021,
The price has fall down to $17K from $19K and it has been steady for a day or 2 now we are still waiting for it's next move.

This is also what I have observe in the market once the current price will shows a progress there is a high possibilities to reach an all time high this year. If it will continue to declined the opposite will happen. The market is unpredictable yet I’m also positive if not this year,  all time high could be attained by the year 2021.

The same possibility with next year if that's the case. 'coz if the market will not be able to reach another ATH this year, we won' t be sure that next year will be having a higher chance to do so since there's no consistency with this market. Indeed, we may still hold for that idea this year because this year is not yet over and with that being said, they're still "fire" for our hopes. We've witnessed how close the market price was from its ATH and it just fell short before the correction occur. And now, many investors are selling their holdings already. But I'd probably hold than to sell at this moment, because that I think will generate bigger profit in the future.

I think the market will be in correction mode until end of year. So ATH will not be passed probably until like February I think.

It isn't surprising that a correction happened just before hitting the old peak and $20k. Those are big psychological barriers so it makes sense people started profit taking just under those levels.

I'm surprised by how shallow this correction has been so far. I think it'll deepen in the coming weeks. I'd be very surprised if Bitcoin doesn't go down to at least $13,000s. Next time it pumps though it should slice right through $20k, probably in February or March.

I hope you're right. There's nothing better, or safer, than buying after a really deep correction. We haven't seen a single 30-40% pullback since the rally started in March. In contrast, we saw them all throughout 2016 and 2017, so we best be ready for it.

Once it happens, there's nothing to do but catch the knife, hold strong, and go long. 8)

I'm surprised too. I'm also not confident in that scenario until we see a pronounced breakdown from here. Playing it by ear.....

I think that people who are buying before the ATH should not have any type of panic, because bitcoin will have a much higher increase than ATH, you have to be calm and know how to wait, the market will recover and will exceed $ 20 if it falls k, it may reach a new ATH by 2021 but this year too it may close with many possibilities of new highs.

So many speculations arise, Bullrun this year, Bullrun next year? No, we can't get assurance for that because no one had control of the Bitcoin price trend. As long as the market remains volatile, we can simply say that assurance but just only for positive hopes. Besides, Bitcoin is still in the bullish season, the momentum still in a good run, and anytime, might be ATH appears again.

All the coming sentiment is always surprising, we can certainly point out what will happen next either by dumping or pumping, all we need is to keep positive despite some declines.

FED, ECB and some other major central banks have some control. Print more money ==> Bitcoin and other cryptos go up. :)

It does not matter if bitcoin goes to ATH now , in december or in january. It will surely cross the all time high within next 2- 3 months. The only thing concerning is that there are bear flags on bitcoin recently and i hope it does not dump to 12000$.

Why? It's just a chance to scoop up cheap coins. Even if you don't have any cash to put in right now, $12-14K is a beautiful range to go long from. Much safer, and also much more upside potential than if you go long from here.

As long as you're not the one selling $12K, there's nothing to worry about. :P

Right now it's hard to answer that question because the market is moving up and down, just when we think that we are heading to $20k suddenly the market make a big turn and drop to 11% I have a hard time to analyze if we are going to reach another all time this year, because of the volatility of the market.

That 11% drop occurred after a 90% spike. The problem in cryptocurrency market is that everyone want to talk about the 11% drop, but very few would acknowledge the fact that Bitcoin had almost doubled during the last 3-4 weeks. With any asset, we can expect a major correction after such a sharp rally. You can take the example of stocks, bullion or even real estate. What happened with Bitcoin during the last few days was very much expected.

I hope so, I mean it looks like things are not doing awesome right now, so that means we are not doing as great as we could but we are also not that far away neither.

Having like a 10% drop suddenly made all the talks about bitcoin being horrible but the reality is that it is not horrible at all, in fact it is very up compared to recently, we just need to realize are we going to keep going down or are we going to start going back up? That is the most important part about crypto right now. I feel like we are not going to start going down even more, we have gone down and that was it, I doubt there would be any more further going down left in the tank and we will go back up.

No matter when the new ATH will happen, we will be happy because, at that time, we can make sure to make a big profit from bitcoin. I am sure that we can see that new ATH soon. The problem is, can we calm down and enjoy the price up to and down? That will be the problem that every people who have bitcoin should answer. But I am sure that many people can calm down and not panic if the price is up and down like rollercoaster because they know that is the risk to invest in bitcoin, but not all of them will know.

Go down? did you just recently check the chart wherein the price recovered after the dropped that cause panic in the market. I'm certain that the ATH will happen before the year ends before the current price of the bitcoin is now heading into $19,000 per each again that indicating the there is a bright side if we have bitcoin right now. The market in different market is becoming better and I'm looking forward what will happen to the cryptocurrency market in these following days. Tomorrow is already December so the year will now eventually end and I want to see positive sentiments in the market again. I do not expect drops again because for me the breakout will happen soon.

He have a point but actually we don't know the future result but since we are still in good shape with little by little recovery then provably we will see the ATH reach by this year. We have months left to wait for that numbers to get reach and actually we are close to that one so it's not a surprise if we can see it. But if not for sure 2021 will bring a potential but let's not also forget the happenings way back 2018 and prepare if something bad happen so that we can secure our profits and buy back again when the dip reached.

Recently, after Bitcoin hit the $19k USD mark it suddenly goes back around $17k USD, At that time I had a slight thought that this might be the end of the run. But I was wrong, Bitcoin recovers quickly and now currently hovering around the $18k USD mark which is a good sign. Perhaps whales are just playing the price at that time. Now that it goes back, there's a chance that ATH will happen before this year ends but there's also a chance that it might occur in the 1st Quarter of the year 2021. Honestly, with bitcoin showing now it is hard to predict what will be the next move but for me, I will just keep holding.

Nope, not yet just always be prepared for another pullback from I can see this time even it is recovering to the 18k range there's low volume compared to the volume we had the last week when we hit the 19.5k range. Still getting safe from the futures market with lower leverage but yeah might be this run is for 2021, gotta keep getting sats then.

I am not sure if we will wait that long neither. Look at the price right now, it stopped going down and moved above $18k and now reaching nearly $18.6k as well, that is telling us something. I think if we are lucky enough, ATH could happen during December as well, and that is definitely in the books right now, we have to take a look at the price very carefully.

Next time we go over $19k it may not go down like this and we are only like 10-15% away from breaking over ATH. Think about it, right now prices change close to $19k and it was only $19.6k ATH which means we are about less than 5% right now, why wouldn't it happen? We have seen bitcoin move that much in a day let alone be able to do it in a month, so we can say it is definitely possible.

But we must not forget that the crypto market is very unpredictable, we can expect anything, in any case, I would not buy bitcoin now, I will wait for the decline.

Let's just be calm and easy for the current price that we've experienced lately, because for me the scenario was only temporary. Let's be careful on all our moves right now, and don't be too aggressive on what you see and it might frustrate you along the way. The unpredictable market is uncontrollable specially when you're not having acquired skills in trading. Every good opportunity comes when bitcoin goes down so every people could buy during the dip.

Today's correction occurred after bitcoin almost reached $20K or to be precise only up to $19,888 as recorded on the binance chart. I think ATH will soon be formed before the end of 2020, but who knows maybe ATH never happened. I may not be affected by the current price volatility as I haven't made any trade as long as bitcoin will hit ATH. Maybe I'll buy a little when the price dump again.

I prefer to buy bitcoin when the bear market occurs, I can buy it cheaper and hope the market recovers in some time. I think this pattern is much more effective at making a profit than I should have bought when the price was really high.

in times of fud.We should be wise or else that will surely be the reason for you to commit mistakes.
ATH would be there it might not be a guaranteed thing but we are almost on the level on breaking it.So lets be patient and wait up for the right time and with these price movements
then better use it for your advantage and trying to make out some profits with that one.Market is unpredictable but its totally bearable if you do know on what you are doing.

BTC will be moving in the sideways for the next one month and alt coins will have their way to shine. The parachute will happen in the first quarter of the year 2012 where I am expecting BTC to be minimum of 36k in price, from there we can now skyrocket.

Traders and investors have learned to control their emotions, they won't sell because bitcoin stuck at a maximum of $19k~ but they will sell at profits according to their goals. Many things can happen within a week let alone one month, we still in the early of December, bitcoin may reach the ath within mid to end of this month, at least $21k in my opinion as bitcoin is just a step away from breaking the $20k record.

That's what they say when bitcoin. went down hard to $16,500 that altcoins will shine, but it didn't happen as majority of them also fall with bitcoin. So I doubt that we will see this scenario again.

You mean 2021, yeah, I agree that next year will be big not just for bitcoin but the whole crypto market. Top ten altcoins will go and touch their all time high again, but then again, bitcoin is already setting new highs already.

Will give opportunity and chance for altcoin back to higher price in 2021 because bitcoin dominance have reach higher price and move to altcoin, many potential altcoin should you hold right now from eth, bch, xrp and the last must you hold is bnb. I think new year will have new moment for altcoin back to higher price and take many new real partner like xrp success make Standard Chartered become most success partner so for in altcoin.

Bitcoin dominance should go down though for altcoins to get a sense of superiority. Remember BTC needed to go down to below 40% dominance for alts to get their spring season.

Unless Bitcoin becomes $100k and alts only need to go 10x maybe,,, or all the problematic altcoins die. It is not going to be easy though.

I think the dominance of altcoins depends on the price of btc when it goes down so altcoins will be more basic and difficult to rise, which is difficult for us to believe now for altcoins that all of that needs a process, but at the moment it is moving quite fast because of dominance on how to react, remember I just believe that altcoins used to be different from now which tend to die faster alt.
Everyone is expecting 2021 to be altcoin season but I don't think that's enough if this upgrade wasn't too much.

Even if bitcoin rises, it would still not create a significant increase of altcoins dominance.
Look at the  dominance rate now (https://coinmarketcap.com/), it's still 62%.  and I think it will remain that way for awhile.

speaking of dominant rate, it only dropped to 37% during the altcoins season where everything goes up crazy in January 2018.

There's no problem if they bought recently or when Bitcoin hit $19k, things are looking good in the market, as I'm writing this the price is now in the $19 k level again and keeps moving up, the question of what year it will reach the all-time high, is still hanging we only have 28 days and the possibility is still there, it's exciting how the price will turn out after the end of the year.

Can't believe we already have ATH, every time someone says it, I just keep remembering it, and it creates this awesome blissful feeling as well. It is really something very special because at the end of the day we are talking about ATH and that is something major and I can't stand down at all.

Anyway, we are going to probably see breaking over the new ATH as well, bitcoin rarely ever goes just a tiny bit above ATH and goes down not to break it again, we did break it for a reason which was trying to go high, 20k along the way is just a stop and after that we will go to 25k and 30k and more and in order to go there we had to move beyond the ATH price as well. We did that now, tons of people are selling because they have been holding for a long time, but we will go back up and continue to rise.

Yes, bitcoin was corrected when he reached $19500 to $18K. All possibilities can happen, considering bitcoin is very volatile indeed.
Now the price is back and is above $19K ( now it costs $19,414). And people who buy at $19K, may not have benefited so far.
We never know if ATH will happen this year or the following year. But if you look at the price today, bitcoin is approaching ATH.
Maybe that’s why many people buy bitcoin at current prices. They are brave because they are optimistic that bitcoin will soon be ATH.

Let's see if bitcoin can keep on 19,000$ range first without too deep corrections. The longer bitcoin holds its position more chances it has to reach ATH (all time high) in 2021.
The market is very optimistic towards bitcoin's price. Some analysts predict the price is going to reach 300,000$ or 500,000$ next year. There are big companies, such as fast food networks, following bitcoin closely and even broken economical countries are already tending to let people deal with bitcoin in their territories as we have seen in Venezuela and probably Argentina. These are all good indicators for bitcoin community.

The ath gets marked by the ongoing year if the price of bitcoin stays above $19000 gaining stability. Most of the time the market crashes in a short growing high and high, and such drastic drops gives good momentum for a hard push forward. It is for sure more good is happening around the globe for bitcoin, and the same adds more power to the growth, but an ath out of the same is not a reality.

The price is fluctuating in the range of 19k-20k, it can last a few weeks but all possibilities can happen in a short time. I think the end of the year will be $20k or $25k, feeling the market is settling down to catch another bull run.

There's no 20k yet, so the price did not fluctuate at that level.
When $20k will come, things will be different as FOMO will eventually come next although a big correction will be expected after a new ATH is achieved.

We would love to see bitcoin increase toward ATH but unfortunately it is not going to be like that apparently. So maybe in January of 2021? If we take "this month" as not December but the "next 30 days" we could still reach $20k anyway, it looks like it is definitely something possible and I would definitely see it happening very soon.

All we need right now is another rally around bitcoin (and hopefully a rally for altcoins as well) and the price can definitely increase. What scares me the most is that whenever bitcoin reaches to a full point, altcoins started to increase like crazy because people realize they can't make too much profit from bitcoin and move to altcoins, that already happened which could mean that maybe the increase has slowed down or maybe even stopped? I hope not.

If you think the ATH will happen next just go ahead but for me I think it is happen this year and we still have more weeks left before the end of this year.

The next year is good year for the crypto and hoping to see a lot of coins will back to the highest value and bitcoin will become more than 20k.

What ever happen to the bitcoin if it did not reach 20k dollars better to be thankful because it gives us profits and we can do that again next year if we want .

It’s too high to buy Bitcoin at $19K. But it looks like those who haven’t bought at a cheap price yesterday, like at $11K, that’s because they’re usually FOMO and want to benefit from the Bitcoin bull market. But they could hold their bitcoins longer if it turned out, the price would be a correction. Here one has to be patient and practice their emotions. If they can train their emotions, it is not impossible if they will also benefit, especially if the bull market continues to 20K even more. Another option, they can sell it at 20K, if they doubt that bitcoin will not proceed to a higher price than that. Taking a little profit is okay.

I think that bitcoin may well break through the historical maximum this year, and reach$ 25,000 in early 2021, we definitely expect a market downturn after that and another course correction. But we must not forget that the crypto market is very unpredictable, we can expect anything, in any case, I would not buy bitcoin now, I will wait for the decline.
$25k is quite possible if the btc price these month will reach atleast be more than 20k dollar, but whenever btc about to reach its ATH record the price set to go down as many users think it will go downtrend when it reach that amount, there is a need for more push or news to make a hype to break it's record.

We need some another bullish sentiment that would push up the market or would really be worthy on breaking this strong ceiling of 20k.

We can try how many times and even if it do failed but still it do shows up some recovery in no time which do give out that kind of positive
feeling that we are almost there.

$25k is realistic goal or target for next years price and it is way more better to presume these numbers compared to those six digits.

It might happen next year.

I think it would stay at a good price this year and the continuation of that ATH would happen next year. Maybe the price would fall under $16K but knowing how active the people are now, it might just go back quickly to this price and would hit the new ATH. We might see the price next year at $22K to $25K.

We did break the all time high on most exchanges. It wasn't sustained for very long but there was not a massive crash. After hearing the news that MicroStrategy has bought up even more BTC, I believe it is possible to reach $20k before the end of the year. The FOMO isn't as intense as 2017 but we have more mature investors and multi-billion dollar companies who are beginning to play a major role.

Nevertheless, compared to the possibility of bitcoin price in 2021 that may reach over $30k, definitely a new page for the market. If bitcoin can't break the $20k resistance by mid-December, then the ath might be postponed until 2021.

Look Bitcoin can't even Step to $20,000 again though we almost Meet that last week.

But Bitcoin had already recorded a New ATH because The value if we will compare to 2017 since Dollar is More Valuable .But of course we will be all happy seeing the price cross at least 21,000 or more,

$20k will definitely happen and I think 2020 is as good as any. This year has been one of the worst years we have seen in a long time, we have faced a lot of stuff in the world that was unjust and horrible 70 or so years ago, but ever since world war two I doubt there was anything in the world that affected every single human, right?

Surely there were wars and famine and problems all around the world but I do not remember anything that caused problem all around the world at the same time from the same thing.

Plus there were a lot of places burned this year as well, Australia burned very badly, California once again burned down, these may feel local to you but these are signs that world is too late for climate change prevention and we are going to be even worse in the future.

theoretically and logically no one will be able to know when will Bitcoin touch ATH unless you have God's ability (read the future).  I always keep it in my mind to continue to believe that Bitcoin will definitely touch ATH whenever it is (no matter this year or next year).  for anyone who buys Bitcoin at the current price, you don't worry and fear loss, you have to believe that Bitcoin will definitely touch ATH again..

It’s too high to buy Bitcoin at $19K.
Only if I had a penny every time someone called Bitcoin expensive, yet here we are so close to yet another ATH..

Personal opinion: Bitcoin is very cheap now, compared to what one BTC will be worth in 5-10 years.

Yes, anything can happen, early 2021 Bitcoin will reach the New ATH and then experience a correction.  when experiencing a correction, altcoins also down.  it was a good time to buy some altcoins.  because after going up drastically it will definitely experience a correction.  And when bitcoin starts a sideway alt session will come.

Exactly! Even a fortune teller can't give the exact price at a defined time. Anyway, we are all hoping for positive things in crypto. And when you make your decision, weigh the risks involved and you should be ready for whatever may happen to your investments. If possible, think of alternative plans when things don't go as planned.

I'd like Bitcoin and the market to have it before the end of this year, this is a good momentum for 2021 we are 23 days to go before the end of the year and we are almost on another all-time high I think we are going to have it this year, we have a huge pump of 11% just last month it's still fresh, so why not again, why not this year we are one rally away for another all-time high.

I guess an ATH will not be achieved unless bitcoin will undergo a big correction.
The trend I saw in the past was like that, bitcoin pump then big dump happened next then a bull run comes.

Nothing is easy to predict, this is a game where what likely would happen are those that we aren't expecting.
So, given the situation, everyone is expecting an ATH or most of us, therefore, there's not ATH soon.

Unlike the previous growth before ATH, this one took place at an adequate pace, there was neither hype nor unreasonable interest from the uninformed public and speculators. Therefore, now, if a deep correction occurs, it will be associated not with bitcoin, but with reasons from the global economy (such as in March).

When they believe that ATH will only be achieved whether it is at the end of 2020 or maybe the beginning of 2021, I think it doesn't matter if they are patient to continue holding. After all, yesterday's fall didn't look bad and it wasn't as bad as feared, because when the price can survive at least it's still above 15k I think it will still be fine. Apart from all that, I just have confidence, at least a new ATH will be achieved and a new history will be created because even the rise of bitcoin prices occurred when the economic crisis hit the world.

There are those who predict ATH will occur this year and not a few like me strongly believe that ATH will only be created after the initial correction new year from bitcoin. In fact, currently at a pretty good price, it is beyond my expectations because this year, Bitcoin will be quite comfortable in the range of $ 15K- $ 16K.
many countries may experience economic crises from pandemic times and possibly after pandemic times. where new vaccines have appeared and will reduce the epidemic so that at least there can be a reduction in the affected graph. That is not receding either but it does not prevent bitcoin from moving with a sharp increase next year.

I hope it can be at the end of this year, and 2021 is ATH for altcoins,
if I look at this year there are many similarities in 2017, where before the price reached the all time high bitcoin had dumped,
I hope all time high is reached this year, not 2021.

In crypto world whatever we say is just our assumptions and guesses, nobody can guarantee you anything at all. There is a good chance that we could see ATH in 2021 and break over 20k and reach to much higher levels, that is a possibility for sure. However there is a good chance we could crash and go very low as well. I wouldn't be shocked to see bitcoin going under 10k in 2021 as well, that is definitely possible, but I wouldn't really be shocked to see bitcoin at 30k neither, this is going to be a weird year.

So, we have to just wait and see, do not believe anyone who talks like they are sure about the price in the future, they are either lying to you or they are lying to themselves because nobody has that kind of guarantee unless they are willing to spend tens of billions of dollars of their money to make it happen.

I mean we are all expecting the price to fall as it won't just keep on increasing and won't be staying at that price height for a very long time. For now, it is also great that we are seeing the price fall since this might be just a small step back for the further jump in the next few weeks before the year ended. This is just the same in the past years.

The current situation is uncertain if this year will reach an all time high. The selling pressure is strong in the market but right now it is above $18k. Let’s see in the coming days if the trend will continue to rise. If not probably by year 2021, so let's watch out it might occur opposite.

By the looks of it the $20k will be harder than anticipated to break. I know that we all wanted to see it, I know that we wanted to see $20k+ prices too like instead of being 20054 or whatever, we want to see over 21k to make sure it is definitely over $20k and feel relaxed.

However there is too many people selling at these prices to make it viable for now, I get that it may not be as easy as we think but I assumed it would have been not this hard neither. We keep trying to go over, we go down and try again and we go down and we try again, we keep trying over and over again and we end up failing. I hope that this time around we do not go down too much, and we go above $19k once again after this fall, hopefully this time we go a lot higher as well to manage it better.

Well ATH has already been reached on plenty of exchanges recently. It may or may not break $20k this month, but that is of little concern, as the price will move hundreds of percent higher than this next year as it rises to its next long term peak.

for Bitcoin ATH could happen in 2021 provided that the price of Bitcoin does not drop from $ 17k at the end of this year,
it is very interesting to see the price of Bitcoin this year, just hold it until 2021

Bitcoin for the past few months has shown a fundamental change and surprisingly enough, bitcoin is already short term and does not connote only long-term investment. I might be different from you, actually concluding that the end of year bitcoin price will be in the range of $ 15K- $ 16K +, this is the best thing, and we are waiting for the end of this year.

ATH happened a few days ago for bitcoin but ATH is the latest and the highest price we will see in 2021. because the predicted highest price for bitcoin will occur in 2021 not the end of this year, so you can still prepare to enjoy by changing altcoins to bitcoin.

In my opinion it's just a matter of time, to be honest I never expected BTC will go to moon by this year again as there were lot of challenges and consequences, especially COVID-19.

By the way anything is possible next year, we can't expect ATH Everytime to happen. Its really hard to expect the same price again again, so let's enjoy the price of BTC as of now and enjoy every price movements.

In 2020, Bitcoin price still seems to need a strong foothold to break resistance,
of course this requires Fomo, without Fomo the Bitcoin price will be sideways,
and can even break down support, so make sure your strategy is going well.

ATH just happened a few days ago and has broken through 19,670 and is an all-time high, and is just waiting for the new ATH even though it is doubtful as bitcpin prices tend to be priced at $ 19K.
In the future there is a possibility that the price of bitcoin will go up or down because there will be many people selling it for Christmas and New Year needs, and we will see the next bitcoin movement.
and I think the current situation is still in a holding position.

With new sets of adoptions and more big business to adopt those fomos are expected to take place, for now bitcoin value continue to hold between 17k-19k, not breaking the all time high but good enough to continue holding and avoiding to fall deeper. We can say that if this strong hold continue chances to see new ATH next year is really possible.

Lots of new players if they'll see good barrier for now, expect to for big bagholders to adds up and
play with experienced traders around.
