This one just came into my mind, since most gamblers are really losing money in a casino, I would like hear some advice from casino workers here on what to do as they are pretty much well expose to different scenario in a casino and probably know how to prevent getting ourselves in financial trouble.

Since we are anonymous here and your company would not know that you are the one who share that information here, please do so as this would create some exciting discussion. A worst scenario like a gambler losing a lot money or a gambler winning a lot of money.

Please share your experience.

I don't think that casino staff could help and offer any more insights than anyone else. People either have strong or weak characters. Those with stronger characters will realize that they have a problem and stop. Weak-minded people will keep going, trying to profit where they can't, and dig their own graves a little bit deeper every time.

Gambling is a leisure activity and should never be considered as a job or a safe way to make money. The hardest thing to do is to recognize you have a problem. Once you do that and stop lying to yourself, you can start looking for a way out. Many gamblers, unfortunately, never arrive at this stage and keep telling themselves I am fine, I don't have a problem.

I don't really think you'll need a casino worker for advice to prevent gamblers from losing money and getting on financial trouble.

as a fellow gambler who have its ups and downs in gambling, I would say the most common and probably the most popular gambling advice out there, "only gamble what you can afford to lose".

I'm pretty sure casino staff themselves actually encourage people to play. They have bouncy and boisterous personalities at times to hype out the crowd. This is just my own judgment btw, but it's kind of like how bars or such react, with people just controlling the flow, social engineering so to speak. Additionally, even if casino staff themselves actually move and do something, they would never, ever kick out a paying customer, even if that said customer has lost a huge amount. So no matter what, it's up to the players themselves to move. If a person stays deaf to advise, no matter who says it, nothing would really change, that's basically how they live their lives.

They would eventually envite gamblers to play because the income of casino businesses was solely depend upon the number of gamblers client they have. And i bet that those workers have nothing to do to prevent gamblers from losing because its their fate if the lose. Even if the staff feel pity about their huge theres nothing they can do to undo the game and turn the favor to the lose gambler because what has already happened has already happened.

They can be of help to be honest. If they share some secrets here that might be exploitable if that information landed on the right hands. I agree in regards to people, but I do not think that they are weak minded, this so called "weak minded" gamblers are the same as any other person, they know deep inside that they are addicted but they can't stop, like how cigarette smokers can't stop smoking even though they know that it is bad. It is easy to say that these people are weak minded because we are not in their shoes.

I'm interested too but I don't think someone will answer your questions, so far I haven't read any replies that they're working on a casino I think they don't have any experience since they might be just a banker no matter win or lose they are just like the middle man between players and gambling company.

I think we should ask the veteran gamblers instead isn't?

There seems to be no secret advice or anything to hide from casino workers, because they only do part of their job without having to know the secret and according to the rules set and work like other workers.
And even though they know the secret, I think it will be kept secret because there will be a fatal risk if it is told.
if they are just inviting or promoting the casino, I think it might be because their pay or bonus depends on the enthusiasts and players who come.

Actually they are not the most exposed the most exposed are the gamblers themselves, because they are the one who play, who feel how to lose a lot of big money and how to win jackpots, if I am a newbie and will need an advice I will not go to casino workers i will go to old gamblers because they know the wisdom and science behind the games.

This information will be useful for us if someone tell the secret, who will open the weak point casino except for gamblers. casino staff are rarely even aware of bug So I think staff seldom know secret information of casino weaknesses except the developer himself and gambler it's also because a only bug.

What advice they can possibly give to gamblers, they can give advice to newbie gamblers but for old gamblers I doubt if they are going to ask for advice coming from workers, and besides if they are going to give advice it will be in favor of their company because they will also benefit from it, they will advice gamblers to continue gambling as long as they like because those who give up will never win, that's what they are going to advice.

There's is no secret inside of it bankrole always win in the long term so need for other explanations . Even staff doesn't have any idea how they working it inside they are only helping community to their problem and that's only thier job anything related to gambling games and how they work it is not their personal job.even if they answered it  here, the tips will be given is the same that players can give  .

I agree both players and staff of casino would just give the same answer but for me I think the player would give valuable advise rather than the staff since the staff is just a staff, they don't actually experienced gambling themselves and don't risk anything they just their to manage.

Let's say for example someone from Duelbits, the casino you are currently promoting in your signature, actually spilled some "secret" sauce how to win games there even on a slim chance. Player/s started using that information and actually made a good fortune. This went on for a few more months resulting to Duelbits losing some money. As a measure to preserve the company, the management decided to cut off some employees (including the one who spilled the beans) and also cut down on their marketing (including signature campaign). They can also shutdown leaving all employees jobless during  pandemic.

^ An unlikely scenario but still a possibility. Let's think further on how this will affect everyone.

The employee will only expose something if there are fees involved or you are very close to the staff, but the workers know that they are getting their salary from the management, so they should protect the management, and besides they have a contract in the management about exposing their secrets, if they found it out they will sue that worker. 

You will not still get a convincing answer even though if there's a casino workers will go answer here since for sure they will protect the interest of the casino owners to continuously gain with it as they are working on this environment and maybe the least you can do is to set some standards as well put an end point whenever you want to play since as always discussed discipline is the only attitude that can make us stay away on any financial trouble.

Basically, there will be non or little the casinos workers can offer to those whom destinies are control by emotions and greed. We have said couple of things that could help gamblers limit their loss during gambling, setting limit financially, have self control on yourself as you gamble and detach your emotions from while play.

A gambler falling to financial problems would simply mean that he made a mistake e.g. betting too much or being too greedy to win.

Stories would be the same if you will ask casino staffs on why do people lose that much in gambling. But things would be different if you will ask gamblers, since they are the ones who are experiencing or have experienced such thing. But if you are expecting for a leak of strategy in order to manipulate the outcome of every gambling game and in order to avoid losses, that won't be possible 'coz for sure they don' t know a thing about the tricks if there are any. I have a friend who is working in a casino and I'm sure you are not the only one wondering of such thing. Many people who know him asked him the same thing and he just don't know which I think is an honest answer 'coz if he knows something he might use it to earn profit from casinos, for him to not work anymore which makes sense, right?

Obviously the workers who are in the casino will keep the interest going there, not so sure of getting an accurate answer. Obviously we have to know that the casino is fraught with the risk of losing a lot of money.
If we talk about the worst case scenario maybe it varies from every gambler but I will not share the worst details dark because it will be reminded back in the past, and the most important thing is how we can control to produce without losing streak.

If you are losing money that's because you do not know how and when to stop and you are not playing with money that you can afford to lose, they will likely advise you the same, it's already an open secret that if you want to be on a safe side, only follow and do the effective ways not to lose and that is stop when you need to stop.

They will not tell you that, only if they hate their company wants their company to lose money and go bankrupt.  

I agree. Most likely there is no difference in what we already know about the types of gamblers and what workers see and experience; strong-headed and with the right to do so - overall wins outweigh their losses, and weak-spirited gamblers whose losses far outweigh their gains.

Thus, little insights are to be gained from asking such a question. What I think a more productive question to ask is 'what would happen if I lose all I can't afford' and I'd be asking myself this as we all know that by chance one has greater odds of losing than winning.

Casino staff is just doing there job especially dealer. They ares not using any trick just like what we are watching on movies that dealers has fast hand and doing some trick to defeat player. I think the best data that casino staff that they can give are what are there standard protocol on there job.

I'm sure that they some NDA in there job description since there job is dealing with players. Just like what will gonna happened in case one player is always winning on the se table. Do the dealer will get penalty and vice versa when dealer defeat all players. (For Blackjack game is my example scenario)

Even though there are users here who work at the casino I'm sure, whatever advice is said is about self-control and it all comes down to yourselves. It seems unlikely that the advice given or said will make the gambler win easily and also, there is a house edge that has been applied and that will be your judgment when you gamble the casino. One thing that must be realized is not to make gambling a means to get out of financial trouble, because if you gamble with life's burdens or problems, at least it will only make your life more chaotic.

It doesn't matter whoever give the advice to addicted gamblers or to the gamblers who are not yet addicted to avoid addiction. A gambler will continue to do whatever he wanted to do, even addicted or not because it's their own money, that's what kind of thinking they have all the time. In fact, working in casino people advices are not suffice to determine what to do to avoid getting addicted to it.

Casinos needs their players in order to make profits every day, and in that profits employee's get their salaries. In short, it's all about business only. Personal feelings should be set aside.

Getting out of financial trouble in gambling is not something that casino staff or anyone can do for us. I believe that in this case, it's on ourselves and should not depend on others. Even if you ask other people that have not worked in any casino yet, they can only advise about properly managing our finances. I mean, we suffer from financial problems because of our own fault by putting everything on gambling, and that's something we need to fix to avoid financial trouble.

I don't understand your post are you here looking for an advice or are you here looking for fellow casino players and their stories regarding on their work line? Because sharing stories on their experiences while working might not really help you since you might not have the same exact thing happening. As for casino players staying out of a financial problem I think the advice I can give you is for you to save on your tips you receive from some gamblers that will give you money every time they win since I know there are some gamblers that do that and they are rather generous since they believe it will continue the luck. With that and your salary I think it would be enough for you to have some extra cash by the end of the month.

I have worked for a casino in the marketing department so I can't say that my help would be too great for anyone who wants to make a profit in any casino. All in all there is no way that you could make an income from casino and you will lose all your money if you try to, that much I have learned.

I have seen people who have wagered more money than I can ever imagine and I have seen people make enough money that they should have walked away and lived a very luxurious life without ever worrying about money again but lose it all on the table as well. One thing very common about people who gamble a lot (not just in an out fun types but more hardcore gamblers) is that they are always too late to stop, and when they go beyond the point they should stop, they end up losing it all.

Don't depend on a casino worker for advise, if there's anyone from casino with advise they won't give what will come back to hurt their business. It happened for me to worked with a sport betting casino but there are no much anyone can give to help gamblers minimize their loss than just be careful with their funds. The ability of any gambler to have self control and be able to set a limit to which they can gamble the better for such gambler and loss can be reduce to it minimal.

Yeah, we should be responsible with what ever happened to us as gamblers, the responsibility shouldn't be shifting to casino workers whom purpose is to make their living from gamblers. We incur our loses by ourselves and not the casinos, so, finding alternative means to handle this mess should be ourselves and not any random individual who work as a casino worker.

I am not an employee of the casino, but I think the gamblers won't listen to other people's advice. They will still play gambling, no matter if they lose in the end. It is our responsibility to prevent the loss because that is our money. But I don't think that the casino workers will do that because they only serve their members as best as possible.

I agree with that even if we give a lot of advice they won't take it if they really want to change I think they will change or much better they will consult to specialist maybe you think some advice to be better on gambling?

Specialist will also Give them advice so why not listen to casino workers in which they surely saw many types of gamblers and also story of each,being a regular gambler these workers are their partners as they serve them and also at some time talk to them .

So if those workers that has many experiences about the life of a gamblers,and can tell directly what are the life of them and they wont listen so  why would they listen to specialist because they pay them?

We can also try our best to encourage them if we are a casino worker and besides there's no wrong in trying though limit your self because there is a boundary between Workers and Players in which if you comes too far your work will be in danger.

I don't think that everyone is actually kind of hidden here since their identity can be tracked if they did have some mail address or used some btc address for the transactions and such and whatever they did are stored in archives and then can be retrieved if they truly have to go after a person.
But I do think that an employee doesn't have that level of knowledge as far as that's concerned they do have to understand for a fact that some casinos do play tricks on people and use various methods to secure that profit if theirs but if something like that happens , it's considered illegal and will be hidden these won't be disclosed to anyone even employee.
So if you are considering finding about things like this you need to do a hidden operation yourself. 

I agree with this and always use it in my life. I gamble occasionally, but usually use a few dollars for a bet here and there. So when I lose, it's no big deal, and when I win, I usually just use this money for my future bets. I think it's a realistic and healthy relationship with gambling. I gamble for fun, so I'm okay with losing a bit with it. I don't expect to have big wins, let alone win on a regular basis (earning money is what job is for, not gambling).
As for people working in casinos, I don't think they spend their time analyzing the gambling behavior of their players. However, there should be academic paper about it that might shed some light on it.

Even what advice a gambler gets, even if it's from a casino staff, it doesn't matter. We gamble for a different reason and each of us has htheir own characteristics, weaknessess and habits when gambling. If you cannot handle gambling, it's best to stay away from it before it gets out of hand. Gambling might be fun and entertaining, but it can ruin your life in just a snap without you noticing it.

I am not sure if you can get a genuine advise coming from the workers of casino here even if they are totally anonymous here because as you can see most of the employees are loyal to their employers especially if they receiving a good salary in the said casinos that they are working.

But I guess your question is not that hard to find an answer, if you want to stay away in any financial trouble then you should control your gambling expenses and gamble only the extra money that you have. In that way, you can continue your gambling habit without affecting your money for your daily needs.

For sure no staff will really be willing to answer this question out even though theyre anonymous then I don't see for any reason with those share up.

They might be against on gambling losses but since its part of their own jobs then they wont really be telling anything about its operation.

I don't know if theres someone who would spill the beans but I highly doubt that kind of possibility.As a worker then you would really have that
normal aim of making the casino to be profitable.

There will be no difference whether casino workers or not that will provide advice about how to prevent from losing and not to get in any financial problem due to gambling, and that is only if the first will do so, for I'm pretty sure all these casino workers will hesitate in giving advice since they will never intend to lose a single player and in fact, as much as possible they will encourage everyone to get into gambling for their living depends on the casino's profit.

However, just in case one of these casino workers will provide advice then pretty much it will still be the rule of thumb that only play with the amount that you can afford to lose.

I can't well understand if op is looking for advices from casino stuff about how to win or some good advices in general .
If there exist some tricks about how to catch the win or about possible loopholes, i don't expect casino workers (if anybody is here) to tell you such info and destroy their business. For other advices about gambling in general, i don't expect them to tell more than anyone else can tell .

I thought the thread was about a casino-related service but turned out to be a common gambling-related problem.

Casino workers will just do their job assigned to them. They don't care for their customer's "mental problem" as that's out of their league.

I have some friends working in a land-based casinos and the feeling is just mutual, the same as workers in any industry. Just because these people are working in casino, they can give a much better advice about financial problem of a gambler compare to others.

Honestly, these casino employees won't see the real problem as most of the time, they will saw their customers having entertainment in the casino (hiding the real mental problem). The real mental problem will be at those gamblers who are mostly in online gambling.

Casino employees are just focused on their daily routine operation and that's it.

Just like other people that working outside the gambling industry, giving financial advice is not their main forte'.

Don't expect casino workers to reveal casino secrets, because if casino workers expose casino weaknesses, they betray their place of work.
I'm sure casino workers are more than happy if gamblers lose a lot of money at the casino, because after all casino workers are part of the
casino itself. If many gamblers win a lot of money it can make the casino lose money, if this happens continuously it can make the casino
bankrupt. And casino workers are in danger of becoming unemployed if the casino bankrupt, because the salary received by casino workers
may come from the profits that the casino gets when gamblers lose.

Workers can’t tell how exactly the gamblers behave because its our own judgement and we have to know that on our own. If you don’t know how to stop every time you lose money, then there’s a big problem with you. I know someone who work in Casino but you cannot depend to them on your winnings, casinos staff wont stop you from losing money, you have to do it on your own.

You're aware that asking this question puts the employee job at risk and even his or her security right? These people who may or may not know something about the casino games, once found out that they are giving out game secrets, may get their jobs laid off or even worse, killed to keep rhe secret within a small group of people. And it does not matter even if it's just in a forum. The internet is vast now, so vast that you almost always can look a person up in a few related searches. This too. If all gamblers win in their games, who else would feed these worker's families? You should also take that into account.

If workers know the secrets and ways to win or not, they probably already try it in other casinos to win alot. Some casinos will not exposed to anyone in their companies the tricks if ever they have one. It will be sacred and only those who High officials may know it and I doubt if they are here in forum, and definitely they will not share it as it will ruin their business, all we need to do is to play on our own strategically and with discipline to be able to win without the help of others.

Indeed, but I think as what I am seeing in some movies as well as what my uncle told me who has an addictive gambler friend, every casinos has their cctv in the whole place so they can see who are losing too much, who will create problems and many more, they even deploy some guards wearing normal outfits for them not to easily be recognized by the members. Controlling this kind of scenario is a company's confidential, but we may monitor ourselves so that we can control our emotions and our spending.

You didn't get the point. Nobody said that they'll get caught when they expose the secrets of gambling sites (in case they do really know), what he's trying to say is that the pride of a casino worker, everyone signs a contract before they get hired to a job or after the job that includes their policy that you should never expose anything related to the private company or business you're working. And it's also an etiquette in a workplace that you should keep the things in work and not bring it to your public life or opinion.

casino staff are only working on its own and dont watch or talk to the gambler because the boss dont like it and the gambers dont also like that strangers will interview them . a gambler will face problem and will call for a casino worker to help them but thats it .

casino workers are only workers and they can only give advice of how they work ( people that are interested to apply on a casino do ask workers ) but not gambling advice because they are not a gambler . if you want gambling advice you need to seek for the real gambler for that .

I know that there are some casino workers who know some of the secrets on a casino but I don't think that they will try to help the gamblers from preventing to lose.
On the other hand, most of the workers are possibly clueless on how they can help the gamblers not to lose. They are just mere workers and they will just do what their boss told them to do that's all.

Regarding the anonymity of the worker, I think that they can still share it here if they know it but I doubt that they know or they can help these gamblers in any way. Maybe an advice is the only thing that they can do.

So you really believe that everyone who work in a casino can keep those confidential information a secret? I doubt that.

I'm not saying forcing them, I just saying they are not at risk even if they'll share the experience because we are anonymous here and if they do share, we will get a good information and helpful to us gamblers.

I think Casino workers are only doing Job when in casino house and Drama is not their concern ,Yeah they might see the winners or the losers and they might see some related issue but that stays that way and extending their concern may end up being out of their work.
One thing is constant ,that they often witnessed Losers as that is what casino gives to Player.and small counts of winner today but will again lose more tomorrow.

It’s an individual choice of how much to play and when to stop, so no one will be able to help even the casinos staff. Also, they are unaware about any tricks if so that happens in the casinos which will help the customers to win so even those who thinking can get some benefit would not be true. Casinos must make money in the end to pay for the rent, salary, free beverages, electricity cost, maintenances of machines and then make profit after all this expenses.

Maybe if those workers are our friends, they will advise us to stop. But as long as we don't listen to them, we will continue to play gambling, and they can not do anything. That is why we need to control our money and ourselves, so when we think that we get more losses, we can stop right away instead of playing more rounds. We can not ask for help from the workers to stop ourselves because they are busy to give their services to other members.

The gambling industry is a big business that sometimes involves mafia or gangsters, I believe the casino rules for workers are also strict.
All casino workers must be given a work contract to keep the casino secret, casino secrets must not be known by outsiders. So it's useless
if we ask casino workers for advice, how to deal with losing money when playing gambling. I believe casino workers will not provide a solution,
it is better to solve it by ourselves. If indeed our addiction to gambling has disturbed our lives, it is better to ask a psychiatrist for rehabilitation.

I think that for what you are asking is not directly related to a simple casino worker but to staff with some elevated privileges.I hope someone of this level can give a hint or two at what is really going on in a casino but I doubt we will find such person here.

If they are going to exploit all those things then it would be better for every gambler, gambling staff can tell the secrets of casino gambling but I don't think that they will just share it with us right away without benefiting them, one thing that can make them stop sharing those topics that could be an advantage for the gamblers is that if their earnings would depend on the number of customers and the number of lost money, if that it would be then I don't think that they are going to share any advice to anyone.

I still have the thinking that there is no such good tips that we can have to the gambling staff because there is then they will going to tell it to their relatives, therefore most of the gambling staffs are rich.

Those assigned in tables and assisting gamblers are the one who has too much knowledge about how the gamblers living in a life they choose to be.
How they carry to spend too much and how they accept the outcome of each heavy losses,their part is very important being experienced and closed to the gambling addict as well.

A friend of mine work in a cruise-casino.

The simple answer to this question is to bet with only what you can afford to risk/lose. If you are not a skilled/profitable bettor then always bet with little amount until you become consistently profitable. Learn to minimize risk by not gambling (or taking big risk) In the betting world.

Betting sites/centers should also do their parts by making sure that bettors do not take big betting risk or gamble. Every time spent by bettors in these sites/centers have to rewarding to the bettors, not necessarily financial rewards. Interesting, this is to delay or stop the momentum if you are served drinks several times, the gamblers tend to lose because of fatigue factors, they cannot keep up on keeping their winnings for long hours, the casinos are good in keeping you play they will treat you like a king and give you everything you want and need.

Never think of this one, I see was it legal to extend the operation hours of the casino? well I think that's true the longer you play the higher the possibility they will lose. There's a lot of tricks that may distract players from winning luckily I'm more into online gambling.

Casino workers are just employee's in a company, so they wouldn't really know how the game works or exploit it like what you wanted. if they did have some methods in the first place, then they wouldn't have to work there. Instead they'll bet lots of money to earn millions.
Best one's to ask for tips and tricks is the game designer himself. Surely, they have restrictions put in the game in order for not the house to loss from players.

That is a smart way to recover their losses and make the gamblers lose in a long time.
Maybe that can work with many gamblers who can not stop gambling but still play more to win.
I think the casino will offer many things in that delayed time, and offering a fresh drink could be the way for the casino to break the focus from the gamblers.
In this way, the gamblers need to stop as soon as possible, especially if they already won some money.
That will not be better for them to continue playing instead of stopping gambling.

Casino staff are just doing their work but letting gamblers suffer from financial difficulties is not part of their job. Even if they will stop or advise gamblers to limit their gambling, would gamblers follow their advice? Even the staff's advice cannot guarantee us that we can avoid financial problems because it's up to us if we're going to be a responsible gambler. It's our greediness that leads us to financial problems and we should be responsible for that.

Actually what OP is asking is about TIPS on how not to become Dependent in gambling or better say preventing to become addicted .

It is not about how to win or lose it is about how to Handle gambling in a  right manner in which they don't have to Get involved deeper instead control their gambling engagement as the workers may tell about the life of those intact in betting and casino.

A casino employee has a contract with their employer not to divulge anything about the casino they are working, this is to protect their interest they will be charged in violation of the contract if they do that, I doubt if they are going divulge anything in fact they will promote the gambling site and they will deceive in playing more and betting more.

But if you are asking for the secret of casino then you may know When you apply for a job at any casino, they will be the first to sign an NDA Agreement with you. The full form of the NDA agreement is "A non-disclosure agreement". And when you sign the NDA Agreement, you are responsible for disclosing any information about them.

I strongly believe that any stuff will not help you for this rather than they have some limitations too. It is their duty to solve the issues which will rise and to convince the people for gambling.

By the way,  OP mentioned that we are anonymous here and it's true. Any officials can try to help by giving tips if they want and possible. I am keep following this thread to know about further info regarding this by the officials though it will be difficult to identify.

And this is why we do see all of those things around on a casino.Good view and Good ambiance which would really make a player stay and would really lose their money in the long run.

They dont even have a clock inside the establishment so that players wont really be aware on whats the time and they would thought that it was still early to go home or stop.

Distractions like these are common and even though these are the basic ones but hey it actually works and make this industry become profitable in the end of the day.

That's absolutely correct and even your First immediate family must not be seen inside the casino premises you are working at,Meaning your Mother,brother,sister,father and other siblings won't come to that casino,unless there are special cases but they are not allowed to play.

The thing is if they are willing to Discuss this to you or will even bother to accept a question in regards to their work or how its going on.

I don't think there will be any difference between the advice of the workers and the advice of the players or gamblers. Still I want to hear if someone is working on casino I would like to hear what could be their advice for players.

I am not a casino worker but I guess an honest casino worker who has seen it all would advise anybody not to get involved too much in gambling. It depends on their specific work in a casino but if they were a dealer or something like that, they must have seen how the gamblers are losing more than winning. But this is depend on the worker because I have a neighbor that works in Casino and what he always do is encourage everyone to visit and play at their casino meaning he has no care about the possibilities of those people might end up to Bad area of gambling.

The workers give their services to the gamblers, not to advise them to stop gambling. But they will suggest the gambler to stop gambling if that gambler is their friends. Maybe that is happening in the offline casino, but I don't think that will happen in online gambling because we need to contact them from the support system. But they will not suggest stopping gambling.

The best thing that these workers will do is not to tell anyone if they figure out a trick to win in the casino. Why? That is because the game will be defeated and they will lose tons of money that could lead them to be fired from the job they have.

As the status of the casino would directly affect these workers, I do not think that they would share something to the public, in this forum rather, the things that could possibly affect the casino. but did the casino promise that they can give a better salary to the workers if the income of the casino became big ? what if the pay is only minimum wage . they wont never have the chance to get a better salary , thats why many workers are doing a way to increase thier income like they give tips to the player and the player will give them money .

 that is more surer and i know this happens before on my local casino . no one will know if they can make it secretly and the owner dont also stay inside the casino all the time .

There's a probability with that kind of situation where users might really be giving out some tips but if you do think up that most of games inside are pure luck ones
which means it isnt really that being affected by means of tips or somewhat aside if those can be rigged up then they might really able to help out but you do really
believe that even if they are only gaining basic pay they would tend to let the house do lose money? In longer run you would really be thinking off that

Is there any bond contract between casino owners and employees? as mentioned, the employee are monitoring those gamblers who might do malicious things that may cheat the house, if that act really effective  it will lead to casino loses. - The workers are still working there and this may be so risky if they are sharing about this, although it is anonymous, but will they let their customers know the secret in the company they are working on? The casino is monitored 24/7 afaik, or even if not 24/7 at least the entirety of the working hours, staff as well as players are monitored. I am not sure if casino workers' advice will be that beneficial, they are working for the casino and if ever they will advise gamblers it might gove an opposite impact on the casino. So it is counterintuitive, exploiting casino secrets might even cause them their jobs.

I am not sure that casino workers can give any advice at all! My sister works in a casino, and she doesn't know anything about slots or roulette, she just sees how people win and lose big amounts sometimes! And it's the only thing they can help you with, to tell you did someone win a lot or lose a lot on some machine (if someone won big it's not good to play that slot, you have small chances for one more big win, and on the other side if people lost a lot of money on some slot maybe it's time to give some nice payout), if you believe in that logic!
But she has some good tips for sports betting! Not that she knows anything about sports, she knows people who win mostly and their predictions!

But indeed that Casino workers knows nothing about the internal matters of Gambling because they have their own station and designated works ,unless she works in technical team then She could at least have some hints in system.But they are not allowed to disclose about those because that is part of the company rules .

Yeah right because they will tell on what are the issues,mistake and realization they get upon their gambling experience, and also I think there's no more secrets about this since tips  are given by manny gamblers here. We can also get an idea to the people about how they win and how they control their emotions. But we should remember this at the end  of the day we are the one who's in control so better learn to control our emotion and always set some end point whenever we start to bet.

I believe the Op is more interested in how casinos/betting-centers can help prevent their customers from going through betting abuses/consequences, and not necessarily tutorials or tricks to bet profitably.

It should be possible for the casinos to encourage responsible and safe betting, so that all/most bets placed by bettors are responsible and safe for them.

I think, casinos don't have that, the emotional control of each gambler is not their responsibility, if the gambler fall into addiction or suffer to much losses in not their fault, I mean yes they are the one who made that casinos, that is their place where that certain person suffer losses, frustrations and maybe addiction but we should be the one who need to be responsible for our behaviors, we need to manage our money and be emotionally capable to everything.

Working in a casino is indeed a good job but management jobs are not easy because one mistake and you will be held responsible for the loss and asked to pay it. You have to ensure players are not cheating and it seems easy from outside but you actually have to be active and aware.

Yeah, a casino worker gets his salary when players lose so they would never want players to stop losing and as a worker in a casino doesn't mean you gamble yourself and hence a worker might not give the best advice. I have a few friends who are working as staff on casinos, I contacted them in live chat to ask a small problem and with time as we talk we are very close and have a few of them on telegram. I won't name any but there are many and when you talk to these guys you realize how low they are paid despite casinos earning so much.
