Well, so we think that we can get any opinions or suggestions or shares from the workers of certain casinos. As like what the other said, it may not work. With these notes:
- The workers are still working there and this may be so risky if they are sharing about this, although it is anonymous, but will they let their customers know the secret in the company they are working on? I don't think so. This is not only about commitment but also about what should be done by a worker or employers.
- Although they already do not work in that place, they may give us their opinion, but not the exact one, and probably not about the trick and secret regarding what makes a win or lost. if they know, they will prefer to use t for themselves.

This one just came into my mind, since most gamblers are really losing money in a casino, I would like hear some advice from casino workers here on what to do as they are pretty much well expose to different scenario in a casino and probably know how to prevent getting ourselves in financial trouble.

Anyone with experience in gambling can answer this question even if they're not working in a casino.
If you don't want to get into financial trouble then you should manage your gambling spendings properly, learn also to control your emotion when you win or lose. Don't chase your losses and don't be greedy if you win some amounts.

Knowing that people who work in a casino doesn't always mean they will suggest us to control ourselves because they work in that casino, but they will do their best for their customers. But not all employees can always suggest to their customers about controlling themselves because some don't have much time to remind their customers. It is our responsibility to have control over everything we did at the casino. If you work in a casino and your friends visit your workplace, you can always tell them not to spend much money. Otherwise, they will lose all their money.

It's like you are inviting them to betray their employer and their source of income, if they hater their employer they will do so if they love their work they are unlikely to expose it, and if you are going to ask for their advice on how not to lose they will answer in their favor if there is money coming in from your bet they will have a bonus.

They can be of help to be honest. If they share some secrets here that might be exploitable if that information landed on the right hands. I agree in regards to people, but I do not think that they are weak minded, this so called "weak minded" gamblers are the same as any other person, they know deep inside that they are addicted but they can't stop, like how cigarette smokers can't stop smoking even though they know that it is bad. It is easy to say that these people are weak minded because we are not in their shoes.

I don't think casino staff would risk getting fired for that. The casino is monitored 24/7 afaik, or even if not 24/7 at least the entirety of the working hours, staff as well as players are monitored. As for exploits and what not, remember that not only the player could take advantage of it, they could also report it, sizing a good amount of cash for that report possibly. That would result in the staff shooting himself on the foot due to the exploit they shared.

Uhm no, you're going to a casino to play/gamle, not to get hired. If it was getting hired, then yea, knowing someone is a plus, but knowing someone in a casino you're going to play on? I hardly doubt that's useful.

I am not sure that casino workers can give any advice at all! My sister works in a casino, and she doesn't know anything about slots or roulette, she just sees how people win and lose big amounts sometimes! And it's the only thing they can help you with, to tell you did someone win a lot or lose a lot on some machine (if someone won big it's not good to play that slot, you have small chances for one more big win, and on the other side if people lost a lot of money on some slot maybe it's time to give some nice payout), if you believe in that logic!
But she has some good tips for sports betting! Not that she knows anything about sports, she knows people who win mostly and their predictions!

i think it is not about advise regarding the Gaming?maybe what OP asking is about advise to prevent from being deeply engaged in gambling since Casino workers witnessing all kind of gamblers and their status in life.

But indeed that Casino workers knows nothing about the internal matters of Gambling because they have their own station and designated works ,unless she works in technical team then She could at least have some hints in system.But they are not allowed to disclose about those because that is part of the company rules .

Yeah right because they will tell on what are the issues,mistake and realization they get upon their gambling experience, and also I think there's no more secrets about this since tips  are given by manny gamblers here. We can also get an idea to the people about how they win and how they control their emotions. But we should remember this at the end  of the day we are the one who's in control so better learn to control our emotion and always set some end point whenever we start to bet.

I believe the Op is more interested in how casinos/betting-centers can help prevent their customers from going through betting abuses/consequences, and not necessarily tutorials or tricks to bet profitably.

It should be possible for the casinos to encourage responsible and safe betting, so that all/most bets placed by bettors are responsible and safe for them.

I think, casinos don't have that, the emotional control of each gambler is not their responsibility, if the gambler fall into addiction or suffer to much losses in not their fault, I mean yes they are the one who made that casinos, that is their place where that certain person suffer losses, frustrations and maybe addiction but we should be the one who need to be responsible for our behaviors, we need to manage our money and be emotionally capable to everything.

They don't care about that since casino is business and if they share something beneficial to the gamblers for sure they will lose a big part of profit sand they don't want that to happen, I see so many gambling addiction stories but I never so any casino help them about it the situation.

And also maybe if there's a person which close to us who work on casino maybe  they can share a simple tip but I'm sure those tips are no guarantee since all  is just based on what they see and not all methods and tactics is applicable to all person since we have different execution.

That is indeed true. As gamblers themselves know that when you fell for gambling, many will be in it for long, deeply. And thus they discourage their families to nor get involved. And as per the invitation of a casino worker, encouraging people to play at casino cannot really mean negligence and intentionally setting up people to play to end up to the “bad area of gambling” that has been said.  The OP is asking for advices how to prevent oneself from getting into financial trouble in the casino, and I suppose it with be just reminders and giving gamblers sufficient time to think and make decisions. I think it’s the least they could do since the final call will be on the hands of the gamblers.

Working in a casino is indeed a good job but management jobs are not easy because one mistake and you will be held responsible for the loss and asked to pay it. You have to ensure players are not cheating and it seems easy from outside but you actually have to be active and aware.

People who work in casinos don't gamble themselves so not sure how they will help us from falling in financial trouble though.

Yeah, a casino worker gets his salary when players lose so they would never want players to stop losing and as a worker in a casino doesn't mean you gamble yourself and hence a worker might not give the best advice. I have a few friends who are working as staff on casinos, I contacted them in live chat to ask a small problem and with time as we talk we are very close and have a few of them on telegram. I won't name any but there are many and when you talk to these guys you realize how low they are paid despite casinos earning so much.

I honestly feel the workers in a casino do a thankless job and while they might not suggest how to control finances but being nice towards them is the least we can do. About gambling finances control, I guess you gave the right advice just monitor your gambling and keep an eye on the bet size.

Since we are anonymous here and your company would not know that you are the one who share that information here, please do so as this would create some exciting discussion. A worst scenario like a gambler losing a lot money or a gambler winning a lot of money.

Just make sure you don't "overdo" it. By overdo, I mean if you make profit, leave with it. Take a break and come back to gamble. If you make a loss, take a break and start fresh. I have seen users making some good profit in a session. Instead of stopping, they keeps on betting and loses everything. I have seen people making loss and then chasing those loss. To recover they start placing crazy bets out of frustration.
So yeah, gamble responsibly. Take breaks and place bets when you are at your best mood.
