P2P platforms are a pretty much good place to get deals. I searched for BTC sellers from the countries you are interested in, and I see a dozen of them there. No KYC platforms seem less popular compared to the KYC or custodial counterparts. So choice is upon you 1. Localcryptos 2. Hodlhodl 3. Binance p2p 4. I have seen so many complaints about Luno which includes their high service fee charges plus exaggerated coin price rates.
