You can either use localbitcoins, localcryptos, and other big exchanges to purchase. You are newbie and no reputation on this forum. In this case it is difficult for you to sell you paypal. It is becuase paypal is a payment gateway which can be reversed any time after the receiving fund within 6 months (180 days). So, to sell paypal here you should increase your rank and gather reputation first.

You can also try to use BestChange(check my signature).
They got a lot of different best rates for buying or selling Bitcoin with different payment method, just like bank account or cards on different currency like USD.
Or another alternative find some local people who are selling in your nearby areas which you can able to transact personally to avoid getting scam online.

It is not a wise decision to trade with someone who has almost no trade history. There are a lot of scammer who are trying to scam in various way. If you trade with someone who is low reputation then try to use escrow.
