That's a huge amount to find a deal for a p2p transaction on such a limited user platform such bitcointalk currency exchange. You can either use localbitcoins, localcryptos, and other big exchanges to purchase. You are newbie and no reputation on this forum. In this case it is difficult for you to sell you paypal. It is becuase paypal is a payment gateway which can be reversed any time after the receiving fund within 6 months (180 days). So, to sell paypal here you should increase your rank and gather reputation first.

It is not a wise decision to trade with someone who has almost no trade history. There are a lot of scammer who are trying to scam in various way. If you trade with someone who is low reputation then try to use escrow.
