Hello, have anybody issue with bitcasino? They ask me to verify, i verified and no reply. Amount 1.6 btc.

Verification need time, it's depend on how much data need to verify by team.

Regarding your fund, Maybe you can provide further information about your case. If I see from pict, your account is frozen because you just made a deposit and tried to withdraw it. it will better to try to wait for 48 hours according to the text warning that has been mentioned. Next, if you are still unable to make a withdrawal, try sending an email and attaching the origin of the funds you sent to your account. Hopefully there will be a Bitcasino team who will provide clarification.

As @masulum said, it needs time, and I think the verification needs up to 3 days, and it could be 7 days.

No, i made many bets on baccarat, more then deposited amount.

Verification needs time up to 7 days I think.You have to be patient and if you have abided by the rules and have not done anything wrong they will sort you out as they have done with everybody else until now.

I don't think bitcasino would do any scam business for 1.6 btc even though it is a big amount of money! But I would suggest you to try these route! Let us know about the outcome!

The thing is :
There are a lot of people using the casinos and online platforms therefore right now they are receiving a lot of traffic. My friend tried to verify an account on another platform , mine got cleared in 3 days , his account on the other hand took 10+ days. At the same time sometimes the documents and stuff they aren't really compatible or accepted so I think you would get a reply soon , don't be in a haste.

Say that your account is blocked and has a balance of 1.6 BTC  they will respond faster there because if they don't, other users will think negatively about their service
you have a balance of more than 1 BTC there so I think here the problem is they investigate whether you are cheating or not

Seriously? will it need to investigate the account this long if its cheating or not? I mean, the investigation can be done in less than 24 hours, and OP has already complied with the requirements I think there is no reason for them to hold the balance.

If its considered big and needs investigation, so this site does not usually have high rollers?

I understand why you are frustrated. Now with the corona pandemic everything takes a bit longer, but after 48 hours there should definitely be some feedback. This is a large sum of money, especially right now when the Bitcoin price is fluctuating by 10%.  It is good that you make such issues public and it would be nice if you keep us updated with your issue. This should really be resolved.

Yes, but why it take weeks? I cant inderstand why they cant reply me ? I start think its scam.

From the precious cases I have seen, your account will also be checked if you violated the following:

• Money laundering
• Multi-accounting
• Playing from prohibited jurisdictions
• Using false documents (related to no. 3)

They cannot send you a reply until they are done. If everything is clear, you'll get a response and your payment.

I think they need to follow their procedure first, because they are not just serving 1 member, so they maybe need time to re-check. So, you just need to sit and keep positive thinking. You will got your BTC as far as you are not a cheater. Bitcoincasino always solve user problems and transparent to give any update about the process. so please wait till the next info from them, if after 2 weeks doesn't have any respond, you can follow up them.

I hope this problem of his will be sorted soon, as a gambler and a fan of gambling sites in the forum, I interested to know what would happen to this case. If OP has violated any rules, knowing the consequences would also help what to avoid, and of course knowing how long the processing will take is important when it comes to dealing with big amount of bitcoin.

You are free to open a thread if you wanted but it is not going to make any changes I guess because representative on bitcointalk said that they are taking your account for security reason with no further explanation but it maybe in their terms of service I guess.

So you have no choice other than waiting or you will be making it more complicated. Sad but that's true.

Maybe another players, who play on big amounts, see my thread and stop use bitcasino, after those issues. Ill waiting 3-4 working days more.

Bitcasino should take this issue seriously and give an explanation as soon as possible if they wanted to prove that their site is safe to play with any amount.

Good to know that, sometimes it take time to do the necessary investigations which is understandable but make sure that player is not getting frustrated in the meanwhile time.

I used bitcasino.io till summer 2017, one day my friend came with his laptop and connected to my wifi, logged into bitcasino io website to show me his yesterday winnings, i said why didn't he activated the bonus so he activated it, on next day we both were banned, the support said that I'm using multiple accounts for bonuses, I answered that it was my friend, they ask for verification, we send all the documents, but they not accepted them, and keep saying I have violated service rules, that I'm using documents from another person, so BOTH accounts will stay banned, and we just cant do nothing, they don't want to listen, the answer was the same "Abusing bonuses from multiple accounts", that was total ridiculous, I had like 0.20+ BTC worth of 300$ back in 2017...If they want they find a reason to f*ck you and take your money... Why they just cant return all the money back and then block, but no they blocking account with 0.21BTC because they think you abusing 10$ bonuses and don't want to give your money back, they just throw you out without your money, even with 10$ reason

PS: My account is still there, but login says "Account blocked", so I think I can try to discuss it with a lawyer, and maybe try to get out my btc, because nowadays 0.21btc is more than enough to pay a lawyer and take back my money from those crooks

Currently the value of your holding is over $11K but why you didn't came at that time when you are banned. I don't know is it possible to open your case again by the team but if you want you can make your own thread regarding it with enough evidence than hijacking someone's thread.
