Title: Binance futures issue Post by: adeelnk on February 18, 2021, 03:33:35 AM Hi! I'm new to futures trading and still learning things. I opened a few positions a few days ago. My futures account is showing a wallet balance of around 110 USDT. However, i am not able to transfer this balance to my spot wallet. I even closed one of my positions with a realized pnl of around 25$ and it still shows available to withdraw as 0.00. Can someone please assist me with this? I'll really appreciate anyones help :(

https://www.binance.com/en/support Sometimes Binance has a lot of error especially if their exchange is heavily used or market is pumping(just my observation). But they conducted a lot of maintenance probably sort those flaws now. Kindly contact them they should response right away. The positions i have opened have been opened since a few days now. I hope they don't expire? They're perpetual positions. I'm also attaching a screenshot of my futures wallet can you check if you see anything wrong with it which is preventing me from withdrawing?

I also encountered this recently, i can't transfer it to spot wallet, and then i tried using browser(dekstop) and it work normally.
At that time, i don't know if thats bug or my connection, but looks like its a bug since you also encounter it. It ate up the rest of my balance and my new transfer too

Please have a look Seen it, I was suggesting that you try to close all your positions then you try to withdraw and see if all your balance (with realized profits) comes up.
