I need a simple help to collect some data from you guys. I hope you guys will try to help me atleast a little bit according to you gambling experiences. I need some data about how many games are most played in gambling field? Or which is most popular game?

I know our taste is not the same. But most of has the ideas about the best one. so please post your best gambling game list which you like more to play individually.

The most popular game in gambling must be Football betting, follows by Basketball before NFL, these are the most watch sports games in the world and football having the highest number of fans and adoption says it all. Recently most of the casinos sites are implementing soccer betting on their sites. From my 11 years of gambling, I can boldly say football betting is the most popular without any doubt.

At first, I thought it was poker but it's not. Here in our country, the majority of population do bet lottery every single day hoping to get the jackpot on it, one time big time. I guess it was not that bad if you're only betting a little amount of what you earn in a day, let's say 20% of it goes to lottery bet.

Unlike if you do poker, sports betting where you could know the result in very short amount of time is addicting in my opinion and a wallet wrecker if your luck is not working.

That is a list of games that I play at the moment there are many other gambling games but in my opinion those are the most popular at the moment Sports, we know almost everyone likes sports betting this will be the first to be played individually, I am not surprising because every gambling there must be a particular preference in which they want to play.

Well if you are talking about Games perse I do think it's dependent on site also. Right now I do not know the stats but my friends are always more concerned about Crash and Dice Games. Slots were a fad but it has long been forgotten, poker , blackjack , roulette are still the one's being played the most and at the same time the live games are getting a whole lot of interest from the public due to pandemic and shutting of the businesses down. But you know at some sites I do like some Games and at some of them the algorithm is completely different.
Well seeing only the comment section I do think that sports betting seems to be the choice of the most people along with the lottery, but lottery does have a very wide probability thus I do not like engaging in it.

May we know the purpose of collecting such data? Usually owners and devs come here for asking such question like what are coins this community prefer in a gambling house and what are features this community prefer to have etc. So, shall we assume that you are part of an upcoming crypto gambling house?

I do not have big list here as I still got struck with dice and hi-lo games.

In my opinion, dice must be the most popular game in crypto gambling field. Hi-lo game must be the little derived version of dicing. I will be happier if a new house is having either one of them.

Game has a broder meaning, based on my knowiedge, it's sports betting which is the most popular as its a billion dollars indusry.

I think it changes depending on your country. In the USA it would be NFL because that is what everyone is supporting and watching on TV. In most of Europe it has to be football (soccer) but games like Cricket and Horse racing are popular too. Lots of people also place bets on annual big events like the Superbowl, Ascot Races, the Olympics, The Masters and boxing matches. I usually stick to betting on Premier League/English Football League or other football tournaments in Europe because there is always a steady supply of games.

For me personally I prefer betting on sports games over all else.  Football ( NFL ) is by far my favorite sports to gamble on and every once in a while I will bet on basketball and baseball as well.  When it comes to Casino games I prefer playing Poker above all else.  Texas Hold'Em to be more specific.  I also enjoy playing Roulette.  But top two would be Sports betting NFL and playing poker.

Sports betting is the best, but for instant results we always go with the casinos. Myself a gambler who started with sports betting and jumped into casino. Particularly 90% of my bets will be on Dice. I haven't made anything out of it, but it stands popular as I see Dice being played by majority of the gamblers.

that there are lots of people whom do preferred on playing this type of game but well it all matters with preference.

The most popular gambling game is Lottery. Many people are betting in the lottery and hoping that they will be the one to hit the jackpot and becomes millionaire instant but if you will compute the chances on winning in the lottery, the chance of a thunder to hit you has the higher. I've remember when the jackpot here in our country hit for almost a billion and every night in the news, the lottery has been broadcast all over the country and so much people bet on the lottery so I've also think that lottery is the most popular game in the gambling field.

Lottery is one of the games that is very easy even in my area now it's still crowded with lotteries they expect a bigger jackpot because before anyone has won with a large amount that is why the lottery is so popular in Asia that many are interesting to play it.

But for me, not fully playing in the lottery is only partially when you want to try the jackpot you want. LOL

Still, I play gambling every day which is busy on this bitcointalk forum like Slots and Crash, that's why I saw the situation I took so I never saw outside news with what gambling was the most popular.

as OP is asking not only in sports betting games, i believe one most popular here if you are looking for casino classics is dice. here in the forum among crypto gambling sites, a lot of them started with dice game. and then, they just expand their list of games to plinko, crash, slots. but usually, dice is their starting point.

Two games have already come to my mind. Dice and sports betting. If you can notice, there are a lot of dice sites and even some casinos that have different games, they're always including dice with them.

My answer is, it depends, in some countries the dominance is soccer, in the United States bets on NBA and NFL prevail there.

But generally speaking, soccer betting has enormous dominance in the world.

Sports betting is definitely taking the first place in my opinion. There are a lot of sports out there, and almost any of them have some sort of underground betting playground where viewers earn a quick buck by placing bets on which team will win and which will not. This is followed by Casino games. Slots, Pokers, dice, these games are the literal cover page of every gambling site I have been in ever since I tried gambling, I only place sports bet above it because sports betting has a much more bigger following than Casino. You can literally fill a stadium with bettors, something that I doubt is somethign that can be done for casinos.

There are some possible reasons for data collection but mostly this will be pertaining on getting the common interest of the community and he might be creating some gambling site
where the majority is preferring into or basically he do just want to know the interest of the public personally but without having any plans on building one.

There are a lot of sports enthusiasts and sports betting is the most commong form of gambling. Most people prefer it since it doesn't depend solely in luck since you can use your knowledge and experience on the sport of your choice. NBA, UFC, BOXING, E-SPORTS name it, almost all the games you can think of can be used in betting.

I like card games, poker in particular. But judging from the average number of players on a website, who engage in poker - it's not very popular. Usually, I know almost everyone by their usernames because it's almost always the same people.  
Usually, there's a large number of slots on gambling websites, so they must be pretty popular. There wouldn't be such a variety of slots there wasn't demand for it. Also, I often see people placing bets on dice and other games alike.
So not counting sports betting, I think slots and dice games are the most popular.

My guess would be poker maybe slots or sports based gambling including esports .   The other aspect people wont consider is in game gambling, micro transaction or item type gambling has also become a big industry and its not classified as gambling always but basically it is and part of the reason its so big is that its unrestricted, similar to apps on a phone can be quite profitable and unrestricted.    People talk about crypto as some negative threat possibly in allowing gambling but a simple phone or computer already contains that idea quite alot; I have the same views on premium phone lines enabling a form of gamble allowing multiple entries that will hook some.   Include all those possibilities not just the traditional and its not clear which is the largest game globally.

Many sports tournaments (football specifically) around the world are there that can give us entertainment and of course a chance to win money.

But in my personal preference, dice would be my top choice. Since this is the first game I played online and one of the classic game existing up to now, still one of the favorite when it comes to online casino.

The gambling that I like the most is sports betting because it is the first gambling I have done and apart from that, I also like blackjack and poker. The three gambles are at least the most frequent choice for me to pursue profits because if I gamble on dice, crash games, roulette and or other casino gambling basically it's just for fun and not my target to make a profit.

Are you referring to casino games? I am mostly interested with betting, sports betting in particular. Is sports betting considered a gambling game? If it is, then it is my favorite. But if you don't consider betting a gambling game, then I think my favorite gambling game is poker. I am not a pro though. I only play poker with close friends and family. But I enjoy it a lot. Probably because it is always more fun to play against people you know.

Years ago, dice was so popular in this gambling field especially in this crypto gambling industry.
These days, I can say that the most popular one is slots game.
