The name and personality of Elon musk has been trending lately, for good and bad reasons. Some blame him for the recent down in price of btc with his recent tweet, some suspect that he has a plan to manipulate the market to the favour of doge coin which he has recently been a strong advocate for.

What if Elon musk takes this opportunity of popularity and influence to start and launch his own coin to the market?

Elon Musk has become a household name in the crypto and tech space lately, and this is connected to his recent involvement with bitcoin and dogecoin. The Tesla CEO has all it takes to create a coin of its bit I don’t think he will go in for that since he has made no sign of token creation, but if he does in the future, then it will be a welcome development in the competitive crypto market.

Yes, it will do very well when Musk says he will accept it as a payment method for Teslas. When the price peaks, he says he won't accept it for Teslas anymore because of energy inefficient. And when the price dumps, he announces he and his team are working on a solution on energy inefficient. Things will go that way. Pump and dump and pump and dump.

Yes, he has. He's a man of wisdom. Remember how he broke a Tesla Cybertruck's window to make it viral?

Elon has gotten a lot of popularity in the cryptocurrency industry and that has translated into a huge number of fans. Whether we see it or not, Elon musk can be said to be a cryptocurrency influencers and that would be instrumental to the success of his project.

He already has his own coin, he just needs to claim it.

Well, at least Elon Musk will know what his coin will be used for. I mean, there are a lot of ICOs which success and they even don't have their real product yet. What is on my mind in past, why not all ICO create their product first then open crowdfunding. And the money can be to develop their product instead of create their product with people's money.

From his last tweet's. now Elon Musk is working with DOGE developers, to improve transaction efficiency. So I think DOGE will become Elon Musk's coin. if he were to make his own coin, I think it will be a very popular coin in the crypto world.

Its yet to get any real value but then, the crash of bitcoin for Musk and others within his realms of idea is that, as all coins would rise, there projects would too. Sadly, the much chaos he has  caused in the market has brought  some controversial belief in him as to where he really stands.

This is an evident  of the  fact that, an institutional manipulation of the market is of no good to anyone that isn't the institution or huge investors at most. Getting back control as a short term trader or retailer is advocated. Its the only way to truly predict and enjoy the moves in crypto.

he's the former CEO of DOGE and I think DOGE is already a coin of his own so there's no need to make another coin, and look what happens to DOGE, many elon musk followers are pretty stupid to believe in jokes

Why does Elon Musk need to create his own altcoin. Elon Musk is much smarter. He bought Dogecoin in 2018-2021 and bought almost all of the free coins. He is not a stupid person and did it in such a way that there was no evidence.
After he took possession of most of the coins, he began to actively pump up the price so that the last owners would sell it.
Then he pumped the price several more times and sold his coins to the hamsters.
Ideal scheme and no problems with regulatory authorities :)

If that happens then the coin will be pumped and dumped on every tweet he makes. It'll be nothing but a meme coin because Elon musk is not like any other owner. He'll be tweeting anything which comes to his mind which is not good for the long term growth of any project.

Coming up with his own coin will probably be a very smart move for Elon Musk, and with how he has been able to move the market with his words I and optimistic if he comes up with his own token it will flourish in the current market and make a lot of money for investors. personally I am looking forward to that move by Elon Musk

There is no point in releasing another coin for the sake of releasing something in crypto. If he is having any innovative drive and can develop something which is not yet released then it is a different story.
I do not think he will come out with a coin if there is nothing substantial to offer and I never felt he is serious about the crypto market and I always felt that he is trolling the market with his constant tweets.

Remember, most crypto user just hated a centralized coin. Take a look to ripple, if there is an information that the badmg holder sell the ripple coin then we will see a huge dump. Moreover, if the crypto currency just being created by one person although he has a popularity then I believe the coin will not success for long time. The manipulation issue is the first factor for most crypto user hate the centralized coin because the owner coin will be a bag holder for coin itself.

It won't turn out well for him in the long term if he does that. It's different if a guy that's already well-known and has obvious influence launches his own coin. There's just too many implications for Tesla even if he doesn't involve the company in this project. Tesla investors may not like the move and there's the SEC who will most likely investigate.

It will do well at the beginning and that's for sure but the question is next if him and his team will manage to take care of it. Just as we know with the market, whenever what's launched earlier, there will be a bunch of investors coming in and out with that coin because they believe not to the coin but to the person that has launched it. I think this type of strategy must be changed or it will be automatically changed when we go again to the bear market.

If Elon Musk launches his own coin then I think he will have a hard time naming his project without any duplicate because almost all the name related to him and his company had been used by both legit and scam projects.  Aside from that, I think he will use his money and influence to make his coin in top.

Without a doubt Elon Musk has a huge amount of followers interested in what he has to say, some of them are influenced by his actions and words (directly or indirectly) and being a business and the second most richest man on earth, Elon is already aware of the power he has over many people, such power can be easily manipulated (the case of dogecoin as example) hence it is possible such thought already cross the mine of the man, and if ever such happens, there will be many people that will support the project, and since Elon understand business pretty well, am sure such alts will do it.

Ilona Mask has good opportunities for creating cryptocurrency. Create simply a coin so that it performs the usual feature of the payment tool, it is not worth it. This will be another ordinary coin that will differ from many similar only to what will use the name of Ilona Mask. Since he is developing space and has an intention in the near future to colonize the planet Mars, he can think about how to create money for Mars to create money for Mars or creating cryptocurrency for specific global neighboring projects. This actually should be a commercial project and means there must be huge. Investors could be the co-owners of this project on the principle of securities. This is if Ilon Mask needs to finance certain global projects. Such cryptocurrencies could well have a perspective.

Who knows, everything can happen when it comes to Elon Musk.  ;D  His recent actions were quite weird and he caused eyebrows to raise. He may be preparing for a cryptocurrency move in the future. We know that he is quite interested in this field.

I would buy his IPO/ICO or whatever the fuck he is selling with both hands because this space is crazy. Even if he is selling his own shit's NFT, people will pay hundreds of thousands of dollars for it. That's how it works now.

His words are like magic for cryptocurrency traders. In just one tweet, he can pump the coins hardly. I won't surprise if he launches his coins as he looks pretty interested in the cryptocurrency world. For sure, if he launches his own coins, I'll invest all the money that I've saved right now. That's how I'm sure it will be skyrocketed when his coins launch.

Trending for bad reason only and not for good  because he lied to us before and he is showing out his true color lately that he is only here to manipulate the coins that he like .
 If he wants to create his own coin he could have do that before and he can effortlessly promote it because he is a well known guy and he have a money but it's too late now if he do that because it will be less demanding after what he did with btc and doge coin .

Well, this is one of the angles that I have sighted why Elon Musk decided to tweet about Tesla withdrawing their decision to accept bitcoin as payment method. I think if Elon Musk is planning to establish a coin where the energy consumption is less and if he does that, I think he perhaps is able to win the community. But I don’t think Elon Musk would exert effort to do one of his own coin. Mark Zuckerberg already tried to build one if you guys still remember Libra, but the government forces him to stop the project as it would crash the U.S economy. But we will never know as maybe they are not able to find a way to make it legal.

There's a possibility that he will do that because he now has a big influence on the market, and he has companies where he can integrate his coin, but like Facebook, he could run a problem with the regulators, maybe that his plans all along and he just uses Doge to test his influence in the market, now that he proves that he can, this could be a way to create and introduce his coin.

I don't think manipulating the coins are the correct term, but he still has a significant impact on cryptocurrency as he is one of the billionaires in the world, and guess what if he tried to start his coins/ico. I don't think it will be less demanding just like you said as he is a well-known guy and has money. For sure, a lot of big traders/investors will surely invest in his coins.

I am pretty sure if Elon musk himself would announce a crypto project that it would be a great success. I mean just look at all those meme-coins that are dominating the market in the last few weeks all of them are basically copies of dogecoin and dogecoin itself only raised in price and importance because of the tweets of elon musk. That being said, i don't really like that musk is kinda playing with the crypto market. First the tweets about dogecoin, then tesla accepts bitcoin, then in the last week he says on SNL that dogecoin is just a hustle which let the price dump and two days ago tesla announced that it will not accept bitcoin as payment anymore. It would be better if he just remains silent in my opinion.

Well, considering who Elon is and the influence he has, he's coin will definitely do well, I mean arent we talking about the world's richest man here,? But personally, I doubt if he will ever want to create he's own coins because the fact remains  that he already have a very successful business outside crypto, so I see no reason creating his own coins except he wants to face criticisms from several people including influential ones, if he's so interested in crypto for he's business, he can easily adopt any crypto coin of he's choice and implement it into he's already successful business rather than rushing to create his own coin.

That he's advantage to anyone, having an established name inside business world he gained support becuase of his success, his billions of dollars asset will drive investors to follow him in case he decide to create his own crypto.

Though there's no assurance to what fate will bring in case he decided to introduce his version of crypto as we see what he's doing with Doge.

Investors and traders who are following him will always be there to play with him, knowing that there's always something
to rinse whenever this guy make his move.

Considering his influence in the market there's a high chance that it will do well in the market but of course he must offer real produce here and not just another hype token because we are surrounded by many shitcoins already. Anyway, many are getting mad now to Elon Musk for creating FUD in the market since many loses money because of that, personally I don't follow his tweet that much.

Elon is already a successful business man,and by shilling dogecoin he has become more popular and known not just as the owner of two big companies, he's always called dogecoinfather, but if he decides to launch a coin, buying that coin will be a like a gamble, because it will be another pump and dump like dogecoin, every good or negative about Elon Musk or his two companies, the price of that coin will be affected, I won't buy such coin its too risky.

Even if he’s famous, it doesn’t guarantee anything just like what happened to Facebook, they are planning to create their own crypto and until now its pending. Elon is a rich guy but he’s hyping the market so bad and I think ruining his own reputation because of false statements. If he’s going to create a more useful crypto compare to a meme project, then its good for the market but it looks like he has no plan to do this at all.

He can do that if he wants, maybe Teslacoin or EMCoin...but the question if the community will buy that idea since the people now are quite doubtful of what he does this time. Because what I can say about EM is that he is just making fun of crypto, I'd never see his sincerity in adopting crypto in fact he announces that Tesla never accepts Bitcoin nor he says that it will accept other cryptos. Maybe we are right speculating that he will create his own coin in the future exclusively for Tesla only.

 
He made doge successful even if it's not his coin. Creating a coin is easy today and if Elon would do he could bring its price to the top too. I doesn't sound very amusing to see him troll around other coins and then create a coin of his own. His team will have a hard time figuring which kind of project and problem to solve for the use case of the coin.

You know the surprising move? Many will buy including this that were bashing him for the last 2 days move against bitcoin and used of Fossil Fuels for mining.
That coin will get heavily pump and if Binance see that, in very certain they will list it, that was how they listed Shiba because they wanted the universe fee from traders and to avoid sentiments, they claim users wanted Shiba that's the reason they listed the token.

Nothing surprising, just light trolling is Elon Musk's style of communication with the outside world ;) Just after all these stories with dogcoin and bitcoin, creating your own coin was a logical step to continue. By the way, the refusal to accept bitcoins as payment for Tesla cars really fits perfectly into this paradigm, only it is strange that it was done quite suddenly without any preparatory actions, but who knows, maybe preparatory actions have already been taken. Therefore, I would not be surprised if in the near future it will be announced about some coin with environmental mining from Elon Musk.

This is  a possibility considering he has the technical knowledge about digital money. Back in the days where he and his pal started paypal they were visionaries. DogeCoin is only his experimental ventures in my opinion so does not seem so serious about it. Just making a hype of sorts so some can leverage the frenzy of rising crypto assets.

He has so many fans and some of his fans can move money easily from existing crypto like DOGE in a new one when Elon creates it.

But I'm not sure if he really launches it because if he doesn't manage it, it will get a dead coin and ruin his reputation.

Elon Musk can do whatever he wants, creating teams to develop projects and creating new coins.
but it reminds me of the Libra coin, I really support these millionaires making new coins but it takes patience because there are many members of the government who will oppose a project like Libra.

We already saw how powerful he is by making DOGE and the whole crypto in general more popular. He even supported crypto.
Now if he will create a coin, it might become popular and for sure that there will be many people who will be supporting it.

The question only is will the coin have a use or at least can it solve some problems that we are facing right now. For sure this coin that he will create will make some traders an instant millionaires in short term :D. Pump and dump.

well, I think the crypto made by Elon Musk will be even more successful. I am pretty sure that the product for the token will be of very high quality. Moreover, if Elon Musk gave an event for the token he made, so many people would be interested in it. the token behind which stands the CEO of Tesla, well that's more promising.

As far as I know, there have already been talks about Elon Musk's creation of his own cryptocurrency. If there was talk about this, then there is a possibility that Elon Musk will sooner or later create his own cryptocurrency in order to arrange competition in the crypto market. Perhaps everything goes to this. It would be interesting for me, since I also use crypto and if a coin from Elon Musk appeared, I would probably buy several coins, because Elon Musk would do everything to make his cryptocurrency show great growth and probably even tried to make it a competitor for Bitcoin.

I am not sure that the altcoin created by Elon Musk will be in any way superior to the coins that are already in circulation. But I am sure that if such a coin appears, then there will be a hype around it, which will be supported by Elon Musk subscribers, on whom he has a great influence.

I wouldn't be surprised if he does such thing in the near future. He is a very popular persona and has also a big influence on people. If he launches a new cryptocurrency, I haven't any doubt that there will be too many people who will be ready to invest into it.

Probably his sheep will follow like crazy but nothing more. This guy lost his credibility and is looking like a clown, so launching his own coin doesn't mean a thing. He is only going down from here. People are not so dumb as Elon thinks.

I think if Elon launches his own coin, I doubt that people will be interested, because I think Elon has disappointed many people too many times, because at first he supported bitcoin, then suddenly decided to stop accepting Tesla payments using bitcoin, so maybe some people don't believe in Elon anymore. but this is only in my opinion, because people think differently

Elon Musk is a genius programmer and he can launch his project if he discovers more cool things about blockchain. Creating a project takes time to develop with a good team of programmers.
For his project to create value like the current DOGE or SHIBA is really difficult. So I think he could launch his project but DOGE business would be better because he invested in this project before he tweeted about it.

I think it is better he launch his own coin and stop influencing the market prices of Bitcoin and Doge his recent exploit in cryptocurrencies had negatively affected the price of Bitcoin, I am disposed toward his full investing in DOGE only and leave the Bitcoin market this will invariably put to stop all the manipulation of the price as witnessed recently in the market because of highly influencial actions.

I would have pretty much like to see how that will play out so that someday after he launches his own cryptocurrency, some other heavy influencer can come along to say something that could negatively affect the price or its adoption and that will definitely put a stop to the focus on Bitcoin.

There's no doubt that Elon musk is capable of lunching his own cryptocurrency and I personally would love to hold his coin because he has the support of the market and could easily influence a value appreciation. The project would become as popular as the defunct LIBRA Coin of Facebook  even before it hits the market.

It's possible that Elon Musk would launch his own coin in the future especially now that he's really influential in the crypto industry. The risk is, he'll only manipulate it whenever he wants. If he could manipulate huge coins, he'll surely do the same thing to his own coin. He really knows how to play the crypto business well.

Well, in my opinion, if Elon Musk is very interested in Cryptocurrency, then it is no doubt that he might be planning to create his own cryptocurrency that would benefit his company and possibly his customers, the ones who have bought his company's products and services. Now if that happened then I would say that it will be an interesting move by the master manipulator and possibly a big hype will happen. It is a matter of who came first in the crypto hype who will prevail when Elon's crypto will be catapulted into high prices.

He doesn't need to do that, because there are other possibilities and coins that are already out there. Or he could start to promote PoS version of bitcoin as a fork. But this weird sudden war against PoW doesn't make any sense unless he has some new green energy miner in making or maybe he wants to use his status just to promote PoS. Which makes me think that Doge could migrate to PoS later on just to please him.

Bitcoin won't transition to PoS in a million years, they have too much in stake (Pun not intented), it would just fork off.

I do think that the altcoin that officially issued by elon will be getting very big FOMO and it will be even bigger than SHIBA and DOGE. So many elon's followers will be spreading this around the world and the big pump will be happening. This is only a speculation since elon is not interesting to issue his own coin but he was interesting to use doge coin instead of issued his own crypto.
It will become another hyped coin like ICP for sure.

If ever he wants, then let him do it. The Crypto market is open for those who want to create their own projects, their own crypto promotions. And it was the people to decide if that particular project having a sense to invest/or they will see any potentials. Because if they never saw it, don't expect that they will invest but for sure they will ignore you.

If Elon Musk has a plan, he makes sure that it could attract investors otherwise, it will be just a dead project only.

It'll be a pump-dump coin for sure as Elon Musk is doing all of this for his own entertainment/satisfaction and he'll left this market just like John McAfee who influenced so many users back in 2018's bull market. So, that coin won't be good for crypto industry as every country takes crypto in a negative way and if Elon launch his own coin which becomes a pump-dump coin, than many users will be rekt. As a result, it'll create a bad impact on crypto market and countries will have more oppertunities to question about this market.

Always depends from how people will embrace this possible project, though he have the advantage being the richess man int he world.

I have the same perspective too. Elon is very genius person, I think if he will create his own token the main priority of the token is to help the world. Elon recently cancelled accepting bitcoin in his company Tesla due to environmental concern of the BTC with its huge power capacity needed in mining. I think its token that could help people like charity or high-technology application that revolutionize the cryptoworld or its just like Dogecoin. He always like Meme coins.  

It may or may not work, because the success of a coin is not determined by just one person but many investors and traders who invest in it, but if Elon Musk plans to make his own coin, chances are that many people will support him and will probably be able to compete hard with other good coins

Elon Musk will probably hype his own coin if he creates himself just like what he did with bitcoin and dogecoin that are now both in their peak price. But it never crosses my mind he will come up with this knowing he had all the coins he wanted and make it pump or dump so that the owners of such coins will end up panic selling and leave him the profitable one.

Elon Musk is a smart one, taking all those advantages he had in his power so we should also be wise as him so we can never be left empty handed because of giving him all the chances that was probably ours to take.

I don't think he'll do it. First, the SEC will not allow, let's remember Mark Zuckerberg and Pavel Durov. Secondly, he will ruin his image. If the token is without technology, it will be a long-term failure.

Thinking the same, look at what happen to Zuckerberg’s Libra it didn’t pass well through SEC’s approval I think it could possibly happen to Elon Musk too if he creates his own coin knowing his influence in the market. Elon has bad reputation already in crypto space, he can make you rich and poor in seconds.

It's not as easy as what we imagine later, maybe if you launch your own coin it will be very difficult..
because you have to need a solid team that can raise these coins with extra work..it's different by buying all the coins that already exist..

It might or might not  do fine, but seeing how much his moved dogecoin, I think the coin can do fine.

But I see one problem here, him being located in the USA will he be registering a company away from this jurisdiction to avoid any unnecessary tension with the law, compliance checks and all??

- Well, for someone where every comment can become a trend like Elon Musk, actions such as starting a company or creating a product will receive the full review of organizations and government approval, passing such a chain of rules is probably not easy, and even if passed, success requires the participation of the crypto community but he ruined everything. First, the legitimacy prevented this participation, the next, perhaps an attempt to try to set the trend in an extravagant way, but this random thing wiped out the investors in the market, people are really hating his absurd disturbances

I don't think Elon Musk will launch his own coin. If he had to launch his coin he had not shilled DogeCoin and Other Meme Coins. Maybe he will launch his coin in future and will use that coin in Tesla. 

What about the rest of the coins in the cryptocurrency market, almost all of the coins touched their all time high and still going higher and we very well know that Elon Musk just pumped the price of Bitcoin and Doge but what happened to ETH XRP even ETC and Bitcoin Gold. So we cannot find someone responsible for the market and these are baseless assumptions and there is no way he is going to launch his coin unless he wants to troll the cryptocurrency space to the next level.

Then we could see how well he could manipulates it I mean manage it.
We could see so much drama and it could be a pump and dump scenario like what is happening to the Dogecoin from the recent weeks.
But yes it would be a success of course the question is for how long?
We all know that he have so many supporters/Believers and we could see it from how Dogecoin price reacts every time he tweets it,
So if he would create his own crypto then we could be sure that all of those Dogecoin investor would jump in on his own crypto.

Who knows if he didn't already  ??? ??? There have been rumors in the past that he could be part of Bitcoin for many years already.

Well, if he floats a crypto I for one won't be buying. I'm yet to see any celebrity owned token that has succeeded. I try as much as stay away from any token promoted by a celebrity where they're made the poster boys. I learnt the hard way after my experience with the John McAfee ghost token last year. That was a few years after Centra which was heavily promoted by boxer Mayweather turned scam. I lost cash in that too. So, I will be highly skeptical to stay out if Elon has a token to his name. He's better a kingmaker than wanting to be a king himself. He should know better.


Every hodler at some point takes profit. If Elon decides to sell, it shouldn't be seen as something bad.

I remember when Facebook announces their participation in the crypto industry by creating their own coin which didn't really show what the people expected. If he launches his own coin the chances of it becoming successful are dependent on what kind of coin it is and how many big-time companies will support it. To be honest, it is not really convenient for them to create new coins since these guys are busy with their own successful companies. Only those who have known how to effectively gain high profit will sacrifice their time and money to create new coin even though they are the owner of one of the successful companies in the world.

Is it true? I didn't hear it at all. but I don't think Elon would do that. I think there are some more important and urgent projects that he has to work on (Tesla and SpaceX are already taking a lot of time), I think he also owns several companies like boring companies? I'm not really sure

Facebook is a great example to compare if Elon Musk plans to make his own coin. Facebook's failure when planning to make Libra, could be a valuable
lesson for Elon Musk. Because it is not certain that a large company with a lot of money can create a successful project. They have to create coins that
the crypto community really needs, because even now, there are so many new projects appearing, but has almost the same function. So very few
new projects end up surviving. I believe Elon Musk is aware of this, and will not be creating a new coin anytime soon.

He'll have to go through the regulators, it's not going to be easy but if he passed it, it will have a good potential in the market, he had everything to make his coin land in the top 10, I'm sure this idea is cooking in his mind we'll see, after promoting Doge and testing his influence he can try it to his own coin he'll gain a lot if he can create his own, but only if he passed the regulators.

He’s a billionaire and for sure he diversified already and maybe already own a token privately to avoid regulations. If Elon will create his own token then so be it, I’m sure the hype of that project will be huge and can easily pump, I just don’t know if there’s a usage for that or just a simple project to make money.

this is a very reasonable excuse. although many suspected that the coins issued by EM itself would be as successful as Doge did, but the road is not that easy. as one of the richest and most influential people, there are bound to be many barriers to legality, centralization, and the like. and looking at Mark's previous case to be the closest and most similar prediction. but who knows, if there is a chance there might be a surprise, we'll just wait.

It probably does well for him, but may not for crypto users. Elon musk can manipulate the price of the token at any time, the same as what he did in Doge. He gets money, while people who follow the hype getting a loss. Be careful if he really creates his won coin.

By the way, Elon Musk surely gets another source to take advantage of the crypto world if he launches a crypto coin. But I don't think he will create his own coin, he is a smart manipulator. He can get a problem if he makes his own coin. He must realize it, that's why we never hear he will create his own coin.

SEC will be the biggest stumbling block if he chooses to launch his coin, on his token he has the money he can hire developers who can develop a technology that will turn up to be a better alternative than those coins in the top 10, but promoting an existing token is much easier than promoting a new coin tot he community, it must have usage and a good platform.

Maybe this is the reason why he is just collaborating with doge dev team. Of course, hiring developers and all is easy peasy from his end. But when it comes to SEC and other regulatory bodies, that will be the bottleneck. And since he is already promoting doge, it seems he decided to strengthen his ties with doge by collaborating with them in order to improve system transactions as per tweet. Doge is an old alt, even if it started as just meme coin, it evolved into something useful for crypto users. However, the transaction fee these days are getting expensive because of the current price of doge. Hopefully, Elon and doge team will indeed improve their transaction efficiency.

If SEC will not let him create his own coin he will end up picking the coin where he can be a whale and promote it just like what he is doing right now with Doge, I believe he will not satisfy with Doge, and he will add more coins to his portfolio, he is looking for a good coin to promote his reputation is at stake here, Doge is not a bad start but he should choose a coin that is much better than Doge.

SEC regulation is totally strict but if you will just comply with everything they need and ask for, it will not become a problem. If Mr. Elon Musk will create his own cryptocurrency, he should comply with the SEC and I know he can make it knowing that he is already a businessman but the question if the community had the willingness to support his project after Tesla gives no support with Bitcoin and accepting it as a mode of payment. It could be a worrying part that his project will not able to succeed as possible that the community won't give the support as well.

Why would Elon Musk needs the permission of SEC if he wants to create his own coin. There are thousands of coins that are created and many projects that collected over billions of dollars and no project developers took any permission from any authorities even though i think that the projects that collected money will be audited in the future. If Elon releases a coin and never collects money as seed fund then there is nothing to worry from the SEC.

In my opinion, if he is going to make a coin of his own, then  chances are he is going to make it outside of the country. But that is also a difficult part, him being an American Citizen, that project would get into a lot of scrutiny from the US government, given their current stance on cryptocurrencies. He must have like an outside team that will be in charge and he can be seen as a founder or co-founder with an agreement to the co-founders. Cryptocurrency is not yet well accepted so he must be at least a bit careful when creating a cryptocurrency of his own.

I could be wrong but most of the project that collects money always forbid US citizens from getting involved because that'll spell regulatory problem for their project and maybe Elon will also go through the regulation so if he's really trying to make a project he won't be getting problem in the future, though as I've seen recently many of shitcoins that's only sold through swap platform or dex usually didn't need to go through that regulation for the simple fact that they don't oblige people into buying their shitcoins.

Considering how much money he has at the moment, he can do almost anything he wants. If the problem is his location or citizenship being in the US, he can make a solution on that easily. I do not think that he would be the creator of it, there is no chance. If he creates something he will create it and then tell everyone about it, he will not only tell it and tweet about it, he will definitely make a huge deal out of it as well, like send a toy of it to space or something because he is a very very crazy person without a doubt.

Till now, there is no formal linkage between Dogecoin developers and Elon (either directly, or indirectly through Tesla). And moreover, Dogecoin also has a PoW algorithm similar to Bitcoin. He may or may not have the same power anymore because his influence over crypto world is getting lower and lower but that doesn't change the fact that he can still tweet about it as the most influential and wealthy person in the crypto world. It was bitcoin whom he hyped first and he was successful, I think he already planned everything as he understands that once bitcoin pumped and create a new ATH, then altcoins season will come, and with that, he can start hyping an altcoin of his choice, and one that gains the major attention was DOGE.

Elon is a manipulate fuck, and he damn well knew this whole time about bitcoins impact on climate aspects.  I believe he had it in mind all along that he was going to create his own coin ( using proof of stake so he could be the controlling wallet(s) ). 

If Elon Musk led the colonization of Mars, we can expect Mars to be the first known planet to have a crypto coins as the only means of transferring value. He would most probably build his own coin and few more as keeping Mars on the same internet as Earth would be difficult due to the delay. And the Martians would have no other choices than to use it. I think if Elon musk drops his own coin it would not do well as we may think it would, why is that, to me Elon musk is double standard, tweet today in favour of something and against it on another tweet, I think investors may look at this before Investing, and obviously I won't get his coin if any comes out on mainstream, read up about Facebook coin and from my research it didn't do exciting things even with the amount of Facebook users, I think Elon musk coin if it comes out would do worse.

Wether he decided to have his own coin or not, even with his influence lately. That will only make little different, cause there are already thousands of coins and the only difference he could make is how they are going to make crypto space more influencing. His recent tweet has done more damage to BTC, either good or bad. There will always be pump and dump in the marker. BTC started with almost $0 but see where it is presently, a major pump has pushed it to where it is today. Some will use his project to earn, others will claim him as a scammer, because "he has created that just to get rich". You are thinking that we can just get a huge volume but not only that there will be more concern .However if he come up with his own project it will be a huge one for sure .We have seen in the recent days how his tweet make an impact on the crypto market and also there are many project has come up with his name .All if these are running well and lots of us has gotten enough profit .So that we can surely say that he is the richest person in the world and if he comes with his own project it will be number one for sure .

It won’t be much beneficial because at this time peeps are not loving the way Elon is manipulating the market for meme coins and also forfeited the BTC payments against Tesla car.
