I am plaaning to invest on alts 2024. For the moment i keep my usdt. I am thinking that these coins still at higher prices , they  will sure more 80-90% down.

How about your views?

And 2024 is the perfect time to buy? What makes you think that we will be in bear market by 2024? Just hold your USDT and wait for bear market which can happen any time and the next bear market might not last up to four years because crypto adoption is getting stronger every year

I don't think that alts would drop at the same level as 2018 market crash. Maybe the recently launched projects would drop that much but not the large caps coins/tokens. If you are betting for 2024, try to look for mid caps. Accumulate slowly.

We dont know until we came to that year. Its hard to speculate, cause chances as well that the market could pushed through for continous bull run and cant stop until few years more. Many have become interested on crypto and this reason could change the possible history of some crashes that happened in the past. I think most of the projects are gonna stay alive except with the new born one and only large cap and middle cap project can retain their cash flows if ever we experienced bear market.

0xMonero is up 1000x this year and it keeps going. The recent dip didn't affect it much. I put most of my funds in LP pools for 0xMR and yield farm. The rest of my funds are in NEAR and UTNP mostly but a little bit of wasabix.

Market is slowly recovering right now so this shows that there is still huge demand on crypto, last weeks it thought the door is already opened for bears but I was wrong, the bear market will not be the same like that of 2018 anymore unless something as bad as CoViD19 comes again of which I don't pray for.

I think you need to wait for a while because the market is already increasing, and many altcoins hit the highest price. We do not know when the price will increase or decrease. If you want to invest in altcoin for 2024, you can try it next year because this year, the crypto market is still uptrend. But maybe you can search for the other coins that do not increase yet so you can buy them now and hold them for a long time.

If so, I think there is simply no way anyone can say such a thing, given the volatility of the market and the dynamics with which everything happens, we can not be sure of the direction of the market in 1 month, let alone in 2 years. Until then, there is a hell of a lot of time in terms of the crypto world and things can change a lot.

If CoViD19 comes again then the crypto market will experience a good pump on all coins because with CoViD19 people will tend to make money via the internet without having to leave the house, and one alternative is to trade through the crypto market.

boy, you'd gonna miss a lot of altcoins which price may not really go as low as you might expect. there are tons of going on the crypto world right now, developments on every project could quite explode their price to mars before 2024. if i were you i would just play trading some altcoins instead of waiting, there probably a chance for you to accumulate more USDT than wait for 2024.

2024 is a pretty distant goal. I don't think we should think about cryptocurrencies so long-term. HODL often prevents us from making big profits. By making short-term trades, you can earn very good incomes until 2024. In my opinion, make a purchase at the first opportunity and get started!  :)

Why waiting for long times to start buy? In my opinion this bullish trend is not over yet, the current situation of market the samething like in 2016, this is just correction before going to new ATH. Its not make sense after 3 years of bearish trend , the bullish trend only taking for a few months. Year 2024 is 3 years from now and I think we cannot predict on what will happen to crypto that year if it is bullish or bearish I think we need to decide depending on the market on year 2024 so we can't decide it today or in advance beause it is not necesary to buy if the price is high normally if we want to buy and hold the best time to buy is during dip or bear season. The problem is we do not know when bear market or bull market appear because 2024 is far from now.

Yes, I think if OP have sufficient budget to invest right now, it's the best time to buy right now. The prices of cryptocurrencies are down right now and it’s still in the process of recovering the losses. I’m sure 2024 will be a great year, most of altcoins today are bigger in 2024 and they are also so much development and upgrades that time. I’m also sure that lot of institution and rich people will adopt the cryptocurrencies. We didn’t not sure if the price will go down at that time but 80% down is not possible.

First off, you're going to have a long way to go if your mind is set on 2024 to buy in. What happens between now and then? Except you're simply saying you aren't an investor or a trader. Between now and then is a gap of 3 whole years. That's 36 months of waiting. Quite alright, price may be up for certain tokens now. However, there are still others with low prices that you can pick up now. As it's the tradition that every post halving Bitcoin year always goes into a bull season, it's very likely that price will continue to soar till the end of this year with little corrections here and there. If you're aiming for a bear year, wait for it in 2022. Not 2024.

Do you think altcoin market will dropped down up to 90% by 2024? Your mind is amazing because you have high speculation but I doubt that market will fall too much as what you think. Also, waste of time, you will have to wait a long time before you can invest. Why not buy now some good altcoins like ETH, BNB, XRP etc.., then hold it until 2024 and check the market if you can sell it and have a huge profit at that time.

It's too much. Altcoin will never go down so hard like that before bitcoin will be going down first. What you have predicted was quite difficult to be a real thing for sure. This is based on my analyzation.

It is hard to say, but he can try to buy for a small amount in this time to have the coin step by step and hold it. While holding it, he can buy more when the price is down. It will help him lower his buying price so when the price starts to rally in the next months, he can sell some amount and profit while he can buy more. But he should plan for the investment from now on to work and give him a profit in the future because we are talking about 4 years later. For that long investment actually most altcoin are good if you refers to top 10 market cap, but for more sure profits, i would recommend ETH since this coin has consistent growing phase, the enviroment is already great but the development team are keep improving their product, ETH 2.0 is coming really soon and the transaction speed and low fees is already in sight. Many payment will use this coin and i'm sure for 2024 this coin will have high growth in price

If you thinking the altcoin season is over and overbought , its good idea to move to others asset like stocks, because alot of bluechip stocks has potential to raise with lower risk than crypto. So while waiting for next 3 year, we can make money too from others market. And after 3 year on stocks, we can withdraw it to enter again in crypto, this is the compunding strategy in spot market who was many professional investor did it.

I prefer to stay at crypto as I see crypto still promising to give me the profit. I do not know much about stock or else so I do not want to move on that market. Since you're holding it on USDT, you might want to take Ethereum. doing nothing in 3 year with our money was useless thing. we can find alot opportunity in this market, remember price will not always drop. in this drop we find many opportnunity to buy and hold it for a while. in 3years there are lot changes in market , fundamentally or technically and it could globally change crypto market insigth.

If you think about next bull run it's too early to invest in coins. First we should see whole trend reversal and a long bear market, then we can start accumulating good altcoins for next cycle. First we need to finish this bull run though, we may see part two in Spring before we enter another long bear market.

Dogecoin is no longer that with potential. Although we still like it as a meme coin but it doesn't mean that people should still ride on it despite the hype is done and gone.

Yes I agree with you but not market trends not good sign.when market 30% Down we can see can back very soon but when down 70%or 80% it's difficult to recover everything.But crypto market is everything possible so all of waiting to see good something.

At Present market conditions are not good to invest keep your money in USDT form till the market stabilizes. We can not expect all coins will drop 80-90% more from here I don't agree with you on this point. At present, I believe Ethereum is the best option to hold for the long term. I don't have any view about what will happen in 2024. But if want to make investment, i wouldn't wait for that time because nobody know what will happen to us like we still healthy or maybe bankrupt or maybe anything else that can happen. I think it's too brave to wait for dogecoin to be able to make a new pump. waiting would be better for better assets like ADA or BNB.

Market still not fine mate so better keep it to USDT and just wait for the right time. And also no need to rush on this current situation of the market because to be honest it's very skeptical and can really cause losses without knowing due to some weak hands in the market , infact all were still struggling even those trusted crypto currency at this very moment, just imagine its been 3 weeks ago when market plunges and now still struggling and seems has tends to go down more. Now would be the best time to go shopping. There are so many good coins that have dumped because of bitcoin influence which is why you should take this chance to accumulate and fill up your bags. The market won't be able to stay low like this for long. Get in now before you get left behind again. For me, the coins that are good to buy right now are polkadot, zil, etc uni, xrp, matic, ada, sol, link, bch and ltc. I am already starting and don't care if the market still sinks for a bit because I think the bottom is very near if not already reached. I think you better search now for a hidden gem that has potentially good for long term investment if you want to hodl until 2024. I suggest you try to look on some exchange tokens such as OKB, KCS and GT knowing that exchange token nowadays are in-demand.

If we dont have any idea about the next of trend in this crypto market, for the better take profit by half amount  then the remaining keep hold it. Besides, there are a lot of altcoins in the market now that has a lot of potentials to give opportunity to earn in the end for sure even for a short term only, try to look around and check these coin like cake, uni, dot, Link, and more something like that.

If you want to take a look at the current meme coin, Shiba seems to have a great opportunity. And it will have a good price in 2024. But the meme coin, may lose its price.

I’m going to bet my money in Cro… no one is talking about it. It’s only valued at .12 cent currently., they have awesome customer service. Their fees for staking is hella cheap, no one is hyping them up . I believe in 6 months they will be valued at 7plus.

Actually four years are huge for investing in altcoin. Because altcoin is different from bitcoin. Bitcoin will exist in the year 2024 or 2025.But the fact is, Ethereum, Binance smart chain and Usdt may sustained till the year of 2024.Binance smart chain will going in shine in a near future. Many coin will fly away and give huge loss to investors.

Anyway, my views about this is that now is the best time to buy, let's say about 5% to 35% per day or per week or whatever depending on market conditions and your capital range. Because although I think we are still a few thousand away from the bottom when it comes to bitcoin, the price today is a already a very safe bet specially as a long term holder. Don't get left behind man, buy early now and by 2024 you may already be a millionaire if not a billionaire.

You would be well advised to stick with all the coins that have made it somewhat into the mainstream - Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, etc. Go to a few of the largest exchanges and write down the 5 most popular coins, cross reference them to see which are consistent across different platforms to determine popularity and then do some research on each coin. At that point you should write down all the positives and all the negatives you can find for each one on the list. You then have to form your own opinion on which you think will have the best future - try to envisage where they could be in five years time based on current trends. At that point put your money into the one you consider the most popular or split your funds across multiple, weighting more money to the ones you think will do best. That's a strategy you could follow and construct yourself without relying on random people here.

I also experienced the same thing as you, saving usdt to wait for the right time to sell at expensive numbers, but this didn't really work for me because I tend to invest in cheap meme coins with a large number of coins, there was one success I in investing in meme coins, at that time the price of dogecoin I bought was priced at $ 0.0002748 but about 3 months later the price of this coin rose significantly from the previous price to $ 0.68723, and none of the coin connoisseurs predicted this, so I concluded that investing in cheap coins is more likely for us to get a profit than investing in expensive coins but we don't necessarily get big profits, not to mention the risk we get is much smaller and we can minimize it well

there are two types of coins in my opinion?
1. a coin that has a high buying value but a stable selling value
2. The purchase price of the coin is cheap, but the selling value is slightly higher than the number purchased.

I have seen many crazy stuff and many regular stuff and I feel like regulars outweight the potential on the crazy ones. Sure if you invest into a small cap coin there is a chance you can make more money, after all turning a marketcap of 2 million into 20 million is not that big of a deal, as long as that one gets a slight bit popular then we can see it 10x a lot quicker than any big names.

However that is a bit low chance and we will probably see BNB or ETH or even BTC to go up a lot easier, not a go up bigger, but go up easier which means that while others have a chance to fail, these trio do not have that chance and I believe that we could see it happening a lot more often. This is why I believe that I would suggest those higher ones, it is basically a better way to make profit without worrying what is going to happen with your money in the long run.
