The site doesn't look bad, I'm especially curious about player experiences, players will especially value a smooth process that payouts are processed quickly. I have no idea, who can explain this serious question to this only competent person, betsiocasino. If a term like that, they have to explain the detail, I guess the user can do a transaction without proof of the document but must provide personal info such as address and phone number.

Seems like a pretty risky proposition, imo.

They reserve the complete right to conduct KYC on anyone and seem to have it in their TnCs. I personally wouldn't risk depositing if I wasn't comfortable with giving KYC even when keeping inside the 2,000 euro limit.

Welcome to the forum. If you're saying that the payments are 'Lightning fast', keep in mind that it's a bit confusing and prompts a question: do you accepting the payments via the Lightning Network? Or is it just a metaphor?
Also, you're saying the casino's for thrill-seeking players, but your games seem pretty regular for a casino (slots, roulette).

An ongoing situation I have with them:

I have deposited and won last night, a total of ~ 0.22BTC won in total, deposits of ~ 0.034BTC. They are yet to process my withdrawal, as they say there is an error from their payment processing partner. I am a bit uneasy about that, given that the casino is very new and it seems odd that the error is only for my account. Anyway, I am not calling it a scam or anything, but I would be a bit cautious, since this never happens to me on bitcasino or other reputable sites, it is always fast and smooth over there.

Look like Bets.io started buying reviews from the market.  ::) Do they offer a bonus for their users to write shit on their Casino ANN? Why would they do that while they are not active here? They were buying Forum ads on Auction, and I saw their ads a couple of months ago. But their representative wasn't active when they spent money on forum ads. Even I saw a guy created a separate thread telling bets.io is the best casino  :P

It's a real shame! I'm sure they realize that this won't work as shilling is highly frowned upon by the bitcointalk community.
The money they have wasted on hiring those shill account it would be better if they have spent it on a proper review campaign, as many of their competitors are doing. With this, they will get honest reviews from experienced gamblers which can help them improve their casino and it can help promote their brand at the same time.

it is this shill account that makes everyone here hesitate to bet in this casino. because in terms of marketing alone it is very bad and people here think there is actually a bets.io company choosing to use a shill account to bummping threads instead of using a representative account who is more active here to chat with its customers.
so this whole thing looks suspicious and the community is bound to be incredulous and even further away.

I'm a little suspicious whether this shill account is actually controlled by the OP.

Bets.io has been a decent experience thus far. With the attractive deposit bonuses and various other promotions, there’s been a lot to love. The user interface is clean, there’s a huge variety of games, withdrawals are quick, and support is swift! Would recommend.

I don't know if this goes against the "only one thread per site rule" but you should also consider locking this thread just to solidify your claim.
