I get good first impression when visiting your website because it looks good on my browser both on PC and mobile. Creating an account is also fast as I need to fill email and password only. Would you offer something like freebet or free spin bonus with no deposit requirement?  ;) You provide your own token with no real value for players to try your game but I do not think it is enough to attract new players. I checked your telegram channel and you have more than 4k members already, when the exact time you launch your gambling site?

I think what @fesatmas is experiencing is a bad internet connection and just now I've tried to register it's no problem at all and it's not necessary to use a VPN because there is no limit on the BITGAME.

The site does look professional in my opinion and this is the first one I've seen that you can use telegram but I think using telegram to login is the same as using your phone number to register an account since I tried it using telegram and you need to type your phone number in international format. Does the busdt for testing purposes?.

I haven't check all of it but I found out about the minimum deposit which is 0.0002 for btc, 0.008 eth, 5 usdt when you are goi2to deposit but in withdrawal fee must need to set numerical password and the minimum withdrawal amount is 0.000157 btc and withdrawal fee is 0.00057 btc at the time of check, 0.0236 eth minimum withdrawal amount with 0.0036 fee at the time of check. It seems you will know every fee and minimum withdrawal amount for each crypto you wanted to withdraw.

Having good number of  telegram members doesn't indicate anytime that they are already good since we know that getting users forcefully could really be done

My holdings / total holdings * dividend pool amount * dividend ratio = my current reward.

It is contradictive to one of your terms as you say that you have the right to ask the proof of your user's age. It is a type of KYC, isn't it? Logically once you need to do this, you will ask your users to submit their ID. You also have a term that users are allowed to have one account only, so how if you suspect a user to have multiple accounts? Will you ban/suspend the account directly and take all the available balance on the account without asking the user to provide KYC as what other casinos usually do?

Our terms will be updated soon to clarify that. If we suspect a user is multi accounting or money laundering, our risk department will conduct an investigation and if the user is found guilty we will ban and suspend the account and all of their earnings will be suspended. We won't ask for KYC at any point during the investigation.

It is usually the casino itself that chooses enforces KYC. not Curacao. We choose not to enforce KYC no matter the big sums of money involved. Betfury is also curacao licensed and they don't enforce KYC either.

This is not the case as far as I understand from the video. The user on the video seems to be complaining that s/he got rewarded with your demo token while s/he won bet with real coins such as TRX. It is one month old video but the creator did not add more information after he posted the video, have you received a complain through your support system where user complain such case?

No, I can't recall hearing about that complaint but my support team likely handled it. "Minor" complaints like that normally get passed to my support team from the user while bigger ones like bugs or glitches are brought to my attention and I work with the devs to sort that out.

I took a look at your football offer and the number of leagues and matches to bet on seems very limited. For example, there are only 8 leagues to bet on in the next 24 hours at the moment I am writing this reply. I can't even count that number of leagues available on some of your more popular competitor platforms.

When I click on in-play football markets, it's completely empty. You don't offer live football betting? There are between 80-100 live football matches on other platforms right now. I have also noticed that the 1x2 markets are closed on a number of matches for some reason.

We plan on expanding our leagues and matches very soon. As far as live betting, we also have that but typically that market gets closed/opened depending on how far ahead a team is in the lead.
