So it's growing back to 40k, however don't be fooled to sell, because BTC is still very cheap. The potential is there, it's huge, BTC will still exist in 5 years, BTC will still exist in 10 years. Just imagine...

What I want to remind everyone is that BTC is still extremely cheap, so make sure your diamond hands are now stronger than never, the whales are still lurking in the deep waters.

It is not as cheap as weeks ago but still cheap enough to accumulate for future higher highs.

I know nowadays there are newbies still ask this question but it is unnecessary to say Bitcoin will exist since 2021. After 12 years, Bitcoin demonstrates that it will never die. Time proves it and does not fool us. Bitcoin has a good survivability and it existence is solid.

Repeat 12 years a few times, and the question will become the fooliest questions from newbies.

It went down though, but the price is still attractive and it is still a bargain. For newbies or just starting their bitcoin journey, one lesson I learned when I was a beginner is that you really don't need to buy one full BTC right now.

You can just do DCA or just buy what you can afford and accumulate overtime. It might take some time, but believed me, the journey of it is very satisfying in the end specially if you have reach that 1 BTC *which is the goal for everyone*.

Well comparing even in the last ATH the 40k value is still very cheap from 64,000 so yeah it is very cheap still.
Yet not many is investing and many are still reacting as if they are already losing when the downfall is just half from the previous Hype.

Maybe people will finally realize everything once the value Reached Million and they have nothing to do but cry for their own stupidity.

It is good to see bitcoin soaring again to 40k, I know people who have been into this for the past 8-10 years will know how to hold for the future is brighter for bitcoin.

I don't know why you still think BTC is extremely cheap? The average investor certainly doesn't think so, especially since for most almost $40k is very big money - despite the fact that anyone can buy BTC for a few tens of dollars, but no one likes too much zero behind the decimal point. You need to keep in mind that there are people who trade on a daily basis as well as those who sell their BTC to provide some basic living needs - for some the long-term holding option is simply not an option.


How about you take a look at your posting history for a change before opening new threads? There is something much more important than diamond hands...

indeed bitcoin is growing very well, even though the current price is still very cheap,, if we play in bitcoin, the principle we must hold is that we must always be patient, no matter what happens, and whatever people post negative things about bitcoin, we should not waver, if we are strong in facing challenges, and we are patient in investing, we will most likely get success, the key to success, be patient, be confident and keep trying and praying..

i can see it now there will soon be a lot of topics complaining about how they have missed the chance to buy bitcoin out of ignorance when price is $100k+. it is the story of every bull run. we see big rises and everyone starts regretting not buying then there is a small correction and they still don't buy until price goes back up again so that they can regret some more!

I know it would be very tempting to sell it at a pretty good time seeing the Bitcoin price increase the past few days. Of course, I still hold on tight and don't really care about how the issues that are now being discussed in various media are now being discussed. What I'm afraid of is the FUD to release the Bitcoin, and they pump it up instead. Learn from the past, all who are happy are long-term holders.

Right now is really time for buy or HODL and not to sell. For me it's not gonna be the time until BTC gets to $200K at least. i hope by that time i'll have at least 5 coins.

Regrets and sobs stories will change their situation. All there is are stories that they missed the chance to actually buy something that will change their fate but sadly theres doubt inside them.

Investors are just holding and still makes a lot of money. This is the beauty in BTC because of the scarcity. So its also a RARE opportunity.

for future potential this price is still very cheap but when compared to the previous week this price is certainly better, here I think you are very suitable for small traders to do scalping but for long time holders of course this is not too influential because I believe they are would not be too tempted by a temporary increase like this.
and in this thread I think you are speculating too much, that's fine if it's hopeful but at least you have to create a solid alibi so you can defend your argument. although the opportunity is very large for btc to last for the next few years, but you also have to be more realistic to address the possibility that the opposite will happen.
Don't just look at the benefits, but also the risk of falling, even if it's very small, it can still happen

Just like there's a potential for upside, there's also a potential for downside. There's no rule that says that Bitcoin can't return to previous levels, especially not after having a bull run. And it can be very profitable to sell while the price is high and buy back deep in the bear market.

A lot of people in Bitcoin community have this perception of selling as something you can only do once, but you can always buy again, hopefully at lower price.

If this is a restart of a bull run, then hondling is indeed the winning strategy, but if this is a bull trap, then selling now is the last chance to take profits.

Sure you can say that it is still cheap but who knows what the future holds, maybe in the next few years bitcoin will grow by a lot and the price will hit some high numbers or maybe the price will take a hit somehow and drops down, the point is don't be greedy and don't just horde bitcoin just because you want to squeeze couple more dollars profit, because what is the point of having so much money if you can't enjoy it while you can, so ask yourself why are you doing this and what are your asperation with it.

It has been cheap for 12 years already and some people didn't realize they should have bought yet. People shouldn't get panicked with market corrections, because they are made on purpose by whales to demotivate regular investors in order to make them lose interest and will for bitcoin investment, so these whales can accumulate more coins in their wallets for cheaper prices.
Whales bluff all the time to play with investors' emotions and get them out from the game. However, it's easy to overcome whales: just keep holding and their plans will be ruined.

I am also happy about this as BTC is one of my favorite cryptocurrencies. Its development is accepted by more and more places and becomes the most loved coin.

You can't really force people to invest on something that they don't know and it is really a big opportunity if you know how cryptocurrency works, especially bitcoin.

We should invest now before it's too late because if bitcoin becomes more popular and known around the world, the demand will surely increase.

It is you choice if you will just go with the flow or avoid the waves. Remember, opportunities are not always there and it can vanish any time.

W cant blame them as they have no concrete idea about what this market is and how much they ar losing from regretting to invest in this market so maybe in some time after another ATH been reached .

Well, if you look at the long term future, the difference between $10000 and $50000 is not so important. Future predictions with this market make me very confident in what I am expecting, looking at them like OP said, BTC is indeed still very cheap.

All what has been said is true, the 21 million coins make it easy for price to keep going up so as long as we keep the demand high to unleash bitcoins true potential.

But the future is uncertain as crypto users are the people that give it this power,  sometimes it scares me thinking about what would happen if every one choose to move money out of bitcoin and pump Ethereum for example as I see it not to be impossible,
would btc still hold any value. 

I hope that I will be able to do the hodling for a really long time because I really want to be able to make a maximum profit out of the coins that I am hodling although I have no diversification yet so I have no other means to make money.

You say... "the whales are still lurking in the deep waters" ....but I beg to differ, because these guys are Orca's!!... they are calculated killers that are working in a pod together to kill of the competition and all the small fish and even members of their own pod.

Let's not forget how these Orca's colluded together to trap one of their own and then triggered a massive sell off that brought us to where we are now. (From $60k to $30k in a few weeks)  >:(

In my opinion, as long as the price of bitcoin is predicted to continue to rise to a very high price and if it has not reached the highest price it will be called the price of bitcoin is still cheap.
and to buy bitcoin at any price you always have a chance to get a good return and make a purchase within your means and hold it for the long term, even if the price suddenly drops, actually the drop is your chance to buy it again and hold it again.
keep doing things like that until the bitcoin price is really expensive.

Yes, bitcoin is still cheap because bitcoin can be back to $64k in the future and I am sure that price will be more than that. Bitcoin still has a long journey and will not stop for just 5-10 years, so we have our time to accumulate more bitcoin from now. Even if the price increases to $50k, that is still a good price to buy more. But we do not have to buy a whole bitcoin if we can not do that because we can buy bitcoin from a small fraction. The whales still search for the right time to sell their bitcoin so while they are not doing something to the market, we should use this time for our benefit.

That's to be expected, bad news are sometimes used by people that wants to make money out of bitcoin if it goes down or some of them can use it as an opportunity to buy at a cheap price. Of course it is growing, I mean that's what a credible investment do, which is go up in value.

The price isn't cheap as said, it is cheap based on thee price predictions for the future put forth by expertise people. Investing at this cost is really good, unlike the price it is possible to buy any smaller denomination. So, it is advised to buy and hold based on the financial ability.

What we think now could've been thought by users few years back when the price was around $5000, but they might have not bought at that price. Same as that now we'll talk about it, and only a few will buy and years later we feel of missing the opportunity.

Extremely cheap? No, it's not that anymore.
Of course, the growth potential is there, I'm totally positive that the price will continue to grow but the returns will be completely different from what they were in the past. For years ago we were at 3k we have experienced a 20x increase, do you honestly see $1.2 million in another 4 and $25million in 8 years?
It's still one damn good investment that long-term will probably beat anything else even with this price at the starting point but the days you could get rich with just a few hundred $ by just buying and holding are long gone.

And if we talk about the price as in one BTC, that hasn't been cheap for a long time, half of this planet will never have enough wealth (not cash money) to buy one in their lifetime, not even speaking about having the extra money to simply invest that amount.


Not everyone likes to gamble (because right now that's what it is) with a lot of money and risk missing a huge opportunity just because of some manipulation, I don't think that even dog races aren't this rigged as the crypto market. I see it as one thing to play around with small 100-1k positions and so gain some extra spending money for the month and a totally different beast to risk your savings on these trade swings. I know I'm bad at predictions and anticipating stuff and a lot of people are simply cautious like me.
We know of the opportunities, we know it's possible to make in a few days of trading more than you'll do by holding for years but the risks are simply to much.

if we compare the current price of bitcoin with its highest price, of course now this price is quite cheap, but what we need to do now is to be able to take advantage of every opportunity that exists to make a profit and one of them is by buying bitcoin at a low price, we always trying to wait for the price of bitcoin to continue to rise but without any preparation with the amount of bitcoin in our wallet, when the bitcoin price returns to high we just act as spectators and see other people get big profits for their courage to buy bitcoin today.
 I personally agree that now is the right time for us to buy bitcoins and save them for the future.

The rise and fall of the Bitcoin price is difficult to predict. Not only is it volatile, the price of Bitcoin sometimes moves significantly suddenly at unexpected times. But if bitcoin gains adoption for long-term hoarding purposes or for short-term spending on speculation, the bitcoin price will rise significantly in the future. The high speed on the chain and the low speed off the chain indicate that bitcoin is increasingly being used for speculation and not for the store of value.

Market manipulation due to fud news spread as headlines in the crypto community and there are parties to the market crash for trading profits, they end up buying back when the market is normal when support will dominate the market. Be wise to respond to fud news and control your emotions.

Day traders yes move around and sell their btc when btc even moves up a bit and buy back when it goes down. I agree that BTC is going to yield a huge money if its bought now and sold after few years when it really touches minimum $100 which is not far obviously. However short term traders whose entire job is depended on trades, would always try to make a small profit shot moving back and forth.

Not really cheap in a manner that we all failed to buy while price hasn't yet reached $20k if I'm right on that certain aspects. Based on historical ATH last $60k, well in fairness that's cheap enough but what we're looking for now is the power of whales that can dominate the market. With this one, I believed they all have the capacity to create a good trigger points before another huge explosions will initiate.

Short term traders or those who short bitcoin are going to get REKT if the price continue to grow.

For the cheap price, it's not for the majority of us, that's why there are bears who really wanted to pull the price and then they will enter and turn in bulls after that. But what we can do is just to continue to accumulate as many as we can, it doesn't mean that you will purchase 1 btc, it could be a few sats and then save it for many years. Whales are definitely ready to buy from anyone regardless of the price.

I was hoping for a silly price to appear like 15k though I never imagined it would last longer then a rainbow after a heavy rain storm but this time we didnt get that far so I wouldnt say extremely cheap but certainly a good trade to be had.   I think for now I will be watching for strength and consolidation after we resolved above the previous range which had held in Jan of this year also.  If we stay above that range say 39k or so then its somewhere to consider entering again but always its at some risk and consideration while doing so.

Of course it's difficult to predict, that's why they call it volatility because they know how it's movement is unpredictable. And the way that you described bitcoin moving in unexpected is also volatility.
