The trend will always be determined by bitcoin. Once bitcoin goes and whole of altcoins will be going down as well. The small correction that happens with bitcoin has been building a lot of bearish opinion by people.

Breaking of which will cause 30-50% sell off. Such big bearish event will be instantly justify by massive amount of bearish news that everyone will start talk about that everyone ignore now (such as reverse repo market crisis). This will trigger massive panic on all markets including bitcoin. And no bullish patter that we see now on chart will stop bitcoin from 70% dump.

I'm not saying its about to start now. I'm saying that crypto investor should look not only on BTC chart.

Many altcoins isn't following market trend anymore like many of NFT tokens that are rising in the middle of really bad market trend and it's already altcoin season for NFT tokens that are game based which are rising so many times compared to the the previous year price because these coins can create hype for their own games making their tokens to have more and more demand that can actually causes the price to go high even though the market is considered in bearish.
So, whether there's prediction of an altcoin season or not a token can have bullish market if it can successfully make its token have more worth.

So if they are sitting on a bag of altcoins then of course they are predicting that an altcoin season is starting really soon. That being said i  am really happy with the way the market is behaving in the last few weeks. If bitcoin stays above 45k $ now for a while then i think that the altcoins will also start to make a significant move again. It all depends on the stability of the price of btc in my opinion.

This is not really rocket science. Everybody already knows that altcoins pump after BTC price goes up. Bitcoin has gone up to $50k recently and we are also seeing some altcoins have huge gains. Cardano is one of those coins that have seen a new all time high. I do not own many altcoins but my portfolio has been doing really well in recent days.

I think Alt coins rally is  in the making but not started yet, it will start when BTC price is stable above 50K and Bitcoin Dominance comes down to 41% the Rally will start in full swing and Alt coins holders will havest huge reward of their holdings.  Some coins are showing good performance like ADA, BNB, DOT, LINK and many mores but they are still below their previous ATH.

Shit coins like Doge and Shiba Inu are in Media all over world becuase they are driven by huge whale like Elon Musk whose tweets drive their price to sky high despite the fact that fundamentally these coins are very weak. Talking about the start of Alt coin boom, I think it is too early  to expect rally in alts until we see Bitcoin breaking its all time high record and staying their for sometime will bring down the Bitcoin Dominance Index and the money will start flowing towards Alts and trigger a huge rally.

Altcoins are still not moving like BItcoin. At present Bitcoin and Ethereum is performing outstanding. BTC got a positive news about a Bitcoin ETF approval from SEC, so a new inflow of money will be coming, maybe some altcoin holders are shifting back to BTC to take advantage of the demand.
