i want to sell my property for bitcoin..
is there anyone here who buys property with bitcoin??

Can you be more specific? What does your property consist of and where do you live? You are intending to sell your property for Bitcoin and then buy a house with Bitcoin, right?.

If you are planning to sell your property for Bitcoin then i think you should think twice, because investing in bitcoin should only use idle funds and make sure it doesn't affect your daily life your day.

you did not indicate from which country you from and what kind of property are you selling , Best to complete your terms and be specific in all the details.

I know that there are other people here (Including me) that will find this interesting if will fit what would i am looking.

and make sure that you live in country that has not Banned Bitcoin for clearer transacting .

I doubt you will find a buyer for your house for the reasons you have been told and because the vast majority of the forum is accumulating Bitcoin, they can spend small amounts but buying a house in a lot of Bitcoin.

On the other hand. why don't you sell the house in your local currency and then buy Bitcoin?

If you want to sell directly in Bitcoin for privacy or not declare it I doubt you are going to achieve it, because the buyer will want all the legal papers.

More precisely, you write down which country you live in. I mean, your address must be clear so that those who live around you know that someone may be interested, but if your address is not listed here, even though I am interested, maybe we are in different countries, it's useless.

Save yourself all the waiting and just sell your home for fiat, and use the fiat to buy bitcoin. Do that unless you're willing to wait for potentially years and years to find a buyer.

OP's selling a house though. I'm pretty sure selling a literal building structure and tax evasion both don't go well together. If OP was selling an expensive watch or something similar that he/she could get away with it through bitcoin, but a house? lol.

You should be posting this thread on Marketplace section and include all the details such as Location, Lot Area, Price and Pictures of the property. The chance of getting buyer here is very low because weall anonymous here and most user that interested on buying a property is probably browsing on property listing website since they can easily convert there Bitcoin in to fiat just to buy a house. But still try your luck on forum marketplace.

I don't think anyone can buy your home with only this information.  If you are serious in selling your house in bitcoins, you need to tell your location and city. Since only the locals can buy your home and most probabaly they will not give you bitcoin for that.

Why not sale your home with the help of real estae agents in your city for fiat and later convert that money recevied by selling the house, into bitcoins.This will be much easy procress because it is hard to find people who are willing to spend crypto in order to buy the house.

Offering your house for sale using Bitcoin in this forum can just be a futile exercise. I am advising that if you are serious with the idea, the best thing to do is to maybe post the same in your local online forums or any means to get the message (like social media) out for you to be able to meet a local buyer as no one will be buying your house from international market. Now, am sure that not all people got Bitcoin in buying a house so that best alternative is to sell your house in your local money and then buy the Bitcoin you want. Anyway, good luck on your endeavor. And if ever you eventually find someone as buyer and the transaction get through please update us here.

I don't think the OP's offer contains an actual offer to sell his house. Just look at the number of his alternative accounts, some of which have a negative mark. Just take a close look at his neutral review. Therefore, according to a review in one of his accounts, the OP is famous for his love of creating topics that are far from reality.
But yes, in the country of Indonesia, I do not think that this "proposal" will be of interest to many.

Usually people do not buy things which are of high value through cryptocurrencies.
 
I also agree to this that OP has no intention to sell his home. The topic could have been created to get some merits as people appreciate if you buy/sell using bitcoins.

It depends.. I remember somebody asking here on the forum if it's a good idea to keep his/their savings for a while (iirc it was 6 months) in crypto, then buy a house. The funds were iirc pretty near to the target.
One can easily make such plans (although on 3-4 years at very least), then buy. But not from individuals with questionable reputation over the internet, clearly. There are companies handling real estate sales and some may accept crypto. This way taxes and escrow situations are also handled.

It's good you want to sell your house in exchange for Bitcoin, but how do you believe you will find someone from the forum even not mentioning full details? I don't think you will find someone from here. If Bitcoin is legal in your country then you may advertise, otherwise hard to find. You may try it on your Local board though, but not sure how will it be effective. If you are in hurry then might be procced with fiat, otherwise, look for a different way. This isn't the right approach at all IMO.

Op, Looking at some comments  here it looks like a kind of discouragement to the seller and also discouraging using Bitcoin as means payment,  except he is from Russia, maybe wants to buypass sanction. Aside that, does it mean that if someone wants to sell he's or her property straight away for Bitcoin and doesn't want to go through all the process of converting fiat into Bitcoin ,Is it a bad idea?, I think he should rather be advised on the best and clearer way to go about selling his property by putting up more details for buyers regarding the house he wants to sell, so I don't see anything wrong with it.

Nothing looks discouraging to me, potential buyers will still need more information of where the property is? at least. All countries have rules of acquiring properties and if a foreigner is interested, it will be a different approach. Share more details to attract sellers. Its hard to find buyers who are willing to give away their hard earned bitcoin in exchange for a house. Because bitcoin is tend to be kept as an investment, fiat should be the one to spend. Better to sell your house in fiat, that way you will find potential buyers. And when you have the fiat, convert them to bitcoin if you wish to accumulate more bitcoin than fiat.

You must explain specifically the house you want to sell, at least upload a picture of the house, room, swimming pool, and etc.

While it's rare to have a home sale transaction, if the house is good and the location is strategic, then millionaires will buy your house if you also promote property sales in the crypto community.

Basically this, selling a house directly for bitcoin is possible but it will depend on the jurisdiction that we are talking about, as many countries still do not allow any transaction to be made that does not use their fiat currency, so if @anggada18 wants to sell their home they better do so with fiat and then use that fiat to buy all the bitcoin they want, however such a move is risky as if the price of bitcoin goes down again and they panic they could lose so much money they may never recover it.

Bitcoin is for exchange of goods and services like money so buying bitcoin for exchange of properties is nice but i have have the pre idea were some one buy property with bitcoin and mostly property that is huge or unremovable property. But if it's property that you can sell online and some one who is not from your country can buy i hope it will be sellable but for the case that the property is not removable or it is only your country can sell for. It will hard to see buyer, this time people prefer to buy things with digital currency like bitcoin because it always speed transaction

You can sell your property to be cash money and later looking for with local exchange market support with bank connected, deposit your money to exchange local account trough bank and you can convert or buy bitcoin from your property selling. I think here have different country and how looks possibility payment accepted bitcoin because they have across to your country and see what your property selling. I don't see have deal here with different country want to buy your home or your property with bitcoin as currency payment transaction.

What you have thought is not very reasonable to me. I would advise you to buy Bitcoin in any other way if you want to buy Bitcoin.You may not have mentioned the position of your home. If you are in a good position then there is no need to sell your house and buy bitcoin.And if you have to buy Bitcoin, then convert to Bitcoin with the currency of your country.

Check your neighborhood and locality if there's a community for bitcoin people there. And once you've found out that there's an existing community then ask them.

But I'd go with the suggestion of selling your property into fiat and do all the necessary transactions and legalities fixed then use the money to buy bitcoin afterward.

wherever you live, I am sure you could post your property on local classifieds and ask to be paid in bitcoin. I would say that it's doable anywhere in Europe, North America, China, Japan, Australia, India...so anywhere where there is a large interest in crypto. But, finding someone and actually selling your property, well, that's a different story. So no, real estate agencies, only classifieds.

If you want to sell your property with bitcoin, the first thing you should do is try to sell to your people in the same town or your neighborhood so they can help you to tell it to the others.
If your country allows crypto, then there is no problem to pay using bitcoin but if it's not, you should use your fiat currency.
If you want to sell in the forum, you can try to sell it to your local people first.

Selling a property having bitcoin as a payment? I don't think that is possible. Don't treat your property like nft because it is not. And I believe there will be lots of papers needed to be signed and contracts, including in what form of payment the transaction was made of. And I don't think there is already a law in any parts of the world where bitcoin is allowed as a payment system for properties. Or there is on other countries? Idk, maybe it depends on what country you came from. Because in my country, I haven't heard yet a property sold having bitcoin as a payment or a law that says it is legal.

But you did not give any detailed information about your property here and did not give any communication or any other means.  So how will people be interested in your offer?  You should give more information about your property with details .

No one will be interested in buying your house with bitcoin, because home is a place to live that cannot be shipped or packaged and all the members on this forum are from different countries. You have to sell it your local part or with people around who are willing to pay for it in bitcoin, and list the location, land area, and shape of the house and so on. You're offering something that doesn't make sense and there's no detail either.

That's possible but there are also lots of things to be considered. I don't think a person would prefer buying a property using Bitcoin over fiat because most of us prefer holding it. It also depends on the country that he's from because there are countries that don't legalize Bitcoin transactions especially if big properties are involved. You have to be specific where you live, not many countries sell property with bitcoin, if you want bitcoin, try selling it in superpower countries like the USA, Dubai, which have accepted buyers with crypto bitcoin

Have you tried posting it in various classified ads websites and newspapers and stating that you accept Bitcoin as payment? I think this would really work for you as a start. Not just in local classified ads, but on other international ones for exposure that they can be aware of you accepting BTC. Just my opinion bro.

Except on the forum he come from the same country and region because from different countries on this forum never want to buy OP home's or property by using bitcoin as currency payment. Better he make announcement his property selling on his local forum because actually will easy finding some one the same from his country can buy it. But most easy with selling his home with local cash money payment because later he can use money to buy bitcoin without have busy looking some one buy his home with bitcoin as payment currency.

If you want to sell a home for Bitcoin exchange you usually have to select some of the biggest countries in which cryptocurrency is widely used and buy and sell everything through cryptocurrency. Then you can easily sell your house in exchange for Bitcoin. Especially in the case of advertising, mentioning the location of your home, all that would be better. That's just my opinion.

Post it online in groups nearby to your place and there might be someone interested buying your property. Because you cant just look for buyer here in the forum, it is beneficial for the buyer to see in person the property and check if its good.

Yeah, I doubt anyone is going to buy a property from a random person on the internet. If you really want to sell it here (which might take forever), create a proper thread and give more details. But you are better off selling on some other platforms. I think there are sites where you can sell your house for bitcoin.
Or why not just sell it for fiat currency and then later buy bitcoin? Keep some fiat money with you. Don't go all in, unless you really want to.

I was just thinking the same, because I don’t really see the possibility of one selling their properties, especially a house for Bitcoin, except if he’s living in a country where Bitcoin has been declared a legal tender such as El Salvador, which is not the same for every other countries. You can post the photos and details here in the marketplace and hope that someone will negotiate with you to buy your property. I think this would be a long process. Also, social media is one of the best places where you can post it because it has a lot of audience, but just indicate that you are selling it in exchange for bitcoin so that they will be aware of it.

Creating an advertisement on the sale of your property here looks somehow, well since your intention is to have the payment in bitcoin then i think you could easily simplified that all by yourself in getting a local buyer from within your location to buy in your currency and then you open a bitcoin wallet, do the fiat conversion to btc and have your coins in your wallet, this is simple and straight forward than looking for a direct buyer in bitcoin.

But you have not mentioned one of them here.  Mention the information first, these were my personal opinions.

exactly, the details of the property suppose to be review to the public and who is interested will know if they can buy because of how good is the property. No body sells it property without providing the convinced information that will attract buyer and testify that the property belong for it, some times i think all this informations people drop is not reliable information. Sure there would be people who are ready to buy stuffs with bitcoin, you just have to find them. You can create a listing of the property you want to sell on the right platform and promote it and also make it known that you’re only accepting or looking for buyers who are ready to make payments in Bitcoin.

From the topic of your trade I understand that you want to sell your home, you would have to hire a photographer to take pictures of the house and then you can upload them so that people can see it first. Some people might be interested even here, but if they are not seeing what they are buying , then they are not ready for it. And another determinant on whether they are buying or not would be the location. So all these things are what you should let them know.

But that gives me a doubt that you cant find someone here for this kind of property as I knew most people here is just making for profit and living. You didn't explain the specifics of your house, so how will other people be interested in buying it if they don't know the design of your house, land area, location, etc. If you intend to sell it then provide us with detailed information because it is possible that the people of your country or tourists are interested in buying it using Bitcoin.

If someone is interested they could DM him about it to know more, but I agree he didn't provide any info, at least the country that property is located at so that he avoids more a lot of people flooding his DMs, they won't be a lot anyways, the best way is to search about project that gives you the ability to list your property and do some research in them before trusting random ones, I found some of them when I googled them.
