You didn't explain the specifics of your house, so how will other people be interested in buying it if they don't know the design of your house, land area, location, etc. If you intend to sell it then provide us with detailed information because it is possible that the people of your country or tourists are interested in buying it using Bitcoin.

Buying a house using of any kind of currency has the same process for any buy/sell house transaction. You cannot just buy a house just because someone is selling it. As a buyer there are lots of things you need to consider since it should be in legal ways.

I guess from the title you want to sell your home accepting payment in Bitcoin, this sounds nice to hear but you will have to give more information about your property, and if possible move this thread to the service section and make sure you include it in the thread all the necessary information and the location the property.

I saw you also made a topic about selling your house on the local board too and it was very appropriate. but I still suggest that you continue to make these transactions safely because surely the tax authorities will look for loopholes to charge you taxes if they find you transact with bitcoin, I'm sure you know that the Indonesian government forbids citizens to make buying and selling transactions via Bitcoin.

I doubt you will find a buyer for your house for the reasons you have been told and because the vast majority of the forum is accumulating Bitcoin, they can spend small amounts but buying a house in a lot of Bitcoin.

On the other hand. why don't you sell the house in your local currency and then buy Bitcoin?

If you want to sell directly in Bitcoin for privacy or not declare it I doubt you are going to achieve it, because the buyer will want all the legal papers.

I guess you will not find easily potential buyers if you stick paying with bitcoin. Most of the members here are still into acquiring more bitcoin so more likely, they will not spend it if there is no necessity. How about you sell it in fiat and that's when you start to buy bitcoin. It will be more achievable that way. Bitcoin is hard to earn right now because of its very expensive price, and spending it would mean losing the opportunity to be highly profitable in the future.

The buyer will be happy to buy the house when bitcoin is at its peak price but the seller would want to sell the house when the bitcoin prices are low so that he gets more bitcoins. Due to the volatile nature of bitcoin, people do not want to do transactions in bitcoin and prefer stable coins to do the buying and selling.

When you sell a house proper documentation is a must and the registration process requires the mode of transaction providing the valuation of the property. By the time if your country doesn't allow bitcoin, then you should make prior plans through support services or else this could end you with some problem in the form of heavy tax. If someone is interested they could DM him about it to know more, but I agree he didn't provide any info, at least the country that property is located at so that he avoids more a lot of people flooding his DMs, they won't be a lot anyways, the best way is to search about project that gives you the ability to list your property and do some research in them before trusting random ones, I found some of them when I googled them.

2 Bitcoin for an unseen mouthed property? I think you're merely trolling. I haven't seen anyone trying to sell a property without displaying it to get the interest of prospective buyers. If not picture display in whole, at least a part of it  Why aren't you doing that? Again, to show you aren't serious with it, you haven't been that engaging here so that people will get to find out other details of the property.
