Title: Is there any alternative exchanger of FTX ?
Post by: cryptotalklab1 on May 13, 2022, 07:42:48 AM
Usually I knew that ftx exchanger does not require kyc verification of any national id card.  Just verify with the number.  But today I see the exception is going to ID verification.  I really want to know if there is a good alternative to this exchanger.  In which withdrawal fee will be zero and doesn't need any KYC

Have you known about OKX before, it does not require KYC but it has withdrawal limit for no KYC. On any exchange that supports p2p, you will need to verify if that is what you mean by zero fee. Know that these exchanges are centralized exchanges that can demand for KYC at any time if they want to know your identity.

Withdrawal fee is zero? Im not sure if there is a major exchange or good place to exchange without any fees. Possibly on new markets, that is start up offering free fees doe the first few months but later will open fee structure payment. Even on dex there is a fee in a form of transaction/gas fee so I highly doubt there is a platform for that, or if ever there is, be skeptical of it.

There's no another exchange site was working like FTX. FTX is having a vision from traders to the traders and so many fees collected from the traders being re-distributed again through giving big discount fees. I remember when this is really helpful to face the big withdrawal fees on ethereum blockchain and so you may not find another FTX and FTX is the only one that available in the market.

Use dex like pancakeswap if you trying to get a good trading deal but still its not 100$ free, you cant find an exchange that provides free trade and free withdrawal, its impossible, cheap fee is the least you can get.

Some provisions can bring withdrawal fees to zero on major exchanges in general:
- You must complete a certain level of verification/achievement (eg platinum member).
- Free withdrawal fees, but actually trading fees (or something else) are more expensive than other exchanges.
- You made a withdrawal internally (off chain).

Yes withdrawal fee is zero in FTX exchanger for some coin. And it's stand 2nd rank on the coinmarketcap (https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/). Before today I knew that FTX don't required ant ID KYC Verification.

FTX is having a good trading volume, one of the highest in the world, but it still remain that FTX is a centralized exchange, you do not have your own private key, that is what should not be forgotten and the reason to avoid using such exchange for holding, but can be good for buying and trading and nothing more. Do not be deceived by no kyc exchanges that are centralized, thy have the complete control, do not be surprised if such exchange sieze your cryptocurrencies and mandate you to provide you personal identity documents like drivers license or national identity card.

Every exchange is going to that point that they will require every sign up with a kyx.

Kucoin AFAIK is still having that good rule about not mandatory KYC.

But just as your concern with FTX, there will be a time for sure that they will ask for it and that is for sure.

It's not still requiring the KYC but the limit for withdrawal was so small. Have you checked it again and what it says? So far im still good with this exchange site. It's not yet making the KYC verification as a mandatory unless you wanna try to withdraw big amounts of money instantly. I think that you must check it again. There's no new announcement if FTX was making the kyc verification as a mandatory. Have you talked with the admin of FTX? you can confirm this through its official telegram group.

if you are looking for an alternative exchange (cheapest and most reliable) like FTX then I guarantee it doesn't exist...

I'm still actively using FTX because of the cheap withdrawal fees, which other exchanges don't have, even though I've done KYC but I'm sure with FTX, my data won't leak. my advice you should just follow their KYC procedure because I think it's just a formality but if you don't want to do it then it's your right.

No doubt ,there is no alternative of FTX exchange. I am also using FTX exchange because of their low withdrawal fee, other hand if you compare withdrawal fee with others it's very cheap. And I hope in future ftx exchange gain more popularity and become number 1 exchange of World because of its unique features.

Seems like only FTX offers nearly free withdrawal fees, apart from FTX, I'm not sure any other exchange offers that. But for Exchanges that don't require KYC, you can use KuCoin. They make it easy for users who don't want to do KYC. but keep in mind that they provide a limit for withdrawal, so, if you want to increase the limit, you have to do KYC.

You could try trading on a DEX like spookyswap or honeyswap or swapr, that's where I trade my ETH and 0xMR.

My registration account last year still ability for transaction on FTX without have to pass KYC, but different with new account need to upload document ID before using for trading or withdrawing money there. You have true first time FTX not passing KYC just filled 2fa and verify mobile phone only, but right now different way for using FTX exchange account and you need verification before use FTX exchange trader or investing there.

I use these exchangers

https://changenow.io/
https://fixedfloat.com/

On these exchanges, you can trade without KYC, but check the limits.
Any centralized exchanger can request a KYC, this is written in the user agreement.

behind the owner of the FTX market I was impressed by the concept the founder created with the low withdrawal fees. I like the story at the beginning before having a market, if you don't know, you can search the internet. Of course, for me, an FTX user, this KYC thing makes me more comfortable, we don't know there will be problems one day we will need personal data in the future. so this is very important to me

If I am not wrong Kucoin still allow people to trade without KYC for certain limit per day but every exchange which is real have the withdrawal and trading fee so don't expect the zero fee exchange anymore. Binance also made KYC as mandatory so I don't know what are the other reputed exchanges which is still allowing without KYC.

Except with https://www.kucoin.com/ as the exchange without use KYC what about other list and looks still new and first time I see several exchange list your recommended, still not any trader or investor use than exchange market and could I know how reputation there. I worry if still promote with not popular exchange market because looks not familiar exchange listed name you give to OP. Although the OP looking for with exchange market without KYC, I think we need give trusted and popular exchange market for his alternative option and have bigger transaction volume.

I don't know of an exchange that has lower fees than FTX, but I use Kucoin more often than other international exchanges. Well, that's because in Kucoin, we can still make transactions without doing KYC even though it's limited. however, the fee may not be as cheap as FTX, but it's quite worth it.
other than that you only need to do KYC level 1 to make transactions at FTX. i think KYC level 1 is not as difficult as Level 2. it just verifies some common things without uploading identity.

What do you mean by exception, you can still trade and withdraw in FTX exchange now without any KYC, just your name and number, But it's just limited on any decentralized coins, like Eth, Bnb, etc. but you cannot trade and swap centralized coins like XRP because it was requiring KYC for you to do that, and the withdrawal limit it's just limited to $2K daily, and it's not true that the withdrawal of FTX is zero the truth is they have just using subsidy on every withdrawal for the expensive transaction fees, like Ethereum ERC20 tokens, anyway if you can stake the FTX token in their platform your Eth withdrawal is free on daily basis.

Usually FTX can make transaction and have lower fees without have to apply KYC early, but right now have change rule and need to upload document ID before making transaction on FTX. I like with FTX because first time as my priority exchange when buying ethereum as fee transaction for ERC20 coin without need to pay fees when withdrawing eth from FTX exchange, but right now have change rule beside have fees for withdrawing eth and need to use document ID if want trading or withdrawing assets on FTX exchange market.

According to my experience in the field of cryptocurrency, I have always preferred to use decentralized platforms that do not ask for any personal information, but of course the options were very limited.
In fact, Bisq exchanger platform is considered one of the most secure options and can be used in the form of a desktop application. It's so friendly-use and has a lot of amazing features compared to other dex running within a specific network like Pancakeswap or etherdelta.

Exchanges without KYC - Kucoin, Huobi, OKX. Good alternatives for a lot of transactions. FTX is a very regulated exchange, you need KYC for all transactions. Zero commission for withdrawal of funds from exchange purse - this is fantastic, it does not happen. Exchanges live off commissions, no one will work for free.
