Title: How long do you think the market will take to recover?
Post by: Mark301 on June 14, 2022, 06:54:21 AM

The market is red, and every cryptocurrency is crashing. Is it better to wait for a further drop in Bitcoin and Ethereum, or would DCA be better?

DCA is usually the best way for Bitcoin. For ETH I cannot tell; ETH may go south badly if it (ever) goes PoS, but you better ask in altcoin area...

What will happen next?

Sorry, my crystal ball was malfunctioning and I've sent it out for technical inspection, I can't help with this.

How long do you think the market will take to recover?

As I said a few days ago:

A rough calculation tells that at around 1.5 years after halving there's the ATH and the downtrend starts, after one more year (more or less) it's basically in the crypto winter and from that point we're getting slowly back to bullish trend, and in 1.5 years there's halving again.

So if you do the math in Q4 we should be back on (slow) up trend. Of course, this may or may not happen. Or may happen earlier. Or later. (Sorry, I know it's not helpful, but I don't want to lie to you.)

I wish it would drop further more. There's still sooo much overpriced trash everywhere that we need a bigger wipeout of most of the trashy altcoins. Blockchain based games in the billions but yet has little to no players, like what. We need to nuke 'em all.

How long do you think the market will take to recover?
It will recover so long after people have given up on the currently meaningless over inflated shitcoins, Defis and NFTs just like it was with the scam ICO's in 2018-2019 crypto winter. After that the cycle will start over again with a new scam type of hype.

If you have bought one of those shitcoins, my advice is buckle up, the bumpy ride is just getting started.

I hope so too, I think I'll be fine even though this session will last for a few more months.
A bear market is good for clearing the market of useless duplication altcoins. The growth of altcoins so far has been too high and difficult to stop. I'm honestly sick of hearing the lamentations of victims of hype schemes and seasonal projects.

...How long do you think the market will take to recover?

Even when the cryptocurrency market reaches the bottom, there will be no rapid reversal and growth. There must be a phase of accumulation when the big players will slowly gain a position so that there is no pump. But in any case, we should not stand aside and in the event of a continuing fall, gradually buy the coins are interested in in parts.

How long do you think the market will take to recover?
A phenomenon like this, has happened in the previous year, the crypto market skyrocketed and the market was in free fall, an experience that I often see occurs after the halving occurs, if you have been familiar with the crypto market for a long time, things like this are no stranger to crypto users in general, only those who know about the current phenomenon take the opportunity to buy and sell when the Bull market happens again.

Your question, as far as I know no one knows when the market will recover, if anyone knows the prediction, maybe you can look it up on google, but predictions can be right or wrong.
now back to the crypto users themselves, how sure they are in one year two years or three years, the answer lies in yourself.

How long do you think the market will take to recover?
We're all looking to it and while seeking this answer I've lately realized that the market is unpredictable and no one really knows it.
There's no time frame when the market price will recover and raise again, but this isn't new in the crypto market or in Bitcoin price, if you remember after the bull run in the year 2017 and in the following last quarter of the year, from $20k it dropped to $3k.  It seems it repeats itself and it looks like it will drop from the previous ATH in 2017 and then maybe will create a massive hype after this, we should always prepare instead of worrying.

Bitcoin has matured and it's already mainstream and also gained already a mass adoption, I think that's enough evidence for you to have faith in Bitcoin to invest and hold it for a long period of time.

Is it better to wait for a further drop in Bitcoin and Ethereum, or would DCA be better?
In Bitcoin for sure DCA way of buying Bitcoin is a wise idea but in Ethereum, I don't know if that is also good.

Asking of the duration of bitcoin will take before recovering. From my observation currently it's something that will happen next year not expecting this year. Because for the market to come up it's through the demands and supply of crypto investors. And the nature of market is very scary that nobody wants to enter's the market to purchase or traders. What we are suggesting now for recovery of market is procrastination and assumptions because nobody regulate crypto market. But due to the red flag of market everyone is afraid of cryptocurrency.

It will still take months to a year like last two bear market I've seen in the past. Seem nothing had changed, the supercycle is a lie kinda like giving a newbie false hope.

Since the price fell down to 20k, the market will keep retracing this support line for weeks and if unsucessful for probably a month or 2, this could  mean a gradual bounce. Not an investment advice though.

The kind of question that had been asked here many times whenever the Bitcoin price drops.
Why is it the number of threads created from a dump is higher than the number of threads created when a pump happens and an ATH? Kind of amazing and sad.  ;D But that's a question for a different section.

Anyway, I am just using history as means to identify when Bitcoin could recover. From December 2017 pump to 19.5k it recovered July of 2019 but that's only 11k. So don't expect a pump in a hurry, may not be a sharp one too, the recovery may happen a bit longer, time to just chill around and try to accumulate more Bitcoin.

from your perception What and when do you think the market will be in equilibrium state. Because i believe that cryptocurrency can get itself accelerated as i portrayed from the first comment after this yea. Because looking from the previous analysis of people early this year, it tells that market can can get elevated like 2024 and 2025, nothing like experiencing of bullish market because of the volatility of cryptocurrency this season. But for the scenario of it value been dropped to 20k. I consciously believe that the falling will not exceed below 20k.

I think it was obvious that most of us wanted for the market to recover as soon as possible, however it seems this is not something that it is going to happen as soon as we wanted, but we have the halving of 2024 and at that time most likely another bull market will appear which will reverse all of the drops we have seen lately and help bitcoin reach a new all time high, which means that buying at the current price is one of the best decisions we can take over the long run.

Collapsing is the wrong choice of word to use. this is why it is encouraged that every one knows how to do their own research or read charts. The recent market conditions has been reported since december 2021; with the trade charts suggesting so, but lots of individuals refused to believe or study the charts on their own.  When it comes to ETH and BTC, Everytime is a good time to own them because they are bullish on the long term

Recovery talks would be always a speculative ones always yet we know that this market is totally unpredictable which it could neither last for months or years depending on the market behavior
made out by community or other big players in the market but one things for sure that recovery or u-turn of price would really be inevitable. We cant really just see
a market on would really be having that bearish state or just too low forever. We know that there's really a bear market, we cant really just see a market to have a continous rise up.
Therefore, once you do step your foot into this market then you should make yourself that aware.

If you don't want to miss every single opportunity, doing DCA will always help particularly with bitcoin. And seeing how the market currently behaves, this is always the worst scenario for those who have weak hands but for those who believes that the market will eventually recover after some time, buying right now would be very perfect instead of getting fears that this crypto market will be over. But if you'll ask me how long will this market to recover, its always uncertain. No one would really lose if everyone is aware of that.

Not all would be having the money on doing DCA thats why they do only have whether they would be holding or selling on loss for them to get in on cheaper price. Sounds crazy?
Its normal that we do fear on missing out the opportunity on getting cheap price but doesnt mean that we could anytime do on what we want.It all matters with our finances.
Recovery is always in question and cant really be known thats why you should be wise when making out decisions and always mind about risk management.

Do DCA.

It has always been one of the best thing to do when we're down. You'll see how it's worth it to DCA when we're up again. Those little accumulations that you've done in the past.

They're going to be in effect when we're in bull once again. And for the recovery of the market, no one knows, maybe a year or 2 years for this recovery until the next halving.

You know, we're on a cycle.

It's pretty normal to see this price drop for Bitcoin and altcoin if you know the history of Bitcoin since before you will notice the cycle.
Every block halving is a good start to invest so 2024 would be the best time for me to invest again and hold for the long term.

Just like what happened before 2016 and 2017 and now 2020 and 2021 have you noticed the cycle?
As you can see there is no difference in the market movement around that time? There might be a slight difference but they are the same as how the bull market comes after block-halving.

It will take a little longer for it to recover so why not buy the dip instead of watching and waiting for it to pump like you saw on bull market. Besides, it's a good thing to have a dip it helps to remove unnecessary traders/investors who only think for a quick profit. You know it's a good thing to have some dip/correction to know who's the real trader and investors that has a strong hand to hold instead of the one shaken when the market starts to drop. Buy every dip that you see and stop thinking when to sell when we are still in bear market.

So far, I am still watching, but now I am preparing for DCA because the BTC price has started to drop closely to $20k, maybe it will be under $20k soon??

Once more, we will not know if the price will keep dropping or not, but seeing the period and the market crash, it may be still ongoing. Just watch them and control our emotions.

The current condition of the market, looking at this condition, seems to be further down. However, this market needs ample time to recover. Maybe the market will not recover by 2022.If we look at the market we can see in the past but there are many cases of dumping.Looking at that past, I can say that even if the market rises, we still have to wait a long time.

There are a lot of people who are probably cashing out since the total market capitalization is now less than a trillion dollars. This is an excellent opportunity for people who want to get into cryptocurrency since it has been down from the top. The best approach would be DCA-ing the market instead of timing it.

What would happen next? We can never know unless it happens.

For the market to recover, we also don't know because if we do, a lot more people would probably be rich. It's just that they believe in the asset. That's why they continue to buy more of it.

Recover? Recover from what, a dip?  ::)

Bitcoin has lost absolutely no value. Its the altcoins which are superficially dragging down the price of Bitcoin but thats short term. How short term? Thats hard to say when youre unsure of how far Bitcoin adoption will be in the near future.

The last time Bitcoin had a scare, it still rebounded and even got to 60k. I think the next rebound will be over 100k definitely. Maybe even 200k+ if we are lucky. I am looking at the monthly development so if I had to take a guess, maybe half a year?

What's going to happen next? Well, either it continues to crash or maybe bounce back up. Still tho, when you thought we're already in the bottom of the dip but it turns out it's still dipping further down. That's just how the market works. You can't really guess when for them to recover. I mean like, it looks like some people are hoping that it crashes more than it already is because they want to to enter the market at the bottom if it didn't go any deeper tho. Today's market condition is looking a bit better than yesterday's or the day before, so maybe it's starting to recover? Well, I"m just gonna keep a close watch then.

My hope now is the cycle of Bitcoin block halving.
As I noticed especially on the previous price action of Bitcoin, the bitcoin block halving event of Bitcoin is one of the important events in the cryptocurrency market. There we see some price action upward when the Block halving is near.
So I am expecting year 2024, months before the block halving maybe the recovery will start.

We have just entered the bear market. The day before yesterday I also saw a big crash which has affected the entire crypto market. This is the highest crash I can say since the last 2020. This is not to say that there will be an uprising movement very soon. Investors will have to take preparation, which will take time. However, the beer market is the pre-spot of the bull market. So wait patiently and have the possibility to get more.

Of course the best thing to do is dollar cost averaging or dca in short, for both bitcoin and ethereum so that you won't miss any of the opportunity that comes from them. If you will wait for a further drop, there might be no guarantees that it can happen again because the market is already dumped too much and those who have waited for this moment have already started buying, so soon there is only a reversal that will happen.

If you truly wanted for the market to recover, then don't just wait and sit there but do some actions. Help the others that are currently buying now as the more the people that will do it, the faster the recovery is.

The halving is usually the reason for another bull trend so yep 2024-25 it is. Its not that far anyway were almost over with 2022.

Bitcoin halving will have a huge positive impact on the market situation. It will take quite a long time before we reach that again. However, since the market is crashing continuously, it will be better if we'll embrace the situation and take advantage of it. Accumulate potential coins as much as possible while we can still afford them.

The bullish may come after its Bitcoin halving. And altcoins will follow Bitcoin condition.

The crypto market is really bloody at this moment and there’s no way we will be able to know when will this stops. But isn’t a great opportunity to enter the market and buy a lot of bitcoin for your portfolio? Consider doing DCA because that will increase your purchasing power for bitcoin. Don’t anticipate for quick profits, just learn to ride the present market condition and everything good will follow through once the market recovers and bitcoin will skyrocket.

People who are just new will be the ones or likely the one will really be freaking out and getting stressed on times like these on where market is something that cant really be known on where it would

be heading or going. How long it would recover? No one knows and this is something the very common question that we do have on everytime the market do make out some significant move.
Questions asked every corner on when and how? Best or the ideal thing to be done is to set yourself into a position where you could  really take advantage with these market movements.
You cant just rely on something without doing any actions.

Yes basically it is not that easy to predict the market and even though we have tried to do something it does not mean that it can guarantee that we know what the market will be like,
apart from that, keeping abreast of market developments and doing analysis also remains important

because it is an institution, even big investors I believe they are won't let Bitcoin price go any lower,
and I'm sure Q3-Q4 bitcoin will recover, so will altcoins, so stay hold

I wish it would drop further more. There's still sooo much overpriced trash everywhere that we need a bigger wipeout of most of the trashy altcoins. Blockchain based games in the billions but yet has little to no players, like what. We need to nuke 'em all.
That is, do you think that the industry needs to be "cleansed" and what is happening will only benefit?

Cryptocurrency is currently collapsing. And the total crypto market cap is now less than $1 trillion.

The market is red, and every cryptocurrency is crashing. Is it better to wait for a further drop in Bitcoin and Ethereum, or would DCA be better?
It's up to you to decide, personally. Bitcoin assumes personal responsibility for one's money and actions. This is the price of financial freedom that bitcoin offers.

What will happen next?
Nobody knows and it was naive to ask. Also, I would not believe those who will predict this for you, because no one knows the future.

How long do you think the market will take to recover?
My guess is that the crypto market recovery will take a long time. Perhaps a few years, because, in my opinion, the fall is significant and it can't be restored at the "snap of a finger". Another important point is that the geopolitical and economic situation in the world is in an extremely unstable position, which undoubtedly affects the entire crypto industry. It is difficult to make predictions in a rapidly changing world where events are sudden and very unpredictable.

I am not sure how long this bear market ends but there are many factors that affects the current market sentiment. Covid19 pandemic still affects the livelihood of some countries. Many people are liquidating their investments on crypto preparing for the possibility of a global recession. Some says that crypto market will only recover again after the next bitcoin halving in 2024. Well for me, this is a the perfect opportunity to have huge gains for the next bull run. Accumulating at this price will give you easy 100% gain of your investment.

I did not expect that the market drop was significant, which was more than 33% in less than 5 days, this was the effective campaign of haters to spread FUDS to anyone to immediately leave Cryptocurrencies, when the market drop was significant, it took a long time as happened in the year 2018.

no one knows how long the market will stay in its current state. although there is some stabilization this does not mean the market has improved. we could see a more extreme decline. before going in, I think we should consider the possibility of another downturn. If that's your question, it seems that you have to remember the history that happened with Bitcoin in the previous year, in 2019 something like this happened, but I'm not sure that this is what investors have been waiting for the most, there is a deeper possibility that this will happen.

Recover, depending on the market situation what i saw happened before after the bear market the bulls will catch up one year later thats all i know.

Yes, that's correct. No one knows when the market will change because it will depend on the sentiments of the people who trade in the crypto market. Maybe this bear market will be in the market for a while and give people more time to buy lots of coins before the market changes direction and the price of individual coins can go up again. But if you are thinking of selling your coins, you better recalculate how much you will get because it is not easy to see your money's value after selling your coins. But if your strategy is to sell the coins so you can buy them at a lower price, you can try, but there will be risks that you have to bear.

At least you can find out top coin deep price then better for your profits. I Won't force you like its your own choice but we can share just our mind.

If we knew how long it would take, then we would sell everything at exact moment it will recover, and just buy bitcoin. I am actually quite close to try to convince my wife to sell our car. It would be difficult to do and I would fail, she would never sell our car, but I would at least give it a try.

Think about it, we are close to 20k right now, and 40k is not that far away for us in time period, which means that it could be done. This is why I am not entirely sure what to do, maybe it would be possible for all of us to make that type of crazy move? I could literally turn our car price into x2 with it if I sold it and bought right now.

It's still uncertain and no one knows if it will take long to get back up and get to the new ATH again. Because now crypto is getting known and whales are starting to look at crypto. Some manipulation is done to make the price lower, so that the whales have the opportunity to buy at a lower price. Market drips significantly test those new holders to sell their assets.
You only need Technical analysis and Fundamentals to determine the boundaries where the market will rise again and at which point the market will crash again.
Doing a DCA strategy might be better, the important thing is to have funds and allocate a few percent in stages. Look and observe, when the price is deep press a buy order.

The market may take a little while to settle seeing that everything is based on Bitcoin. If BTC recovers, then be sure that alt will follow suite. But, I don't see a recovery any time soon

the more the bitcoin price collapses, the easier it will be for us to make a profit, because with a little capital we will get more bitcoins, and after that we just have to wait to see the bull market really comes, no one knows for sure for that, as has been exemplified before , 4 years being a bearish season and after that the bullish season comes in 2021, at least for this time we have to be patient for that long, and it could happen sooner or later

to sell now of course the time was too late. if you have assets that have decreased by more than 50% of course you will lose by selling them. although you can buy at a lower price, it is not a guarantee that we will get a better return.
Just wait, while increasing a load of your bag with several stages of decline that occur. Do not despair, because the market has a moment to pump again.

DCA is just the right move to do whatever is going on in the market. It could be going down, it could be going up, whatever you do, when you do it with DCA that means you will be able to profit from it. I am not saying that you should always do this, there are situations where you could avoid that, but at the end o the day, you will be able to make a profit from it if you know what you are doing and that is exactly what people are after.

There are ways you can do DCA which would be wrong too, so wait for it to be at a place which would make you profit a lot more in the future, if you just keep on buying every hour, that is not DCA at all, so know how to do it properly.

You're right, there is no surefire way to know how long it will take the market to recover and hit ATH again. Currently, traders and investors will certainly be waiting for how the new bitcoin price pattern will form after the recent correction. But for those long-term investors, then they may have made a purchase and took advantage of this moment.

We know that manipulation is always possible in the market during this correction, but I would disagree if someone said only whales can control the market regardless of the purpose. While whales have the power to move the market, it's clearly not going to happen in the long term as they usually only last a very short time. We can also take advantage of this moment of correction because actually $20K is a pretty cheap price compared to the previous ATH which hit $69K.

If you can, you can DCA. Make sure it's on cryptos you favour on your own after in-depth research and not just ones promoted on hype. However, truth be told I just hope the market goes down further as that will enable it gain stability and also afford me that opportunity to get cryptos I favour at cheap rates.

I don't think anyone can really tell when that will be. Nevertheless, I know that whatever happens November is always a good month for cryptos. So, no matter what; I expect the market to be bullish in Move-ember. It's the month for upward movement.

The word collapsing isn't the right word for the current situation, the market isn't dying which is too harsh to say that. I think declining is enough to tell that prices went down but still, there is a hope of recovery. Yes, this is actually not a thing we worried about seeing such scenario is found normal in cryptocurrency and this is the thing we called risk. And, of course, recovery has always been there but that seems hard to know when it come. Patience really matter at this point and not to lose our mind, yet still positive.

Without a doubt for a trader that failed to trigger their stop loss or they simply refused to sell it is too late to do so and what decision to take will depend almost entirely on the type of asset they are holding, if they are holding bitcoin or another coin which is worth it then you can hold your coins and wait for the next bull market, however if a trader was using their money to trade some other altcoins then even with the tremendous losses they will suffer I think it is a better idea to sell as it is unlikely those coins will ever recover.

Yes, crypto will soon recovered. We've been here before and we will continue to used to this, it is normal that we may encounter some bear runs, we should know that it is not always bear runs soon bull run will come, we just need to find the perfect opportunity in this situation or we just need to improve our patience towards everything so that when the time comes, we can reap what we sow. It will take only a blink of an eye for bitcoin to pump, it is just that pandemic and war happens.

If you have a lot of capital then just go with DCA, since that strategy is the best one in this bearish situation. There are a lot of negative sentiments from many things like the fall of UST, the Fed, and more. This year is probably the best year to accumulate crypto and the next year maybe we can see some hope that crypto will regain its condition.

At the beginning of the pandemic bitcoin was indeed down, but because of the effects of the pandemic bitcoin also reached a new ATH because people started working from home and looking for investments that have faster and bigger returns like bitcoin.
War can also be the reason why bitcoin is down but only by a percentage.

Bitcoin's decline was actually caused by several things, such as the Fed's new rules raising the benchmark interest rate by 0.5% to reduce the annual inflation rate which has now reached 8.6% for the last four decades. this certainly makes the US market situation volatile and affects the bitcoin market as well.

The market will indeed recover, but wait for the market conditions to not heat up. This bearish will not always happen, there will be a bullish answer later.

we cannot tell what will happen next because as you can see despite of some good news since the growth rate fell last year until now , it seems there's no changes, although somehow it making small progress in the market along with other altcoins but still collapsing afterwards..
This situation is very unpredictable to be honest!  Perhaps it will become predictable if it totally showing a good sign of reversal. I mean a strong momentum of uptrend.

A good news won't matter at this rate because we're actually in a bear market. Just like in the past, a piece of good news won't matter and can't move the market from bears to bulls.

It's true that whatever is going to happen next is unknown but looking at how far it can go, we know that there's an end to this bear market. If the trends and fundamentals have changed.

We're likely to see an end to this quickly, maybe by the end of the year, it's just a guess since too many factors have changed after this last bull run.

How long do you think the market will take to recover?

It's hard to predict what will happen next for me because the downturn this week was a bit unexpected. Bitcoin dropping down to 20,000 USD caught me of guard but won't change much in the end. Right now there is panic in the market and that is never a good point to sell on my opinion. Even today with dropping below 20,000 I am wondering who is selling all his coins. For me I will keep holding out. That's also what I would expect in the near future, eventually traders will stop giving up their bitcoins so cheap. The market will settle down and volatility has to go back to normal levels. In 6 month I expect bitcoin prices to be much higher again. Unfortunately this is highly dependent on the Ukraine Russia war, if there is no end in sight at the end of the year than things could remain bad in the crypto market. The more sanctions the west impose on Russia the more will global growth slow down, hurting all economies.

That is why it's preferable to start holding bitcoins as soon as possible, even though there are predictions indicating bitcoin isn't going to recover on short run due to external factors involving global economy and war. We never know what is going to happen or when it's going to happen, so be prepared for all possible scenarios from now on to not waste any opportunities in crypto universe. And most important: don't try competing with the whales for the dip. The dip belongs to the whales, because they are the ones who launch the trends, and those who wait to buy at same time with big investors, end paying much more for BTC than they could pay, if buying some time before the dip, but also before the beginning of the bull run.

It’s difficult to predict how long the recovery for the market will take because it’s clearly affected by the state of the global economy. I think there is some clear evidence that we’re heading into a possible recession and that may take two quarters to get through.

The American Federal reserve interest rate hike is probably an attempt to bring down inflation and I’m curious if they can successfully avoid a full blown recession. I suspect it’s going to take time to see the results of the hike and see where we land.

My advice to anyone like me who is heavily invested in crypto and the stock market is to stay put and think long. We’ve seen many crashes like this before, this is just part one of the parts of investing as the market historically has always recovered eventually.

you're right, we've seen the bitcoin price drop very deep. some even say that bitcoin and crypto won't last anymore.
but after some time, we always see better improvements. we must learn from experience to stay calm in our investments. and of course, we have to make new plans in this bear market. because maybe we'll be in for quite a long season with these bad circumstances.

One year or more, just nobody knows when. I don't mind it anyway, what is important now is to make decisions to accumulate more rather than waiting for when is Bullish, it was good enough if we are already for the moment. We can't be hopeless in such a way that Bitcoin will surely recover with the help of our constant support and patience. It is about understanding that the market isn't all in highs, falls are very possible but not a thing we consider as the ending journey of crypto, it only gives us a chance to buy them at a cheaper price.

How long do you think the market will take to recover?

Personally, I try to adhere to the theory that there are development cycles in the crypto market and each such cycle is equal to four years. For example, in the winter of 2017, the next cycle ended and then there was a peak in the growth of BTC prices, and after that everything went down. The last cycle was from early 2018 to early 2022. It's just like four years. Now another cycle has begun and we see how the prices of cryptocurrencies have gone down. There is a possibility that this current cycle can be compared with the 2017 cycle. Then it turns out that the next peak in prices for cryptocurrencies will be at the end of 2025 and beginning of 2026. During each cycle, the price of cryptocurrencies will definitely find its bottom, and it can also go down, then fall again. So we can say that everything is periodically repeated in the crypto market, which once again confirms the existence of the theory of the cyclical nature of the crypto market.

No one can know when the market will recover and become bullish again. Therefore, all these tentative dates have nothing to do with reality. But I am only sure that the reversal will happen at the very moment when no one will believe in it anymore and most market participants will open short positions, expecting a further decline in the market.

Do you think 1 trillions is a small amount of money in the market? Even if the market is red, this is not new to me, this was happened several times for almost 1 decades of Bitcoin in this industry dude. So, relax and nothing to fear. If the majority of the coins are dumping the price, it  means that's the time you need to search in which coins is good to buy and hold in the long term. And besides the market always unpredictabe here in crypto space. And just always remember too that if the market is red that means the next thing to happen is to recover again.

The markets are completely unpredictable and what better example of this than the last bull run of bitcoin, when the pandemic just was starting people were very worried about it and the price of bitcoin went down due to those worries, at the time it seemed as if the price would have taken a lot of time to recover, and instead what we saw was bitcoin finally breaking its previous all time high with ease, so it is possible things have to get even worse for the bull market we are waiting for to finally appear.

When I invest from 2015 to 2017 I got a profit that I thought was big, unfortunately the end of 2018 market drop and I left Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, back a year ago because it saw the fact that Bitcoin reached more than $ 50k, if viewed from the data it took 2 Years to recover, and it looks like the trend will repeat in 2022.

If we take a look year back, crypto will get its bullish moment when it's close to Bitcoin halving time. There's a lot of influence from external that makes the cryptocurrency market is on bearish condition like UST case, The Fed, and many more. Just keep patience until the next bullish market when it comes you or us will smile big  ;D.
I do agree that there is a pattern in the past, and that usually happens when we are getting closer to the halving. There isn't really a logical reason for that, halving doesn't matter that much, miners do not make nearly enough to actually matter and crash the market at all, they are making tiny amount compared to how much bitcoin has moved up.

But the reality is that, people still use that as a milestone and react to it like it is the biggest thing ever. I hope that people will soon realize that it is not going to be that simple, and it would be quite good for everyone to increase the price before that, but if not then we could wait until 2024 and still go up a lot.

I agree, I expect that the recovering phase will be near halving and the next bull market will be around 2024-2025. Usually, Halving comes first before bull market arrives. Before halving takes place, I usually buy and stock bitcoins and some altcoins in my portfolio before halving comes. This is one of my preparations before bull market arrives.

If ever bitcoin didn't recover after 2025, I'll still keep my bitcoins and still wait for the market cycle to occur.

Speaking with history and past events then we couldn't really tell on what would really gonna happen on which it can't really be sure that there's something that will really be guaranteed or something a pattern but possibilities are always there. You can't know on where crashes and recoveries to happen which it is really that important that you shouldn't stick out on 1 probability but it's not bad to make out some back up plans out of those probability but still not 100% assured but you can't really earn if you won't risk.

Your question invites a lot of thoughts to my mind and how wish someone out there could really have an accurate or a near answer to it. All we have right now is just speculations and guess work on the market , the only thing everything cryto trader needs now is patience, just hold, cause definitely the market will eventually pump irrespective of the collapse it is currently facing.

Reversal is inevitable thats why it's really important that you should really make yourself do take risk if you do intend to take some step on this bear market or would wait even more further since you do believe that it might plunge even way more lower.

There's no assurance though but people who do take risk are the ones who would benefit out once this market reverses and the question will be always on when?

Well, if hurrying is on this time that you're going to buy while they're cheap. I think that's a good hurry that you're trying to do. But if you want to observe for more and you've got no idea how the recovery shall occur.
It's a good time for you to check out your plan and look for the cheap deals that you can get with the market and, the basic and most important of them all is buying bitcoin.

Of course, the best time to buy coins will be purchase, after confirming the market reversal. Of course, in this case, your average price will be higher than if you bought coins at the very bottom, but such a purchase will be safer for your budget. And it should be remembered that almost no one can buy coins at the lowest price, just like selling at high.

•The current interest rates hikes and  with FED chairman Jerome Powell statement on when they're likely going to run off the
   blansheet
 • inflation
 • Grayscale ETFs Bitcoin proposal July 6th 2022,
 • With monthly market structure pointing towards @$12k-11k pppossiblity
 • With Bitcoin halving in 2024.

I do think in my opinion that the market will likely start recovering from 2023 and eventually takes off after 2024 having.

Perhaps, it was too early to think when I'd rather enjoy the moment of accumulating some crypto while there is a big sale in the market. Of course, we do believe that market recovery some next and that is not surprising anymore since we surely would see it. But as of this time, we haven't seen yet any indication of such a thing, I was predicting this will commence after halving (tentative date) just like what happened in the previous bullrun. I think we have long days to wait, probably years.

That made a bit of sense, I am not saying that it was the most wonderful idea, but it did made some sense. I have to say that pandemic caused a lot of financial problems, but the inflation was due to money printing, since nobody had a chance to make money, what happened was USA printed money and distributed for free, to everyone, and this means that people ended up making money for doing nothing and invested that into crypto.

This caused it to go up, that is also the time stock market went up and gold went up, basically everything did. This is why FED increased the rates, trying to collect some of that money back right now to make sure it doesn't go bad.

In every huge dump especially for a short period of time and with a huge restrain it always takes more than a year or two before it can recover. Usually when bitcoin halving is near. Unlike the other way around, it just takes days or weeks to pump and reach another ATH, to get profit.

If we look at the decline in the price of crypto which is quite deep, it seems that we may not expect the market to recover in the near future.
We will be stressed if we think about when the market will recover, because no one knows that. Therefore, what we need to do is to continue
to accumulate some coins that we consider potential, so what you are doing is correct, we don't need to spend our energy thinking about how long
the bear market will last. Because we definitely won't find the answer, we'd better take advantage of the situation where all the coins are now
at a low price, by buying some potential coins according to our respective financial capabilities. So when the market recovers we will get a big profit,
most importantly we must be careful when choosing coins for investment. Don't let us buy shitcoins, which will only make us lose money.

Yes, it wasn't easy for the market to recover, and even with help of huge investment, whales, and small market players, this can't be possible to run in just a few months, that certainly takes years. But I have no worry about that, not even hurry - and I don't want to stress myself thinking that either.

In fact, as to remember that last bear season I take almost 3 years to recover, that was a long bearish season but can't imagine how far it goes up that shook the world of finance. I hope that can be the same and looking forward to $100k.

Not so long ago I read an article by analysts from AMarkets on this topic. I think it will take a few years for sure.
Most likely it is going to take that long, and not only because at that time the halving will be way closer but it also has to do with the nature of the people holding bitcoin, in order for the price to go up we need for a great deal of the bitcoin to be in possession the strong hands and this can only happen by weak hands selling their coins in panic, and since this is a process that will take a lot of time then we cannot have a bull market until that bitcoin transference is completed.

Safer, but still undecided because you have no idea if the "upwards" movement you see, will be the start of a bull run, or a dead cat bounce. This is why it is always better to buy when it looks like it bottomed out, if you are wrong then you can buy some more later on when it drops further, do not use all of your money to buy once, hence how you could be safe from the current situation.

What I really would love to see right now would be to go down a bit further, I know that sounds weird because I have bitcoins, but that means the price would finally get to a level where we get rid of all the sellers, and only the diamond hands would stay and we can go up easier after that.

Yes, everything will really be depending on the people who do really make out some investment or simply to those market makers in the market which would really dictate on what would be the price but of course not all
will really be in harmony because this is always been a tug-of-war in between sellers and buyers and plus having those market sentiments then this is something totally different and everything would really be random.
How long it would really be recover? No one really knows and this is something that we do always keep on questioning about recovery. This is why we do make out our own steps and decisions in relation to this.
the best thing to be done is to take some step whether you do buy now and secure low positions because recovery would really be always next in line.

^ Look at the market now, it shows that the market has been recovered shortly and I think, I smell there is a bull run will come.
One of the biggest problems in the crypto sphere is that there are always called whales which I think is the reason of this massive dump of the market price and now, they are again holding their assets which I doubted that they invested again. So there is no clear prediction of when it will recover and there is also a reason that if the FUD will effect prolonged, that will also have an effect on the market.

Technical analysis carried out, in theory, can indeed describe market movements in the short term. it can be made as a reference for trading.
but the market always holds a million mysteries. there are things we really can't predict. including how long this market will last in the post-crash stabilization that ensues.

The market should be able to gradually recover, just that if you were to ask when the market could reach the peak, I reckon it wouldn't come till the next halving. We would probably see a pretty long period of steady movement, maybe a gradual increase even but it wouldn't be a sudden pump or anything imo. Just DCA in here imo, it's the best time since we're not going to see the peak any time soon so almost this entire period is pretty good as a time to invest.

Since the market is unpredictable, there are only two possible things that could happen soon, its either the market will recover or it will continue to crash. Only huge events could affect the market this season. Some people might continue to panic which is normal yet isn't a wise move. This crash is already an indication that we should not miss buying because the bear season won't last.

Yup, It seems that the market will take a long time to recover. The market will take approximately 1-2 years to overcome this bad situation. Those who bought Bitcoin at high prices. He will have to wait a long time for his funds to be backed up.And those who bought Bitcoin in this dip market will get a big return if they hold it for a long time.

Considering that the situation is only on the way "down" so far, I think we still need a lot of time. But while waiting.

If you believe in the theory that the crypto market develops cyclically, then we can assume that the next growth may be in 2025. Why is it so and what does it mean that it develops cyclically? If we analyze the development of the crypto market from the beginning of its existence, we can see a certain pattern that fits every four years and during this time the price of BTC reaches its peak, again goes to the bottom and again reaches its new peak. It turns out that there are cycles that repeat and each such cycle is equal to four years. Someone claims that there is a similar development scenario, but it is based on the BTC halving. But no matter how it was, there is still a similar pattern. For example, at the end of 2017, the price of BTC reached its peak and then went down. At the end of 2021 and the beginning of 2022, the price of BTC again showed its peak, and now it is rapidly going down. Add four years here and it turns out that the next BTC price peak could be from the end of 2025 to the beginning of 2026. This is certainly not a forecast, but just a personal observation, but time will actually show how it will be.

I can assure you that next halving will see a different level of beast in crypto for sure. Think about it this way, before 2017 peak there weren't many people around, I was here and I can tell you that crypto wasn't a big thing at all. After that, we had a bit more people and we started to see a lot of retail investors come in and that was a great thing.

After the 2020-2021 run, we started to see not only a lot of people, and I mean like tens of millions of people in the crypto world, but we started to see super rich famous people like Elon, and a ton of companies with a lot of money like microstrategy. So, I have to say the next halving will be just a whole new level for sure, it is always growing even bigger.

What you talked about doesn't seem like was coming from the halving effect. It's just that Bitcoin and the crypto market become the norms that many news outlets start to pick up and run news about it. This help exposes cryptos to the mass and more and more people find it attractive in the high volatility of the crypto market to profit. Because of the overexposed, coup with the FED rate and inflation, we would need a lot of time to slowly recover back to the ATH.

It could be a sort of assumption OP, but as we check the history of the market in regards to recovering after the dip, it takes years. The last we have seen almost 3 years before the market has shown a spike after a huge dump and it continues to rally as the halving has been coming. And I think, the scenario is likely the same, may we saw some pumps but never to say this was already the so-called recovery, we are too far from it, IMO.
But yeah, I can be wrong or we all gonna be wrong...

Cryptocurrency is currently collapsing.
It is not the first time we are experiencing the bearish season. Of course, crypto values will drop or collapse during the bearish season. But we don't need to panic since it will be over. If you are really a beginner, please take a look at the history of previous bearish. There are many articles describing how crypto market trends during the bearish. A huge decrease has been done in the previous bearish season, but it recovers once the bullrun is coming (ex: bullrun 2021, bearish 2018).

How long do you think the market will take to recover?
If we analyze the previous bearish, this will last until 2024-2025. So, there are still a lot of time to buy more coins and be patient to hold your existing coins. This bearish is normal, it is not the end of crypto world.

I do not think that it will take as much as 2 years to recover, that is a long time for bitcoin to stay low. I am not saying that it hasn't happened before, it did, but remember the 2018 drop? That has been the biggest drop that everyone talks about and after 2 years we already broke over that price.

It means that the recovery will start before that, for example after just one year of the drop in 2018, we had a 14k price in 2019 as well, which was not 20k but it was close. Same could happen here, like for example next year we could reach 50k, it wouldn't be a new ATH, but it would be a recovery and I think that could be a possibility in the near future, 2023 seems like a good time to recover for sure.

Now what kind of market do we have to wait for to get better and if it can still buy coins but not well then but many will benefit from here but they have to be patient for a long time to benefit here then they have to lie down to benefit from here  Can

I think it will take 5 more months before we see any hope however there will not be any flashy up moves coming before Mid 2023.
Meanwhile, I wish I had a crystal ball to tell you on what date exactly we will see Bitcoin at $100k but unfortunately, I don't have one.
What I think is that Bitcoin may be in 6 digits after 2025. Let's see how it goes.  ;)

Wont really be that precise on giving out conclusions on how many months or years before this bear market would be over, we cant able to determine on what events would happen along the way thats why its really hard

to make out some conclusions but rather ending up with speculation as always.Recovery would be always next in line because we cant really just have a market on moving one way.
People would really be totally different when it comes to their actions and interpretations towards the market whether they would be taking some risk on positioning theirselves
or would wait up even more.

Recovery or pullbacks could really happen but we dont really have any idea on when it would really starting to go into that path.

In my opinion, cryptocurrency is currently being affected by multiple factors, especially its price. First of all, we can say that the global situation is bad, the war in Ukraine-Russia is going on and its effects are spreading all over the world. On the other hand, scamming in cryptocurrencies as well as negative trends of investors have had a huge impact on crypto. As a result, BTC prices are at their lowest level since 2020 and many are still speculating that it could fall further.

The perception is that the market is heading for a long-term bearish trend. As it is crypto so everything is possible.

The analysis that people are doing is completely failing. Many are saying that it may take one to two years for this market to recover. However, in the condition of the market, we can see that it is completely similar.

Seeing the market continues to bleed, its most likely that this bear market won't easily recover and if i'm not mistaken, the year 2022 may not be bullish at all. So never expect for a faster market recovery as we are still in a bloody market. Instead, wait for the bottom price of bitcoin or ethereum, but always do DCA while doing that. As it increases your chances to build more wealth in your portfolio while always taking advantage in every market dips.

If we take a look at the crypto history it should be around when Bitcoin is near its halving time or after halving time so it's still a couple of years from now to reach another ATH, meanwhile right now it's better if we accumulate more rather than reading other analysis from other people. Just don't hope this year the market is recovering since there's a lot of negative news from many sides.

We are still talking about hundreds of billions here so I can't tell that we can call this collapsing and also this almost trillion is a market cap back in the last ATH in 2017 so basically we are still uptrend.
Recovery will follow once the world economy recovers as well so best to not expect any of those in the coming months or at least couple of years.
Instead let us celebrate as Bitcoin still at 5 digits value.

I agree with this, 2 years seems to be a long period that would be very difficult to stay at these levels. I think it could even break ATH before we reach 2024 as well, or we would break it at that level for sure. I mean I know about the cycles and 4 year etc etc, but it feels like we can't just be bad all year every year until that moment.

This is why I agree that it is going to be a bit different, it is going to be quite difficult for people to focus on just the increase, so we need to make sure that we also draw attention towards the period and how quickly it could do. Like for example last year in April it was 64k and dropped to 30k and everyone assumed the bear started, but then in October it became 68k, so we need to be careful about a quick turnaround that may happen soon as well.

It takes too long imo, sure halving doesn't give the effect instantly on Bitcoin but sure it will reach another resistance price really soon. 2 years would be too long and remember that every the end of the year the price will be changing constantly a lot at that point based on what we got in last few years, keep in mind to that thing. People would probably say it would take 10 years and forget about it.

Honestly, no one knows how long this market will stay bearish and if it recovers, i do think that it's not going to happen easily. However, isn't this the perfect moment we are waiting to happen? Bitcoin and ethereum are now very cheap, including those potential altcoins that could also be profitable in the future. So never wait for further price drops, doing DCA with bitcoin will be more useful as it increases the volume of bitcoin in your portfolio. Buy some altcoins too if you wish, but prioritize on accumulating more bitcoin.

There's always a bounce because we cant really just have a market which do only moves on one path which means that whenever we do experience crashes and dumps then its understandable that

recoveries and pumps would really be next on line which is something understandable because it cant really be called a market in the first place if we cant really see this behavior
in the market.Speaking about recovery aspects and on when it would happen then this is something that cant really be known.

We know that its there and does have potential but knowing exactly on what would be the reversal or in when it would happen then this is something impossible.

I hope so, I have looked for ways to predict through Wyckoff theory and I am not looking for patterns, because that is not my style of looking for a price, but I have not found something clear, and seeing the volume of some exchanges it is difficult to predict, however I think that the fundamentals have had a great influence, in addition that many investors are very aware of the inflationary levels of the USA and Europe and this makes them doubt and causes panic, but as you say, after 2025 if there must be a change, and that change will hopefully be favorable, although I hope that BTC can reach $100k well before 2025.

Bitcoin price will definitely increase higher before the end of this year 2022 for people that bought at the lower price to smile for the risks they took to used such amount of money to purchased bitcoins in the market. I think, many investors know that we are still in the bearish market for those that missed the opportunity to buy when the price was $30,000 to use this opportunity to buy BTC because the price has decreased to $19,000 few days ago in the market, show that the price will soon increase higher for long term and short term investors to experience massive income from their investment.

i guess :

1) End of the year (December : 2022 Quarter  futures closing) : good recovery

2)  In 2023 it will start going up

3) The turnkey will be on may 2024 (next halving)

so 2 years from now to see new high , maybe .

1. Not all the times where prices do make out some significant rise on every end of the month of each year.

2. Remember on what happened on that 2018 crash and how many months we've been waiting for recovery.

3. Next halving would be possibly be the next catalyst for price increase but its not guaranteed. It might happen on post-halving instead.

Nothing is assured and cant be predicted. We could make out some patterns but doesnt mean that it would really be happening guaranteed on
next years to come thats why dont anticipate for things so that you wont really get frustrated.

This collapsing is not a new thing to Bitcoin, because we have seen worst than this in the past and yet the price of Bitcoin went up again after much resistance on the price, because the recent war in Russia and Ukraine is one of the very reason for this fall in the price of  Bitcoin, because currently now the total market cap is $927.26billion, while the price of Bitcoin now is $20,275 with a dominance of 45%, which is quite not that bad that it can not recover after some time, because I strongly believe in Bitcoin

No one knows what will happen next, if someone can predict the market accurately, then he's good but don't expect him to tell you how he do it. Instead of asking what will happen next, I'll just follow the trend for my own good, I mean instead of questioning yourself like "Is it worth it to buy or wait?" just buy, we're far away from the ATH price so it's not that bad to buy the dip.

The market will recover on it's own, we shouldn't worry about it. All we have to do is wait.

Yes , We are in bearish season and  it is expected to remain so until at least 2023. So it goes to say that those who have invested in Bitcoin or Ethereum will have to wait for some more time for profit. And yes, it is a very perfect time for long-term investment. However, this is not a time to stay remained at your position and do nothing. While the crypto prices continue to crash, then it’s better to start doing DCA right now. Instead of thinking about when the market will recover, I think it's better if we focus on finding areas to buy. we know previously it took 4 years to recover, but this can not be a benchmark, maybe it will be faster. and in investing the main thing we have to be able to hold on until the bullish season comes, and keep the emotional so that we stay on the right track. no one knows for sure when there will be a reversal for the change of seasons

It should be on this way rather than stressing yourself on when would be the recovery. It would be good if we do mind off on accumulating while prices are cheap and find out potential coins aside from btc

and as long your budget or finances permits you then you could really be that versatile when it comes to investment because you do have the money to spend but of course you shouldnt really be that careless or in rush on making out decisions.Just like what others been saying that market is really just having two movement which is going up or down.
We cant indeed having dumping market like forever but there's really some recovery after crash but it would really be needing some positive sentiment which would be a good catalyst on driving out the market on such trend.

still continue. But we don't need to panic if the market to recover still takes longer, because as long as we don't sell the coins we have,
so we haven't lost. So my advice is never to sell the coins we have at low prices, as long as we are holding potential coins, everything
will be fine. Because the crypto market will definitely recover someday, so we can make a profit if the target we want is achieved.

Therefore I agree with you, if we know the market will recover, then we should not just sit around doing nothing. We must dare to take risks
by buying coins that we consider potential every time the price drops, so when the market recovers we can make big profits. But be careful
not all potential coins are worth buying, we have to make sure by doing research and analysis first, to make sure the coins we buy are really
worth buying. Or for newbies or people who don't have good analytical skills, they should just focus on buying Bitcoin and Ethereum which are
proven to be safe to buy in bear market situations.

It's all just a matter of time before the market comes back to stability. For now, it's just fluctuating and causes major loss in trading. The market will recover, that's no doubt but it will take time before everything balance due to the recent worsen dip. This bear really affects the market and some people are even unable to recover from the dip due to their heavyloss. Like the continue dip of Luna, those long term holders really loss in the investment and this means we would be expecting more dips in the remaining months of the year.

Again, there is no definite answer to this. The market is very unpredictable. Analysts suggest that we can see the end of crypto winter somewhere around mind 2023.

I think it will be extremely difficult for the market in the near future. But, judging by the latest trends - there is a possibility of renewal. So for now, just keep an eye out and cross your fingers.

some experts believe that crypto markets will bounce back from the the crash in the next few months but i strongly think crypto will rise again maybe not in the coming months, maybe not this year, it could only take time but i strongly believe it will rise again and probably set a new all time high.

It is important to see their point of view, it is valid and this is what I like about the market, each person has their point of view according to what they know, in my personal opinion I think that it will not yet go up to at least one new ATH, For me, if this year occurs, a good bullish movement can be for December if and only if world or fundamental events are not against it, because if so, investors will have to sell and the market in general will continue to drop in price, this is law, in any case it is always good to keep these things in mind.

Yes - keep the eyes open and fingers crossed.
But I guess the market will not recover - we will get used to of the inflation and rising trend with the passage of time- have you ever seen prices coming  down after a rise at least I have not witnessed this

Yes, if the market is to mark the year's ath then this is going to happen in November/December. Until then we're going to experience the gradual price movements. I find this time to be good for the traders to make regular profit out of the fluctuation. As said everyone used to speculate and someone's prediction gets coincidence with the real market. For now the year is to bring more downturn than big bullish moves.

I also agree with you, although in the future there will be a pump on the market but after that, it will be corrected and return to a more stable price. there is a possibility that we will see this market situation for quite some time. maybe until the end of this year, we will see a pump that ponds like a bull rally, but after that, there will still be a correction.
if you want to keep profiting, I think planning short-term trades is also good. on the other hand, we also have to plan assets for the long term in waiting for the upcoming bulls.

Market will take a long time for recovery like story of 2018-2021. But it is true that after the recovery. Bitcoin is going to make a massive ATH that will really shake us up. And those of us who can't hold bitcoins right now.  They will only regret it then. But then will won't be able to afford to buy bitcoins.

It will take more time before we can finally see bitcoin again soar up high since many factors stop it from pumping again. The inflation and possible recessions that might happen due to the continuous economic problems may cause the price of bitcoin to dump more in time. Once the war ends, inflation solved and there are hypes in crypto that can make the price move high again can be a indication in the start again of bitcoin pump. We’re all still waiting to buy back before it starts to rise again
Neither be a long time or short time it cant really be known and this is how unpredictable this market is on which we cant really know on where it would be going because in past events or scenarios whether bear markets

could far stretched for a couple of years and here comes the recovery on where prices starts to breaking resistances and reaching up all time high although it wont really be an assurance for it to happen anytime
thats why you should really be that wise and aware on what actions you would really be making on the time you are engaging on the market.

Recovery is inevitable but dont make yourself that much confident unless you are going for long term.

Market will take longer time to recover. One should be ready for the inflation as the coming oil crisis will hit the economy very hard.
Also there is no use to curse the market - but to find means to earn more money and hold the other expenses to save oneself from the crisis looming over,

Indeed. It doesn't matter how long the market recovers as we believe and trust the market, no way we give up and loosen our hands. It is definitely, we can still hold and can wait. For me, I don't even expect this will come this year, not even next year because was clearly impossible despite the thing we know it can be possible but the market situation doesn't look possible.

Halving is gonna be our hope now...but we are about to wait for 2-3 years from now.

at least those who have watched markets for several years know the best way to profit when the market is in its current state.
hope for improvement in a short time, of course, we know it's all impossible. what is happening now is an effort to stabilize prices after the dumping that occurred.
even if small pumps happen, that's not a strong reason for us to be in a positive trend right away. This market needs time to save the stronger market.

to remember that bitcoin's habit is to always repeat, so it's true what my friend said above, that the time for bitcoin's increase will always happen. but usually after the halving period there will be a significant change and will form a renewable ATH.
My prediction is that maybe in 2023 there will only be slight changes and start to move better starting in 2024 until the formation of renewable ATH.

the most important thing is, that you are right mate, while there is an opportunity to buy and hold bitcoin, do it immediately. because it is possible that the opportunity will be missed because we are too waiting for the right moment even though now is of course the right time.

There is a possibility but not always so don't say yet that he was right. The increase in btc's value don't happen all the time but there must be times when its price can go down like on what we are witnessing now but we cant also stay like this forever.

The price can increase on the right time but no one can tell when so don't believe on the dates that you see if you don't want to get disappointed although it can be true that halving can bring a positive effect in the price. For you, you think this is the right moment to buy but some believe that the price can drop more because they have done some analysis and they based it on the past performance of btc.

Ever since the market had started to dump from $65k, we had fallen into bear market, and considering the time then to now its probably close to a year or more than, if I'm not mistaking, I am having a feeling that this bear market won't last up to a year, I'm hoping for a rebound around late September and early October, end of the year usually favors bitcoin, let's see how it goes this time around, we might not attain bitcoin all time high this year, but we going to see a good rally in the market soon

Easy to recommend on buying but we know that even to us veterans or old into this market would still have that kind of reaction and have doubts on buying back because we do think that the price might
be going even down further. Recovery is always next after a dump and even if we do see some patterns or similarities back in the past but wont really assure that it would happen in upcoming future.
When you are aiming for long term then getting in without having any doubts of the price then it would be not a problem or issue.Market would really recover no matter what
because the market cant really be just having a single path or direction.

DCA  is really the best option if you want to accumulate. No matter what price you're setting in but you're allocating budget for your every purchase, that's what you should do. The recovery will take place no matter what happens because it's the cycle of the market.
We'll not be in the bottom at all times and the same goes for the peak of the market. Play smart and be wise if you believe that this market will prosper and you'll be part of it.

SO try to gain financial freedom - the sooner the better. Try to hold unnecessary expenses. and cut down all the unless buying - the minimalist approach is the best one.

The market condition is not very well and its not sound good to make trading in such a harsh situation. It will take time to come back to such a good market rate as there is highly decrease in the value. So just wait for the market to go up and then sell your token but not be in hurry just keep calm and  think about your future.

With the current market situation right now it really took over a month before getting back to the all-time high and I guess it is quite normal because we experience the bull run for the previous months and of course the most awaited thing of the most holder is the price dump due to reason of the halving and of course many people grab this chance or opportunity to make a buy with their coin and hold to wait for the right time to make a good profit. Currently, I'm waiting for the year 2024 for the pump.

Bitcoin market recovery may take a long time. We've seen it before in the past two years with Bitcoin pumping. If we analyze the past life of Bitcoin, we can see that Bitcoin is pumping the market after two long years.I can see exactly that in 2022. However, if the market rises this time, it may set a new record for Bitcoin lifetime. But those of us who have been waiting for a long time to invest in Bitcoin are definitely in for a good time. And those who still do not believe are doing an act of great folly.

It is true that no one can accurately predict when the market will recover, because crypto movements are very volatile. We can only guess based
on previous crypto movement patterns, which are not necessarily accurate. That is why investing in crypto has a very high risk and it is advisable
to use cold money for investment. So if the market moves not according to our predictions, then we can stay calm and not panic.

The conclusion is that no one can know when the market will recover and the bull market will come,  so there is no need to think too much about
when the market will recover. As long as we invest in potential coins, we just need to be patient waiting for the coins we buy to increase in price.
Because potential coins will usually always recover even when the bear market price falls very deep. Instead of worrying about when the market
will recover, we should just collect coins that we consider potential in a bear market situation like now. After that we just hold on patiently, as long as
our coin selection is good, the profit will come by itself.

everyone can make predictions, but the accuracy of predictions will certainly be different. There are several points of view that investors usually use to make predictions in determining long-term investment plans.
especially in a downturn in the market. we will see some people say the market improvement will happen in the future.
no one will know the future, but everyone is just doing what they can to make a profit in the future.

Because no one knows when the market will recover then a good plan for us is the future by continuing to invest it, with some confidence from other predictions such as in the next 2 years or less but if we are optimistic and have a good plan then future investment is our hope in the future.

I think that the market will resurface again by 2023, maybe by December of this year there may be some favorable change, but it is mere speculation, we must take into account the global conditions, the pandemic, the war between Ukraine and Russia, also The impact of monkeypox is being taken into account, which is increasing more and more cases, and this in some way impacts the entire ecosystem of the crypto market and all speculative markets in general, because emotions are what make people move. the market and obviously when there is a panic, investors withdraw their money and look for a safe haven like gold, despite the fact that gold has fallen in price lately.

It is very difficult to predict the market, myself included, I cannot predict the market, but there are also those who say that the market will go up 1 year from now and there are also those who predict the market will go up. 6 months from now. but according to myself and as a beginner, I predict the market will rise again in October.

everyone can make predictions, but the accuracy of predictions will certainly be different. There are several points of view that investors usually use to make predictions in determining long-term investment plans.
especially in a downturn in the market. we will see some people say the market improvement will happen in the future.
no one will know the future, but everyone is just doing what they can to make a profit in the future.

Yes, definitely the future will be bright again, that is why many people are struggling to get it right this time around so that they will be part of those that will smile when the price increase higher soon. I think, many people predictions will come through before the end of this year 2022, because the market price is changing gradually for those that invested a huge amount of capital to get ready to achieve massive income from their investments. The green light is preparing to remain stable for people to believe that bullish season is very close to people that prepared very well in the community.

Looking at the steep drop in the price of cryptocurrency, it appears that the market will not recover in the near future.
We will be anxious if we speculate on when the market will recover, because no one knows. As a result, what we need to do is continue to accumulate some coins that we believe have potential, so what you're doing is correct, and we don't need to waste our time worrying about how long the bear market will last. Because we are unlikely to find an answer, we should take advantage of the current situation in which all coins are at a low price by purchasing some potential coins based on our respective financial capabilities.

In my opinion, it is very difficult to predict the market, which is clear to me that if the market is bearish, it is a good opportunity for those of us who want to invest in crypto. but there are those who say that in September the market conditions will improve and there are also those who think that in 2023 there will be an upward movement. but in my opinion it is very difficult to predict the market.
That is correct - its very difficult to predict market.

It is not appropriate to make any forward-looking or speculative comments about the cryptocurrency market. The market has been in a very good position for two consecutive years since 2020 but now the market has suffered a major decline due to some unexpected events. However, various experts have expressed different opinions about the rise of this market, in which they say that the market will be the same by 2024 or 2025.

If we'll check the backtrack of the market, we could notice that the cycle happens every four years so I agree that 2024-2025 would be the time when the market would recover or reach its ATH again. There will be no perfect predictions but as for me, the market's previous movement history will be reliable for us to have an idea about the next possible movement of the market.

In fact, it is not right to determine anything by guessing in the crypto currency market.According to various experts, the cryptocurrency market will need some time to improve. Many people who analyze the Bitcoin market all the time say that it takes 2024 and 2025 for Bitcoin to grow can But the market condition seems to be the same. We have also seen Bitcoin rise and set new records after only two years. However, we still have to wait for a long time, but those who want to invest can do so and wait for a long time.

There are many options to benefit. I dare not advise without doing anlisa, it harms them. But in terms of halving period and ATH cycle the current price is indeed attractive enough to raise some using free money. This means that you buy crypto instead of using money from debt or money that is used for your family's needs.
This period is still very difficult, maybe you are right short-term trading is a good option for you. Perhaps for the Holders the long figures there will be no problem as long as they are sure the price will return to the highest price.

There is still a lot of uncertainty about the crypto market. ‍Some experts think that the market will go down and will touch the lowest dip. But if this situation continues then naturally the market will fall into a big bearish trend. I do not know how the prediction will be effective in this regard, but according to my perspective, such a situation may continue until the war stop.

Well these holders won't hold in the first place if they are not sure and expecting that the price will return to their expected price.

Actually, we don't need to wait for the market to recover since what should be recovered? I mean, we need this bearish trend as it give chance for us to bought bitcoin at much lower price. I'm not saying the current price is low but if we look at this year's performance up to this point, anything around $20,000 should be considered as a good price to enter again.

Also about long-term holders, they are not actually thinking about what price entry they should go in or make it as a priority as the purpose is to accumulate more whenever there's a chance by them to do it.

Sentiments, news or fundamentals arent solid signs or indications that would be the main factors which would really affect the condition of crypto market. It might give out some effect somehow but not a solid one
which would really be entirely relying on that since factors could really be coming on different ones thats why its not good to presume and stick on one thing. When it comes to price predictions then no one
would really know on when this market would recover because this market is unpredictable in the first place and even how professional you are and how veteran you are on this market then there's still
have those questions on when this market will recover or even just questioning on where is the possible bottom.

It is difficult to say for sure when the market will recover, but looking at the current condition, it can be understood that if Russia intervenes in the Ukraine war, the market will be like before. But the market Bitcoin Ethereum and Binance Coin have seen substantial price updates. But many expect the market to be back to normal by the end of 2023.

confidence is indeed the final key to making an investment strategy successful, if it is able to survive from the initial position to the final position or a predetermined price target, it is a success. Long-term investments will provide returns that are in accordance with the time that has passed. Price entry is not made a priority, but collecting assets whenever prices are low is a must, this is also supported by strong capital or spare money that has been provided.

The market of cryptocurrency recover by itself so nobody knows the kind a market to recover except when a big investors enter the market and the thing we have to bump the market of cryptocurrency so predicting for a particular time that this is the actual time crypto-currency market will go up I think is not profitable and is not sincere so any predictors

Well, it is not that it recovers by itself, there are a series of events that can be taken into account, and one is the way of thinking of the whales, others that are currently taken into account that are the actions of people to face everything. that has to do with the market, this is one of the things that can be seen and that cannot be left aside, for me the emcoines of the people are what make the markets move in a great way, in fact much faster than the whales and in turn the fundamentals, the fundamentals for now are being the protagonists, more with what is being talked about a possible recession in the USA, which has everyone in check.

We're still in the correction period but that doesn't mean that the bearish season is over. It will still take quite a long time before Bitcoin and other altcoins fully recover. There were pumps but also dumped later on which simply means that the volatility of the market is quite high these days. Yes, it's the perfect time to buy Bitcoin and other top potential coins so we'll take a good profit when the bull run approaches.

Expert saying that there is chance that it will took 2 years to overcome this bear market but I still believe that we will see good market in September.

Yes, the market price is improving gradually to show that the bullish season will take place any moment from next month ending for those that invested on Bitcoin and Ethereum to get ready to earn well from their investments. I think, many long term traders are very ready to exercise patience with this current bearish season to come to an end before they can release their coins to market to make a good profits from the market. Now that Bitcoin price has increased to $24,000 few days ago, showed that before the end of December traders will experience $60,000 from the market for them to smile for the good opportunity they took in the bearish season.

Of course, it will move and changes its course to Bullish season but it was not the time. Never get fooled by the few pumps that happen in the past few days and say it was Bullrun already. We also have to think that it can be possible during the bear season, however, it was too different when compared to the bullish season, you can really see a significant and continuous market pump, unlike what we currently experience. That is still too far from being bullish.

Same, I don't think we're the real bullish season. Pumps are welcome to have but far from a bullish signal that we are already out of the bear cycle. Overall change depends on the world economy's outlook and right now, economic data around the world look grim. Inflation hit a record high and recession looming.

Nothing scares me to be honest, I remember the first time price rose to 10k ATH and then crashed to 400 dollars and everyone was saying it was over for crypto, but the doomsday and we shall do it again. I think this dip Is good to stimulate demand and allow more crypto bystanders to join and price will start to go up again.

Recovery will take some time as the fear aspect of investing in crypto is high at the moment... So no eta here, but on the first sign of bullishness maybe binance intervenes in Ftx that could bring a Win and some bullishness into the market.

It's left for us to be patient and know the exact thing to worry about. But the fact is that, the bear season is not yet over and have taken a lengthy time, some traders are making profits with it while some are complain and losing heavily from it. The bear market is simply to bagged enough promising coins and wait for the bullish market to triggered it's season.

The crypto market cannot predict what will happen, it can take a long time for the market to recover, and a bull market will take a long time to see.
I think bullishness may come during Bitcoin halving. Bitcoin's Bitcoin block halving event is an important event to look forward to in the cryptocurrency market, and some prices should rise as the block halving approaches.

Many crypto experts say that Bitcoin needs to grow until the halving cycle, there is a lot of uncertainty in the crypto market, the market recovery is still far away, and the downward trend may continue.
It’s only a matter of time before the crypto market rises again, with an even bigger ATH. We can buy reasonably during this time and wait for a profit.

Investimg on crypto is very difficult to know that what happen the next. But, after few months, the crypto market will recover soon and it will be a good position.
That's the crypto market and when we invest in crypto, of course we have to be prepared for these risks.

maybe bull market will come next year and we'll see

You can wait for a further fall and continue to accumulate, one does not interfere with the other. Few people succeed in catching the bottom, this is a difficult task and most likely there is no point in this, it is better to buy in parts. 16k is a good price, buying bitcoin at that price is a great deal. Another thing is when it comes to altcoins, here you need to be very careful, because even now some of them fall by -10% with any bitcoin movement down.

Predicting the market is not so easy, almost all currencies in the cryptocurrency market are falling, and the market may not recover anytime soon based on this situation. The cryptocurrency could have a bullish moment as it approaches the Bitcoin halving cycle. But no one can accurately predict a specific market recovery.

Its never been easy on the first place which this market is totally unpredictable. No one did really thought that we would really be going this low, considering that we've been able to break
lots of resistances that we didnt expect and im talking about almost $70k all time high which it do seems that we wont really be going back sub par below 50k price but here we are now
which we are really that playing around 16-17k price point which we didnt really able to anticipate nor hope that we would reach that low. Recovery would always remain as a question
because something like this couldnt really be that predicted.

So that's why some people buy and sell to with the ratio of little profit.

whales might be able to influence the psychology of small traders in the market. with graphic patterns that may have been deliberately made by whales.
but we have to consider world market conditions that are likely to affect the crypto market. one of them as a result of the impact of the war that occurred. even news of Russian missile rumors that were misplaced also affected the world market.
We can do technical analysis as a reference to predict asset price movements. but in other cases, we also have to pay attention to other factors.
we might meet the bull later than we imagine.

No one knows when the market will change, the downturn in the crypto market is affected by many external influences, and it is impossible to judge how long the market will remain in its current state. However, many encryption experts have analyzed that cryptocurrencies will usher in a bullish moment when Bitcoin is approaching the halving time, and the encryption market will recover.

Market is not suited well and all the coins deteriorated in values and by speculating these bad condition everyone has just an option to hold and keep holding, there is no one who will desire to sell because by doing so they will have disadvantage of it. I hope these low values become end in next year and all coins reclaim and things will be normalize and stabilize again.
Some people sells coins during the dip market, because they have target, everyone do lament negativity concerning bearish market while some of us do make profit during bearish market, because because the prefer to buy and sell when the price rise a little, and secondly holding a coin during the bearish time have a major disadvantage, because bearish market can continue to exist for long time. So that's why some people buy and sell to with the ratio of little profit.
I think the one that you are talking about are the traders. No matter what is the status of the market, bear or bull, traders keeps on buying and selling only to earn something. Not everyone can copy what they are doing because it is hard and risky so some will just stick on long term investing.

The other advantage of being a hodler is that the profit that they will get are also bigger because all the coins that they accumulate during the bear market are going to be sold at one go. The market is showing some small recoveries from time to time but if what we mean is big recoveries like returning to the previous ath then I think it will happen next year.

It doesn't matter how slow the bulls come, the most important thing is to accumulate as many assets as possible while the market is still giving you a chance. I'm doing this for the long term, don't care what anyone else says whether the price will drop again or will recover in the next 1 to 2 years.

Basically recovery takes time and support. Traders will move the market and will be even more positive if other support appears, such as increased interest from institutional investors to return to this investment space.

We should really have this kind of mindset rather than on making yourself freaking out on the current market condition which is on the bearish run.No one really knows on
when would be the recovery or when would be the change of trend since it can really be that impossible that the market would be having only one path to take.
This is why its really not that much importance on making yourself get stressed on when it would recover. It is true that the market do really make out some opportunity
for people to invest cheap or accumulate while coins/tokens in the market is on bargain.

Well, really, no one knows when the market will recover especially now that there is a lot of FUD scattered among traders. Traders will be careful making decisions while the chances are getting better to accumulate assets. It would be great if we have control over the emotions in a bearish market and make good use of opportunities. But for your consideration, don't ignore the risk even if you are absolutely sure and optimistic about the future.

This is why its really not that much importance on making yourself get stressed on when it would recover. It is true that the market do really make out some opportunity for people to invest cheap or accumulate while coins/tokens in the market is on bargain.
There is some truth to this, of course, but everyone will have a different mindset about the current state of the market. Some are already buying, and some will be waiting for a deeper drop. I'm sure the market will recover, but as others have said, it will take a long time.

Getting the right time to enter the market is very profitable but also risky interm of long red candles. Market is unstable and there's every possibilities that it will come back in a bullish movement. Everyone have their own perfect timing to enter the market, some traders have their specific time, like some prefer the bear season while some follows the bull seasons. FOMO also make us to miss some vital points in the market due to doubt of missing out.

Current price volatility tends to remain bearish and this is believed to be one of the reasons why bitcoin is having a hard time breaking through the resistance above it after dropping to $15.5K. At the moment the bitcoin price is still having a hard time breaking through $18K despite the growing confidence in the strength of the market. Now is still the time to buy, but DCA is also important.

Currently the market situation is very bad. In this situation, it is not well known in which direction the market condition will go.Different analysts are not working on their analysis now.But according to my knowledge, the market will not be better in this year 2022, dumping may remain. However, in 2024 or 2025, the market will move to a much better position. You can wait for that. But those who are long term investors should invest in this market and hold it for long term. Now is a good time for long-term holders.

Even though the market situation is very bad, that does not mean that the market is not going to come back to normal. This is just a time to sow whatever we think we can sow so that we can wait for the market to come to normal before we should think of selling. There had been a lots of speculations about the Bitcoin market going more bear but that should not be our interest because we are just an investors not someone that cares about what the market is interested in going. Hold better holding and leave the market to move.

The market will retest back to bull peak, it's just a matter of time and it's been put into consideration by investors, but the bear have taken much more time than expected, the bear will cover the year up and we would probably be expecting bull next year. The thing is that we don't know the duration of the bull run up, but we expect it to last full time inother to make the bull run up equivalent to the long term dump. The market will follow both the fundamental and technical analysis with time.

Bitcoin is falling again, this Monday morning it is trying to break through 16k to go lower and it looks like it will succeed. When exactly is it worth buying is not an easy question, but we are somewhere near the bottom, and if we miss this moment, the market will recover very quickly, I believe that this will happen much faster than many expect it, so it's important now to monitor the market and not miss the time for purchases.

Strong support at $15500 to $15900 rejected the price that was it third attempt in breaking the support downward but was held back, however if that support is eventually broken then the price of bitcoin might dump to the next support between $9000 to $10000 which I believe is unlikely, though the price had been defying all TA by trending downward, however the best bet is to adopt DCA to continue buying at every dip because it's obvious the bearish runs is likely reaching the bottom thereafter price turn around or renounce to the bullish run will be triggered however this is absolutely unpredictable for now.

It failed to break the $16k barrier, I mean to go upwards but the price fell down to $15k instead. The best time to buy a crypto is when the market is in bearish mode but congrats for those who have waited for the further fall of the price because it is now happening. $15k can be one of the price that they are waiting for.

There is no way to tell if the price will dump more so as if it will recover but based on the movement last time, the market didn't rise fast after the price fell down to $16k so I think it's okay if they won't rush to buy so as to monitor the market too often. It's not bad to relax sometimes and take things slowly because the market is too stressful lately.

there is still a lot of FUD at the moment, and that could affect market sentiment for any visible movement. several times it seems to strengthen, but this can be a trap for those who are wrong in making predictions. it's too hard to play futures, the market is completely unreadable with tools for analysis. the news that is in the media today is quite influential in making the direction of the bitcoin movement in a short time. I decided to stop first futures trading.

Main thing which do make even harder for the price movement prediction for us to do so because of the news that circling around. As of this moment which the price is really holding still or somewhat on that stable manner

which it is really hard to predict on where it would be going.I've been seeing some profitable futures trading on some fb groups which i dont know if they do really love or like on riding the current trend of the market

which is really that totally too hard to make out predictions on point.I dont really have any plans on doing futures but if you could really be able to throw up some risk management
then it would really be your choice on doing so.Recovery is something random and cant be known.

Since when you posted this up to now the dip is still improving. Are you you telling me now that since when you buy the dip till now your hand are still strong. I know everyone is for profit in time of crypto but in this time it's has not been easy for Every traders. I pray things should be resolved soon.

Cryptocurrency is currently collapsing. And the total crypto market cap is now less than $1 trillion.

The market is red, and every cryptocurrency is crashing. Is it better to wait for a further drop in Bitcoin and Ethereum, or would DCA be better?

What will happen next?

How long do you think the market will take to recover?

As of this time, we cannot simply determine on when will the market recover. It got even worse because of the FTX collapse exposing the fraud that they are in which the customers lost billions of dollars.

Thank God I didn’t have FTX and I never had any funds there. But of course, I know how it feels to lose big amounts, especially on what happened to me last April where 3 of my Metamask wallets got siphoned to a hacker due to accidentally clicking a fake PDF file which is a malware.

On top of that, I am at a loss on my BTC holdings as I’ve started DCA with it last May 2022. There’s no exact timeline on when will the market actually recover and you just have to acknowledge that.

Investor concerns about the crypto market are common. Sometimes market downturns can be scary for investors. But to ease that worry, remember that recessions don't last forever.

Everyone who has been following the latest crypto market news is aware of this bear market. They know that all the trading platforms in the world are going through a long bearish period. Those who can use their intelligence well at this time will be successful in the future. So long term investment is best at this time. Long-term investors shouldn’t worry too much about the market because it will again beyond it's all time high.

After FTX collapse make us waiting for long time for Bitcoin and market recover after bad reputation, feels better when saving fund in cold wallet or hardware but I am little disappointed because several my friend loss their fund after holding on FTX. Can't have accurate predicting about Bitcoin recover and back to higher price with many bad news coming, seems with FTX collapse need few months later for Bitcoin raise up but habit with end years Bitcoin always drop make us pessimistic with Bitcoin can recovering as soon possible.

I am not loss with Bitcoin price going down, but I have several kinds investment in potential altcoin and right now still waiting when recovering price coming.

This might take the market some time to balance and create liquidity that will make it go bullish. Even as the market looks bad, we can still trade some coins and tokens and make profits.

We don't have to rely on just investing alone or staking our coins to make little profits from the APY. We need to pick some profits from the market even as the market is ranging. Ranging market has it own profits so we not need to wait for the market to be bullish before to get some profits for the market.

The crypto market is crush and red rapidly. Everytime, I see the crypto market is going dump and pump, but this time, it is happening to dump day by day. So, it is very harmful for us. Investimg on crypto is very difficult to know that what happen the next. But, after few months, the crypto market will recover soon and it will be a good position.

From what I have seen in the market and in market events, everything can be excellent for 2024, I think it is the ideal date for everything to come out with a good Ath, I do not see another date but for that year, exactly I would not know how to say, but everything that has happened for now I see as a stage of re-accumulation, and of course it all depends on the fundamentals that are being presented in the world, everything depends on it, if bad things happen, obviously the price will continue lowered, but if things begin to normalize, the rumors of war finally cease, it can be said that by 2024 it may be the year that BTC reaches more than $100k.

We may not know when this bearish market to end exactly. But if we consider the next BTC halving in 2024, this bearish may last until the end of 2023. So, before 2024, we can buy as many as crypto coins. Usually, after BTC halving, crypto coins tend to increase massively. It will be the right time to take profits, we must sell our coins in this phase. However, it won't be easy to reach this phase because there will be much bad news or issues during the bearish season. If we are not patient, we may panic and sell at loss before the bullish period.

Even as the market looks bad, we can still trade some coins and tokens and make profits.
Sure, there is always a chance for taking profits although we are in the bearish season. As long as we don't expect too big profits, we can earn it from day trade. However, be wise and smart, don't trade shitcoins.

History teaches us that every new beginning of a bull market was preceded by a final descent, as was the case with the corona dump, followed by a reversal and a sustained advance. Therefore, I assume that this time there may be something similar, there will be some kind of negative news that will significantly affect the price, and after that we will see an increase, perhaps this may be the lowest price, but what price will be, no one can know.

In the middle of next year, the market is expected to start to recover initially. However, it is not clear how long it will take to fully recover, we can only assume that the cryptocurrency market may take some more time to recover. But the way Bitcoin is developing, it can be said that Bitcoin can recover a lot in a short time than other coins or tokens. it may be after March 2023, The cryptocurrency market is behaving quite pessimistically right now but it's hard to tell what kind of behavior it is.

The fundamental effect this time is too strong, I estimate it will last until the middle of next year. Unless some of the major companies that collapsed are slowly recovering although it is doubtful that they'll ever regain the public's trust.
Btw, it's not difficult to change the investment term if you're too worried as long as you stick with bitcoin.

How long.... Like that's a million dollars question and if anyone have a right answer to such question then am sure he or she won't mind putting his whole live savings on it as it will definitely be a life chaneger opportunity.

In cryptocurrency currency we all live on prediction of the market based on some analysis and statistics which could be a near accuracy but sometimes if not most times reverse is usually the case "bad".

Bitcoin will definitely recover but nobody knows when and how long further it would take and that's just the fear of many, not that it won't recover but the time is just the issue. Which no one knows

Come to think off, if there's someone who do able to know then do you really think that they would really be saying it to public? I would rather spoil it for myself.Talking in reality then it cant really just possible.

No one really knows on what would happen in the future.Such man doesnt exist where every words that would come out into our mouth will really be just pure speculation.
Somehow we do have lots of tools and indicators which we could make use which it is really that helpful but not something that could give out 100% precision.
Recovery questions will always be speculative and its normal for someone to have on a speculative market. So im not really that stressing out yourself
just to mind on when the market would really recover. For now we are really still moving sideways and as long we arent seeing significant bullish news
then there would be no catalyst on bring up this market upwards.

With cryptocurrency, the common investors have a strategy to invest when the market is on its rise. They never invest when the price have reached the bottom. Initially we need to have trust over the market and learn to invest at the right time. Doing so will never let us think about the recovery, because our mind always thinks of investing further.

Till date the market is moving on a four year cycle. This time too, we can expect something similar to that. Close to the halving days we'll experience the bullish movement.

first things first, you need to be educated on this market. because without knowledge on how things are in this market, you would be lost when you decide to jump in on any project. being familiar on the risks involved would greatly help you on how to attack and take advantage of the opportunity you are presented to. this is why for investors who did their due diligence, they know when to get a hold of valuable coins and when to observe the market. also, you don't need to believe on every fud you may encounter as it can highly ruin your pockets. just remember of most meme tokens which are now abandoned.

The market is dip and we don't know how long this will take but we just have to be patient with the market and invest when the market going down a bit. This might take the market some time to balance and create liquidity that will make it go bullish.

Something strikes me here, when it comes to exchanging profits from exchanging the tokens for other currencies, I think that at this time doing that is very far away, unless you have a token for Dump and pump, in this case wait for it to do a big pump to be able to pass it to another crypto, normally we can put our hopes in Doge, which is a currency that is practically well backed by Elon Musk and possibly will have a greater support argument or endorsement by twitter, even Elon Musk has not made that move , but eventually we can expect it, because I think a bullish trend range is not yet in place for Bitcoin.

How long do you think the market will take to recover?
No one is actually certain when wat will happen next in the market because of the volatility of the Bitcoin market.
What people do and give is market speculations and predictions, so why will happen next is just seating and asking to be directed blindly. No matter how much you're being told, without you making proper research, it wouldn't be of no use as you will be directed blindly but one thing is for sure that Bitcoin will soon restore it's lost glory and hit another all time high price soon and that's the believe and hope of every investor and Bitcoin believer.

No one can tell the exact timing of how long it will take for the market to recover there is always volatility in the market and the value of currencies is not fixed. To know the correct information of the market, the market must be analyzed. It will be easy to know the right news by doing market analysis. Many investors refrain from buying risky assets as the fear of recession increases. There is no need to rush in this situation the cryptocurrency market is extremely small in size and volatility is high a rapid decline in such markets is not unusual.

I love watching and listening to YouTube videos by famous economist Andrei Movchan.

Andrey Movchan is the owner and founder of a traditional bond investment fund.  He is often asked questions about cryptocurrencies and the recovery of the markets.

Regarding the prospects for cryptocurrencies, Movchan is skeptical.  He believes that perhaps the time of cryptocurrencies has already passed.  Governments and bankers are seriously involved in regulating this market.  The world economy is currently in recession. Perhaps the global economy will emerge from recession in 2024....

But when the recovery of the cryptocurrency market will occur is a more complicated question...

The governments of developed countries can deliberately slow down and block this process.

Well we (Swapin) have been in the industry since 2017 and survived several boom and bust cycles. Like many others in the industry, we are confident that crypto will ultimately grow stronger due to these unfortunate events. Possibly in 2023 already or 2024 we will start to see an uptrend again. Could markets go lower in the winter? Possibly.

After the Mt. Gox bankruptcy and the BitMEX meltdown, some of the most substantial periods of growth have followed. This time will be no different, and the industry will grow to unprecedented new heights as it always has done so in the past.

In the meantime we can confidently say we look forward to continuing to deliver new roadmap milestones and contributing to creating a safer, more accessible cryptocurrency community that is seamlessly intertwined with traditional finance.

The market can recover at any time, it doesn't give sign but when the market wants to recover that could be so fast that within a few hours days, and weeks the entire market can go from a 1 trillion market cap to above 4 to 5 trillion dollars per market capitalization.

You are perfectly right, because Bitcoin is a digital and a decentralized currency which i believe that Bitcoin the volatility is dependable by anyone, predicting the exact time it can rise or recover from price downfall will be unethical and assumptions by people, because everyone is aware that Bitcoin price is been regulated via price through people who is investing for cryptocurrency and especially bitcoin.

Better not to make yourself get stressed on keeping on guessing and speculating on where prices could eventually fall out or in speaking with recoveries because its really been that hard
in the first place.
This is why if you do see that this current movement of price is the bottom and eventually we did hit 17k once again but its not a solid thing that you would really be presume out that
this would really be the start of recovery.
Its really hard and its always been like this where speculations and presumptions do really flood out in the market which is something very typical.
Make up position if you do see that this is the bottom and if not then you do really need to keep on waiting.

Wont really be expecting that much but in overall bull run could happen after a few months of halving but we cant really tell that we would see on the same situation or condition.
Bull isnt always a solid indication on when the market would really make out its recovery but this is something more better rather than on making yourself making out some wild guess or doesnt really
have any analysis. This market is totally unpredictable and there were no things that could really tell on when it would be making out a reversal.
This is why its wise to make out some position now while everything is still cheap but chances on getting more dipper is always there.

Well as in the past history, it did not occur at that time when there is a bitcoin halving --it usually has a delayed effect like after a few months or more or less a year. So theoretically, a bullrun will occur in the next year right after when it will happen.
The market suffer at this time because there is a lot of bad news around and people were still panicked about centralized exchanges not being good to store your bitcoin. Possible bitcoin will take a longer time to recover.

it's not that bad if traders change their trading strategy to bitcoin investment in the long term. Traders have other plans for managing the risks of the trades they make. many lost, but those who saw another potential from this bear market could profit in the future.
maybe traders who do have futures trading skills can still benefit from a bad market situation.

Given the current market conditions, it is impossible to say how long it will take for the market to recover. This uncontrolled market situation keeps every investor away from investing. Bitcoin will decrease in popularity if the market conditions are like this. According to many experts, the market seems to take a long time to recover. Looking at the state of the market over the past year suggests that the market may not recover before Bitcoin's next halving in 2024.

I did not expect that the market for me would be something like that. I understood that the market is, first of all, work. So, I did not build myself any such considerations.
A successful trader must always keep an eye on the market. And if he has no idea about these things, he will never be able to make a profit. He will always lose and at some point all his money will be lost. I think.  It will be better if the decision is taken after understanding everything.

The current market situation is very bad and it is needless to say how much time it will take to recover from this situation. The market has gone from a high point to a very low point and it will take a long time for the market to recover. Many believe that between 2024 and 2025, Bitcoin will be in a good position.I don't think the market will recover before then.Right now those who are in loss on trading platform and investing must have to wait for long term otherwise there is no other way.But believe that there will definitely be a market recovery.
At the moment the market position is not very good especially the Bitcoin market has decreased a lot due to which the price of all purchases in the virtual world has gone down. And many gamblers have suffered a lot. Right now there is a lot of news that the price of bitcoin will drop further but the bitcoin market will rebound again but it will take time. Bitcoin market is likely to recover again in 2024. Therefore, if you invest from the current price of the Bitcoin market, it is possible to make a profit later. And those who bought and held various coins including Bitcoin for a long period of time in the market can recover if they hold for a long time in the future.

Why did you decide that this market situation is keeping "every investor" (as you said) from investing? What about the rule of buying low and pushing high? In my opinion, now is the best time to invest, when many are losing faith and just watching, smart investors continue to buy. This happens every time, and I agree that it can be scary to buy some shitcoins, but bitcoin has proven many times that price will growth after a bear market.

Until halving, I don't think we will see some bigger movements from this price, in both directions, and if it happens it will have a short breath. Of course, if history repeats itself once again, and many of us think it will, at least we think there are good chances for that.

Yes, Bitcoin recovered to $17k but it's not looking convincing to keep at it. It will slump. Already investors have started point at the $13k region. Honestly, it feels kind of disappointed that Bitcoin didn't do well in November which was the month I speculated it would show some strength. December hasn't been any good as it's the month most investors take profit for spending during the yuletide season. We aren't likely to see a different scenario this year. Talking about ATH? Nah! No one is even expecting Bitcoin to get to its previous ATH of $68k next year. We wait till 2024.

It's surely disappointing to watch Bitcoin price hitting new lows that most people weren't expecting, especially after losing the $20k levels that was the top of previous cycle, in addition to many completly different events from which the world is suffering now like the Russian War and the possible economic recession. With this in mind, I doubt we will witness any significant rally in Bitcoin price in the near future. My own expectation is that Bitcoin will start to recover in the beginning of 2024 as we might see some halving FOMO concurrently with some positive economical signals. Nonetheless, I bought at different price levels and will continue to DCA my Bitcoin holding whether it went lower or not.

But when there is this bad coming and happening , then let us see the days of going towards profiting having the advantage of buying this low now.

Today's market is very different, the state of the world economy looks bad. I hope this doesn't affect investors' interest in BTC. But in reality I think there will be many people who meet basic needs before investing. That's likely to happen if a recession does happen.
During my experience with Halving twice, of course the hope is that 2023 will be an optimistic time for buyers to collect BTC. After that the price gradually increases, and the ATH peak usually occurs after the halving. So maybe in 1 or 2 years the market might be good again. IMO

it seems that there will be no fundamental changes to end this year and I agree that bitcoin will start to improve when the halving period is coming, then a year later ATH will occur.
so don't expect that there will be significant changes to close at the end of this year and it looks like 2023 will also not happen that bitcoin will start to get better, because from the economist's analysis that was precisely the year the economic crisis began.
you can be sure that all will refrain from spending existing funds for interests that are not very important at all.

   - For about 2 weeks the price of Bitcoin has been playing in the market between 16500$ to 17k$+ its price according to the Binance exchange that I am currently using. In the analysis, we will stay at this value for a few more months, so maybe day trading is the best way to generate profit here.

But if you are a long term holder who is a type of trader here in the crypto space, even if you don't do day trading, it's okay anyway.

One thing is that it is never easy to predict what will happen in the market, continuously monitoring the price will be heartbreaking, most people have sold all of their assets just to watch the market, investing is not for the weak, looking at those who purchased when bitcoin was priced at around 60,000 and now it is between 16,000 and 17,000, the best course of action after investing is just to hold to make a profit and not selling off and avoid altcoins.

Since almost no analyst analysis has turned out as expected because the market has not yet stabilized, I have stopped making predictions about this bear cryptocurrency market. The market has no immediate signs of rising, but it will undoubtedly rise over time, perhaps before Bitcoin's 2024 halving. Perhaps we should just keep investing conservatively with the money we know we won't need anytime soon.

Nobody who purchased Bitcoin when the price of Bitcoin was in higher point or value like the stage it was in the point of sixty thousands and above and hold to this point that the price is in seventeen thousand to twelve thousand (17k-12) or nether sixteen thousand (16k). I don't think, the time is far for the cryptocurrency market to recover because the red light is no longer stable like it was From the beginning of this year 2022, show that people will feel the bull market before the end of December so that the massive bull will take place starting from January. Since the price of cryptocurrency has moved up in a bit few hours ago for those that still want to buy and hold to use this period to buy because the bear market is coming to an end soon for people to enjoy their long term trading in the community.
There's no such thing about an assured turning point if we do say about months or years or on when it would happen because there's no one would able to say so because this market had been
unpredictable since from the beginning. It might really be showing some green signal as of this moment or simply it is really getting some increase but it wont really give out some solid signal or assurance
that we would really be having a turning point. This is where it makes really that hard to make out decisions whether we do buy in or would really be waiting further
for us to enter on cheapest price as possible. There's no man would be able to know on when it would gonna happen.

Maybe waiting for further declines is the right choice when we are in a bear market like now and we do not rule out the possibility that the market will continue to fall due to the panic and fear that the market experiences during the bearish season, waiting for the market to recover I think we need a little longer and maybe we will see that happen when the next bitcoin halving occurs because at the time of the bitcoin halving usually the market will experience a significant price increase and will make all the coins on the market experience a higher price increase.

The market is in a bear situation which means we don't know the bottom of the current situation, DCA will be better if we are uncertain when the bottom is but don't ever DCA without any research. For example, there are a lot of hacked platforms lately and in some cases that make few projects in a dire situation, if there's still a lot of FUD out there use a little money to DCA, and when the situation got better use more money to DCA.
