Cryptocurrency is currently collapsing. And the total crypto market cap is now less than $1 trillion.

Nothing scares me to be honest, I remember the first time price rose to 10k ATH and then crashed to 400 dollars and everyone was saying it was over for crypto, but the doomsday and we shall do it again. I think this dip Is good to stimulate demand and allow more crypto bystanders to join and price will start to go up again.

The market is red, and every cryptocurrency is crashing. Is it better to wait for a further drop in Bitcoin and Ethereum, or would DCA be better?

The market is going into free fall day after day.  Investors are getting frustrated day by day. Recovery is always in question and really no one can say exactly when the market will recover. I think it will take a long time to see the bull market. Bitcoin and Altcoin price drops are normal but this year the price has come down even more.  The market movement is not good now and it is scary to invest.

Its never been easy on the first place which this market is totally unpredictable.No one did really thought that we would really be going this low, considering that we've been able to break
lots of resistances that we didnt expect and im talking about almost $70k all time high which it do seems that we wont really be going back sub par below 50k price but here we are now

I think the one that you are talking about are the traders. No matter what is the status of the market, bear or bull, traders keeps on buying and selling only to earn something. Not everyone can copy what they are doing because it is hard and risky so some will just stick on long term investing.

The other advantage of being a hodler is that the profit that they will get are also bigger because all the coins that they accumulate during the bear market are going to be sold at one go. The market is showing some small recoveries from time to time but if what we mean is big recoveries like returning to the previous ath then I think it will happen next year.
