I see you have Provably Fair and RNG certificate. Are you also licensed?

The games you are offering is very nostalgic although it is very limited to 4 games which is quite a disadvantage on your side since most of the competitor casino is already evolved to full size casino. The UI of the website is very especially the game icon design. I’m really attracted to try all the games but you don’t have demo mode to access it for trial experience purposes.

This is just my personal suggestion, making the game playable in demo mode without any account registered will be good to attract players since they might be lured to play once they experience the gameplay like what I feel the moment I browse your casino.

I am not aggressive but I am trying to understand why apart from the website link and Imgur direct link they did not add any Introduction and details about their casino. This is the reason I quoted what OP wrote omitting the image link. It is just common sense per my understanding. It looked more like a scammer introducing a Casio when I noticed it for the first time.

I've got a not so important concern about the theme, I think it's better if it's automatically changing the theme of the page upon choosing light or classic without the need to reload. It's not that of a big concern but that's what the other casinos have when that feature is being chosen. Needless to say, as you posted here recently, as I'm looking at the # of active players, you already have 141. That's already a lot.

It's not that important but could you please check the bottom of your website? There's suppose to be an image before the iTech Labs RNG Certificate logo but it's not displayed properly (tried on different browsers). I'm assuming that's your Curacao License.

I visited your site and saw that your site uses a small font which makes your site have a space on the right and left sides. So I think it will be better to use medium font so your site looks bigger and catchy with the simple design or you can arrange the width of pages. Besides that, I see the logo on the site is too small and I hope you can make it bigger so people who visit your site can see the logo clearly.

I think you can add a page about your ToS and not use .pdf to download because I do not like to download .pdf just to read the policy. Adding the ToS will help us what do and do not in your site so we do not try to break it.

We've just started, but the first big update is already on its way. Way more games including slots, live casino, etc. will be available in a very close future.

Looks like the OldChief is working hard but be careful not to rush it. Chasing time makes you more prone to mistakes so make sure you test the new features or games before going public. I think I can speak for everyone else when I say players still prefer smooth playing experience over some new but buggy games.

Site names might not really that appealing considering the word "Old" but it doesnt resemblance on what you could actually see on the site which is totally opposite.
GUI/GUX is really on that modern or something you cant really see on other common platforms or known ones which some new sites are copying as of these days.
Just a little bit suggestion on making those fonts or panels a little bit bigger. I dont know if its just me or what but those text and icons are really small
but not that much but it would be better if you would make out some adjustments.

I bit surprised and think my page was -50% zoom. For sure, I have to maximize the website to 200% to read all pages which mean this is very urgent, and I think it's not difficult to cut the time between day, not 2 weeks to just repair the GUI.

He said that they will come with Oldchief 2.0 (not only GUI), means that there will be a huge change/improvement of the site so it is understandable if they need 2 weeks to do it. But I have to agree that the current display is not really good especially for those with small screen size, by default it looks small even in 27" screen. I tried to open it in mobile browser, it looks a lot better. A bit surprised to see this because most other casinos started with better UI in desktop mode than mobile browser but oldchief started it with better UI in mobile browser.

I hate downloading anything from the internet especially documents why did you create all the information in pdf files why not create a page for it for transparency purposes, all the links in your policies are downloadable something that is annoying, some gamblers will just deny the download and opted to sign up without getting through your policies, even if you have very long policies a single page is sufficient for it.

Regarding fonts and how our casino looks in common - yeah, small fonts are really small, we've noticed that as well, but as far as we are making re-design right now - there's nothing to do with it until we present our updates. Working area in the next version will be wider, fonts will be bigger, and you will be no doubts more satisfied, which is the most important target for us. We bring our apologies for the temporary inconvenience, but please - don't hesitate to sound any thoughts, we are working to make your time spending with us better.

What about policies: accepted, we will make both sort of pop-up and ability to download the pdf. We'll also send our policies to our every user to his email, as it is now a mandatory requirement on the part of the master license holder.

What about Random Number Generator (RNG) Certificate: it is getting even earlier than a license (actually you simply cannot get a license before you get the certificate). We got our certificate in a late November, you can check it right from our site.

He did purchase a copper membership and now he relies mostly in pictures and he didn't put some description or a great introduction like when did they start and on how did they come up with a casino like this, something like that but building up a good reputation is what is more important. They have their TOS on their website. You just need to click the "Terms and Condition" for you to be redirected to their PDF format TOS. I don't understand why you cannot create a page for your policies and why the need to download them or send them to your users through emails, all the other casinos are doing this is your license issuer different from sites like Duelbits, Stakes, and all the other casinos where their policies are clearly written in their page for all to check, scrutinize and criticize, is there something that you are hiding, this will cause you to lose potential sign ups if they have to download files to read your policies.

Also, they must send the update to the email because if some of the old gamblers on their platform claim they don't know about the policy update, OldChief won't be able to prove that. You can't simply say we have updated the policies. It’s a MUST to send email when you update policy of your casinos so that gamblers know what they are going to face.

Policies , T&C are something that many gamblers ignore when it nicely embedded on the website. They didn't exactly stated how or when they would ask about the KYC verification. But seeing these private information they require on their ToS, I'm hesitating to try their website. It's my first time to see on a gambling website asking for a verification call on their KYC and I think it's too much already since they have our private information from the ID and address documents. They can already verify if someone submitted a fake document because of the selfie so I don't really see any reason why they will also need a live verification.

Oldchief.casino loads very fast. I tested it with Gtmetrix and they got an A grade (https://gtmetrix.com/reports/oldchief.casino/8rFvsVRc/). So, you don't really need a very fast internet connection to access their website.

It's better if they will take things slowly as that is more practical and they can follow this thread to see if what the user here wants to see and they can include it on their next update. I see that their t.o.s is in a pdf format. You find it confusing maybe because you don't know how to open this file type? But, I think any modern device is already built up with a pdf reader. All you need to do is download it and it will automatically open up.

The representative (@TheWhiteLodge) already said that it's mandatory (before your comment) but they aren't strict in implementing it yet. I don't support the use of VPN on casino for whatever reasons, most especially for that fact that if my location is ban from accessing the site I will be reserved about that, but some still bypass restriction with the help of vpn and they are ok with that as long as it is not against the rule of the site.
Some casino that have restrictions on some IP mostly look away from the use of VPN on the casino but the only problem will arise when your account on the casino have issues and you are asked for a photo and ID verification it will become impossible to recover your account at that moment.

It must be something wrong with your browser or something else. It is showing up properly in my browser and it is also click-able. What browser you are using? What VPN are you using? Free VPN or Paid VPN? Maybe if it's a free VPN, the casino can detect it but usually, if you use a paid VPN, the casino will be okay and allow you to play because the IPs in the paid VPN are more and for one country, the paid VPN has more than 3 IPs. But it would be better if we ensure the use of a VPN at Oldchief.casino so that things don't happen that we don't want later.

In this case, I am not worried about submitting KYC Since I already submitted KYC to one of the casinos. Another thing is that I am using a VPN but I didn't change my server location. I liked the concept of 'Snake' game, it is pretty similar to the Roulette game of other casino. Your team should create a twitter account for doing some advertisement and a telegram group/channel for having a community.
