Doesn't it seem that what you are trying to reach is very exaggerated, 10X increase in the price is something that is possible, but 100 times? Especially since your list contained currencies with high market capacities, and therefore a hundredfold means billions of dollars to rise>?

You can get it with of pump/dump coins, but such currencies are closer to scam than investments.
Also, most of the altcoins that rose in the past fail to rise again independently, and therefore the possibility of rising from this leader is very weak.

If it were an altcoin, it would be hard to decide which is worth buying because all altcoins provide the same expectation, even for the altcoins currently occupying the top spot. All altcoins can increase greatly and some can surpass other altcoins, so it will be very difficult to find them.

Maybe you need to concentrate on the altcoins that are on the top 100 list in the market. But my advice, you better focus on buying bitcoin and saving bitcoin because bitcoin can give hope for profit. But that's up to you and I see you already have a list of the coins. So you can start buying it at this time.

We all have the idea that 2024, it's the year where the halving will happen, and anticipate that 2025 is the bull run. But every cycle and bull run is always different.


Those are that much to expect, I'm thinking of little with the gain of the market by the next bull run comes. It's historically that the gains through multiplier have decreased but the value and price became higher.

As far as experienced though, ADA is one coin that give me good profits in the last bull run. But I can't agree more, those other coins that you have listed looks very solid, maybe just Shiba though. I'm not a fan of it, I mean clearly it's just a meme coin.

BNB as well might be a good coin to add to your portfolio.

Anyhow, there could be other projects that could really give us good profits in the next bull run. But it's up to us to find it out, that needle in the haystack.

I am one of those people who are very optimistic about this space, but I never target a certain year like you do. Not without reason, because if I do something like that when I don't get what I want from my analysis it will make me feel very disappointed. I prefer to let the water flow without targeting a specific year or time. I prefer to target the profit I want to achieve. For example, from $100 to $110, that's more reasonable in my opinion than targeting a certain year.

With that 10x on eth might be impossible if weve checked its current marketcap. The other L1 might be possible considering their current marketcap.

Definitely Bitcoin. Have you heard of the 2nd halving? Not to rely on what happened on the previous one but, that could be a contributing factor. But since 2024 is still a long run, it would be better to pick coins which has potential to have a price increase based on their utility or  their involvement with different peojects such as ETH, and BNB. I guess I'd stay away from meme coins; it is so hard to predict when will the demand on such coin will rise. Most of the time, uprise movements on those coins are sue to whale manipulation or if someone like elon musk would mention it. But measuring the possible rate of increase I guess is not necessary; just the chance of those coins to increase in order to avoid over expecting and miscalculating investment movements.

I guess, many coins will increase higher in 2024 for those that invested in Bitcoin and altcoins to get ready to earn from their investments. Ethereum and ADA will be the best coins that will reward people in the future with huge amount of profits that will make people to invest more on Ethereum and ADA in 2025 because there are some positive changes in Ethereum and ADA that made people to believed that the coins will pump very well in 2024 for people to earn well from their long term investments.

This topic looks better in speculation section I believe, anyways, why do you believe that Shiba can still do 100x in future? I don't think it's possible for Shiba to go that high again because that project is one of the very few that brings the highest returns for investors in last bull market.

The next real gains will come from projects that are less known to the public, nothing beats buying Matic at 0.01$ years ago but now the chances of bringing such insane returns is lower.

Your prediction was too good to be true. Just expect 3x for all of crypto will be so hard. As your prediction and then it seems like that anything was worth to buy as long as it has a very big marketcap. Why don't you put all of top coins in your list?
 Shiba to did 100x just another crazy thing that will never come true. This meme token has huge marketcap. It's also over rated as a decentralized application for sure.

I don't even know what's your reason to give all of them possibility to increase a lot.

In general i think that a bear market like the one that we are in right now is of course never a good thing, but at least it provides an opportunity to invest into projects that are already pretty big like the ones that you have mentioned. I personally would never invest into Shiba Inu though and i also heavily doubt that it will make a x100 from here on. I think the time of meme-coins is over and Shiba Inu will slowly but surely lose relevance because in the end it is just a useless shitcoin. Your other predictions are also very optimistic i would not expect a x10. I mean i hope that but i don't think it will come that way, so only invest money that you can afford to lose.
Cosmos (Atom) is also a good project in my opinion.

Although I do not have any prediction list on my own as the market hasn't made things easy lately.  I do hope your prediction on near becomes realistic because am holding that coin and honestly I don't like how it loses so much since it's last ath, I expect more resistant from near but rather it just keep falling at will. Right now, I want to see how low it goes come 2023 so I can then dca.

The answer for me however are Bitcoin and Ethereum. They're more into long term as they are capable of bouncing back stronger no matter how long the bear market would be. BTC is very popular and widely adopted worldwide while ETH is more into Dapps.

These are the only ones I see worth to DCA (dollar-cost averaging) in the long run until we see another bull run especially that the halving period will come by 2024.

It possible that Bitcoin and Ethereum might get to their ATH by 2024 But for the rest of them I have little to no faith in them.
But let's just see how it goes before then we might still see a new coin with unique utility that has lots of potentials and not just some project trying to repeat other's idea.

Not sure about ADA, but I will tell you that I made a good investment on them on the last bear market and obviously sold at the bull run. But it seems that they have change their path, becoming a privacy focus protocol, which might be a bad idea for Chris and his project.

I am not even going to bother with your other predicions as they seem something totally made up without any reasoning.

You are simply expecting too much out of this market and even more importantly you are trying to get a position in the altcoin market that is too risky too soon, you need to remember as well that at first the coin that goes through the most growth at the beginning of a bull season is bitcoin, and then the altcoin season comes alive, so the logical decision would be to buy bitcoin and then once the bull run is underway and the altcoin market seems ready then you could invest some money in it.

ETH's ATH in 2021 is close to $5k, and if ETH hits $10k next bull season, I wouldn't be surprised either, keep in mind that the bull market means Bitcoin will also go up, it does not stand still and wait for ETH to pass. If people's expectation for bitcoin's ATH is $100k or $150k, then bitcoin will also increase 10x from now.

I don't remember the exact time, but if you haven't missed any market events over the past 13 years, there was a time when ethereum's capitalization surpassed bitcoin's, but it didn't last too long. Anything can happen in this market, don't be too surprised.

ETH 10X = means ETH will worth more than $12,000 later, which still possible

ADA 20X = means ADA will reach $6, or $200billion? Too good to be true, i didn't see any reason ADA will be worth that much.

MATIC 10X= means MATIC will reach $9, well still possible.

SHIB 100X = means SHIB will reach $0.009 or $500billion as marketcap, whats the reason? It was just hyped because of dogecoin and binance listed it.

NEAR 50X = don't familar with this coin

DOT 20X = still possible i do believe. They have many active developers even DOT price fallen a lot

We always have that kind of prediction when halving is coming but these predictions are too exaggerated I prefer to be modest in my prediction but since its Bitcoin halving its better to focus on Bitcoin than on other coins, every halving brings different results to every altcoin but not to Bitcoin who lorded over and will continue to lord over all coins.
I expect many more predictions to come but we have to also weigh on the situation on every coin that is included in your portfolio to see if it enjoys the trust of investors.

The next bull run will surely be have an big gains of these coins you mentions that's why it is still the best time to buy them and wait for the next bull season market. Surely these coins will have a new ATH in the making and good thing I have SHIB and MATIC that I have been holding up.

You have to try hard to hold on to those coins because before the bull run returns, market conditions will not be normal and will move here and there.
This can make you panic, so you have to overcome that panic and not be like other people who end up selling their coins because of panic.
But besides the coins above, you need to hold bitcoin too because bitcoin will also give you big profits in the future.
And before our time to buy runs out, we must use it to buy and hold on tight.

I also want to ask the OP why he doesn't include Bitcoin in his portfolio while bitcoin is bullish and new altcoins have a chance to go up and with a 10x target, bitcoin is still achievable in the next bull season and much safer with altcoins. Out of the six altcoins he mentioned, I just want to put my faith in ETH, the rest are hard to guess because the bear season is still going on, and we won't know who will be next to crash like FTT. And it seems he has also forgotten about BNB, a potential altcoin for the upcoming bull season.

actually to go up to 100x it's a bit impossible except for Shiba coins (if you can still hype meme coins)

Top coins will always be the most interesting for investing and long-term holding. OP list looks nice, some of the established and popular projects with big potential, and I have some of them. But this list should contain some new and fresh projects as well. 

From his list, SHIB is quite very risky to get a hold of.
I can understand ETH, ADA, MATIC because they have actual applications in the market.
But with SHIB, hard to tell if they can really sustain its existence in the market.
SHIB may be used for payment method in gambling sites and others, but do they have solid development plans for this meme token?
Maybe don't aim for 20x or 100x coin, but as much as possible look for valuable coins that you think will survive in this market.

Maybe he is an altcoin lover? Admittedly old projects have a reputation for being less risky than new ones, but once you have accepted to invest in altcoins, then you have to take the risk to get good returns. The altcoin that OP chose seems to be only ETH and MATIC which are on my watch list, but it's a shame why OP doesn't recommend Bitcoin as the main investment and the BNB altcoin which has a good development after ETH.

Even though the price of cryptocurrency want to dump next year 2023 , I don't think it will last like the way this current dumping in the community because many investors and traders are seriously worry about their survival, if this dumping continue till next year 2023. Ethereum and matic will remain my favorite coins to buy for future gain, because they are in a good position to pump higher in future to allow their investors and traders to achieve something good at the end of their investment. Ethereum still remain the second position among other cryptocurrencies which will be favourable to investors to invest in Ethereum in this bearish season and have hope of achieving good incomes in the future.

If talking about investing in altcoins, I will not invest in the altcoins he mentioned, instead, I will hold Ethereum and add BNB and I will be looking at some new projects in the market, like the upcoming Aptos, Sui, and layer2 projects. I think they can be more profitable than those old projects, altcoins are not suitable for long term holding and are always being replaced with better new projects. The price of all coins is fluctuating based on the Bitcoin market. Every coin you give here will meet the target if the Bitcoin market reaches the maximum. In 2024, if the Bitcoin market goes to a good position, then Ethereum, Shibainu, Matic, Dot, Near will go up to 10x to 100x.

Sure, it's still a prediction but I'm interested to hear why you even put SHIBA in the first place. Because the price just seem really stagnant at $0.000008901 to $0.000009500 for a very long time.

I would expect that not all of the altcoins react the same way when Bitcoin goes up. Even when Bitcoin was at its ATH at Nov 2021, some of the altcoin is still at the roughly same price than usual.

I think early stage small cap projects that have an innovative disruptive solution will be providing the best gains going forward. How many of the coins in the OP favorite list can actually explain exactly how they are going to earn a return for their hodlers?

Well, all of that returns to the investors themselves. because some investors have different goals. there are investors who choose to take big risks for bigger profits. and there are also investors who prefer to take low risks for stable returns.

but of the many investors that I know, every big investor will usually do research before starting to invest in altcoins or other coins. and investors usually 90% prefer to take small risks and get big profits.
so not all investors are willing to accept big risks just for the sake of bigger profits.
Old altcoins for me not only give small profits, it all depends on the investor's own funds. if you have a lot of money I believe investors prefer to take older altcoins that provide stable returns.
if there is lower risk, why should we take higher risk that we will lose our money. even though we invest to take profits not to lose.

The price of most coins move in relation to bitcoin's and I see that in distant time Bitcoin will cross its all time high and now that the price of Bitcoin is still low we could take it as an opportunity to bag more and wait for the market to regain it self.
I have hope that by 2024 the market is going to recover for all that has happened in the past.

Wouldn't you think dogecoin be also present there? Regarding these coins, which also hold the best marketing condition in Binance, I think Doge should be there because it has also something special to show at the bull run. Although it has great support from Musk as we can expect it shortly.

I think SHIBA is unlikely to go 100X because it has huge supply (which is only come down if a buring mechanism is put in place), even hitting 0.0001 dollar, will be a big surprise for market, rest of all coins have developed good use case , in particular Ethereum who is the king of alts, can hit $10K in the next bull run. ADA,MATIC,NEAR $ DOT can go from 5-10X in 2024 after Bitcoin halving.

Crypto market is likely to enter in stabilization phase in 2023 (it won't perform as bad as analysts are predicting unless world economy goes in recession), because money tightening policy of FED won't be so harsh as it has been in 2022.

I was wondering what makes you think that the year 2023 will be the year of dump? Current years seems to be the year of price dump, and historically next year most probably will be a year of stagnation. But in general, no on knows what will happen to cryptocurrencies in one month.

As to cryptocurrencies you have mentioned and their probably prices - again, why you think their price will grow so much? Specially Shiba Inu, meme coin which price already increased multiple times. Your prediction looks like random number and altcoins. Ethereum current price is around $1.2k - you really think it will cost $12k in 2024? That is just silly.

I don't understand the logic that you put 100X for Shiba? I think its depend upon your research that you did about the Shiba. But I think 100X for a coin in one year is too difficult but I can't say it is impossible at all. The way market is behaving right now, I don't think that the prediction you made may be 100% right. But let's watch.

Altcoins are partly like sports betting, sometimes you hit it and sometimes you don't. If there is a trend, you can join it and put your trust in the best project. Everyone should start with Bitcoin or stay with BTC for 50%, in my opinion. The other 50% can be used for speculation and investment. A mix of old and new coins and many coins makes sense to me, but it remains a sports bet for me.

It was a very ambitious prediction that you said that some coins will do 100x in a year. I think we should support our predictions with more concrete data. ETH, ADA, MATIC, and DOT are top altcoins, surely they deserve to be the priority for investment. But buying SHIBA seems not a really good idea for me. It is a meme coin and the price increase too relies on the hype. If no hype on meme coins in 2024, it will have no significant increase. So, I suggest ignoring meme coins as long as there are many other cheap coins with good fundamentals.

By the way, why you don't consider buying metaverse coins?
MANA, THETA, and SAND seem good coins to invest in for 2024-2025. I still believe that Metaverse has a chance to have a bright future. In the next bullrun, these coins may increase significantly, too.

I guess that Shiba will most likely go uptrend again if some whales put a huge volume, and we all know that this altcoin is known for every trader even newbies trying their luck if it will go shoot above the ATH. And, obviously that if the market goes on bullish again before 2024 then BTC will surely hit more than $60k, as we can see on the chart that it doesn't hit the lower low.

Yes it could happen to Shiba because the possibility will always exist,

For me, it will be ETH of course no doubt about it. There's a lot of altcoins nowadays and we can't say if how long they will be in the market, that's why I choose eth since many altcoins are eth based of course they are ERC20 the only cons is, sometimes transactions are slower than usual and the price of the transaction is greater than other chain. If eth is not in the list maybe ADA.

MATIC is one of the low value coins at the moment but has great potential going forward. If the bull run takes place of course this coin will grow rapidly because some of the current crypto also uses polygon chains. You may accumulate more ada right now because it is trading around its bottom levels. If you accumulate ada and bitcoin right now I guess in next 1 to 2 years of time, you can get up to 5x profits  from both of these coins.

Planning for 2024 should be based on bitcoin in my opinion as altcoins are not suitable for long term holding still there are multiple exceptions like ada and eth as per their past performance still nothing guaranteed for future from altcoins.

The most unreasonable thing in Crypto is that you don't know whether a project can survive or not, some of these big projects might disappear for a reason while other new ones might shine. Who expected FTX and their token to collapse within few days and pull Solana and some other coins with it, therefore I think the best time to invest is when the market start to recover and rise up again, by then  we will have clearer picture about which projects deserve an investment and which not. Currently, altcoins will probably have another wave of dumping as Bitcoin dominance is still considered low.

I think Bitcoin is the best to buy in 2023 for expected increase in value by the year 2024, though it is not among the crypto you listed. Bitcoin is the King of crypto, in my opinion as it more secure as well. My choice of altcoins to buy in 2023 includes: Ethereum, Matic, BNB smart chain, Ada, Aptos. I think these mentioned altcoins will have many activities around them that will push up their value come 2024 but I am not expecting the 20X or more increase.

You are absolutely right,  It seems  price prediction is un-realistic and such huge rise is not likely to materialize  even in next bull run. I think the the reason is, we all usually have high expectations from crypto market, is because people have seen some coins rising to the extent of 100X in 2021(Polkadot,Matic & many mores) which was beyond expectations of investors but it is not necessary that we will see the same magnitude of hype in the next bull run.

Don't be too sure that everybody thinks that way you portrayed it. For one, I don't believe cryptos will dump in 2023. Though there could be market ranging till the last quarters of 2023, not that it will dump. Yes, it's becoming a consensus that 2024 will be a great year for this industry and that's from interpretation of historical data. However, you should've also included Bitcoin as a crypto to buy for 2024. Anyone leaving out Bitcoin and not hodling it for 2024 will surely have themselves to blame later.

I will still rely on well-established coins like BTC, ETH, and BNB. There are still lots of things that might happen this year and we can expect worse scenarios so when it comes to a long-term goal, I'll stick with coins that has been through different market situations. I believe that top coins have a bigger potential to boom if ever the market gets better in 2024. Some coins aren't reliable when it comes to long-term investment so I would prefer coins that can bring a better assurance of profit.

I only invest in ETH among the projects you mentioned. The remaining projects carry risks as they are older projects with large market capitalization. There's a high possibility that they might not have the potential to drive the price significantly higher or might experience stagnant or declining growth instead of growth.

Not sure yet that a significant increase has started in the era of the halving period, in 2024 I think it will move slowly and will only experience a significant increase in 2025 and ATH will form at the same time.

The problem is that you are too late with these predictions. These coins had this kind of growth last cycle when they were worth some money. Now these coins have gained a very large capitalization and will never give you x50 for 1 bullrun again. I think your expectations are too high, although 2024 will be a bull run, but I'm sure the price won't go up as high as you expect, because altcoin that you choose has a high price and market cap, so it's possible that the price will increase the highest by about 5x from the ATH price and myself only choose to invest in ETH and BNB, because it is safer and the price will definitely increase (my prediction is 5x from the price of ATH).

I think that SOL can be added to this list. The project did not die after the collapse of the FTX exchange, which had a large number of coins of this project. Yep, for some coins, it looks a bit too much. I never think that Near can raise 50x and Shiba can skyrocket 100x. It may be not impossible but looks hard to happen. Moreover, we don't know when the altcoins season will happen. If we consider the previous bullrun season, the altcoins season happened a year after the Bitcoin halving, it means to happen in 2025 for the next bullrun cycle. So, it probably won't happen in 2024 as he expected.

By the way, I assume if Bitcoin really can pass $100k, there should be a big jump for top altcoins like ETH, BNB, MATIC, and ADA. It is not impossible to see they increase about 10x or more. OP is expecting too much from crypto. Polkadot is failed project so far and doesn't showing any sign of pump. In this bull season all major coins Solona, Matic, XRP is looking potential coins. If this bull season continue these coins will surge high. Dot is still trading in 5.6$ price which is much lower then ATH. potentially it should be above 15$.

Matic is my favorite coin and I am expecting 2$ in short period of time. I want to purchase little amount and hold for six months. If matic up 10x then it will be give me more gains. Analysis says that Ethereum will reach 10k. 20k is not easy in the short period. Near is also not looking good at the moment and I am comparing this token with Dot. we should look for another coins instead of both these two.

I'm holding onto this with Ethereum. $10k is like now the goal of many and it's already 20% away from that. $20k? I don't know if that might happen but it can be on the next 2nd or 3rd bull run that we may have.

Dot isn't a failed project at least this is too early to say this. They have changed their business model which will give them the upper hand to attract more new projects than before. Dot showed a good performance in the last bull run but it shows people are losing interest in it and the focus has shifted towards the Ethereum L2 project. My advise to any one asking for coin to invest in would always be Bitcoin considering many factors like trust, market cap etc. Bitcoin is the best coin to invest in, majority of coins you see around also follows the price movement of Bitcoin. There are shitcoins in cryptocurrencies doesn't mean there are no reliable ones as well in them, which we can invest and have peace in, from the examples mentioned already above by OP from this discussion, they are all altcoins that can be of a good investment and are not just an ordinary coins, even though everything will still have to be under risk to invest in them in other to see them performing well, but they are just not that bad for an investment this year.

But if you can buy tokens from some new project before bull market then get good profit but research should be best. You have forgot bringing SOLANA on your list and that made this choices a bit odd,  While Shiba Inu proven to be manipulated ,I can only see NEAR , ETH and MATIC has a good potential in this coming bull run , and also your calculation seems to  be not intact because many says it is 2025 that will bring the biggest price recording another ATH to bitcoin and Altcoins.

From the opinion you expressed, I am quite interested in SOL and MAtic, not only now in the future, I also have strong filling, especially automatic which will provide something big for its users in the future. I see that the Hodler is quite large and the Fully diluted market cap of $7,580,309,245 is also starting to get big if you look at CMC and for Sol. It is also very fundamental and will become a competitor to BNB, I think in the future.

We have seen that the year 2023 ended on a positive note but the market is not going well in 2024. However, since 2024 is the halving year, it is possible that the coin will go from 10x to 100x in which Ethereum must be 10x. I bought Ethereum and plan to hold until 10x.

10X from shiba inu's current price still looks reasonable. I am not sure on what basis someone can say shiba inu can make 100X from here. Its past performance cannot show its potential upcoming rally. Meme coin craze is no more, though in some DePi project meme project somehow got attention. Like in solana a meme project bonk made a massive rally and i have heard that one guy made millions of dollars only by investing 62$. I have hold most of them but where is solana and arbitrum? You should add them in your list. All of these top altcoins expected to pump in 2024 but matic, solana and arbitrum would give the best return in my option. Solana maybe 10x and Arbitrum could be 20x. After the end of bull run in 2021, naturally altcoins get dump and as the bear will still effect in 2022 & 2023, crypto won't pump high or rather more dump in those years. For Bitcoin to reach 10x in the next few years, in my opinion it is quite difficult, especially as new investors don't have good knowledge of Bitcoin, on average they prefer to invest in altcoins or meme tokens, for this reason asset diversification is very good

I still recommend in 2024 and beyond make bitcoin a long-term investment, then make ethereum and bnb medium or short-term, and for a quick investment, buy meme tokens like shiba or pepe

From the current price to think about 10x for the bitcoin is impossible for me because currently we are having $64K, and it's not going to touch $600K in next few years its no realistic with we can expect double or thrice this is looking good because many expectations are going for touching six figures with in next few years we can expect $150K or nearby this is also good.
With this now we are also having few altcoins like Ethereum, BNB and Solana which are looking promising and having good chance of going at the good rate as well but still we need to be checked all things related to them before investing in them is good because without any search or strategy going never been idea for any investor.

I agree, 10x for Bitcoin is possible but I don't think that we'll be going there. Every bull run that comes, the lesser x Bitcoin gets.

BTC for long term as usual and the others that you've mentioned are good. if someone goes for a meme coin, don't be too slack with it and if some profits waiting for you, take them.
