Hello i just want to ask if i you guys also notice when the bitcoin rise there are also a lot of new projects come out and if bitcoin fall there are only few projects build, is it because some projects developer notice that most of the successful projects are build in bull market and most of the projects build on bear market are failed? Or they don't care about bull and bear market and they build thier project because the time is already been set?

I am certain that some developers try to time their sale/ico, ido or whatever to happen during the bull market, but that's really hard job to time correctly as reason why people invested icos or idos during bull market wasn't just because bull market. It was because those funding methods were hot back then and pretty much guaranteed minimum 2x for investors. Last bull market it was nft mints and who knows what's going to be hot during next bull so trying to get into hype wagon, devs would need to pay attention daily.

Imho developers shouldn't care about the price but focus on the development. In fact usually when price talk is allowed in the official chat, i am not investing into that.

Yeah because the market condition during the bull is most favorable for new projects.  During the bear season new projects find it hard to survive because of very low interest from the investors, almost everyone are on stablecoins and not ready to take unreasonable risk with their funds.
Even though the market is not fully recovered but it is showing signs of life which is good enough for some projects and while others will rather wait.

The best projects don't care about bull or bear market trends as long as they launch them on time and based on their time table, that's what's important to them.

However, there's the significance of releasing a project during the bull run because every investor has got a lot of money to invest and every project has got a lot of money to make.

That's why many projects do come during the bull market because it's tested during bear markets that it's not an effective time to release anything about them.

Totally agree with you, mate! Back in the day, people invested in ICOs and IDOs during the bull market because they were all the rage and pretty much guaranteed investors a sweet return. That is why 99.99% of projects turned out to be scams in the long run.

But developers should focus more on the development of their projects than on the price of the tokens. At the end of the day, a project's success should be based on its technological advancements and real-world usefulness, not its price or how popular it is in the crypto market. Because bull markets also involve lots of clueless newbies and investors, so most of these project owners are looking forward to capitalizing and sell their tokens. Most of the tokens/coins are however scams.

Real and genuine projects can be created either in bull or bear markets.

Some projects timing their release and during the bull market you can expect more good projects as they are taking advantage the current trend and usually they can have more investors in a bull market. Though some projects didn’t care that much about the trend as they are more focus on their project itself, and it will depend on the investors if they are going to take the risk or just wait for the right timing as well.

The best time to launch a project is during bull market, if you really want your project to be a successful one, then you should launch it during the bull run, but only few projects are always doing well during the bear market, and they won’t do upto people’s expectations, if a coin is launched and it pumped by 500% during the bull run, if the same project is launched during the bear market, you might just see +100%. That’s why people prefer launching projects during bull run.

There are projects who are aiming to be released in public at the time of bull market, as they want to join the hyped and be recognized as well by the investors since during bull market, many investors are not afraid to invest on a new projects. Though this will always be depend on the timeline or roadmap of the project, and no one know when is the bull market so instead of waiting for that trend, some projects are doing action now by releasing their project as early as possible so they can work on their improvements as well.

I personally feel in this case for a good project it's not centered on increasing the price from the start because of course their focus is more on real development first. When they can do that of course the price will follow.
As for those who are trying to make projects by taking advantage of current trends, even though not all of them can be said to be bad, on average, I think they will still not meet expectations because this is only gaining momentum and of course conditions like this may not last long.

The reason is simple. People who make projects want to use the good time when the market is doing well. But when the market goes down, people who invest money get scared and don't want to put their money in new projects. When the market starts to get better, investors wake up and take chances on new projects. But we have to be careful because some bad people try to trick us with fake projects when the market is doing well. So, we need to be smart and not get too excited about new projects. Yes because new projects aims to get more and more investors, in bear market people are afraid to take a risk and spend their money because something might happen. Project owners doesn't want to have a delay launch of their prototypes as well, that's why they more prefer to build or launch their projects when market recovers or when bull run happens.

This is a normal thing in every market,  once the price of an asset rises the will be a push for a new project to cash in on the wave of the moment.

Yes, it could be that this developers is waiting for the right time to go live with their projects. And as we all know, all roads to BTC, so they wait for time where the price is really going up, like in a bull run that we are experiencing right now, so it might be a good strategy. However, we should also think that timing might just be one factor behind the success or shall I say the pump (and then follow by dumping if that is the case). The project must be solid from ground up, developers are very active and it should be unique, at least they have something to offer to the public and the potential end user of it. Maybe if we can see which projects rolled out this week, and we can gauge them in the next coming months if they become successful because of the time or the project was simply a pump and dump.

Most want to take advantage of the pricing and the hype surrounding the bull run, that's why we're seeing new projects popping out here and there. My advice: do not buy in to these newly-born projects that are only good during the bull run. Stick with projects that stood the test of time and are still delivering results no matter the weather in the market. Those are the only projects you will make money from in the long run, and you're sure that your money will never be scammed after they have put every token in the exchanges.

I tend to agree with this idea and I noticed this too.
When there's a bull market, new investors will arise and this is the target of the developers or other owners of the project because they are more confident in the market's potential for growth and are therefore more willing to take risks and invest resources into new ventures thinking that it's that just easy to get quick rich by investing a new project during a bull market.

Knowing the fact that even if there is a bull or bear market if you build a genuine project it will always succeed because the decision to launch a project is up to the individual developers and investors involved while IMO, the market conditions can certainly play a role in shaping their decisions.

When the market is surging and bullish lots of developers are taking advantage of the bullish sentiment of the market which is why most of these developers area launching their projects during the bull market.  Many of these projects are even half-baked just to get in sync with the market's bullishness.  But picking projects to invest in during bullish market does not guarantee success or profit because many of these projects are just into milk investors of their money.  So whether it is a bear market or a bullish market, we must do our research and be vigilant in choosing a project to invest in.

That is just an old story. new projects will be making so many people throw their money easily. I guess that if it's also triggering scammers to come up with scam projects as well. There are also so many successful projects built during the bearish market. It's all depends on the project developers. The bullish trend was just giving more demand to the project. The new project found how easy to attract money to come in during the bullish project compared with the bearish market.

It's caused by there will be many people interested to doubling or tripling their money easily without needed any effort by investing into the new project but the problem is there would be so many people who had zero knowledge tried to inves blindly without doing any research before.

Actually I was interested in some dev teams and got to know some of the onchain systems they work to bring to market pre-existing products.
And the problem here is that the market must attract people to invest in it, when there is cash flow, it will be different from those who want to bring products to make money. Depending on the purpose, the ability of the team behind the new project to survive or end is through hacks or drama respectively.

The market situation affects many things such as the interest of investors to invest and new project developers to create projects, because there is an increasing momentum in the price of Bitcoin, it is likely that project developers will create projects in a good situation.

It's because during the bull run, most if not all of the projects goes up whatever it is. A shitcoin, a memecoin, a new project as long as it is a bull market, it will go up. I'm not saying all of the coins are going up during a bull run, but the chances are higher.

Some of the project developers are taking the opportunity to scam people during the bull run by dumping their token because there is a huge chance that it will go up. Some developers don't want to create project during the bear market because there is a chance that the price of it goes down alongside other coins. As for the developers doesn't care about bull and bear market, there are some probably, but most of the new projects are being created during the bull market.

It's a normal thing already in the crypto market that developers are creating new projects during the bull run. Some of them are just creating it to scam people. Some of them are creating because they really wanted to create an one-of-a kind project.

BTC is bull cycle entails many things, investors pour money into the market more. They always come out whether it was a bull season or a bear market. But yes, we usually notice them during the bull market because of their unexpected and surprising price spike which could really gain attention and sometimes we could ask ourselves why not seen this coin before. Basically you are right. It's just that projects appear all the time, but the best time is of course when everything is on the rise. Some projects that appeared during the bearish cycle and are delayed with their release no longer inspire confidence. Because either they don't have the funding, or they've all fled. So if the project is really useful, then it will survive anyway.

I am not surprised that every time we see green market or huge recovery, new projects appear. People still believe there are a lot of easy or free money in cryptocurrency. Projects wants to benefit from unexperienced and naive users. New users think it is their chance to become rich because they believe that "Bitcoin Platinum", "Bitcoin2" or "NewBitCoin" and etc are the one who is going to if not replace original Bitcoin, than at least repeat its path. Usually first group meet second group of people and we have what we call "cryptocurrency market".

Many investors are avoiding crypto when the bull market happening and when that happens only a little project is built on the bear market since its hard to find a new investor and its really hard to keep surviving in a bear market. So no wonder when we see the bull run start we will see a lot of new projects coming up and a lot of new people want to join the crypto. As far as I see a lot of new projects created in a bear market they won't last long to survive until the bull run.

The market is slowly recovering so probably we could expect a lot of projects as well, it's always a good time to start to go with the trend and hype of the market a lot of investors are surely starting to see a lot of opportunity. I mean if the timing was great you could easily profit if the project you launch becomes a success and in the Bullrun, it could easily x10 or even more. Yeah, the Arbitrum airdrop just happened recently and probably they already starting the hype on their network and expecting the bull run soon, It's still a big risk on their side since the airdrop promotion is still not guaranteed. there's always some that tries to get that piece of cake when bullish happening, mainly because it's rather easy getting crowdfunding funded fully when it's bullish since people generally likes to throw money.

According to what I watched over the years I have been in crypto: most crypto projects depend on creating a hype situation around a project before releasing it, and level of hype depends on the budget of the project and the relationships of the owners, so if the success of the sale or airdrop or whatever is attributed to this factor. Therefore, releasing a project during a bull run would attract more people for sure, as the market condition would be more suitable. It's not a secret that most of the projects that takes the first places according to the market cap were released in a bull market or shortly before it. However, the decisive factor here is how to collect the needed money to start the project, so if a team has special investors who offered the needed money to initially develop the project, they wouldn't wait for sure, like what happened with Aptos.

Good projects will never fail, let's take bitcoin it survived how long despite of many forces trying to suppress the growth whereas ad these popping new projects created at the time of bull market only for the intention of money making nothing else. there are several projects that postpone listing due to bad market conditions and there are several projects that are still listed despite bad market conditions. this depends on the team's trust in the project being built and also depends on the team's strategy because each project has a different strategy. The main reason is simple; there isn't enough money in the market. Think about it, bull means that everyone is putting their money into crypto, the price goes up means literally people buying things, it doesn't go up without people buying more than usual. So, if they are buying, and investing, and putting more money than they normally do, then what would be the reason bull period has a lot more projects than they normally do? Of course, there is none and that is why I believe that we shouldn't start any projects during bear market.

The only exception is that if you don't have big marketing budget, you could shine more during bear market when there are less projects available.

I don't think this has a standard by which to measure but it seems to be my observation.  when the market goes down, very few projects are started and vice versa.  It is also understandable because when the market goes up, projects often raise capital better because investors are excited. If you noticed Altcoins, only few of them have been following Bitcoin, reason is that there time is done. Coins like Solana and Shiba that stole the show last bull run are done and when the new bull run start, new coins will emerge the market and another trend will start. I still think NFTs and gaming are still having impact on the crypto and I think they will be the new trend when the altcoin bull run began, I will advice people to sell their altcoins when they have enough profits because nobody knows when the real top will be call, sell and wait for another opportunities.

People can't create their own banks but they can issue tokens and dump them on the heads of the innocent. In a bull market people are always looking for opportunities and they are willing to bet to win.  So I think people's greed also contributes to the enrichment of opportunists.

yes, if the founder is not a scammer. will surely be of interest to many investors with a clear project concept. great project founders intend to build crypto projects regardless of the season even if it is bear. there must be another way to achieve success. if the establishment of the project starts from now maybe it will be better for the bull season ahead

Yes! because some of them were causing trouble and created only to join the hype and when it's over, they also disappear, leaving their investors with no information about their developments and updates. i'd say refrain from investing in such project, even in current bearish there are many good projects, like optimism, they surely gonna increase massively around bullish, definitely better than any projects that comes later.

I think you are wrong, scam projects comes out when a bull market is just getting started, but serious projects get released in a bear market and build through into the bull market, they must have gain investors trust and do some good partnerships, once the bull market starts, they start increasing in price.

Although the emergence of new projects is more likely during a bull market, it is not the only factor that determines their creation. Investors should carefully evaluate the potential risks and rewards of any investment, regardless of market conditions. a bull market cannot guarantee the success of new projects.

Some of the successful projects launched during the bull market had a hard time dealing with the bearish season and most of them failed. In my personal opinion, we could see the real potential of an altcoin during the bearish season. Its capability to survive and deal with the challenges of the market will be a big advantage. Most altcoins including new projects boom during the bull season so it's hard to determine the real potential of new coins.

It is definitely noticeable, that during a bear market there are way lesser projects launching than in a full blown bear market and this also makes sense in my opinion. I even know from personal experience, that new projects did postpone their planned launch because the overall market sentiment was just so negative at the time of the planned launch. That being said during a bull market we also see a lot of useless tokens launching like all those stupid meme-coins that have zero purpose, but during a bear market even such projects have a chance to find a few investors and therefore make a quick profit for the guys behind it.
