Title: Will the price gets to $60k this year?
Post by: Greggry on April 21, 2023, 12:08:36 PM
Since the bull is gradually rising, I'd it will reduce the level of inflation controls and policies that will favour the bulls. It will encourage more buy by investors and big time entrepreneurs, surprisely this year bitcoin would have records more subscribers and price stabilities. Looking at many countries revolution of bitcoin like New Zealand, US, El Salvador, China, Africa and so on, if this countries can possibly readjust policies to favour bitcoin by mid year, it will experience excess rising.

But the question is; is it possible for bitcoin to reach $60k by this year? No serious bulls happening currently and if it continues in this little increase probably it will not get anywhere close to $60k. Share your views.

Do not depend on policies of countries for bitcoin to rise in price, except maybe their poor fiscal policies which lead to inflation in fiat.

It is surely possible for bitcoin to reach $60, this does not guarantee that it would but it can. My predicted peak for this year is somewhere over $40k.

Bitcoin can get to $60k or even beyond this year, it may also get below thesame rate as well, if you consider where it all started in the beginning of this year, it has gone bearish to about $15k before rising back to about $30k, now that we only have about a year next to halving, we cannot consider the present situation as a conclusion but rather to take cognitive research and speculate more, maybe before the end of the year or after, there might be high volatility to pump the price high and after the halving, we may have a new all time high.

Earlier this year, bitcoin was below $15k and grew up through to this current price. So not forget that it touches $31o before the retracement back to the current price. Now my opinion is this, bitcoin is not dependent of national policies, it is not dependent on who starts accepting bitcoin now to drive market purchase power which influence the price of bitcoin in a good condition. You just should know that bitcoin is a volatile assets and can be able to pump and dump within seconds of trade.

Currently, it's a bull market, there would be large buy order as investors are keying in so they could gather  and together with their own.

Maybe Yes or No
One thing for sure which I think is that, we still have about 8 months for us to run out of this year and you can never predicts what next month or upper months will results to, just have to be positive about bitcoin growth, from my own personal point there is every possibility for the price to increase greatly since most of the investors and many users already knew halving is around the corner they may utilized this medium to hold lots of bitcoin that will surge price to see nearly $60k, that is to say we are talking about 51 percent market increase within the next 8 months to hit $60k.

If we don't have a new history, it won't happen.

In past cycles and past bear markets, Bitcoin has never recovered nearly to its all time high and I believe it won't make difference in this bear market. You will have to wait till the next halving and around it to see Bitcoin reclaims its 2021 all time high. If you want to see its new all time high, you might have to wait till late of 2024 or first two quarters of 2025.

I don't want to cool down your optimistic view but it's fact which is based on history.

I wouldn't think of if like that. That makes one to be under stress always thinking about reasons why would it go up or down. It's true that there are more and more countries where we see their currencies going down against the dollar or the Euro, and which economies are quite fragile and that this may be a drive for people to run away from fiat more and more and to increase demand of Bitcoin but that is ust a sign to keep buying and hodling it! Time will come when we will thank we DCA'ed for all these years!

Do not panic, a rebound in price is very healthy for Bitcoin right now, I do find it weird that we have this noticeable pullback when there is no bad news in the space currently, I am guessing that whales are the ones trying to manipulate the price, today is Friday and I believe there will be some adjustment soon. I will keep DCA into my favorite projects for now because it's too uncertain to know where Bitcoin value will be by the month of MAY, some people are saying that MAY is always a bearish month, if that's the case I will be able to get more coins through accumulation. It's all good if you are in this for the long term as there is nothing to be worried about. Do you want advice? Keep getting your hands on more Sats before the time runs out, ATH will come like a storm when people least expected it.

I will also believe in history until a new history is made. Just because we saw bitcoin grow from $15k to $30k in the first three months, too many people expect new ATH this year, and they forget to check history that we can only have new ATH later a year when halving. We still have a long way to go from the next bull run, so the expectation of $60k this year is a very difficult one to achieve. Optimism is a virtue when investing in bitcoin, but we need to be realistic to avoid disappointment.

In recent times there has been a strong relationship between Bitcoin and the stock market. Almost every economic indicator that affects stocks also influences the price of Bitcoin. Interest rates, economic policies, wars or conflicts, demand, the performance of the fiat especially the dollar, politics, and adoption by nations or big firms will always affect the price of Bitcoin. We saw how the conflict in Ukraine contributed greatly to the fall in price last year. But the recent mini-bull run was unexpected, therefore there is every possibility that Bitcoin can get to $60,000 this year if these factors are favorable to it. But if interest rates keep going high and we have issues like the fall of major exchanges like we had last year, the price might not get to your prediction.

It's very possible for it to get to $60k before the end of this year but that does not mean it will get there.

I'm not really good when it comes to price speculating but I'm sure that if Bitcoin does not get to $60k or more before this year runs out it will definitely not fall below $45k, that's just my little speculation.
But you can't tell what's going to happen tomorrow or few hours from now so it's possible for everything to change due to an even that might happen which will affect price movement.

I don't see any analysts who can accurately predict the future moves of Bitcoin. Therefore, your crystal ball may be shattered by your illusions.
Strong hands and patience as well as the DCA strategy will lead holders to an interesting price day one day. But yes, no matter what happens, there will always be people who will say that they predicted it. Does the forum need prophets?

$60k this year is a very promising price for the market to push bitcoin to reach this year.  Up to this point, bitcoin has shown an impressive price recovery and a strong momentum that ended the prolonged bear market of late 2022. It is too early to confirm that the $60k target is achievable.  yes or no but I have complete faith in this price.  The market will go in stages and have an appropriate adjustment level.  Maybe when we cross 35-40k the signal level will be stronger for sure.

There is no view to share with you. The bull is coming down  again. As it is now, it is $27k and this happened only in one day so just think of what will happen in the few days to come. The first quarter of the year was good and the first two weeks of the second quarter was also good bit now the market is about to change narrative. Now that the price is $27k, let see what will happen tomorrow if the price comes down below 26$ then we might enter another bear market which might happened like last year.

It's possible, and I have heard of analysis that suggests a sort of triple top is possible based on % gain from a relief rally that Bitcoin has seen before, but personally I think around $50K is more realistic for this year (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5440568.0). This would be the equivalent sort of bear market relief rally similar to 2019 - or mini-bull market whatever you want to call it - and the current rejection from $30K doesn't really change this analysis only delays the timing.

Either way, the fact that most people think $60K isn't possible this year only makes it more likely imo. Similar to reaching $12K in reality.

That is just an assumption of a possibility and is not sure whether it will happen or not.  Basing the Bitcoin price movement according to the thing that is unsure of is pure speculation or a wild guess.  So I think it is better if we wait until these assumption materialize before assuming that Bitcoin will uptrend this year breaking the $60k barrier.

But the question is; is it possible for bitcoin to reach $60k by this year? No serious bulls happening currently and if it continues in this little increase probably it will not get anywhere close to $60k. Share your views.

No one knows but if we are talking about the possibility, the Bitcoin market is crazy and everything is possible, yes there is a possibility but it is slim.  In my personal view, I think Bitcoin won't even get above $50k this year.  We are yet experiencing the hype of Bitcoin halving and probably its effect is not as intense as the last time.  We might see Bitcoin @$60k months after the halving and even go up way above the price.

It is becoming more obvious that the days of the red market is over that the days of the green market have come.
In as much as everything or anything is possible in Bitcoin speculation. Because of the price volatility, I do personally think that sixty thousand dollars is a way too high to give to the market that is just resurrecting from so many years of bear.
While I was already contemplating about this, Bitcoin made thirty thousand dollars. This shows that it is not that difficult for it to make sixty thousand dollars this year. But to be fair, let us give Bitcoin the maximum of forty thousand dollars for this year.

price will break 60k this year? we ended the quarter not even breaking 30k , it needs the 2nd quarter to take it so maybe ? this is not coming in 2023 but in 2024 it may.
and looking at the market now? we can see a price dropping down now to even 27k again.

and with the constant fall? Im afraid that we will be seeing 25k or below again any time soon.

Bitcoin is always a coin that cannot be predict , but the best part is this coin can move up and down without a need for other coin to grow or dump.

hitting 60k or at least 50k , is depending to how much support are we putting here , there are many investors that gets out in the past hype .

_______________________________________________________________________________ _____________________________________

also in the past dump but if we will be able to increase our small investments together ,  then the help will reflect to the bitcoin growth and yes , we must take part.

I wouldn't think of if like that. That makes one to be under stress always thinking about reasons why would it go up or down.

Practical way of thinking? that is more better than a loser because of over expectation .

60k is too high an expectation for bitcoin, I mean, bitcoin will be easy to achieve, but it will not happen this year. Granted, no one can predict the future, and surprises can come at any time, but based on history, it's impossible to expect such high prices while we're a long way from Bitcoin halving. We're only in a 1.5-year bear season, and if you still believe in a 4-year market cycle, you shouldn't aim too high. For me, if we could end the year with $40k, that would have been a success.

Highly unlikely I'd say. I would expect us to hit $40K or even $50K this year but no more. It would be getting too close to ATH.

Bitcoin is always a coin that cannot be predict...

It cannot be predicted with certainty, but we can speak of probabilities. Looking at the history of Bitcoin, the normal is to approach the $69K peak after the next halving, not this year. To look at it from a positive point of view, we can continue to accumulate at a cheap price for a longer period of time.

Anything is possible, nothing is impossible with bitcoin. But based on history, and the current economic situation, reaching that price point has been very difficult for bitcoin. But in investing, we should not be delusional but need to be realistic because if our expectations are too high and we do not achieve the set goals, we will be disappointed and easily make wrong decisions.

I can’t say you exactly a number, but as history is indicating, Bitcoins follow a 4 year cycle to attain new ATH price. And this year is the fourth year. Moreover March has shown us many positive hints regarding the price of the coin, so yes anything and everything is possible. If Bitcoins manages to cross 35k usd by end of April then definitely 60k usd can be achieved by the end of the year. But currently Bitcoins are getting pullbacks, so yes we have to wait for some more time to clearly see the speculations. In the mean time accumulate as many Bitcoins as you can.

We are still in the middle of the fourth month of 2023, Bitcoin has been gradually increasing and managed to break through the long awaited $30k. Today the price of Bitcoin is observed to be sluggish now at a price of $ 27k, the decline after reaching a price of $ 30k is an important event for traders and investors. These conditions suggest that there may be significant selling pressure at certain levels, which could indicate a potential bearish trend in the short term.

Who can predict the future movement of Bitcoin prices with certainty, maybe Bitcoin will pass $ 60k or maybe vice versa. Traders and investors need to use technical analysis to identify strengths or weaknesses and levels of support and resistance in the market. This dip could be an opportunity for traders to profit from short-term Bitcoin trades before the next bull run.

I would consider thinking about Bitcoin hitting $69k price this year if we hit $40k, we have huge resistance standing on our way at the $30k which sent us way back down to $27k that we are trading right now. So Bitcoin will need a lot of momentum to cross pass that level of resistance as Binance conversion of their asset into Bitcoin and ETH helped us get to the $30k price range we've been expecting, likely such a big event would help us ,before I would agree with you on a possible $69k this year.

Maybe all this time the Bitcoin price pumping has not been so significant that the price continues to soar, and this is still only a third of a year away, there are a few more months to go and will this hit the target, although $60k is a pretty high target and it is difficult to predict given that right now the market is also undergoing a correction, although there are several months left and we will see how far the pumping will go.

If you believe in bitcoin's 4-year cycle, we're in year 2 of a bear cycle, not this year is the fourth year as you said. Bitcoin has been recovering since late January, not March, and there is no guarantee that if it can hit $35k by the end of this month, bitcoin will definitely hit $60k this year. When discussing bitcoin price, we shouldn't say the word "definitely" here, bitcoin is unpredictable. If a newbie with and lack of market knowledge hear that, they will most likely misunderstand.

The price of Bitcoin increases as the demand for it increases so when the mentioned countries favour Bitcoin at the mid of this year so there is no doubt that the price will increase and it can reach to 60k$.

Now a days by keeping the success rate of Bitcoin in mind everyone desires to select Bitcoin for their future success. The price can go up but we cannot ignore the reality that it can go down with the same speed when market is not according to our hopes so we should be ready for each type of condition.

Future is unseen so we just think and estimate the price but we are still unaware of future happening so it can reach to 60k$ or may be above it and it can also go down but we are unaware, it depends on people's desire towards it's investment.

My realistic speculation is, it will not reach that price.

My prediction at the start of the year was Bitcoin will move sideways at around the $17,000-$25,000, but obviously it didn't happen, and I was wrong. :D Anyway, Bitcoin within the last few days has been going down to it's past high of $30,000 to now at around the $27,000 price again. I don't really know if the bears regained the momentum again because of the price movement of Bitcoin in the past few days, or it's just a short correction, and many really sees $30,000 as a psychological resistance.

Nevertheless, I don't expect that Bitcoin will reach that price unless there will be a series of positive news online that might affect the price of Bitcoin in a positive way. When Bitcoin surged up to where it was today, it was banks getting bankrupt that is the news at that time. I wonder what will be the catalyst/s that will make the price of Bitcoin go way higher than $30,000.

My new prediction? Bitcoin will reach at least $40,000-$45,000 this year. I think that's a more realistic prediction. :)

Nothing is impossible in the Bitcoin market especially when the block halving is approaching. From what I read the government already knows the benefit of cryptocurrency when it comes to border-to-border payment but didn't have the understanding or maybe they are playing a political game of seeing it as a threat to the fiat system.
Having said that, the East countries are making a good move toward cryptocurrency we both know there's a lot of money there and if it happened that they are serious about crypto and pump money into it there's a chance for BTC to make a good price this year.

I'm not sure the year reaching $60K is too close to the previous ATH in 2021 but I expect this year bitcoin will experience a delay in its movement even though it has shown signs at the beginning of the year until now it can touch $30K but it needs strong support to reach at a certain point again, but all speculation can be seen because movements are always difficult to predict.

But after 2024 I might be a bit optimistic with further increases from this year maybe to $ 60K because there is a momentum where the halving block is determined again, in that year there was always a 4 year cycle which was part of previous history.

We all know the higher price will come, fear and brave work together, Bitcoin price is unpredictable the bear market will not last for two years it's only last few days, weeks, and if is too long half a year you take the  risk.but am speculating next month it's might reach $60k if he climbed $30k next week.  if the price reach $30k there is a possibility that bitcoin will reach a price of $60k, The current price of bitcoin is just a third of the ATH of the moment. I think the next bull run might be the best one and it's might beyond our imaginations. If you see the way the price run from $20k to $30k before decreasing to $27k.

It's always difficult to predict prices with certainty, maybe not even. The analysis will support price predictions for 2023, but sometimes their accuracy is also not guaranteed.

The correction that occurred in the last week is a natural thing because bitcoin is always possible to move in two directions even without too big a reason. I believe the process of restoring the price back to $30k is expected to take place during this April, but probably not if lots of people are still allowing their bitcoins to sell for under $30k. $60k maybe, but I think it will only happen in few month before the halving or maybe after. This year, $40k - $50k is a high that is still in doubt.

I'm on the fence about $60k this year, for me that's too close to the previous ATH. Even if the bitcoin price breaks the $40k resistance then I think the high price this year will be $45k or $50k. There may be a deep correction before the halving occurs, but I don't think we have entered a correction phase before the halving especially in April, May or June.

I am optimistic that the current price correction is only a part that should be considered important for anyone hoping for an accumulation opportunity. Bitcoin lost almost 10% of its value in the last 7 days, so I think they should be pretty sure that buying now is a wise choice.

With the economic changes that are taking place now, the price is far from reaching that level, at least for it to settle above the 60,000 level for a long time. We may see that the price will break the 40,000 barrier for some time, but it is difficult to see prices higher than that.

All these analyzes are for the normal situation, but if something exceptional happens, we may reach that secret for several weeks before a correction occurs.

It's possible, even though we don't see any serious bulls happening. But we have to remember that bitcoin can increase suddenly without anything going to go with it.

But if there is no improvement at all until the middle of this year, maybe bitcoin will be on the bottom for a while until there is greater support for bitcoin. After bitcoin's rise to $30k yesterday and now dropping to $27k, bitcoin has tended to stay where it is today and there is a possibility that it will pick up again next week.

So it's better to wait for the increase to arrive while preparing more bitcoins in our wallets so that we can sell them if the price increases immediately. Many people still continue accumulating more bitcoins, so we should also do it before it's too late.

It's definitely possible for bitcoin to reach 60k USD this year. April isn't fully over and we still have 2/3 of the year to come. In the first few months bitcoin managed to go from 16k to 30k USD, which is almost a 100% return. Another 100% return would already bring us close to a new ATH. The real question is how realistic is such a scenario. During the summer we usually don't see big gains because many people are on vacation. That's why I would expect another really to come at the end of the year. Maybe in November we can get an early Christmas gift. The main drivers are global economic recovery and the halfing next year. Personally I am also not so optimistic and would rather expect a price around the 45k USD level at the end of the year.

I don't know why people keep asking this question like when the bull market is nearly coming it's like they are still not confident of how much improvement Bitcoin did in the past. Although, I get it why they have to asked because primary reason might be they don't know how the market works or they were just starting to like/invest Bitcoin because of the hype or someone just said they earned a lot by investing in Bitcoin which is too convincing if they really show the results but things are different when it's you the only one doing the trade without the help of the others.

Bitcoin price ATH last bull run was $64k and we enthusiasts probably thinking that the price would exceed to what we are expecting but of course there are some people who does compare the price chart of previous bull run. Speculators are all over the place throwing numbers which is fitting for the next bull market price.

did not rule out that the price of Bitcoin could reach $ 60k this year. however, it requires encouragement from positive information from Bitcoin. Personally, I think that it's quite difficult to achieve this year, but the potential is still there because we don't know what will happen in the future. if positive winds come for Bitcoin, then a price recovery could quickly occur and may approach $60k quickly. However, looking at current developments, the ideal price for bitcoin to be reached this year is in the $40k range.

I don’t think that this will happen this year, the growth will be closer to the halving itself, and until that moment the price will be in the turbulence zone. Therefore, I would take advantage of the moment and continue to increase the amount of my crypto to the growth that we are all waiting for here. And the price of 60k is unlikely, I think the first stop is at least 40-45 and on a permanent basis.

Looking at many countries revolution of bitcoin like New Zealand, US, El Salvador, China, Africa and so on, if this countries can possibly readjust policies to favour bitcoin by mid year, it will experience excess rising.
If wishes were horses, we would have these nations you listed change their stance on bitcoin so that its price would soar just as the bull run was about to begin. Funny enough, though, those nations won't take that action so soon, and they wouldn't do so if they wanted to see a rise in bitcoin prices in the middle of the year.

But the question is; is it possible for bitcoin to reach $60k by this year? No serious bulls happening currently and if it continues in this little increase probably it will not get anywhere close to $60k. Share your views.
It might be possible or it might not. There are many uncertainties behind the $60k price of bitcoin this year. The ideal course of action for an investor right now is to accumulate bitcoin as much as he can while having little to no expectations that bitcoin will reach $60k by the end of this year.

No , it won't. Bitcoin hit a massive resistance in the 30k area and that's why we are down under 30k again and most likely we will spend the entire summer cycle in this zone  :'(. Maybe by the end of 2023 we could see another try of Bitcoin to break that resistance because in my books , 2024 it's a bull run and I do see Bitcoin to hit again 60k and halv should be the indicator of how much potential can Bitcoin to go over 60k.

For me yes, I am very bullish for Bitcoin to be back at an all-time high this year. We are only 60% away from an all-time high and if you can see how Bitcoin pumped from $15,000 to $30,000, then from its current price to an all-time high, it's always possible.
And if you do always the analysis on the Bitcoin block halving, we see a huge bull market before the Bitcoin block halving event.

I am also optimistic that bitcoin this year will have a significant recovery compared to last year, but to expect to be able to reach the old ATH is really something I haven't dared to think about, I don't think we can do that. Bitcoin going from 15k to 30k is a great thing, but that doesn't mean it will go up to 60k without a hitch. We have over 300 days left for the halving, and the new ATH will only happen a year after the halving. That means the bear season is still very long, so it is very difficult for bitcoin to recover to the old ATH this year.

All it needs is a group of whales buying Bitcoin like that billionaire did. :D But I suggest to not expect too much so that it won't hurt you in the future.
It can reach that and not because the countries you said are pursuing to change the policies about Bitcoin usage and restrictions. Help take out the altcoins that have no usage in the crypto industry to make investors learn that they should just buy Bitcoin instead of risking their money for other nonsense.
The economy is still not in a better phase so might as well not rush this increase in value that you are expecting.

You need to be a rocket scientist to know this, history already tell us that every after halving, we are going to reach new all time high. Which mean not this year as halving is schedule to occur next year.

Not sure though why everyone thinks that we can get to a new all time high in 2023, or at least get closer to that price range. Because if it happen then it will break the pattern then. I'm not saying that it's bad, but if there's something that history shows us here in bitcoin market, is that it's going to be very 4 years to see a new all time high. So we will have to wait till next year after May to see the price picking up and then eventual new ATH in 2025.

Yes, is possible for the price of Bitcoin to increase to $60,000 this year 2023, because we have seen the massive moved of Bitcoin price from the beginning of this year that made many traders to believed that this year will be more better than last year. Since the price of Bitcoin has reached $30,000 in this month of April, showed that bullish market is about to take place any moment from next month for those that invested in Bitcoin some years back to get ready to receive a good reward from their investment. Based on some potential trader researchers, came to discovered that the price of Bitcoin will hit $40,000 next month for traders to believe that $60,000 is very close to happen  this year.

     -  It may or may not happen, depending on the situation or condition of the market and the investors who are whales. So what most people do in these instances is they apply dca while bitcoin's value is low in today's market.

And the other thing is that it is still difficult to predict the market because of the volatility that bitcoin's value has. So, if you are one of the long term holders of Bitcoin, just hold it first and hold it and sell it at a high price or it depends on you.

Well we have seen the price of Bitcoin go to 60k ever since I think March 2021. And since we are still in a 'Bear Market' right now I think the price of 1 Bitcoin reaching 60k will maybe happen next year.
This does not concern me at all since I just keep my coins in my wallet and dont check the price.  By doing this I do no get anxiety and stressed out to a point where I think about ever panic selling my coins.
This is the best advice I ever gotten about investing in crypto and I hope others will follow this same advice when they think about selling during this 'Bear Market'.

I wish we could hit another all time this year. If something like that happened we could see something like 150-200k dollars. But sadly it doesn't work that way. No asset in the world has constant raises. Bitcoin is better than most of assets anywhere. I think we should at least wait for 2023 to reach 60-65k levels. I am sure it will happen next year because of mining costs that will increase a lot after halving period.

In general it is not easy to make predictions on the condition of Bitcoin that even when you say it is impossible it may become possible without you guessing it. Although to reach double the current price is not easy for Bitcoin and it is clear that it always takes time for this, as well as what analysts say that at this point they are still very optimistic that a large increase is possible in 2024. But that could be off the mark as they say Bitcoin is not moving to keep up with what people are saying against it.

To be honest, halving is not a guarantee that the market will get into a bull cycle when it reaches around it, but it's just that in the past, the market used to go up from its current state when the halving happened. So it's better if we don't make that the only reason why Bitcoin would go into a bull run in the next year since there are a lot of other factors to consider as well.

The price right now is below $30k, so to reach $60k, we are not really 60% away but it's more than a 100% growth from here which isn't too small in my opinion. And we are yet to see if the price will go any deeper in this correction or not.

Since the bull is gradually rising, I'd it will reduce the level of inflation controls and policies that will favour the bulls. It will encourage more buy by investors and big time entrepreneurs, surprisely this year bitcoin would have records more subscribers and price stabilities. Not happening, 60k is simply too close to the 69k level which is the current ATH, at that point what is stopping bitcoin to get that high if it reached 60k already? My point is that by the time we get to see 60k again then a new ATH will be around the corner, and since I do not believe this is possible until the halving has taken place and several months have passed, then it is not rational to expect this to happen when the halving is still so far away.

No one can predict the perfect movement and price of Bitcoin, but according to the crypto enthusiast that this year the Bitcoin price will be mostly in the consolidation zone, later after the halving in 2024 may be the bulls awake and push the price to the previous ATH which is above 60k.
The price of Bitcoin can be more better than its current price which is below 30k if the ancident of the Luna and FtX collapse had not happened in recent year, because these collapse really damage the investor trust on crypto which showed a direct effect on the price of Bitcoin.

Halving period would be the catalyst on kicking up that bull run but we cant know whether it would really be on early or after the event but most likely it would really be after months after halving but we cant be sure that it would really be happening on this upcoming bull run event. There's no way on knowing that and we know that reaching up $60k for this year along wont really be likely considering that we are almost thrice far away on that point. If ever there would be some good news which means to be major then there might be some possibilities but of course we cant really be able to assure that it would really be able to kick in that golden bull
run on where everyone is hoping for. This is why if you are a trader or investor then you should really expect the unexpected or simply you should be able to accept on what would be the price condition on upcoming
months or years to come. Just be sure that you do have set your take profit price so that whatever happens then you have at least secure your position and profit afterwards.

Theirs every tendency that bitcoin will not reach to sixty thousand this year, and same thing is applicable to the it's rising in which in another aspect life bitcoin can as well get above of sixty thousand, so therefore, in bitcoin circulation or rotation we don't have a specific rotation or measure we can that bitcoin price will be stamped for the year, the things I know all about bitcoin is that the price always be rational it's not constant, and the increase of bitcoin is dependable from the demands and supply of bitcoin, its obvious that when the price of Bitcoin rises its come as result of higher demand and low supply,  alternatively the prices of bitcoin get accelerated due to positive information of companies adopting the currency as means of payment, such as apple 🍏 companies as accepting bitcoin as one of means of payment with amazon, these will make bitcoin price to skyrocket or get accelerated, but when negative information comes in like, U.S restrict bitcoin not exist, that will trigger the demand to lower than the supply and at that moment the price of Bitcoin will collapse.

To look at it from a positive point of view, we can continue to accumulate at a cheap price for a longer period of time.

exactly at least we have good basis on how we will  predict the coming value but also I still cannot see any chance of bitcoin hitting 60k , maybe what you said is also mine that
40k at least will be broken(hope to happen soon)
but even if bitcoin will hardly getting that price , at least we have seen
the value above 30k recently.
and for me we are still in correction that is why the price keeps holding in 27-28k for a while now at least 3 days?

Well, I genuinely doubt if Bitcoin will hit all time high during this year due to a lot of factors such as, the ability of capitalists or whales to control Bitcoin’s value, they can cause bull and bear run by moving their funds wherever they want to. In my opinion, they will let the price increases significantly until the next halving ( 2024 ). In addition to that, I personally don’t think that a solid bull run will happen in next few weeks. Probably after this recent correction it will go up to $35K and reaches $40k by the end of this year. In fact, It is really tough to predict an accurate value.

Those are strong words there but I thank God nothing is certain as these words are just mere speculations and its normal for every enthusiasts to speculate their own views in the crypto space. From my own take on bitcoin resistance this year, I feel BTC can break 40 to 45k this year but its going to be hard as no one in the crypto space would have expected bitcoin to attain this level of height after the massive dip it experience last year.

This is why whenever we do read up some headlines or news then its good to see that there are people who do believe on that way just like for this

Bitcoin, however, stayed within $31,000 a few days ago. So our next target is 40000 dollars. We are now in a much better position than when the market went into the $15k range. But from my point of view and from my analysis I can say that in 2023 the Bitcoin market can manage $45k to $50k. And during the halving in 2024, Bitcoin may reach $100,000. I can make such prediction from my personal analysis.

The price of Bitcoin had a good increase after ranging to below $20k earlier of this year. Many investors became bullish that the bear season is over since the price is moving upward reaching beyond $30k before the correction happened.

But to answer your question, I don't think this is the year to reach $60k value once again, instead it's possible to happen next year after halving. Many investors are also doing short term, taking profit on their set price, the reason why the increase of Bitcoin is not consistent. So be patient because even we're not in bullish season yet, we will certainly get there.

I think everyone's personal beliefs are always different when it comes to Bitcoin price speculation. I personally believe in a more realistic price level for Bitcoin to reach at the rate you said it was ($40K) this year, but that doesn't mean Bitcoin can't move beyond that. Since I'm just more confident at that price level after seeing how Bitcoin has held in the $30K area and not as far from the $30K area as it is right now, so a price run for $40K I think that looks pretty realistic for Bitcoin this year.

That's what people would expect based on the last few months and why I personally believe that there is more catastrophe in order that will continue to delay the bull run that everyone is waiting for. Letting Bitcoin set off now would be too easy and I think that there must be more unexpected pain in store. There could be bans from Western countries (which hasn't yet occurred)...a successful CBDC might ban cash and block all Bitcoin/cryptocurrency related transactions. Maybe Binance will exit too ::) Who knows. On the former topic, it is possible that a CBDC would lock people out of being able to buy Bitcoin and therefore it would propel in value both because of the halving and because it is so hard to acquire. People might think that less avenues to buy is a bad thing, but the tipping point for that might be around this time. That's purely speculation and theoretical based on the assumption that CBDC's are in play to block the avenue to cryptocurrency.

at least we have good basis on how we will  predict the coming value but also I still cannot see any chance of bitcoin hitting 60k , maybe what you said is also mine that
40k at least will be broken(hope to happen soon)
but even if bitcoin will hardly getting that price , at least we have seen
the value above 30k recently.
and for me we are still in correction that is why the price keeps holding in 27-28k for a while now at least 3 days?
I do believe that 40k could happen soon, I know that it is not going to be easy or anything like that but it could still happen. I feel like before the summer is over we are going to end up seeing 40k for sure. That's going to be a tough increase and there will be some issues along the way but we are going to probably end up seeing that. I hope that when that happens, we are not going to end up with any problems at all, and we end up with a good result.

We need to remember that whenever price goes up, there are a lot of people who sell for profit, and when they sell for profit the price goes down, and some people panic sell when they see it go down, and then there are leverages that gets cashed out, all of those combined make it go down a lot. So, we need to be ready for anything when it goes up.

Share your views.
precisely because the increase is happening slowly and it has happened since the beginning of this year and while there was a price correction that was not too deep it was possible to reach a price of $ 60k in this year.
at the moment the price of Bitcoin is $28k after a few days ago it reached $30k and right now if we look at the graph there is a decline and so far the decline has not been significant and from what has happened since this year every decline that has occurred has not lasted long so it makes me I believe a price of $ 60k is very likely to be achieved this year.

It’s unlikely that BTC will double in price this year. But next year it could reach $60,000, as it’ll be halving in April 2024. Many analysts are optimistic about this event.
We won't just predict without looking on the price first. We can also consider some factors like the upcoming events in hopes that our prediction will become more accurate. We are done with $30k and we only need the other half to reach $60k and we still have plenty of time left so I think $60k is possible. Price won't move if people will just assume but it will be more possible if they will make actions. They need to buy more coins and then hodl it tightly. Like many others I am also optimistic next year. I think BTC will reached $100k for the first time and then it can become stable there before it dips because many people are going to sell their coin.

Price of Bitcoins always depends on the demand of the coin. If the demand is high then the price will go up. The reason for this phenomenon is simple. Bitcoins are limited in number and hence if more people try to accumulate it, then due to the limited numbers of the coin, the price goes up. So getting 60k usd this year is quite debatable. Bitcoins have to increase in price if we keep the demand to acquire it. Moreover Bitcoins follows 4 year price circle, so anything and everything can happen this year. Let’s hope for the best.

I think price spikes are still easy to happen in the current year and I'm still optimistic that this year can make new ATH or pass $ 60k, even though April currently looks sluggish and doesn't go up but I'm sure a big pump will happen soon, and I think it's better to focus on keep buying before the price gets more expensive.

There is still too much price to increase if you expect ATH this year. Because the Bitcoin price is still in the $29K to $30K area, it needs to double its current price to break through to the new ATH. Indeed, this is not impossible to happen this year in Bitcoin, but for now it is more difficult to happen because market conditions still tend to change unexpectedly. So think more realistically though we don't need to feel pessimistic about it.

Opinions from the realistic side may be that the market will find it difficult to penetrate new ATH this year, but some indications of high recovery can be convincing points for the opportunity for the ATH price to be reached at the end of the year or maybe after the halving, we don't need to be pessimistic but still think positively that price fluctuations can change anything to be possible, so the chance of reaching the previous ATH recovery has the potential to occur this year.

Despite the fact that I'm very optimistic about Bitcoin having a good run towards the up side, But we still need to consider some factors like macro economics that could affect or hinder the possibility of Bitcoin's expected recovery to its previous ATH. However, with the recent bank runs event in the US, It has increased the probability of Bitcoin's price hitting $60k than before, as investors no longer have much of confidence with our old traditional banking system to hold their funds, hence Bitcoin and Gold would be a place of safety for investors.

Instead of asking a question like this, as a matter of fact, it has been asked several times here on this forum platform as well. Then most people also know that it can really happen or more than I know and understand.

Looking at many countries revolution of bitcoin like New Zealand, US, El Salvador, China, Africa and so on, if this countries can possibly readjust policies to favour bitcoin by mid year, it will experience excess rising.

Bitcoin rise doesn't depend on policies of any country, if it did then we won't have gotten to $69k that bitcoin got to in the last bull market because big power country weren't friendly to Bitcoin, US has very strong regulations an so does china. El Salvador is a very small country to be having big impact on the price of Bitcoin and market doesn't cares what Africa does.

Africa will always be seen as a third world country and even if every country in the continent accepts Bitcoin it won't make much difference since they also depend on other continent for their economy. Asian, Europe and US are where their policies could affect Bitcoin but it would still be temporary.

I disagree, although bitcoin is decentralized, it can grow or not depends on us and we are all governed by the government. One China isn't enough to stifle bitcoin's growth, but if influential powers like the US and Europe ban bitcoin outright, it would be a huge slap on the market. It won't kill bitcoin, but we will have a lot of trouble growing and scaling. Bitcoin does not work alone, it is part of the world economy, and its development will depend on the policies that the government makes.

You are right and I didn't mean that Bitcoin will reach 60k this year,  all I said is that bitcoin as an unpredictable and at that due to the volatile nature of bitcoin price it can reach 60k so I am just projecting the possibility of seeing that price, just like I said in the that comment, Bitcoin is a struggling to attain that 30k price which is the base half of the predicted price.

That shows how slime the chances of Bitcoin reaching that 6k prediction,  I hope that you are clear on my speculations now.
Bitcoin has been bullish since the beginning of this year 2023 but we can't be certain if that bullish trend will continue and at what price Bitcoin will be at the end of the year 2023.

The growth was looking real for the first couple of months after the new year started and everyone thought that the bull run has started but soon it stopped and became stable and then started correcting itself and we are still unable to get out of that.

As it stands this year, it could reach close to $60,000 by the end of the year. Right now the market is close to $30k dollars, if the market reaches $60k dollars, it will have to increase twice from the current market. This is likely to happen when the market rises like a bull run. I think the market may cross $50k by this year and grow the most in the next year.

I like to think realistically like you, we haven't broken $30k yet, and bitcoin is showing signs of correction, so thinking about $60k is pretty far-fetched. We all know bitcoin prediction is impossible, no one has the crystal ball to do it. The best way is that we should be prepared for both scenarios of bitcoin, and when it happens, we won't be too surprised.
But honestly, I'd rather this year be the next bear year than bitcoin's bull year.

Recovery is expected to take place in stages and of course it is still in the process until now. What is clear, the price of bitcoin has gradually recovered since entering 2023, the price even reached $ 31k before the correction occurred. To me it's a reasonable correction to find new support, and after that you might notice that the price is going back up and breaking the resistance above it again and again.

I'm not too sure about $60k this year, but bitcoin is never predictable. While $60k seems a long way off today, it could be close if the price recovery continues into July and beyond. I can look forward to it patiently, bitcoin to me is an asset worth holding long term.

There is a lot of confusion and predictions scattered in the market about whether the price of bitcoin will touch ATH or create a new ATH this year, but you need to know that in bitcoin there is a 4-year cycle called halving and usually (learn from previous bitcoin price history) a few months before the halving occurred, the price of bitcoin had increased greatly, it is estimated that the next bitcoin halving will be next year, so it is very likely that bitcoin will create new ATH again before this year ends.

so if asked when is the best time to buy bitcoin, of course the answer is now because bitcoin is below its previous ATH price.

The market has recovered significantly in the 1st quarter of the market, we expect at the start of the 2nd quarter to be in a price position above 30k or 35k at a more stable price and no further correction below 30k, but it is difficult to determine a high market price because the bitcoin price has not experienced a high correction after significant recovery in Q1, so expect no further drop below $28k and the market should prepare to be bullish.

Yes, I agree which is the reason I believe it may, I mean we can never really know about these things could we? It feels like we could make a prediction but knowing it and predicting it are different things. Since this is speculation section, we can speculate if it could be 60k, but what would we even gain from making that prediction.

My actions are; buy as much as you can with your salary, so far I am doing fine, and I am starting to save again this may after all my debt is over, well not all, I still have a ton of debt, but one of them is over, so I will use that to buy bitcoin, and anytime a debt is over, I do not act as if I can spend that, I still keep using that but instead of paying my debt, since that's over, I use that to buy bitcoin. I will just keep doing that. That's my action, let that tell you whatever you think it tells you.

Chances are it's still in Bitcoin, but it's still too far to expect $60K from now on because you can see for yourself how Bitcoin has gotten price action lately that even though it's still looking tough to hold on and get past $30K, even though it's possible to pass the price it has not disappeared in Bitcoin even though corrections in a short time still occur in Bitcoin.

As it stands this year, it could reach close to $60,000 by the end of the year. If you have to expect twice the current price, in my opinion that is still too big because for me if Bitcoin can be at $ 40K this year it is much better to assess the level of price recovery. So I am more optimistic to hope at a price level that is not much greater than double the current price of Bitcoin.

I think he means is if those countries lift the ban or unban cryptos again but he shouldn't include El-Salvador there. I think it was only a mistake because this country is the first country to make BTC a legal tender and until now they have this status. During the bull season, the scams and frauds can also rise so yes a regulation can be a good help to combat them. $60k is only a piece of cake for BTC. We even reach $69k last time.

We still have a long way to go and the price is showing signs of recovery again so $60k is definitely possible. What can we have next year is already the ATH. The momentum might then continue till 2025 according to the experts.

Possible if it is just general possibility we are talking to. The market prices have quite a good start this year and since there are plenty of months remaining this year, if things would be in favor for this industry, then there's a huge chance that ATH could be again reached on the present year. However, the uptrend or bulltrend is more expected next year due to the anticipated Bitcoin halving as we all know. Also, things are just way too unpredictable and we could all make our own assumptions. The market prices would either fall down or rise up in the first place. Eitherways, knowing when to enternbwould solely depend on the investor him/herself whether what pricepoint would he/she be able to endure changes from time to time.

Of course the bitcoin price has started to show recovery since entering 2023, although corrections still occur along the way. This price recovery trend is probably what it should be for bitcoin after a long bearish trend. But regarding ATH, I didn't expect it before the halving happened.

I can expect $60k if the uptrend continues in May, June and July. But if in July the bitcoin price doesn't manage to break $45k or so, then of course I can expect correction before continuing the recovery. I can't say exactly where the bottom will be if another big correction occurs this year, but I'm not worried about it because I've decided to ignore the volatility for long-term investing.

What readjustments do you want to see from this countries that you've mentioned? Because as far as the regulation are concerned, this will continue to happen and we'll have to expect more and more regulations whenever the government see an opportunity, especially during the bull season.

$60k this year? well, anything is possible for Bitcoin. However, in a realistic point of view, investors are still skeptical this year, we've seen divided market sentiments. I'd rather say $60k is much more possible next year before or after the Bitcoin halving.

I agree that reaching 60k again is not going to be difficult as this is an amount the price of bitcoin has already surpassed and I think this will happen during the next bull run, however what the OP is asking is if this amount can be reached during this year, and this is something I do not believe is possible, as 60k is so close to the ATH already that I think a new ATH will be inevitable at that point, and I do not think the bulls have such strength right now.

I also think similarly that price could reach as much as $60K if the uptrend continues for the next few months. Already price has almost doubled from around $16K to $31K with a few months, so if the momentum of the recovery is maintained, then it's certainly possible to see another doubling in price by around July/August time. My consideration is that price will eventually correct quite deep by around September, probably back to $25K or at least $30K, once a local top is reached some-point in Q3 (with a lower macro high). But whether this happens from $60K, $50K, $40K, or even $30K has yet to be seen.

I agree that expecting twice of what we have right now is not a realistic approach and that is why it is going to be a tough situation. I think more like 1.5 is a lot better, which is 45k and I think that is going to happen without a doubt. I know that not many people expect the price to go up as well, those people will regret it later on when they do not make a good decision. I keep saying that the best thing about bitcoin is that it goes up in the long run and should keep going up eventually.

We already started to go up a lot and we should be considering that as an option, but that doesn't mean that we are going to end up with those results easily, it is going to end up taking a while before we could go there. I believe that the best thing to do is wait for bitcoin to answer.

I think whether the price this year can touch $ 60k or not depends on the price movement in the next 4 months or until August, the price of $ 60k is happening slowly and it's impossible to jump from $ 30k to $ 60k in a day, if it's August the price can reach at least $ 45k then there is a big chance to reach $ 60k, but if until August the current price movement seems like it will be difficult to reach $ 60k.

I don't think this prediction will come true because 60k in 2023 is too early, I won't expect more than 40k or 45k this year and it won't matter if you are a long term holder because the main target of many investors here is 2024 because that's when the next halving will happen, so we all expect that Bitcoin will have more value after the halving.

2023 started with a rise, but it may not mean that it will continue. It would be better to proceed step by step. Now the goal is to stay above 30 thousand. No one can say anything about what will happen towards the end of the year.

When in March the price could touch $ 30k many were optimistic that the market would continue to rise, many continued to buy and now they see the fact that the market is down, I also don't regret buying when the price is $ 30k, if we pay attention to the trend then 2023 will be the year recovery and now I will also continue to buy as long as I have extra money.

We can't just go and see the price, sooner or later we will have to see some corrections along the way. For me it's better to see the price right now to decline to $25k and then have a good bounce in the next couple of months. Instead of just going down deep late in the year around September, go down to $25k then up to $32k, then maybe another steep correction to $28k sideways pattern before going to $36k and up, and so the cycle continues. Although we might be running out for this process as there could be around consolidation phase and sideways pattern. If no $60k this 2023, then for sure the bull run will be coming next, new all time high 2024-2025.

In general Bitcoin has made a price recovery this year and the trend is still very good so you don't need to worry even if you have bought Bitcoin at $30K. Because you won't lose as long as you hold on tight and don't panic to sell it at the current price, but it seems you are a very optimistic person about Bitcoin because you are not afraid and still want to buy Bitcoin when you have extra money in your wallet.

Many are thinking like you and they buy for investment when they see that the current market conditions are bad. I miss the present very much. Because I invested from high market. That investment is still far from my recovery. I've learned from this that every two years I don't invest when the market reaches its highest level and when the market goes down from there. Will wait for the opportunity that came within $15k dollars. We may see Bitcoin market between $30k and $32k very soon. And by 2023, I can imagine that the highest position could be $40k to $50k.

Since your title was left open to the wish of any year, if it is possible that any coming year I will exceed that number :)

Now, year, 2023: we are in the second third of the year and only a month away from completing the six months and the reality is that a rather uncertain half of the year is coming.

There are Ukraine-Russia war that does not end, the United States maintains rising inflation rates, Europe has initiated several crypto-legislatures, China maintains an unstable position on the Taiwan issue, the economic effects after the pandemic continue and they are factors that seemed not counterproductive for Bitcoin but they are, albeit with a delayed effect and on both sides the positive and negative price.

So, Bitcoin has a "lifeline" in its Halving, and maybe it can help that  overcoming the 50k barrier, this year, and yes, 50k we always put +69k or 100k in the discourse but reaching 50k in a year or less would be a fantastic scenario , even closing this year above 40k is a good foundation to think about better prices in the short term of one to two years.

With the market volatility it's possible for a rise to occur that could raise price to $60k above on the grounds that if more investors key in within the next remaining months of the year. One thing amongst others I observed about bitcoin price movement this year 2023 is that it takes a falling step backwards and double step upwards after a few moments. For anyone that have been following up the patterns there's a slow but steady increase this year and it's possible price can go beyond $60k, not forgetting that it tested around $31k  days ago before going down to it current price of $27k and I wouldn't be surprised if we experience a rise in price beyond $31k to about $34k thereabout before the end of May.

I'm never disappointed to see Bitcoin in such bad shape.  Because I know the price of Bitcoin will suddenly start to rise again. I hope to invest more when the price of Bitcoin starts dumping again. If we keep investing in Bitcoin, we will never have a chance to lose money but if we hold the Bitcoins at the right time.  If we can sell then we can make good amount of profit from here. Hope 2024 Bitcoin will bring good things for us. I am now looking forward to 2024.

Real investors don't just look at the current price but what is important for them is that they are sure about their investment to grow a few years from now.
They are willing to spend more and accumulate more Bitcoin. Perhaps, they are aggressive as they trust Bitcoin and the bright future of this project. And no matter what will happen in the market, they're still optimistic about it and no way to say them panicking and sell their coins instead, they hold and keep holding until the the perfect time comes to sell theit Bitcoin.

If we analyse history, then Bitcoins have always followed it. Bitcoins follow a 4 year cycle in which they pump and crosses the all time high price. This year, it is the 4th year, so high possibilities that we will see Bitcoins touching 70k usd and breaking the all time high price. The year also started with positive vibe from the Bitcoins, so yes anything and everything is possible. We have to also increase the demand to acquire the coins, as this will only help to rapidly increase the price of the coins due to the limited supply of coins. Let’s hope for the best.

Soon is a bit difficult if you ask me, but depends on what you mean by soon. If you mean soon as in a few months, like before summer ends, then I would guess that it may not happen, it feels like it would take a while before that could happen. But if you mean that 2024 would be the year we will see above ATH again, then I would agree with you.

I think 60k may or may not happen this year but if it happens then it will most likely be q4, we are nowhere near that right now, we failed to stay above 30k recently, something that failed to stay above 30k last month, can't become 60k that early, it will definitely take some time. I hope that it does better in the future, and I would love to see that work, but that doesn't mean that it will happen. But since I trust it will happen eventually, I will feel alright about it.

After being bearish for a long time, the price has started to recover again.  Bitcoin is currently trading at around $29,000. For those who are still waiting to buy Bitcoin, I think they should buy at this price, otherwise the market will bullish any time.  It may not be possible for many. This year according to economic and crypto experts Bitcoin can reach one hundred thousand dollars. Some expect to see this amount even higher. As such, expecting Bitcoin $60K is quite natural. Since we saw the highest price of Bitcoin in the last bull market was $69K. According to the previous situation $60K may reach very quickly.

although not entirely correct, market sentiment needs to be considered by investors in analyzing what price a coin will reach.
The market situation in 2023, which is already in May, is better than last year. Movements are still slow, the average price for the month is still at $29k.

Although it's just a speculation, I dare not say this year the price will reach $60k due to market price fluctuations. But I feel confident the year will close at close to $60k.
Actually discussing the price is not really interested let alone having to look at the charts every day which can get boring.

Especially in the midst of the economic crisis that is still sweeping the world, the potential for a $60k bitcoin price increase is difficult to occur this year. However, if the market continues to show positive performance throughout the year, then at least the price of bitcoin will only be above $45k.

Sure, but if you look back at 2019 for example, there were big corrections of -20% along the way from $5K to $14K, but the difference was that these corrections didn't last long. Recently we've already had a quick correction from $25K to $20K, that turned out to be very bullish, and sure we could even have another -20% correction to $25K from recent highs, but none of this actually invalidates the possibility of reaching $60K - in fact the opposite is true. Ie as long as there are these -20% correction and price quickly recovers afterwards, there will always be room for further upside. That's basically what happened in 2019.

The market growth isn't bad actually but it only grow slowly which we could see it was not enough to reach that high within this year. Of course, we've been positive about reaching $60k again and for new ATH but that will come possible after halving which is next year. That is why it was too hard to expect that rallies will commence this year if the current momentum won't change. Honestly, we need some market hype and more positive news in order to get more buying demand. While looking back at the previous years, the price surged after halving, and that is what I expect also this coming halving event.

I think it's better that this progress doesn't happen all at once. The market is preparing a ground for itself and is moving in this direction. This is more solid progress. I don't think Bitcoin will reach its $60k target this year. But I want it to increase gradually when the necessary ground is prepared. I prefer a slower and continuous increase over an artificial increase.

bitcoin will hit $60k, which is not a very high target, but to say that will happen this year is very difficult.  the market has recovered better than last year, but that doesn't mean it will continue to grow without a hitch. we have been struggling with the 30k resistance for a long time, I think we will have a hard time breaking above $30k this month. moreover, May has not been a good month for the market in the past.

I know many people bought bitcoin for $50k during the 2021 bull season, but they are still bullish and holding so far. Then there is no reason to fear when we buy at $30,000. Don't worry too much about what happens in the short term, in the short time, bitcoin is always volatile, and that is entirely normal. But to say the $60k goal is a very tough task, I don't think we'll be able to get there by the end of the year. Don't aim too high or expect too much until the halving has happened.

The positive performance that can be seen in the market cannot be separated from the presence of many investors and large traders into the market with more buying than selling. So this is inseparable from crypto market users every year, including this year too, because whether or not it is difficult to increase the price of Bitcoin always depends on the purchasing power in the market.

So it is clear that it is important to hope for improvements in world economic factors because if there are still problems related to the economy, of course investors will feel reluctant to enter the market and buy more. Because they also always consider potential losses at certain moments besides trying to see moments that can be profitable.

The adoption of bitcoin will continue to remote parts of the country, currently many countries are considering what El Salvador is doing, but do not yet have a certain formula to run and they are still trying to consider several reasons, so that what is possible is limited to commodity assets that can be traded.

This is good for the growth of crypto and bitcoin because in the future more and more countries will see a solution from bitcoin and not try to find a negative value. In my opinion, global awareness about bitcoin is getting bigger, even if it is not enforced as a legal tender, at least for the growth and journey of bitcoin it will get better.

But the question is; is it possible for bitcoin to reach $60k by this year? No serious bulls happening currently and if it continues in this little increase probably it will not get anywhere close to $60k. Share your views.
No one dares to say for sure that this year bitcoin will reach $ 60k or more, but if you calculate the previous halving it is likely that next year it will be close to the price you mentioned and could even exceed $ 60k. Of course there are a few things that will get bitcoin pumping and moving slowly toward that number.

For the current price accumulation, it has not yet reached a stage close to that price, but I believe that in September it might touch and although not necessarily exceed the price you want.

In my opinion, It seems that the price of bitcoin is difficult to reach $60k this year. Especially in the midst of the economic crisis that is still sweeping the world, the potential for a $60k bitcoin price increase is difficult to occur this year. However, if the market continues to show positive performance throughout the year, then at least the price of bitcoin will only be above $45k.

Yeah better to see an increase from time to time and not just a quick pump and make you wonder whether it will bounce down right away or what might be the next direction of the market, I see your point that we might expect progress gradually it's good to see more people to support this market and let them hold and make some good positive impact.

Always have a good analysis before investing. It is really nice to see good positive bounce up and for sure those who are aiming for
quick profits are also trying to short the market and make some decent benefits.

I think bitcoin will again reach a higher price and will pass the previous high, but it is possible that with an unpredictable situation like now the price of bitcoin will continue to decline. but I am personally optimistic that the bitcoin price will again reach a high price this year.

It is not impossible for Bitcoin to reach $60k this year, but I assume it is a very small chance. The current price of Bitcoin is still below $30k (half of $60k). It is too quickly double the price only in a year, we are already in Q2 of this year. I guess the maximum price of Bitcoin to reach this year is around $40k-$50k, it seems very possible if there is good news from the countries that have an important role such as El Salvador, USA, Africa, China, Russia, or New Zealand. Anyway, the Bitcoin price move won't instantly be nearing the ATH, it grows gradually (takes time).

This is a very strong line of resistance because bitcoin has been stuck below $30k for a long time and has not been able to break through it. Counted only a few times bitcoin penetrated $ 30k but could not stay above $ 30k. if bitcoin wants to reach a higher point bitcoin must be able to cross this resistance line.

What are those good news? Don't we have a lot of negative news around the US government and markets? They are trying to squeeze and control us, I don't see any good news from them.

Anything is possible, but getting bitcoin to hit $60k this year is a tough task. Considering the situation in the market, we are still far from halving, which is the biggest factor driving the bull market. Second: it can be seen that the world economic situation is very bad, the entire financial market is affected, so it is impossible to expect bitcoin to go against the whole world. Overall, there isn't any positive point to expecting bitcoin to explode this year, unless market makers manipulate and make things easier.

do it looks like there is something this happening in any time soon? lol 60k in 2023 is not that we can look at.

I have been watching the graph early this year and with the constant changing
of price

How much is that High price that you are considering mate? because if that is Another ATH then sorry to tell but you might be wrong.

I think the price of $ 60k will be easily achieved if market conditions continue to improve as they are today, now everyone has forgotten about LUNA and FTX so that the market can move positively, this is what makes me optimistic that the price of $ 60k is not difficult to achieve in the current year.

I also don't think bitcoin can hit $60k this year, but I don't dare say the same as you. The chances of that happening are still there but pretty low. If you look back at the 2019 chart, after bitcoin bottomed in 2018, there was a moment in 2019 when bitcoin rallied to $12k before falling to $5k in 2020. If history repeats itself, there is still a chance that bitcoin will have a strong recovery this year and reach $60k is possible. I think a lot of people have reanalyzed the cycle before, that's why they came up with this idea.

No one can say if when that resistance @ $30K will be break and I see your point it's important to see the market to pump strong if that $60K will be reach this year, as far as we see the market still having difficulty breaking $30K and there are times that it keep bouncing down and the fear with new investors are affected as they can quickly sell and lose portions of their investments. Hard to predict, but if you believe so then better to keep buying portion by portion, as if the market pump back then the benefits is decent.

We can always believe that the BTC price will be higher than $30k at some point in the future, the current market correction is according to the predictions that have been determined on the price chart, because BTC will definitely return to the $25k price circle after a significant increase from the beginning of this year, so buying DCA is very important in the market correction price and we can make some purchases below the current price if the market can decline in the next correction

I think we don't need to hurry about the price to rise up again if the btc will not riae back to 60k$ then we can have the opportunity to buy more token or coins to hold, i believe that bitcoin will surely rise up to 60k$ or above 70k$ to 100k$ but i dont know when or what year it will happen all i can suggest is hold because holder always win.

Due to the currently difficults, everything indicates Bitcoin isn't going to cross the 60,000$ line this year yet. It's a long way to go with low fuel left. The market has to warm first and that is not the kind of thing which happens instantly. We need positive news like the decreasement of interest rates in US and Europe, BTC halving event and other secondary ongoings which can be highlighted on global news, like the rising of BTC adoption or the approval of friendly regulations towards it in different countries.

Or simply it does really need up that kind of catalyst or something that would really be pushing up it price and not really just going instantly or shoot up or giving that huge green candle on which i could say that

this upcoming bull run might really be a little different compared into those previous one.Speaking about reaching $60k for this year then we cant really know if we would be able to hit up that high for this year alone.Considering on the current price now which is sitting around almost 30k then its not really that too far off on getting that x2 increase for this year on which we can consider out since we are really
that approaching on bull run. We cant really tell on what would happen on the next 7 months for this year itself.

There are things which could happen in the way which it would be heavily be affecting bitcoins price whether positively or negatively. No one could ever tell.

Maybe it's just someone's belief to take positive from what they achieve. by thinking positively maybe it will make dreams come true this year quickly. but don't get hung up on just one type of currency because you can work on many other virtual currencies.

Yeah, it will hype up and the impact might be possible as there are updates and news that will help the market to gain interest from old and new investors. With that, we may see a good increase but if there's none which is happening right now, we can't tell if whether we will see a good run or it will not happen this year.

You need to assess and analyze whether you will continue to buy and hold until it reached the target price that you set for your selling position.

We are still in Q1 now and of course such hope still exists with unpredictable conditions for the future. but indeed something like this will be a possibility that happens because regardless of anything up and down it is still very possible now.
But apart from anything, of course, the important point is when the price then reaches $ 60k again, then that is clearly very good, but on the other hand, when the price is corrected again and falls again and again, then actually it is still very good for those of us who are DCA and waiting at the bottom to take advantage of the momentum with the possibility of higher returns.

2023 started with a rise, but it may not mean that it will continue. It would be better to proceed step by step. Now the goal is to stay above 30 thousand. No one can say anything about what will happen towards the end of the year.

It has been almost 4 months since this post. I still think the same way because there is no development that would require the Bitcoin price to rise, except for halving. Of course we all want the price to go up, but we have to be realistic. I think that the target of 60 thousand for the end of the year is very high and difficult to reach.

There may be a bull run before or after the halving, we need to be prepared for it, but there is no guarantee that it will happen by the end of the year, so we should not rush.

Bitcoin is progressing step by step and will reach its goal with solid steps. The bull run will come and what we have to do is increase the number of Bitcoins we have. That's all we need to focus on right now.

Means it's been more than 4 months bitcoin continues to be in the area of $29k - $30K is this perhaps a long sideways pattern?
Bitcoin is still very difficult to break through resisteni, but towards the end of the year his real $60K it is still no time. We never know.

A solid move is possible after the halving, but about the collection of bitcoin should never be neglected we are still in a difficult market situation, then just take advantage of it.

There's no other thing that we do have in mind on what would be the most common catalyst for going up in terms of its price or value but rather majority of us is really that waiting for the halving even on next year. Somehow if there would be some good news or positive ones which could trigger out some good impressions towards the market then we might be having the chance but of course its not something guaranteed. For everyone expecting for the best to take place with halving, it is the time to accumulate as much possible. During halving it is possible to see good growth with bitcoin, earlier there used to be bearish movement in the market. It happens to push the price, there is difference in reaching new high from the bottom and there is difference in reaching high price from a price point which is already a big price. So, opportunities need to be used in a wise manner, and there is fair chance of price reaching $60k considering the way market is moving. There is no fast move, but in a much stabilized manner the rise is happening.

Yeah, it's been a long sideway movement for the Bitcoin market.  It feels like someone doesn't want the market to explode because every time there is a sudden uptrend, it is always got sold making the price goes back to where it was before.  I believe once these people finish accumulating, we might possibly find the market moving at a surging pace but of course, we will never know when it will happen.

Still about 4 months to go to see the price reach $60k and I don't think it's that hard to reach $60k, of course $60k won't happen in a day or a week from $29k, and if the price skyrockets it will take at least 2 months to reach $60k, the thing that makes us optimistic is that early 2024 there will be a halving day which will usually create a surge in demand.

That's right, bro, from the history of Bitcoin on-chain data, maybe it's not 100% repeated on time, I'm a little less sure this year bitcoin can reach a price of $ 60k, I think this year bitcoin will only reach $ 40k. But from the history of Halving we can see the future of bitcoin, so we all, as you said, must be optimistic for a better 2024. Now is a good time to continue collecting bitcoins four months before the halving, holding them and selling them when they hit a new ATH.

This year is just better for accumulation I don't believe prices are so high unless in 2024 maybe there will be a movement towards recovery well but we never know the exact time unless we continue to hold until the time comes.
I don't care if it's $40k or $60k it will still continue to be held until the price is high, because history in the previous cycle will not be much different at the end of bitcoin can ATH again then just continue to accumulate.

One day it will reach to 60k$ but it is not possible in few days but it will requires some months as the price is still 29k$ from several days. Everyone was in hope that it will reach to maximum price but situations become wrong according to their concept.

There is no doubt that price will goes to 60k$ but not as quick as we think but we should have to make good hopes because people achieve that for which they hopes. 2024 will be a good year for all crypto users and those will be successful who are in patience and remaining will be in condition of regression which is useless.

Almost every investor has been waiting for the moment of Bitcoin. Bitcoin will definitely be bullish when that time comes. The number of institutional investors is relatively more than ordinary investors, and on the other hand, various positive news of Bitcoin use is coming from different countries, as a result, Bitcoin will be stronger than before, which will definitely surpass the previous ath and a new ath will be created. Bitcoin is likely to hit $45k by the end of this year. Since it is currently priced at around $30k, if the price rises by 50 percent this year, I think the price of Bitcoin is likely to rise to $45,000 and it is not difficult.

Of course, I or maybe others have also seen the speculation and analyzed the continuation of the Bitcoin price for 2023 and right now, there is a lot of variety in what people are saying about the price of Bitcoin, but I have my own opinion and believe for myself that Bitcoin this year will not break $60k, on the contrary, it could be lower than the current price below $29k.

We all know this year has not been good for the crypto market, you can see for yourself, many types of coins are currently being dumped on various exchanges, in this week alone there have been 8 types of coins dumped on my local exchange, as well as the actions taken by Binance and other exchanges.

I speculate that the crypto market will improve in the next year, it shows from the actions taken by many exchanges at this time, I believe anything can happen to Bitcoin, unbeknownst to all of us, as well as the price of Bitcoin $ 60k could have happened without us knowing it could happen, but I'm not sure for this year.

If they have the feeling that btc will go up or be bullish, then, what are they doing now to take advantage of the opportunity?
The status of this market is getting stronger as more and more companies are trying to get a hold of these coins.
Even if we can't reach the ATH this year, the likelihood of seeing the market price to go up is always there as adoption is increasing.
Worry if no one is joining or talking about the crypto market. But so far, more countries, more companies and more people are getting interested.

What matter most is adoption and recognition!

These are the things that we do really need because once we do have this then expect that value would increase too which it would really be that a normal phase or situation to happen. For now, we are really just that moving sideways for too long on which it cant really be denied that there would be those people who would be having that positive towards price on this year end but honestly speaking we shouldn't really be that expecting too much because we cant really be able to tell if there would be some sudden dump that would happen.

Taking up some opportunity whether you do buy or sell would be depending on your goals or targets since not all would be sharing up with the same perception towards their possible actions then
Whether you would be entering and buying on cheaper price for accumulation or DCA or would really be cutting loses. Selling points would vary because most of us would really be
that targeting with that upcoming bull run on next year or Q1 of 2025 which it is really that likely that BR would kick in into that particular point.

^ It's really hard to see it, but maybe you are right, Adoption might correlate to price? However, as I have said could be difficult to see it because for the reason that we have a cycle hear, and currently we might be in the bear market and that's why the price is too low but it could be mean that adoption is low.

On the contrary, if the price goes up price pushes above $60k, or in the next bull run, we might see the price like $100k or at least a new all time high. We might say that adoption is growing. But what happens when we go back to bear market again? could we lose that adoption?

I agree that the possibility is there and there is a chance that it could happen but the same possibility of it not happening exists as well. Possibility doesn't mean probability, and the possibility that 60k could happen doesn't mean that it has a high probability of it happening at all.

I believe that we are not going to see it this year, definitely has a great chance of happening during 2024, but not this year but that is just probability calculation made by me, and I am not some expert on this subject and could be wrong. If you think it will, then it's time to buy and hold it and I think it's going to be ok for you, even if you are wrong and it doesn't happen this year, you could hold a bit more and happens a year later.

Four months is not that long mate, and I am actually much more optimistic for a price increase next year than a big increase this year because the Bitcoin price is still undergoing a correction in the market so that in time it may take longer for Bitcoin to is at $60K although everyone is still very optimistic about next year's halving day.

It is still quite logical to expect $40K this year instead of $60K because in addition to the correction that is still happening in the market, the level of difficulty in increasing prices is still visible in Bitcoin so it would not be so realistic to expect much more this year, although it would not be wrong for anyone who wants to hope that much on Bitcoin.

The only hope right is halving but we have to keep in mind that it takes time after having before we start seeing a bull runs. Right now it's good time to buy bitcoin for upcoming bull run. What we learn from historical price chart is that there is always a massive bull run after every halving. If you have faith in bitcoin then better start accumulating bitcoin now.
We know that $60k isnt really that too far off on which it would really be just that common or really that normal that people would be skeptical because of the random movements that we do have.

If Bitcoin market really rallies, $60k can be done in less than a week but at this moment it looks like there is not enough catalyst to hype the market and create FOMO among the traders and bystanders.  I do not know what factor this coming ETF decision will bring, is it a hype or a FUD?

Its been a while that we are moving sideways, its been a while which we had been always that rejected on 30k price point on which it is really that hard to tell on when the price would be breaking out that resistance. For this year then it is really hard to predict but while we are approaching towards Halving then we might be seeing some significant movement. It is really just that we cant really be able to make sure whether we would really be having some initial pumps or would really be able to see some one huge major correction before we would take off. It is really that to tell honestly
and this had been the main question of everybody in the first place.

And now here we are on which the price did make out some significant movement into its price which is really that going  down due to that massive sell-off by Elon/SpaceX which it did really driven

down the price going back to 25k but we are seeing some slight increase on price but there's still tendency that we might be seeing 23k if negative things would be adding up on the pile.
Yes, it does really need out that kind of catalyst for us to reach out that 60k for this year which it seems that it cant really be happening but who knows?  We are still 4 months away before this year
ends which we know that it would really be that still a sufficient time for us to make out such progress. We know on how this market behaves and what are the possibilities about those sudden
u-turns when it comes to price or value.

The key on here is that you should really know on when to get in and when to get out but if you are holding  for long term then these type of condition or situation wont really be a bothersome
since you could really just simply sit still and have the chance on accumulate cheap then you could eventually do it as long you do have the funds been allocate for such situation.

But we know that cryptocurrency market is always unpredictable. Anything can be happen anytime. If Bitcoin price will go $60k within this year i will mot be astonished.  But general strategy telling Bitcoin price for $60k we have to wait minimum one year.

Your observation is totally wrong because during the halving event Bitcoin will continue to pump like a monster and no one will be able to stop it from getting a new all time high in year 2024. I believe that the current market situation is temporary to create fear in the hearts of the investors who are weak hearted because those will sell out their Bitcoin in fear and the whales will continue accumulating those coins in current times. Most of the dips that we see every quarter are pre-planned ones and they are mostly executed to reduce the confidence of weak hearted people about Bitcoin.

I know that there is little to no chance for Bitcoin to reach $60k this year, but your observation regarding that price mark at the end of 2024 is also totally a misguided one. I would recommend you to learn about crypto-market and Bitcoin's market in detail before presenting such observations. Nothing can stop Bitcoin from reaching its all time high in 2024 and in 2025 it may be not be traded below $100k during the bull run. I can surely say that Bitcoin has the potential to reach $50k by the end of 2023, but still I won't claim anything as of now.

I don't know why people use to say that bitcoin can reduce inflation. Let me use my country as an example. When the government redesign the currency, the new currency was very scarce in the country plus the financial institutions so cost of living was very high, inflation came in without invitation, people were using money to buy money for survival. And bitcoin was about $28k to $30k and coming to the fuel subsidy again, inflation is very high. And bitcoin was $29k to $30 and all what I can tell is that bitcoin is not to reduce inflation but to sustain you in the inflation period which you might not have the feeling of the inflation. But if the countries governments policies favour bitcoin, the adoption will be high and bitcoin price will be soar. And that is the price of bitcoin will surpass inflation.

I don't think there will be any bulls this year but the Bitcoin market is likely to move into a good position. Although we have seen that the Bitcoin market was supposed to rise from last week but it has come down again. We can say a big bear like $4k dollars the market has gone down really bad. But now I'm not sure if the market will turn bullish or bearish again, as right now the market is around $26000 so we can expect this year, the price of Bitcoin will be around $45000 dollars by the end of the year. However, we may not see much growth this year as growth will begin in 2024 when the Bitcoin market halves. Going into 2024, Bitcoin will peak and we will again see a strong bull market, when the Bitcoin market is likely to cross $100,000.

Based on the current price of Bitcoin in the market, I don't think the price will reach $60,000 this year, because the bearish season is like it will take a long years before it will disappear for bullish season to take over to help long holders to achieve something good from their investment. Well, anything can still happen before the end of this year that will make the price of Bitcoin to increase higher in the market but it will not reach above $40,000, because it remain few months before the end of this year which it will be difficult for massive pump to happen in this season. I believe, the price of Bitcoin will definitely hit above $60,000 next year because that is the desire of many holders before they can sell to make a passive income.

A sure indicator is that we have to see how the Before halving and After halving impact of Bitcoin next year.
That will be a sign that Bitcoin is ready to reach ATH again.

Currently, the condition of Bitcoin is still bearish and August-September is a bearish month as in previous history.

We just need to wait for Bitcoin to experience a massive Reversal.
Those who are able to survive at this time, will certainly get the benefits.

ATH $60k will be passed if the positive trend of Bitcoin continues to occur, this will print ATH $100k and that is everyone's target price at this time.

There has no possibility to touch $60k within in this year.
If you say there is no possibility for Bitcoin to touch $60K this year, then the possibility of falling to $23K is also uncertain because what is seen now is still at $26K and could even return to $30K with a slight increase in market as never before. So all these predictions are still not certain to happen even though everyone is still speculating at the current price.

For the matter of time as well, we all will not know how long and how much time it will take for Bitcoin to be able to return to $ 60K, even though there is no possibility of such a high price being reached in a short time if there are still difficulties that could hinder Bitcoin to grow better. So just carry out your goals through Bitcoin because those who still believe in price increases will definitely continue to keep Bitcoin for the long term, while those who no longer believe in Bitcoin will definitely continue to feel panicked if they haven't made a sale yet.

We shouldn't expect the price to reach specific point for the year, and our work should be to understand the market and keep ourselves prepared to face the worst. When we follow such strategy we'll be able to profit even if the price didn't bump high in value. Around $26k the price is creating resistance which could lead towards decline or the same could push the market. We should learn to move along with the market than fixing targets.

We can speculate anything, but we don't know what will happen exactly. Sure, we can't say the price of Bitcoin is impossible to reach $60k. But we can't deny that it is possible to drop to $23k again. Although it seems difficult for Bitcoin to increase now, the price can increase quickly if there is a big hype towards the Bitcoin halving in the early of next year. Some people predict that it will happen in Q2 of 2024.

If the price of BTC can return to above $30k at the end of Q3 of this year, I am sure it is possible to reach $60k in Q4 of 2023 or Q1 of 2024. However, it is just my humble prediction. Surely it has no accuracy at all.   ;)

Better not make yourself that too optimistic when it comes to price on hitting up a particular digit since we do know that this market is truly that unpredictable and there's no way on what price it would

really be ending up on this year. We are currently seeing that it is really that hovering or playing around 25k-30k which the price do always been that rejected and bounced down on the time that it would
be hitting 30k which we could really be able to say that 30k would be the tough resistance. Somewhat, we do know that Bitcoin doesnt really fail on surprising us on which reaching out numbers on least we do expect or anyone hadnt really be expected for it to hit on. For this year then i would say 30k-40k would really be that realistic and if ever we would be going past with those digits
then expect that we might be seeing 60k but seeing this before halving event is unlikely.

This is why its always been ideal that you should really be that easily be able to accept on whatever the price that it would hit for this year. Dont expect something positive
because the market could move out on very random manner or behavior.
