As a businessman or salary earners here are tips on how to stay poor in life. ;D

1. Spending your money on unnecessary items immediately the money arrives. Trying to prove a point to people by living a standard that is above your pay grade.

2. Live on one source of income. Everyday of our life our responsibilities and challenges keeps piling up accumulating without consideration to our financial capability. The economy and cost of living continue getting worsen. So in order not to be able to beat this piling settle comfortably on a single source of income flow.

Do you think people naturally does all this to stay that poor?
No one will want to remain poor in their lives but the problems is most people fails to summon courage in everything they do because they all believed that everyone has a lifting days with a regular saying that says "God will make it one day", Tell me how God will make it when they fails to look for work and job that would produced to them, is it not same God that says " Show me they works of thy hands I will blessed you through thee". Yes, people who don't change their orientation would always remain poor in life provided they are feeding 3 square meal a day, they don't mind pushing harder or becoming Rich in their lives.

Nice one! We have been hearing and reading about the positive, it's now we read about the negative also, and it is all about how wise you use it in the reverse.

Bad habits have to be cautioned, controlled and corrected, they could be so devastating when it comes to finances, and if not changed for too long, it might still be patchable when the person is still in gainful employment, but when the inflow stops, especially during the retirement times, it could be so devastating. Many factors and examples are to be considered even far more than what you iterated above. I believe that people should be able to know what is positive in their lives and what is negative so that they can embrace the positive and shun the negative. Among all you iterated as well, having one income source is a very bad idea, I detest it so much and I advise people to avoid it except the person has a well-paying job that is enough to overlook all that.

Buy a well-paying job, I mean those who are earning $150,000 and above yearly. If not, you need to work and use your brain correctly no matter what. That alone can even cover for the rest faults since enough money is being made yearly. However, a good financial freedom plan and retirement savings are good. It is also good to have investment even if you will not work another job or have a side hustle.

I've seen how instant gratification can perpetuate poverty. I've learnt that spending without planning or a budget is always equal dumb. Lost direction is inevitable. Social pressure to 'keep up with the Joneses' makes this worse, providing a veneer of prosperity as finances collapse. Your concern about single-income dependency is well taken. I've found that diversifying revenue streams is sensible and vital for financial stability.

Money lending can lead to over-generosity. I've sadly learned that assisting others and protecting one's financial future are difficult balances. I struggle to say no when necessary. Naturally, I agree about meddling in everything. Focusing on what matters to me personally and professionally has been vital for me. Focus is essential to financial success and psychological peace, but it's easy to get distracted

To continue being poor, keep doing what OP has said above. :) Actually, what OP said, should be a motivation for smart people. And if you want to improve your economy in your life, it's better to start by controlling yourself, managing your finances to be a better. Because no one wants to stay poor right? everyone wants a more comfortable life in old age.

The topic of poverty trasend beyond what ops have mentioned in this topic,  although ops did a good job mentioning all the physical and practical characters that could make one poor and remaining poor forever,  and much more also ops touched every aspect with clear explanation to them,  so I give that to him again.

But then also I would also like to mention the intellectual l or philosophical attribute,  mindset, which is the poverty mentality of some people,  that have drained their ability to make productive use of the time and energy due to the mental state of mind.

To add to it, continue embracing fear in that your comfort zone, which are some of the easiest way to stay poor in the society but nobody want to remain poor but there are many people who are poor and some are still coming to be poor, if they don't eliminate fear from their comfort zone. Secondly, continue drinking and cluding in this new year which are another way people stay poor in the society because the money they spend on girls and drinks yearly can reach someone to start small scale business and become a millionaire in the future.

Thirdly, to stay poor, don't take any advice from people that know more than you which are another way people stay poor in the society because no matter the advice you give to them to eliminate poverty from their life they will see the advice as wast of time.

Failure does not require learning, only success does. You cannot teach a person how to fail because simply if he does not do something, he will be poor, and because the person realizes how bad his financial situation is compared to realizing that he is rich. Therefore, the steps to failure are easy and multiple, and the steps to success are boring and slow, but they earn you happiness.

Most of the point you listed here are less effective in staying poor than when you spend more than what you earn, see my brother no body plan to be poor, but the indecision and procrastinating of vital things that can change your financial state or influence your financial state  is mostly the cause.
Most poor people today have the habit of spending more than they earn, which I think is the key of them staying poor.

2. Live on one source of income. Everyday of our life our responsibilities and challenges keeps piling up accumulating without consideration to our financial capability. The economy and cost of living continue getting worsen. So in order not to be able to beat this piling settle comfortably on a single source of income flow.
The present economic condition of many countries has shown that living on one source of income can be disastrous. The government of my country has not improved the minimum wage of workers even when we are experiencing high inflation. It is now common to see workers abandoning their tasks because they need other sources of income to make ends meet. I encourage most people in my area to at least develop skills highly demanded jog area that will increase the chances of getting an online job that can give them another source of income.

3. Become an extremely cheerful giver/lender to friends and family. A wisdom quote I read somewhere said, "if you want to lose your friends and family lend them money".  Keeping doing this and you going to be successfully poor.
We will not stop helping those in need around us but we should do it within our budget. We can have a budget of what we intend to give out to those in need and stop giving when we get to our limit. We shouldn't go to the extent of taking loans or credit because we want to satisfy or help people in need. We shouldn't strain ourselves because we want to help others. After all, they can look for other ways of sorting themselves out.

Quote
4.Learn how not to mind your own business, making every events around you your concern even when it doesn't affect you. It's a nice way to make cool enemies. Etc.
Extroverts will always like to be around friends and enjoy their company. But you can be around friends at events without being wasteful. But like OP said, we should limit our outdoor activities especially if we sense that we might spend unnecessarily or have some disagreements that might lead to making more enemies than friends. But for introverts like us, staying in our house alone is enough for us to enjoy ourselves.

I don't know what your purpose is, and you created this topic. I don't get the sense of the discussion you created, dude. Do you think that some of the communities here want to remain poor in their situation in their lives?

Are you the OP wanting to be tied down by being poor? because if you say yes, why don't you do all the things you said here? I can't even tell if what you're saying is a tip, because it seems to me that you're just teasing the other communities here who are still struggling in their lives. Is that your only purpose for doing this?

Nice touch at the end so people that have a hard time with sarcasm get it anyway   ;D.

I like to add another one too and that's being too shy when it comes to asking for a payraise or asking for a loan for your business, being shy or shameful when there's no reason to be like that is a big bane that someone will cause them to not progress in life, being shy is the worse because you're already overthinking stuff when it's unlikely that it's going to happen until you try it. Being shy and too close to yourself is going to make someone poor. Sometimes there's doors of opportunities that are closed and all it takes for them to open is to just knock.

Mindset should be tuned into something that will help us achieve financial freedom or atleast rise from poverty. Focusing to our goal will also give us the higher chance of success. All those list you have above OP does makes sense and should be taken into account by people who still has poor mindset.

The sarcasm is quite good, but I read some points as a reflection of a high level of selfishness.

To become poor, it turns out, is more dominant because someone makes others happy. So, is being selfish and not wanting to help others the best path to success? Doesn't everyone realize that no one can live alone?

Lending money to family won't make you poor if you're wise. Family is where we belong, so don't overthink about money when it comes to sharing. Remember, you surely know the limits of sharing within the family. Yeahh.. there are family members who aren't wise in spending money. You can skip to help him.. very risky choice.

The biggest stupidity is doing the same thing every day and expecting a different result.
Poor people follow this rule and prosper in their poverty. It would seem that it’s enough to just change your usual life schedule a little and several options for how everything will develop next will appear. But the poor don't do that. The poor remain in their familiar world
So if you want to stay poor, just keep doing what you've always done. And you will succeed in this  ;)

1. Ive done this, and i can assure you that getting out of this problem is really that pain in the ass. Once you do commit out on having those loans then getting out would be hard.

2. Live by your means that dont go beyond on your income because it would really be that a huge disaster if you do really find yourself spending more than on what you do earn.
You would really be just literally putting up yourself on such big trouble.

3.Its not bad to give but everything should really be that in moderation on which we do know that everythings too much would really be that
always bad even if we do say that we are really that giving into our loved ones, theres should always a limit.

4..Its not bad to socialize but if you are really that trying to engage each one of them then this is where problem do really starts.
So better avoid while its still early.

1. Spending your money on unnecessary items immediately the money arrives. Trying to prove a point to people by living a standard that is above your pay grade.

This is very true as I can personally attest to the bad side of spending your finances on unnecessary items that will not add to your financial assets. Or benefit you in the near and future. I have been a victim of trying to impress my peers and family members by always budgeting and spending money on things that do not impact me but rather ends up exceeding my pay grade. This is me always waiting to recieve my salary and spend it on family and friends problems. Always promising to solve people's problems leaving my own issues underlying. My advise to every young person out there is for them learn how to priorize their expenses and spend only on important things.

Quote
2. Live on one source of income. Everyday of our life our responsibilities and challenges keeps piling up accumulating without consideration to our financial capability. The economy and cost of living continue getting worsen. So in order not to be able to beat this piling settle comfortably on a single source of income flow.

On this aspect, I'm not doing so badly, my rule in life is for everyone out there to have at least 4 different streams of income. And 4 is the least for my standard. Like the Four Rivers of Paradise described in the Book of Genesis, where an unnamed stream flowing out of the Garden of Eden splits into Four different branches, so shall the blessings and riches of man come from different branches and for me the minimum will be four.

Therefore, I am a writer and content developer who works on profiling of celebrities and write blog articles talking about society, politics and business as my areas of focus. I am into graphics designer and a printer at the same working for private companies around my country. I am also a proud member of this forum and always try to contribute by sharing my opinions and perspectives to issues within my purview. Lastly, I own a PR company which is focused on image making and proper communication of brand missions and projects to the bigger and wider audiences.

Quote
3. Become an extremely cheerful giver/lender to friends and family. A wisdom quote I read somewhere said, "if you want to lose your friends and family lend them money".  Keeping doing this and you going to be successfully poor.

This i think is synonymous to the first statement especially as it concerns me. For others, it will be more of spendingon dresses, at clubs and other fashion or technological assessories, but for me it was more of spending on others or at most taking different girls out on dates. Thereby finishing up my finances on such events.

Quote
4.Learn how not to mind your own business, making every events around you your concern even when it doesn't affect you. It's a nice way to make cool enemies. Etc.

I trust you all get the sarcasm as conveyed.

Well, I would not also say that I'm the event type as I don't really like going to birthdays, anniversaries parties or whatnot, so making cool enemies is not really my thing but I see how people gradually make enemies on events that will absolutely be avoidable.

In a nutshell. Let's try and avoid unnecessary liabilities and expenses instead go into savings however little and get used to investing our money for the period of need.

nice. this should be what is sent to those big names on Wall Street guys. they have a lot to learn in becoming poor. if they are just doing their best to become poor, they wouldn't have to struggle to spend their money. they are so incompetent in doing it. i would be glad to really help them for free by following OP's tips. i would suggest being the first to get a loan from anyone who wants to be poor and later sign an agreement to void the loan.

Yoh... Honestly I'm being really cracked up right now, who in the world will want to get poor. For real most people won't say it out but their actions says more of what they choose to become.

I don't know if being poor comes with specific benefits, then if not why do people keep living the lifestyle at which OP mentioned, could it be they are tied to limited knowledge.

In real sense no one wants to be poor, everyone wants to live a little better life from their position. People work hard to get rich and work hard to live a little better. No one's thinking is that he will gradually become poor, but people's thinking is that he will work hard and gradually improve his financial condition. There are many reasons why many people are not able to improve their financial situation enough despite working hard. He may earn money by working hard but he cannot retain that money and spend it properly due to which his financial condition does not change much even if he works hard. To change one's position one has to work hard as well as always find alternative sources of income and spend the money in a very limited amount but one can change one's position.

 I had to do a double take when I read the title and the first thing that came to my mind was "how can one deliberately stay poor? " Funny question but that's actually possible because just as the Op stated here;
Quote
Spending your money on unnecessary items immediately the money arrives. Trying to prove a point to people by living a standard that is above your pay grade.
, people unintentionally do this, not knowing there are slowly creating holes in their savings. Some even find it difficult to distinguish their wants from their needs once there's money and this is bad because instead of having something to fall back on in the rainy day, you find there's nothing which makes some work 12 months of the year, but nothing to show for it.
It's ridiculous to compete with someone especially when you have one source of income. Even though you've got multiple streams of income, it's still not healthy to compete because at the end of the day you find you are just a version of some body else, living in their shadows and wasting funds that should have been put to good use.

Why bother if you want to continue to be in poverty, you just have to sleep, eat and then sleep again for months without thinking about the source of income. If you are still working, say as an employee at a company, you only need to spend more money than the salary you get every month. I'm skeptical that people reading this topic won't do the four points mentioned in the Op. Most of the people I meet, poor people want to get out of the poverty line and rich people like Elon Musk will always think about how not to fall into poverty.

There are other tips to add, which are: showing off when you are not yet rich; being too proud to learn from anyone else to gain more knowledge that will help the person achieve more success. Openly discussing your financial plans with someone who cannot offer any better ideas or contributions to your plans.

Some people love showing off because they want their presence to be felt; they want people around them to know that they have money, but they don't yet have enough money to sustain them for an entire lifetime.

Sometime people say that staying poor is not the choice of people who are poor today, but actually most of them are doing things that make them remain at the same financial level for a lifetime or might even get poorer. Some people don't know how to make good use of an opportunity to grow their financial status but would rather misuse the opportunity and end up getting poor. It is wise to always keep our financial lifestyle in constant check to be sure that we are not doing things in the wrong way, which might end up not profiting us in the future.

this one will save you from a whole lot of unplanned expenses for real. Their are so many bills you wouldn't be paying if only you mind you business and become precise with places you should or should not go.

As you start getting older, one of the most important decision you have to make is that unless the occasion is necessary, you wouldn't bother going.

Women are the number one victim of this issue. They want to attend all the programs of their old friends and acquaintance and would want to be buying dress for location they weren't invited to in the first place.

I almost chest billing this festive season just because I wanted to interface in someone that was staying on her own oh. Just from wishing dime people merry Christmas can make them to start billing you.

Let's talk about some reality too, work hard like a 16-hour job and all days a week for 52 weeks straight you will still be poor because you are working hard to make someone else profitable and you get paid in salary. The job market dynamics also changing which forces the employees to keep working hard for their survival or else there are lots of people out there who will accept a job offer with lesser pay due to unemployment.

Investing is a way to make more money but I would say people should start with skill development and side hustles that will keep them above the others and also bring more revenue in net which can be saved then only the individual can start their investing career.

But what most people do is, see investment as a money-making opportunity and then assume they will be successful which makes them take loans or borrow money and start the journey from debt which is a mistake and will probably keep them poor forever.

Great views,

But it is clear that both failure and success are linked and cannot be separated. The standards of success/failure are difficult to distinguish. I simply think it's a process that everyone needs to learn and make choices. Regardless of the decision and the action that comes with it, the result is commensurate, and it's really hard to stop, it's infinite.

I don't think there is anyone who wants his life to continue to be poor, if there is I think he is out of his mind hahaha. :D ;D
many rich people have difficulty succeeding, and if they change their mind to become poor I think what the OP said is true, it is the best quick way to become poor quickly, but unfortunately it seems that people like this are rare to find, I can't stand talking about this I want to fulfill my opinion with the phrase "hahaha".

I'm afraid there are people who take this seriously, but I hope no one takes this seriously because it's impossible for someone to want to live in poverty forever, because I think everyone wants to be rich especially with old age to enjoy, so we need to work hard to achieve financial freedom. but what I often encounter is the number one thing, that's what I often encounter in my environment. and I don't know what the purpose of the OP creating this topic is, because there is no way anyone wants to live in poverty continuously.

Yes, this is the current era. Everyone likes to show more than what they have. It is a very bad thing. Being poor is not bad but being poor because of your own mistakes is not good.  Whatever you do should be frugal. Spending beyond your income will not bring any good.

These are not bad tips. If I had to mention the main one it would be to spend more than you earn, and related to that to have a budget to control expenses and income, but there are other related things. The OP's advice, if we take it the other way around, is a good guide to improve the economic situation.

Op non of those things you mentioned are the main factors to make someone poor. It is only poor people that buys  things that are higher than their income. Before you buy the thing , you are already poor so there is no need to say you are poor because you buy those things. Op you analysis is contradicting the real causes of poverty. Having one source of income have nothing to do with being poor. There are some people that have only one business but they are billionaires. Then according to the Holy Bible, cheerful giver will never lack. When you give others will also give you. Giving is one of the ways to become rich but only be wise.

You go to the ones you can and leave the rest.

Funny lines, indeed. I get the sarcasm but I think most of the older members here already make sure to avoid these steps.

1. A lot of stuff these days are not necessary. Decide what is needed and buy accordingly. Though this is tough to do for much of the upcoming generations.
2. Source of income is usually one. More than one needs time to develop and work on.
3. Lenders can prefer lending money to a casino that allows investing in the bankroll, rare nowadays but a good side earning.
4. Gathering information is not counterproductive though. Mind your own but keep tabs on whats happening outside too.

3. Become an extremely cheerful giver/lender to friends and family. A wisdom quote I read somewhere said, "if you want to lose your friends and family lend them money".  Keeping doing this and you going to be successfully poor.

4.Learn how not to mind your own business, making every events around you your concern even when it doesn't affect you. It's a nice way to make cool enemies. Etc.

I trust you all get the sarcasm as conveyed.
Not all the points are equally bad. I think the recipe for success is moderation. You can spend some money on unnecessary expenses immediately if you want to treat yourself, but not to prove a point to others. Living on one source of income can be very stable and great if you have a very good, well-paid job, and you're confident that you won't be fired from it. That can be more financially reliable than multiple unstable sources of income. Giving something back to your friends, family, and community is nice, as long as you can afford it without issues. Getting involved in some important matters, even when they don't directly concern you, isn't bad per se either.

I agree with the first and second points that you convey, but I don't agree with the third and fourth points that you convey. Because for me wealth is a gift from God and the wealth we have now is only a gift from Him who has everything. And life is about happiness, if giving can make us feel happy, why don't you do that. And I never felt afraid, if I had to fall into poverty, just because I provided assistance to other people. because I really feel that when I was living in poverty, only a few people sympathized and understood the suffering I felt, so it was difficult for me to ask for help because they didn't care enough about the suffering.
So why not, when now I am given the financial ability, decide to be able to help as many people as possible. So that the happiness I feel at this moment can be felt by many people, especially people around me.

1. Spending your money on unnecessary items immediately the money arrives. Trying to prove a point to people by living a standard that is above your pay grade.
Because of how the cost Of items in the markets can increase, there is always a temptation to spend money as quickly as possible on these items that you like as soon as you get money. it is not bad to buy things that you like but always buy them by planning towards them and making sure that you have a good plan to make certain that you do not make yourself broke while trying to impress others.

3. Become an extremely cheerful giver/lender to friends and family. A wisdom quote I read somewhere said, "if you want to lose your friends and family lend them money".  Keeping doing this and you going to be successfully poor.
It is difficult to solve everybody's problem. Family problem does not end, if you try to be the Jesus to end it, it may just end you. Also, if you give money too much, people will start depending on you.

True, those points does have also some benefits too but same as you said that the key on here would really be that moderation on which you should really be having the control on doing things on which it shouldnt really be that excessive so that oyu would really be able to make things in line or something that could really be just that fine. You would really be finding yourself being poor in the end of the line if you do really have that kind of spending on which it is really that more than that you are earning. Its a basic concept or condition on which you would really be experience those huge financial problems
if you arent that wise on making those steps or actions along the way. You would be finding yourself to be poor just because your income cant really be able to cope up on what you are spending.
Everything should be balance as it should always be but there are some people who cant.

Nice points you highlighted on how to be poor. The topic might be funny but this things are real, some persons are actually doing this shit. People do all sorts of things like living above their means because they want to impress their peers or a girl. They spend their money on frivolities, live for the present, forgetting that there's a tomorrow and "he who fails to plan, plans to fail." When they finally hit rock bottom, they blame it on witchcraft not knowing that they're the architects of their own downfall.

Those are the mistakes that people have been doing and retain themselves in being poor. Also, you can add having the poor mindset like, it's okay to be poor but we're happy.

That's always the reasoning from those people that don't want to get up with their lives and content with their living. Not a problem if they're having like that but having a poor mindset will keep them being poor.

Once they experience that it's better to have a better living to get out of poverty, they're going to be the opposite of what they've been believing all these days of their lives.

I feel like you could always learn to fail in the sense that what you do to become successful could lead you to fail and then you learned what not to do. Failing at something means that you are going to be eventually fine about it, and you will not make the same mistake again and that should return to you as something that would be awesome. I get that it is not that common, but it is not that horrible neither, we should be careful about it and we need to end up with something that will make some money.

So if you fail, use that as learning experience on what not to do and if you do that then you are going to end up with more and more ways on what not to do and whatever remains will eventually be the way you should be making money.

People still get involved in this act you just mentioned and not everyone will be poor as we expected, like people spend more on unnecessary stuffs and regretting at last, the greatest poor state is when you can't afford your needs but in a situation when the person still works hard to meet up his/her needs and still spend unnecessary then the person really need help cause it's not their choice but they lack the idea of managing their money, no one should live to some else expectations cause the person might end up wounding him/herself, I think this is the major reason why people still live fake life and luxurious lifestyle to please others and gradually they're killing their future with all this and forgetting about investment or business, I don't think people live their life base on peoples opinion nowadays.

I agree with all your points but this particular one is what I’m not sure of it making someone poor if one does that. The former could be wrong while the latter is correct. Cheerful givers don’t lack too much because of their generosity to others. It is good to give out to others but shouldn’t be too much that it will make you lack something afterwards. I feel those that give out have enough to share and enough to use for themselves while those that lend are likely to get poorer faster as they keep expecting the money to be paid back and putting it into calculations also, if they don’t come back, they become some percentage poorer as days goes by.

Well, not all people considering themselves in a dire financial situation when you say they are poor. Just like what have been listed above in the OP, some people have done it, yes they  might be poor but they are actually either contented with what they have or being afraid to step out of their comfort zone to try and alleviate their current financial situation.
Lending/giving money to family is something we do very often, but not everyone stay poor because they have done it. In a religious group they believe that "the more you give, the more you will receive". I didn't personally believe in that because everything you received is the fruit of your hardwork, but I didn't stop giving something to my family sometimes with my friends and I don't think I stayed poor because of that.

Indeed, sometimes we have to be a little selfish for our own good and also so that we can focus more on what we have planned beforehand, so that our goals can be achieved. However, this does not mean that we should not have good intentions to help others, but that we should do this appropriately. And a little wider, if you give something to other people, don't just because we want to feel appreciated by other people, want to get praise and praise from other people, making us behave carelessly by giving them loans or money for free beyond our capabilities. And believe it or not, if we expect something in return for what we give, then this will only lead to disappointment and loss.

And the important thing is, although sometimes this selfishness is often seen as bad by some people, to maintain a balance in life and understand and respect personal needs, being a little selfish is very important.

The sarcasm you make is all true, many people will remain poor because they don't have good money control, besides that they also don't have an impact on those around them, just imagine how you can be successful when you can't help the people around you, as as a human being, you have to have a big impact on other people's lives too so that whatever you build, be it a business or a work career, will end in success and also have a smooth path in carrying it out.

Quote
Our incomes are like shoes: if they are too small, they squeeze us. But if they are too big, they make us stumble along the way. (Charles Caleb Colton)

Money never fools anyone, it only shows who we are. (Elbert Hubbard)

Money is a good servant, but it is a bad master. (Francis Bacon)

It's not how much money people make, but rather what purpose the money is used for. (John Ruskin)

Above... i included some great sentences that great people use to explain how good and bad money is, because there are still many people who don't understand the real concept of money in life, be wise in managing money, and be fair to your money (for yourself and those around you)

That's a great list. It highly reflects the reality, especially in depressed neighborhood.

But if I may add, since we are all part of the crypto community. If you want to stay poor,

  • invest heavily in altcoins and hodl them
  • constantly look for low-market cap coins and put your money there
  • always hunt for that altcoin that might give you x1,000 or more profit
  • makes a rush for that money and trade with high leverage
  • spend a lot of time waiting and hunting for what's free like airdrops and faucets

instead of living poor and miserable.
If a poor tip ends up being miserable, everyone can do it. All you have to do is spend it on things that are unclear and unimportant. You will end up poor and miserable in the future.

Title: Re: How to stay poor!

To me, poverty is defined in two ways: by nature and by nurture. Why I said this is because some people that are poor today are already poor from the grassroots, although some psychological statements state that if your grandfather is poor, your father will be more comfortable than your grandfather, and you will be rich as the son, and it will continue. This will also apply to the rich, because if your grandfather is rich, your father will be less rich, and you might be poor. The process is continuous, so with this example, we are going to say some become poor due to their family history because instead of them locking in a source of income for themselves, they will end up expecting and waiting for the inheritance, which will just make them poor, but they won’t know.

And again, being poor by nurture is what Op is saying, which is what I called it: intentionally taking yourself into poverty. Because this is the stage that deals with some factors that you will engage in that will just get you more poor instead of trying to get excessive money and manage your life, but you will just start thinking outside the box and following another way that you think is the best way to get rich, which is not, although in life now getting rich doesn't depend on your hard work only but hard work and smartness because if you possess these two factors, you will get rich easily.

1. Spending your money on unnecessary items immediately the money arrives. Trying to prove a point to people by living a standard that is above your pay grade.

This is what I call genuine poor people, because those people find it hard to escape poverty. Some people are just being deceived, which is what is called standard life. You can’t live a standard life when you are not wealthy. When I say wealthy, I am not talking of rich because it is two different things because every rich person won’t buy luxurious things that are more than his worth, but when you come to poor people, that is when you will see some one with what, if sold, will sustain him and his family for some time and even create a chance for investment for him, but he won’t do that but only engage in showing up for others claiming to be rich.

Truth hidden in sarcasm makes more sense, because people never listen when you just preach to them.  ::)

Do not underestimate the draining power of cellphones and alchol in people's finances. People spend huge amounts on expensive phones or contracts or even just constantly buyin "data" for their cellphones and also buying too much alchol. (A huge problem in 3rd world countries)

The two industries market their products aggresively and the "Cool" factor are being used as a marketing tool to sell more of their product. (The more expensive the phone and your drink, the more "cool" you are... ?)

I slightly disagree with what you said that people who live from just one source of income can become poor at any time, because many people live from just one source of income and can build a house and buy a vehicle and live well. And what's more, not everyone has the opportunity to have more than one source of income. So I think it's no problem living from one source of income, the most important thing is how you can make good use of that money and not use it for something that is not needed and always save for the future.

Like saying a spoonful of comedy makes reality easier to stomach. People tend to tune out when preached to directly. Humor, especially sarcasm, makes them more responsive. It's a subtle approach to make folks think, right?

I completely agree that cellphones and drinking drain finances. I've seen these costs sneak up on people, especially in poorer societies. The marketing strategies employed by these industries are indeed aggressive. They cleverly exploit coolness social psychology. Consumer behavior often links self-worth and social status to material items. The actual cost isn't just money; it's the missed chance to invest in more important and sustainable things.

I can do even better than that and tell you how to become poor immediately. All you have to do is buy one (1) Lamborghini :)

Seriously though, I think credit cards play a big role in making people poor. People spend like they're rich when they only have $1000 saved each month after necessary expenses are paid. Then they get sucked into a black hole of interest payments on just about everything.

The sad reality of life is that not everyone will be rich though even when richness is subjective to people. No matter how you guide and write books about ladder to success, some people will do what is going to make them happy rather than running after richness not to talk of being wealthy because having a wealth is totally different from being rich and being rich is different from average life and that is also different from been poor.

Your number 2 is also subjective; we have people who rely on a single source of income and make a lot of money, but their job takes up almost all of their time, so they don't have much time to pursue other sources of income. People who work in oil companies, particularly the top guys, devote their entire lives to it and it is their sole source of income, yet they make nearly all of the money anybody could possibly imagine since they are paid so highly.

Hey mate, if you don't get the purpose and sense of the topic maybe you have to go through again to get the sarcasm.  The sense in there is that doing all as written in the op will definitely make you poor but if you don't want to be poor it is expected that with all efforts you live your life in the opposite of all in the Op.

Quote
Do you think that some of the communities here want to remain poor in their situation in their lives?
There is no one in this community or outside at all that wants to be or remain poor, even as that, there is a role you will have to play if you want to be and stay rich. Living rich is not by the desire of it but by taking necessary modelled actions to becoming rich.

Quote
Are you the OP wanting to be tied down by being poor?
Obviously, No I don't want to be tied down being poor and that's why am taking the decisive and necessary steps daily to being rich and staying rich too.

Quote
because if you say yes, why don't you do all the things you said here? I can't even tell if what you're saying is a tip, because it seems to me that you're just teasing the other communities here who are still struggling in their lives. Is that your only purpose for doing this?
My answer is "No" and still remains no. Am sorry if that's how you view it but it's actually a tip and not in anyway to tease anyone if you get the sarcasm just as I explicitly said it in the end of the op.
Thank you.

And you will succeed in this  ;)
Aside from the OP's sarcasm, I think surviving in poverty depends on the environment too. And doing the same thing but expecting change, even though without proper action it will not work as expected.

Why do poor people get poorer? That's because that person doesn't have the mindset of a rich person. When poor people have aspirations, they are pessimistic and continue to do what the OP says. And this can be influenced by habits too. So they continue to survive in poverty. So it all depends on your mindset, because there are also rich people who can become poor because their mindset and attitudes are like poor people and it is possible that poor people can become rich because their mindset and attitudes are like rich people.

I don't think that removing the negativity in the OP's post will make a person rich. Everything always depends on the person living in poverty and on his desire, and maybe the opportunity, to change his life. It’s very old to say that if you study and work, you will be noticed and you will succeed. Today, the world moves very quickly, and not everyone has time to obtain the knowledge that is in demand. The best thing you can do is not to scatter yourself in all directions in search of yourself, but to study one thing and improve your knowledge in order to become a truly experienced specialist.
I will repeat the expression that I read somewhere here: “It’s not scary that you were born poor; it’s scary that you remain poor.”

I have an uncle who is a doctor and he is very rich, he doesn't even have enough time to work and has no time to rest, let alone have to work part-time to increase his income. One source of income or multiple sources of income depends on each person, we cannot look at it and say that anyone who has one source of income will be poor. Only people with income from their main job try to find other sources of additional income, while people with good jobs and high positions do not need to spend time doing part-time jobs.

By the way, I agree with what lovesmayfamilis said, even if we eliminate the things OP mentioned, it won't make us rich.

2. Live on one source of income. Everyday of our life our responsibilities and challenges keeps piling up accumulating without consideration to our financial capability. The economy and cost of living continue getting worsen. So in order not to be able to beat this piling settle comfortably on a single source of income flow.

Things are very hard everywhere and this is not the time people should depend on a particular source of income if not one won't be able to meet up with important responsibilities and projects. Their are a lot of online skills one can acquire to get income from it as a side hustle to gain financial support to manage one's self in this difficult economy in this time.

Inflation is making things to be very difficult for people,  before now people where able to survive with just one source of income , living comfortably with their families but right now things have really changed.  It is very hard right now to gain wealth through one source of income just like before now when inflation was very low.

2. Live on one source of income. Everyday of our life our responsibilities and challenges keeps piling up accumulating without consideration to our financial capability. The economy and cost of living continue getting worsen. So in order not to be able to beat this piling settle comfortably on a single source of income flow.

These are only applicable to those people who has the privilege to earn money bigger than the bare minimum salary that poor people earn in their everyday side hustles.

Poor people in third world countries doesn't have the capability to lend or to give money on their friends or relatives, because what they earn per day is just barely enough to feed themselves or their families. They can't even buy other things like new clothes, new appliances for their houses because they don't have enough budget for that, they are just trying to survive every single day.

All of the things you just mentioned especially the first and third are the main reasons why a lot of people never succeed in life. As Nigerians, we are accustomed to squandering money without thinking twice once we get it; instead, our only concern is how to live life to the fullest and acquire expensive items without considering the future. The worst part is that you also have to become an incredibly happy giver and lender of friends' or family's money. As for me, I can never lend money to anyone in my family or friends; instead, I can just dash them money. This is because once you give money to friends or family, it will be extremely difficult to get it back because they will use your relationship as an excuse until you stop asking about the money.

Say that to women to get a better replies. :P

They will says:
1. Well, that's my life why you need to judge me, mind your own business.
2. Men always like pretty girl, I want to become a pretty girl, that's why my maintenance costs e.g. skincare, nice outfit, nice car are high.
3. You only live once, no one know how long you will life, just enjoy your life.
etc.

It's true that no one knows when they will pass away, but as a man, you must find a way to deal with this by making yourself whole through spending and learning how to build your future rather than impressing others. While enjoying life is good, it's important to set boundaries so that, even in death, your family and children will be proud of you. Furthermore, discussing this point with women will help some of them understand it.

Of all the listed means, this is one of the most effective. It gives no relevance to either your working several jobs or have got several streams of income but, ensures you stay poor or continue to live an averaged life/lifestyle.

It’s always a compassion driven means and trying to give a shit yo what is being said about you, have your actions and inactions are been perceived but, it’s in your inability to take hard decisions, decisions that doesn’t really undermine your good but instead, might not be directly favorable to the said family and friends that this means thrives.

One needs to understand that, you don’t always get what you want in life and you will always come before other persons and as such, to stay too, you need to make justifiable hard choices. Don’t be scared to make them so long as, it doesn’t involve you cheating on your mates, take those decisions and call it saving yourself.
Don’t be involved more than you ought to, it kills dreams.

I understand one thing and I believe it.
Not everyone has the same responsibilities so it is difficult to control finances. I have even seen a small child who works to support his family's economy so there is no way or way for him to save his money for his personal needs. He has quite a lot of income for someone his age. but there is nothing left when he has to meet the needs of all his output, this is about life which cannot be defined and also about love so he has to do that.

What is certain is that everyone who works hard will never feel deprived at any time so that those who support the family economy will find their own way to earn money because I believe that natural law is fair.

Everything listed here is on point, but I just want to say that there are some people who want to get out of poverty but they can't because they are incapable. maybe life is not always the same, because if everything is equal, the world would be even more troubled. No one will do the work that the rich people can't do. Right now, most of the reason why people don't get rich is because they're too luxurious, they don't think about saving and being frugal. Especially now that there are many online stores that are going out and they are always buying things even when they don't need it.

1. Spending your money on unnecessary items immediately the money arrives. Trying to prove a point to people by living a standard that is above your pay grade.
The usual reason why a lot of people think this way after getting their money or paycheck is because after working everyday, they usually think that "I deserve this because I worked for it". Tho of course, you also deserve to treat yourself once in a while, but doing it every paycheck or spending on unnecessary things whenever you have money isn't a smart way of handling your finances. Sometimes others would even allocate their money already on the things they want to buy or spend even if they haven't received their money yet. It's like they're look forward for their salary just to spend it. Only allocating a small percentage on saving or investment/business goals.

2. Live on one source of income. Everyday of our life our responsibilities and challenges keeps piling up accumulating without consideration to our financial capability. The economy and cost of living continue getting worsen. So in order not to be able to beat this piling settle comfortably on a single source of income flow.
Most rich or successful people reached that stage because they have their own businesses or investments. If you stick with working 8 hours everyday for someone else's businesses, the chances of improving your finances are low. Only few employees get a chance to earn bigger salary, and sometimes it'll take them decades of working before they can reach that range of profit. So if you want to maximize your skills and opportunities as early as you can, find another sources of income and don't just be satisfied having one. Most of the time, that one source of income you have isn't even enough for your living expenses.

3. Become an extremely cheerful giver/lender to friends and family. A wisdom quote I read somewhere said, "if you want to lose your friends and family lend them money".  Keeping doing this and you going to be successfully poor.
It's fine to sometimes give your family as an appreciation or thank you. But lending would be a bit harder cause sometimes even if it's your relatives, it can still be hard to ask them to pay you back. Same goes with your friends. You may treat them as a friend but there are people that when money involves, they wouldn't care. So always be careful lending your money to others even if it's close to you.

4.Learn how not to mind your own business, making every events around you your concern even when it doesn't affect you. It's a nice way to make cool enemies. Etc.
Just focus on your life. Focus on achieving your goal and not other people's lives. Aside from the reason that it can cause you a lot of enemies, you would also be wasting your precious time on something that won't even bring you any good nor benefits.

You gave very good tips to the road to becoming a failure, and it is quite easy, all the individual has to do is follow them or simply do nothing, they all lead to the same destination. I perticularly singled out numbers 2 and 3, they're very remarkable, follow them and the individual will not only become poor but with an extra bargage of having enemies.

In our present world today the cost of a comfortable lifestyle is quite expensive and most incomes can not meet up the demands of goods and services that keeps increasing, so depending on one source of static income can not continue to carter for the increasing cost of living. Without an alternative source of income the earner is inviting poverty.

People have learnt from bitter experiences not to reveal their true financial status to family and friends, because if they know your true worth, most of them will keep coming back for more loans or free money. If you don't give you'll become an enemy and if you give and they don't pay back, when you complain you'll likely still become an enemy. It's better to give the amount that you can afford to loose, unless you're planning to become poor.

This is exactly true of some people, they want to impress on people that they have arrived while they are still struggling inside. But naturally some people have this life style to show people what is not actually real because they want to have that acceptance in public. The truth is you are living for yourself and not for anyone else and the more you live a bragging life and show off lifestyle people associate riches with you and can not offer financial help for you because they are already seeing you to have everything you desire. So this is the debacle of claiming to have what you don't have, people can't assist you if you go ask for loan from them as they will assume you want to mock them and they won't take you serious. You will keep going down in your poverty with trying to prove a point or impress the public.

It is easier to be poor than to be rich, if someone is lazy and don't want to do something meaningful with their life then it will lead to poverty, but if a person is hardworking and can improve himself to learn new ways to make money then the person will not be poor. I like how the ways to be poor are listed in this topic, it shows that there are rules to poverty which people must try to avoid and become successful. People say that God will provide for them but God will not come down from heaven to put food in their mouth, they have to work and God will make a way for them. We will plant and water then God will give plenty harvest, because there is no food for a lazy person.

The truth is, poverty's a tangled mess of bad luck, broken systems, and limited options. It's not about laziness, it's about survival, sometimes with three square meals being the only luxury you can afford. It's about pushing a boulder uphill with bare hands, hoping for a gust of wind to give you a nudge.

So, instead of judging the folks stuck in the maze, let's build bridges, share our maps, and maybe even lend a machete or two. Because in the end, escaping poverty isn't a solo mission, it's a community climb. And who knows, maybe together we can find a way to turn that bumpy road into a smooth highway, open for everyone to cruise towards a brighter future.

In this life there are various things that we can see from an economic perspective on a person, there are many factors that can make someone poor or rich, what you said maybe yes that applies to most people if they do all of that, they still stay within the poverty line, butnot for some sultans.

* Many people I see buy things they don't need, but their wealth continues to grow, this applies to those who have several large businesses with a turnover of millions of dollars per day.

* I also see many people who give money to friends and relatives, but they don't look poor, quite the opposite.

The point is: if someone is destined to be poor, whatever they do, they will still be poor, and if someone is destined to be rich, whatever they do, they will still be rich, even if they do all the points above.

The listed things above are widely present on the people that belongs to the financially poor bracket. I know it because I been in that bracket. The mindset we should have should be the exact opposite in the list above. I honestly guilty in one of the advices there. Live on one source of income, I've experienced it and had been contented on that kind of state not knowing that one source of income is not how rich became rich. If we want to improve financially, living on a single source income should not be an option.

. Spending your money on unnecessary items immediately the money arrives. Trying to prove a point to people by living a standard that is above your pay grade.

To maintain financial stability, it's essential to control your impulsive spending when money comes in. Carefully allocating money promotes long-term financial security by enabling savings and investment opportunities. Furthermore, displaying a lifestyle above one's means in an attempt to impress others can result in debt and other financial difficulties.

Quote
. Live on one source of income. Everyday of our life our responsibilities and challenges keeps piling up accumulating without consideration to our financial capability. The economy and cost of living continue getting worsen. So in order not to be able to beat this piling settle comfortably on a single source of income flow.
It's a great notion to have multiple sources of income because it's way more money can be coming someone. Think of it as having several tools in your toolbox to assist you with various jobs. Having multiple streams of income is similar to having a safety net. The other methods can help you if the first one doesn't work out as well. This is crucial because, although life can present obstacles at times, having a variety of income streams allows you to deal with such obstacles without becoming overly preoccupied with money. So, it makes sense to have multiple sources of income to avoid running out of money!
Quote
. Become an extremely cheerful giver/lender to friends and family. A wisdom quote I read somewhere said, "if you want to lose your friends and family lend them money".  Keeping doing this and you going to be successfully poor.
If you make a habit of always giving or lending money to others every day, it might be challenging for you to succeed in life. This is because constantly helping people in this way can prevent you from saving money for the future or investing in different things. It's not that helping others is bad, but if you do it every day just to make others feel secure, it can keep you from getting ahead in life. It's important to find a balance between helping others and taking care of your own future by saving and investing wisely.

In the complexity of life itself, not everyone can get out of that scheme proposed in the OP, however, there comes a time in life when you have to say no to a permanent job.

Hence, must seek income, and for that it is not necessary to be an employee, but although your words are very well directed, they are still the typical inspiring message, since leaving the traditional scheme is not easy, but the transition can be made.

So, the issue is how long you are in those stages, to reach the point where you do not depend on a salary but on a good income.

Stages (aged):
+18 So, cool.
+30 ideal.
+40 Well done.
+50 and it's getting late...

Many things can affect a person's financial condition including sites where a person is difficult to get a job so that it will affect his economic condition and will be an obstacle in meeting his needs.

That is why everyone must have intelligent thinking in seeing every job opportunity that does not necessarily have to be in their own environment. Examples include jobs such as blog writers and content creators which rely more on the internet network apart from accurate data presented to readers or viewers on the platforms we use. This means that work is no longer limited to the surrounding environment, but as long as someone has ideas and the willingness to work anywhere, of course that person will have a job that is even much better than the work in their own environment.

i recently seen someone do a frugal challenge. it went like this

originally they accounted their income and outgoings and only afforded $50 a month to invest
and so this is what they changed:

stage one. make a shopping list of groceries
their total normally $300 (large family)
they found unbranded replacements and got total down to $230
they used vouchers/discount codes and got total down to $200(10%-15%-20% off offers)
so they still ate the same selection of food. just cheaper

stage two
their single neighbour had disabilities so was spending $50 a day on fast food for 2-3meals ($350 a week) due to inability to self cook/grocery shop
the frugal person used their own $100 saving to buy ingredients to make home made versions of fastfood but offered it to neighbour ready cooked for $250 a week
turning the $100 saving into $250 for them. and saving the neighbour $100, and better quality meals

stage three
then they invested it into market that were on the "low" of their 3-5year market history, thus having more upside of future growth

so instead of just looking at income and calculating bills and putting aside a $50 amount after lifestyle into investments. see if you can really generate some savings, use those savings to multiply it ... and then invest it

find a thing your neighbours/relatives want but spend too much on. and offer them better option for less

..
its not just about cutting costs to get more to invest..
its not just finding best investments to earn best interest on savings

but can you also multiply the savings before locking it into an investment to then accumulate interest

Seriously though, I think credit cards play a big role in making people poor. People spend like they're rich when they only have $1000 saved each month after necessary expenses are paid. Then they get sucked into a black hole of interest payments on just about everything.
It just surprise me how complex life can be. In my country, anyone who has $1,000 saved each month after all necessary expenses are paid is practically rich and belongs to the upper echelon of society. The minimum wage here is $30, very poor that even civil servants are living from hand to mouth.

I actually agree with you that credit card play a big role in making people poor. Without access to credits, humans are so adaptive that they can adjust to live within their means. The temptation to live above one's means start from access to credits... money that one do now have.

I think the issue of one source of income should be the main priority at that point because anyone who has one source of income will not be able to reach the targeted economic level, but I have several tips so that you can get additional income to increase your monthly income, the first tip is by renting out assets such as rental cars, houses, shops and the second tip is that you can open services according to your skills, the third tip is investing in gold, bitcoin or others that can get passive profits. Everyone can use these tips to earn extra income, unless you are very careless in managing your finances so as not to set aside some savings for unexpected emergencies.

I think that not a single person wants to be poor and live a whole life without having money but there is so much inflation that a person cannot save money. There are some people who are spending on useless activities but they wants to make their family happy so they wants to fulfil all their dreams as a result of which their own dreams and money saving remains a dream.

Everyone wants to earn from different ways but actually there is a need of money for it and those who have no job are coming towards online earning which is not guaranteed always so I think there is not a fault of humans but sometimes situations are unfavorable that your luck does not help you.

lol guess are always funny with their response but I think we shouldn’t point fingers at them as sincerely anyone can be a victim of the op as most times, we commit these blunders unintentionally and most times we also end up with no other choices but to help or commit those blinders op already listed.

Your third point is a perfect reason to squander  and it has been a perfect reason for a lot of people and some will even tell you that, there isn’t any reason to die saving as the next of kin might squander all you’ve labored for after you die and this has also been proven true in some cases.

In essence I’m just saying we shouldn’t point fingers or call names as anyone can be a victim😂

3. Become an extremely cheerful giver/lender to friends and family. A wisdom quote I read somewhere said, "if you want to lose your friends and family lend them money".  Keeping doing this and you going to be successfully poor.

People out there don't really care about you, once you present yourself to them like a cheerful giver, they will stop at nothing till they milk you dry. And when the economy goes hard on you, only few people (I.e if you are lucky) will stay with you till the very end. People often say "givers never lack" , this is one of those numerous misleading quotes.  Givers really do lack! Especially when they spend more and earn less, they will definitely go broke.

It is better to spread good opportunities to people where they can work and earn money by themselves instead of giving out from your personal account. With this, you will be helping to reducing the number of dependent people around you and give yourself some breathing space too. How long will you keep footing other people's bills? Humans will always be Humans, they will come back for more once you make yourself available.

This is true and what do make even more worst that even your family or loved ones or relatives would really be possibly be taking that kind of advantage over you once they do know that you do really have
the money or resources on which they could milk out but somewhat this isnt really that an issue if this one would really be applied into your own family specially if you do have a wife and kids because we are all doings things just to give them on what they do need and even in having those wants that they do need then we would really be that glad that we could be able to give it out.

In speaking into other aspects about dealing up with things and making up decisions on which it could really give out that kind of chance or probability on being poor then there are lots of ways and scenarios.
The only issue on here is that into your own self awareness since not all people would really be that mindful on the things that they are dealing with even it would really be that affecting their
financial status on which i could say that people are way too dumb just incase they dont really be able to point it out.

Hey hey looks like you're pretty experienced at this lol.
But indeed something like that can't be blamed either because in the end there are some points that are quite valid even though sometimes it's imposing haha
It's okay to try to do maintenance or whatever it is but with a note not to force the will and in accordance with the economic capabilities that we have because in the end it is also important because trying once or twice it will not make you poor besides that we also have to try to think more broadly because it does not mean that to become rich we have to suppress everything we want because it will be very annoying so do what we can if and of course it must be useful for the needs of what we do. Buying a car doing maintenance will not be a problem if we are already able and can manage that by buying it we can still save money for the needs of life and the future we want to go. The most important thing is that our lifestyle does not exceed what we get and that must be remembered so that if in the end it continues to be imprinted in us I think we will be able to comfortably live.

2. Live on one source of income. Everyday of our life our responsibilities and challenges keeps piling up accumulating without consideration to our financial capability. The economy and cost of living continue getting worsen. So in order not to be able to beat this piling settle comfortably on a single source of income flow.
Many people have been living their lives in this way and they don't feel comfortable about it. Ask them to resign or start a side hustle on their own, they will tell you that they don't have time and chance for that because their work takes most of their time to endeavor themselves to another side hustle. Resign instead to start up a business,  they will tell you that, they don't have the strength for  business. They prefer working in a cool working environment without stress. Forgetting that takes most of their and also make them stay poor

Quote
3. Become an extremely cheerful giver/lender to friends and family. A wisdom quote I read somewhere said, "if you want to lose your friends and family lend them money".  Keeping doing this and you going to be successfully poor.
Truly, anyone living their life this way would stay poor but there are people, who naturally are cheerful givers when they have money. They give out to people who don't have and they find it hard to say no when asked for financial assistance.

For them to change from that aspect of being a cheerful giver would be quite difficult for them unless the economy of the country they come from is not friendly enough for them to take care of their family, if not, they keep being a cheerful giver.

Dear, I am the kind of person who always believes in doing Multi-works at the same time so that we may have good cash flow, i tried to motivate my friends and brother by saying that if you wanna grow up you need to work on it. if you will not work on this idea you will stay here after 10 years on the same stage where you are present today.

It is Very Important to Work on our goals. if we have unique ideas and we all used to say one thing we will work on it tomorrow. Dear what are we all doing listen this world is full of people who also have the same idea as you if you don't work on it early another person will conquer your idea and you will have to repent and will ask question yourself why didn't you take active before.

If you want to achieve something "action" and implementation are required. Without these two things, your dreams are just dreams that will end when your eyes open.

And on the contrary, if you want to get rich, learn to avoid what OP has told us. Everyone wants to get rich of course but it’s hard to get rich when you are used doing the opposite way. Hence, by not focusing on one source of income, by not overspending, and by not being so generous all the time, you will get eventually rich in the process.

Well, I don’t say that you have to live your life the hard way, but live your life accordingly, which means by having self-discipline and control over yourself, you will live your life being productive and progressive.

It makes sense, in any case there is absolutely nothing to learn if the goal is to fail, but does anyone want that? I think only people who don't have common sense will do it, there is absolutely no  process  or study that must be done and that must be learned, this is very easy, you just need to stay silent and spend all your time doing nothing then you can achieve Your goal is to become someone who remains in a situation of poverty.

I think however this idea is nothing more than a joke that should be avoided, on the other  hand it is quite worrying if there are people who really want to try it or even just experiment and  also on the other hand I  would suggest something better to do even though Basically my life situation is not necessarily good. So try to consider choosing something that  can make your life situation better, adjust  your goals to balance your neeeds.

OP shared the tips to make people aware of it. People should stay away from the habits if they want to have a better economic level.
It is good if you're the opposite of the tips. It means you live in a proper way, you will have the chance to succeed. Although it also never guarantees for the success, at least we are not a part of people who have poor habits.

Sure, if we don't want to take the risk of the investment, we won't have the chance to succeed with investment. To succeed, someone must have a brave mentality and he mustn't be afraid to deal with challenges. No rich people who only wait their success, they do hard effort to achieve their success. If we are lazy people, we surely have no chance to be rich.

The easiest way of staying poor are many, but this two are the very common ones, the first one is to remain idle without finding something doing that could help earn a living, instead be moving around like the radio waves without bearing, secondly, is when you think you've got the money but spending it on wasteful things that are not beneficial to you and yet no investment was made in reserve as backup for in case of any emergency.

Yes, that's right, OP used sarcasm. We have to be smart in interpreting what OP means, everyone wants to be rich and everyone has to avoid what OP says so that we can be rich.

Of course, to become rich we have to look for skills that make us intellectually curious, so that we are truly interested in learning them. Knowing that luck can be created, because luck is an opportunity that meets readiness. Stop trading time for money. Try to develop assets that make money even while we sleep. Don't get caught up in the social status game but focus on increasing assets and reducing debt.

And finally, getting rich slowly is the best way, don't be too eager to get rich suddenly/quickly. Maybe we are slower than other people, but a journey will be judged by the last place we arrive, not how winding the road is.

Becoming rich would really be acquired neither it would be that on inheritance or would be something that do came from hardwork and everything would really be that just depending on how someone would really be
that be able to deal up with things accordingly. Results would really matter basing up on the actions that he had made. Becoming poor? It would really be just that too damn easy but acquiring the money and making yourself rich or financially be stable then this is something which is really the hardest. If you do like on staying being poor then dont act but if you do like on something which is really that showing progress and better things
then it would really be just that right that you should really be acting fast so that you wouldnt really be letting yourself that get left behind.

Financial management would really be crucial because we know on how important money is in todays survival or even just simply on buying your own needs to live
or something that could support into your family. If you wont really be that sensible then you are really that putting yourself on such potential trouble.

4.Learn how not to mind your own business, making every events around you your concern even when it doesn't affect you. It's a nice way to make cool enemies. Etc.

It is easier to stay poor than to save a lot of money or become rich. Just spend on the things you want, or donate all your money, it's easier.

Some people's salary is not even enough for them to take care of their needs due to inflation and the high cost of leaving. As a result, they can't save any money from their salary unless they limit something that is necessary to them.
The tips OP shares will be helpful, but people who do not have another source of income and depend only on salary might remain poor since they can't save extra money because the money will not even be enough for their personal needs.

depends on the investment if its some random investment in meme coin then be ready to stay poor as well, overall the only way to get out of poverty is to increase the income by having good job through building career and then investing in something that truly has value, otherwise stay poor as OP says.
but sometime some people get lucky you know they might be just throwing around money into some random meme coin and then become rich out of it, turning out it was such best decision to do.
but the traditional way of getting out of poverty is the opposite of as described above, start with frugal living first I guess.

1. Spending your money on unnecessary items immediately the money arrives. Trying to prove a point to people by living a standard that is above your pay grade.
It is a bad life because you have the desire to show more abilities to others, even though this need is not something urgent to buy. A lifestyle like this is a step that does not need to be followed because it will bring problems in our lives.

2. Live on one source of income. Everyday of our life our responsibilities and challenges keeps piling up accumulating without consideration to our financial capability. The economy and cost of living continue getting worsen. So in order not to be able to beat this piling settle comfortably on a single source of income flow.
One source of income will not be enough to meet all daily needs and monthly expenses. But if a job has a great salary structure it doesn't matter because one can fulfill whatever needs they have. If you want to gain wealth, money must be placed in places that are much more productive because money can be more if it is used in the right place.

Certainly, we can be generous because being excessively stingy isn't admirable. However, our generosity should be reasonable, avoiding excesses or exploitation. Not always are we in a position of power, fortunes change, and there will be times when we need help. Who among us will assist during those difficult moments if people know we're miserly and unapproachable? We can offer help not just financially but also through services, empathetic support, and more. Even small acts of kindness will be remembered when we find ourselves in need.

Being in poverty will never be easy, because everyone has seen the condition of poor people when they want to get something they want in life. So saving a lot of money and putting it into future investments is the most effective solution at the moment even though it may not be so easy for everyone in this world to do. Likewise, donating all the money to other people is of course easier to do because getting it is always more difficult so you can see how little money is currently being donated to places that need it more.

1. Spending your money on unnecessary items immediately the money arrives.
And have no regrets if tomorrow you'll become penniless. At least you became happy for spending your money to what you desire. Kidding aside, this is the typical reason why some people don't have savings and had debt. Because if you value your hard-earned money, you'll not easily spend it for things that are not really needed. It's really true that it's hard to earn but it's easy to spend.

3. Become an extremely cheerful giver/lender to friends and family.
It's a good attitude to be a giver but not to the point that others are already taking advantage your generosity. Think of yourself before anyone else. Because if you let others rely on you they will never become independent.

You are right, if we often help other people it is certainly a good thing because if we cannot help people when we are able then it will be very impossible to ask for help from other people when we need help from other people.
For some people it is not easy to be able to help other people if they are not given the ability to help, so it would be better if we had the opportunity to help other people then we can help them because we don't always have power and of course we need help from others.

well, even without this suggestion, I think everyone knows how to be poor. I say that, because everyone struggles to get out of poverty, and continues to work hard to make a lot of money.
It's just that, even though we are aware of this, it is human nature to have needs, and this is sometimes difficult to control, and makes it difficult for us to manage the finances we have, thus pushing us to poverty. There are lots of tips for getting out of poverty, but not everyone is able to implement them.

The first one is really common and I have made certain observations about it. I have noticed that a lot of people have ideas as to how to spend their money wisely and solve their needs, but immediately the money actually come, it becomes as if they forgot that they had ideas and spend it carelessly. Sometimes it’s powered by trying to belong, sometimes it is not. The fourth one doesn’t seem like something that will make one stay poor though. It’s just basically how to make enemies which doesn’t amount to being poor.

Say that to women to get a better replies. :P

They will says:
1. Well, that's my life why you need to judge me, mind your own business.
2. Men always like pretty girl, I want to become a pretty girl, that's why my maintenance costs e.g. skincare, nice outfit, nice car are high.
3. You only live once, no one know how long you will life, just enjoy your life.
etc.
Err... So basically you're just trying to say women have more tendencies of becoming poor than men do  ?
Whatever good you do for yourself is an investment. Please, let us know the difference between investments and spending on unnecessary things. Those who invest in themselves always gain huge interests return.

And to be honest, I think the number one thing that actually makes a person to remain poor is the inability to give. Let that money go and bring you more wealth, keeping it with you won't get you any blessings. Not saying you should be a philanthropist or anything, but deciding not to give out when necessary would cause you huge losses.

Won't make you poor but I got to tell you that this one will definitely risk you shortening your lifespan especially if you're meddling with people that are fighting, you never know if a shooting or a stabbing will happen with you getting caught in the crossfire.
well, even without this suggestion, I think everyone knows how to be poor. I say that, because everyone struggles to get out of poverty, and continues to work hard to make a lot of money.
That's not really the point of the list, it's a sarcastic way of saying that these aren't the stuff that you should be doing to make yourself earn some money. You clearly missed the point my guy and that's okay.

Another thing that can help you stay poor is be generous as much as you can, never learn to say no and always try and earn the approval of the people that don't matter to you.

I see many people who understand the difficulty of getting a job, which of course affects their financial condition, as I stated above, but on the other hand, your point highlights the importance of having an open mind to job opportunities outside the context. And if possible they will also look for job opportunities that can be accessed through the internet as you said earlier. Most people find it difficult to start from where, which makes it confusing to come up with a good idea, I think it's simpler if someone works for someone else than having their own job, because if someone works for someone else it is usually organized and there is already a concept from the company that makes it easier to live with.

Poor people always have a poor mindset, people who are in the lower class don't have opportunities their goal is as long they can survive daily even if they want to earn savings to increase their lifestyle still the hard part for them to be low skills and of course educational background we cannot blame them life is unfair, but for the people in the low middle class or up to middle class they have the chance to makes them changes of their life but one of the mistakes in this class is lifestyle inflation that they can't avoid and keep wasting so much money instead of trying to make a business mindset they keep spending because they have regular work and regular source of income so they are confident to spend, but once you change your mindset what peoples need, what community need you'll grab an opportunity on this to change your life and have financial freedom.

It was easy to stay poor - have to keep the mindset of poor.

 - bad spending habit
 - changing a lifestyle like living a millionaire one day after getting a salary
 - don't think about investing instead, give your money to others
 - never think of the better future

Even if you have $ 1 million today, for just a few months you will become poor already if did all of these things.
But people don't like to live poor forever and so they want a change in life and start a new beginning.

The first point and the fourth point are very different and if anyone has ever found someone who spends money carelessly when they already have money, even though previously he had said it was a wise idea to use money. This means that someone has a lot on their mind so that their brain cannot think normally and it is easier for them to forget what they have said to themselves before. Meanwhile, the fourth point is only to make it difficult for other people to judge or guess what conditions we have experienced so far.

But most people who have one source of income are already poor, so they can't become poor anymore lol. Some can have a nice house and a vehicle but many of them just loan it in the bank. And these people can say that they are still poor. Some won't honor it because they have a braggy attitude.

I believe on the saying that if we badly want to, we can make it possible. What limit those people to have more than one source of income? Is it because their current job is too time-consuming? But they can always replace it with another job which offers it. But it's still up to them. If they are already contented with their current lives, and they are not struggling financially, why not?

There are a number of items you can add to your list:

- Keep your money in national currency so that inflation will destroy its value even faster and this will bring you closer to poverty. Better yet, keep your savings in banks at microscopic interest rates, sponsoring the beautiful life of bankers.

- Neglect investing in bitcoin and remain an active hater of it due to the fact that it is a ponzi-pyramid-scam scheme.

If everyone on this topic adds at least a couple of new points, then it will be possible to compile a full-fledged collection of harmful advice. :)

nice. this should be what is sent to those big names on Wall Street guys. they have a lot to learn in becoming poor. if they are just doing their best to become poor, they wouldn't have to struggle to spend their money. they are so incompetent in doing it. i would be glad to really help them for free by following OP's tips. i would suggest being the first to get a loan from anyone who wants to be poor and later sign an agreement to void the loan.

Being poor doesn't come with any specific benefit. OP took time to highlight things that could lead a productive person and hard-working person to remain poor. To be sincere what he had said so far should be taken into consideration. If we consider the nature of our economy, we see that the cost of things is going so high. This advice goes to individuals who are not yet financially buoyant and are struggling to start a good paying job or a business. Now is the time to avoid unnecessary expenses and focus on achieving that business that will take us out of poverty.

If you calculate the money spent on drinks, parties, uninvited events and unnecessary gatherings. It's enough to starts business if we saved them simultaneouslyh in the long run.

Many people will do these sort of things in their younger years, especially as they try to impress the friendship group or even just aimlessly trying to find a purpose in life. It can actually be good to experiment with a variety of different technologies, devices and experiences because it can unlock new ideas in people. However it can also keep you somewhat suppressed and a lot of money goes into marketing to separate you from your hard earned money, even when it's junk being offered. I personally have no idea how Apple has grown so big and has a continuing following of people, where they are able to release a "brand new" phone every year for thousands of dollars with very little distinguishing it from prior models.

I trust you all get the sarcasm as conveyed.

The "living on one single source of income" is the biggest mistake that I have seen people make. I mean, seriously, why would anyone put all their eggs into one basket (their job)? What if they lose their job? A lot of people seem to think that they cannot lose their job because their boss is such a nice guy or because they are so important to the company because they have been working there for so many years...

But the reality is, no matter how long you work at your job, if your company decides you are not needed, your loyalty means nothing.

I think everyone knows how to survive in poverty, but what is clear is that no one wants to live in poverty, because it seems strange if there are people who want to survive in poverty. I think everyone wants a good improvement in their life, especially in their finances, they definitely want an income that produces money easily and quickly and in large amounts, there's no way they want their life to be poor. That doesn't make sense.

in all countries I'm sure everyone wants a good level in their life, because that way they will enjoy their life, I don't know what the OP purpose is in holding a topic like this, even though without him giving any direction everyone already knows that the way to become poor quickly is How about it, it's just that maybe people believe in this and in the end they do it and if there are people who do this OP suggestion, I think they are out of their minds. living in poverty, who knows what can be enjoyed from a life of complete deprivation.

well, even without this suggestion, I think everyone knows how to be poor. I say that, because everyone struggles to get out of poverty, and continues to work hard to make a lot of money.
I don't think so. There are some people who may not realize it. Not everyone has a proper knowledge about financial management. So, it is very possible that some people don't know their bad habits. Sure, we all try to increase our economic level, we don't want to be poor people forever. We have spent most our time to work and gain money for improving our financial. Unfortunately, some bad habits probably ruin our efforts. That's what OP want to tell to everyone here.

It's just that, even though we are aware of this, it is human nature to have needs, and this is sometimes difficult to control, and makes it difficult for us to manage the finances we have, thus pushing us to poverty.
There is no problem to have the expectation (intention) of certain necessities/needs. But it is a problem if we can't control it, we also must be aware which desire deserves to fulfil and which ones do not need to fulfil. We must be wise, don't try to fulfil the unnecessary desires!!

This thread is so horrible but an inside life food for thoughts.
On this thread is not called for richness or responsible discussion so, after each and everyone must have gone through individual contributions to it and yet you don't take notes for o examine the resultants of being poor as discussed here in other to take caution or decision if you must stay poor or stay out from Poor.
Life is a choice to decide how you want to live your it.
It is right to also preach about irresponsibilities so those who are ignorantly living in it would either determine if they feel being in comfortable or uncomfortable with it.

There are indeed things in life on which we dont really have any choice but to deal with it and speaking about poverty then yes, no one really likes to live like that but due to real world circumstances and opportunities then we dont really have the choice but to accept on whats the current thing that we are dealing with. Yes, its never been that simple but it isnt really something that we cant handle.
People would naturally be making out adjustments basing up on the things that they are really that encounter. If we are on a situation on which we are really that having that money management
then this something crucial or something which si really that recommended on which we do know that expenses and other ventures could really be leading up into that devastation.

Correct. Basically this is a matter of mindset, rich people will spend their money on investment, poor people will only spend their money to look cool. Life is a gamble. Anything can happen, the important thing is that we take advantage of the opportunities that exist.

No poor person remains poor. No rich person stays rich. There must be people who are willing to take every opportunity in life and dare to take risks no matter what, and most importantly can join the circle of rich people. Because you can share information with each other.

If education cannot be used as an excuse, because there are people who learn by themselves to become rich, so education cannot be used as an excuse for poverty, most people I meet don't want that. No need to worry, don't want to think too much, even though continuing to learn and innovate is one way to get out of poverty.

It was funny but at the same time it is bittersweet, as the majority of the people out there make those and many more mistakes when dealing with their money and they never have any chance of enjoying a comfortable retirement because of them, it is because of this that it is so important to become an investor in your younger years and go for solid assets, as in that way once you reach your retirement age you will have enough money to not worry about it for the rest of your natural life.

<...>

We've all heard that to succeed, we need to step outside our comfort zones.  But that's easier said than done when fear holds us back.  Still, facing those fears is one of the best ways to better ourselves and move forward and

If we let anxiety rule, it's tempting to stay put rather than risk failure or embarrassment.  However playing it safe often means playing it poor, both financially and in terms of personal growth.  While failure stings, nothing ventured means nothing gained.

By embracing discomfort, we open doors to opportunities that can enrich our lives immeasurably.  With persistence we can break free of old patterns that limit our potential.

No sarcasm here.

I respond to this topic very simply, if a person does not want to remain poor in his life, always try to avoid the tips that OP has outlined. The mechanism that has been presented teaches us to always be more careful in maintaining financial stability, every expenditure must be calculated in as much detail as possible to avoid poverty. If you do a survey on several people, of course the answer will be the same, no one wants to continue living in poverty.

They will try to do something that can make money in order to guarantee a better life, but in the aspect of human life, there are always those who succeed and fail. People who have succeeded in achieving financial freedom have learned many things in the process of achieving a better life, so they will maintain their status so as not to return to poverty.

It is interesting what OP said in this topic, yes OP gave something different, when other people share tips so as not to continue to be in poverty, OP actually shared tips to stay poor. Different from others, but it makes us think.
For some people they see, prohibitions are orders, and when they are ordered they are reluctant to do so. Perhaps this is a good approach that is different from others. Usually for some people this is exactly what works, yes offer them to stay poor, they will definitely reject it.
To avoid poverty, we must do everything we can, including the smallest things that may seem insignificant, but those small things usually have a big impact.

The idea of poverty  transcends from generation to generation. No body wants to be poor but most persons end up being poor.

Having a poor mentality or mindset is another feature to staying poor.Having a poor mentality will stop you from achieving your full potentials or goals.it's holding from living a full filled and happy life.People with a poor mindset think poorly, act poorly, remain and live poor.
People with poor mindset are immobile, lazy, and sticker in the mediocre shell. They don't want to do anything for themselves, they agonize
Over setbacks other than finding a solution as they allow their poor mindset to control how they live their lives and what choices they make.

Another thing is that people are waiting for someone to save them from their stagnancy;in many occasion, people believe that having the right connection or knowing the right people in power can expose you to opportunities. In world we are now,no one needs to tell us how yo be successful. It is inaccurate and unsatisfied to depend or entrust yourself to someone with your life or entire wellbeing because no one can give me your worth The reality is that no one Is coming to shape your life or fix for you,its all up to you.

Op understands the current phenomenon, sometimes sentences that are prohibited are easier to remember than sentences that must be done, that's why OP created a title like that. I think this is cool, the OP's way of making us aware to be more disciplined and consistent. It's true that motivation without action is ultimately just a hallucination.

Actually, to get out of poverty, the most important way of thinking is that we have to improve it and don't make it spoiled for something, because when our mindset is problematic, then we become its slaves. So we have to get out of our comfort zone, and that's where our mindset/brain quickly develops which ultimately allows us to get out of poverty.

This point was a big issue in my family during the last big crypto bill run, because everybody knew that I invested in crypto currencies and they all wanted to be a part of it. When it comes to money and friends/family I had to learn the hard way that there needs to be clear boundaries. Don't get me wrong, I am all about helping a friend in need if it's something serious and if my help is actually going to change something. Just giving money to someone because I have it is wrong and lead to quite a few arguments in the past. My brother in law never owned any bitcoin, but when the price reached above 50,000 USD he wanted me to give him some. It was difficult to make him understand I only own a fraction of a Bitcoin myself and can't just share with the family as they want me to. Luckily I kept strong and didn't give into their demands. We need to think of ourselves first and try to make everybody else rich instead.

The friend of the OP there think of something positive for him but he doesn't know that many agree to the opposite of his belief and that's why it's just best to avoid quick ways of spending your money and habits that are going to keep you odwn.

4.Learn how not to mind your own business, making every events around you your concern even when it doesn't affect you. It's a nice way to make cool enemies. Etc.
Won't make you poor but I got to tell you that this one will definitely risk you shortening your lifespan especially if you're meddling with people that are fighting, you never know if a shooting or a stabbing will happen with you getting caught in the crossfire.
Even the title itself says "how to stay poor", why would anyone wonder how to stay poor, it's easy, just spend your money on useless stuff and make a debt to get useless things and you are suddenly poor, I have done it before so I should know lol. But also, it's human life, we live only once is a cool motto at times, yes I should not have bought all those things at times, I have bought things that I used only a few times and quit all together, so I spent money so uselessly at times, but that is also a good way to live if you can keep yourself in check, it's just inevitable.

Nobody goes through life without ever spending money on a thing they should not spend, everyone does it at least once, and that is the most important thing, limit it and make sure you know what you are doing.

[5] Or Just don't do anything at all. don't do any jobs, any business or anything else which can make you some form of money.. this way you'll not just be a poor but also be a homeless. then you can start begging for foods because with begging you can only afford as much as you need for food. obviously you can't buy anything else from begging money.

2. Live on one source of income. Everyday of our life our responsibilities and challenges keeps piling up accumulating without consideration to our financial capability. The economy and cost of living continue getting worsen. So in order not to be able to beat this piling settle comfortably on a single source of income flow.

I don't agree with this. one good source of Income can make you very rich. in fact richer than dividing your attention and time on multiple sources in hope of making money. focusing and hardworking on one good source is way better than wasting time making multiple sources.

You brought up some important points with humor, if we can't get ourselves out of these problems then we will be poor for the rest of our lives. I'm agree with you in point 2, one source income is the most common problems with many peoples that's why they can not rich i think, Because now in the current world due to high economic recession the value of money has decreased but the cost of living has risen abnormally and therefore the amount of income has not increased accordingly, so on sources earners already in the danger zone.

I think people who are still poor are just trying to remain comfortable with their condition, which in general is a feeling of compulsion that they do to themselves so as not to show the pressures of life that they have been facing all this time. Because I'm not sure that people who are still poor don't want to be rich like other people who have succeeded in changing their lives from poor to rich.

However, because there are still obstacles such as his income level which is still quite low, his attitude of being comfortable with poor conditions seems to be a real attitude that was born naturally in his own life. In fact, it was an attitude that he was forced to be born with so that no one else would underestimate him due to his poor condition.

Apart from that, in my opinion we or other need maximum prayer and effort if you want more, of course exactly as you said above, namely trying to expand your sources of income. So, if someone feels rich then give this opportunity to those who want to do it. In fact, this is where the problem arises. We often find that there are still many rich people who are reluctant to help, indeed at that time there are still many items that investors need to evaluate regarding the shortcomings of the initiator, but if they want to take a step back, I think that would be very good.

Haha, funny post :) once on the Internet I came across one short phrase, but it very succinctly describes the qualities that a person should have in order for him to constantly strive for wealth and success. It sounds like this:
You need to be attentive, persistent, notice potential opportunities and try to create them yourself, listening to your own intuition.
I believe that these are golden charms and everyone should remember them.

This is exactly the approach that is applicable even to our world of cryptocurrencies. And perhaps I would add here: be patient.

If you see the way people live their lives somewhere, you will know that the result can't be anything other than poverty. I believe they have to change for this to improve, or else, they will die poor. Especially in developing or underdeveloped countries, instead of waking up and facing their life seriously, they will always be complaining about their status and environment, they believe the government will do everything for them and they always want to engage in the most honourable jobs when they are not honourable themselves. This mentality can only keep them in poverty unless they change.

And in some people's issues, it might not be the total scarcity of money but the poverty of their mind, their mind might have been enslaved and working in a shallow manner. They would have made it much better than their present status but for procrastination, less utilization of their natural talents, complaints and laziness, they will never go far in life. Poverty itself is a mentality, you might choose what you want to become in life and act to fulfil it. I say this because a lot of rich people today started as nobody, they could be born in a very remote village where their father is a peasant farmer, but when they refuse to end like their father, despite the limited resources at their disposal, they found a way to break away and make it in life.

This is why I think nobody has the autonomy to be poor unless they choose to be poor. We have opportunities, they might not be clear but are all around us, it all depends on how we can think, solve problems of people or one way or another locate and maximize the opportunities around us to better ourselves, life and our society.

You forgot to add the most common amongst youths, remain idle. Many of the youths of this generation have given themselves out to temporary pleasures that continues to distract them from accepting responsibility of their own lives, this could be watching porn, bro like your 21, WTF  are you doing with your phone in the rest room, doing drugs and all that, and our society has contributed to this with this so called adult content that a kid, just needs to lie about their age and still have access to them and they build up early addictions that affects their lives forever. I believe to get out of poverty you must chose your shows, and by choosing your shows I mean, what you watch, what you use your time for and others. Time management is the first rule for riches. You exchange time for money said by John de rockyfella, Dont know if I spelled that right.😁

But in the nature of life, not everyone can enjoy wealth and not everyone remains in poverty.
That's a fundamental aspect of human nature, the desire for a better life. The assertion that as long as humans have desires and aspirations, the pursuit of an improved lifestyle will persist is a compelling observation. Even those with modest means long for change in their lives echoes the universal human yearning for progress and betterment.

Luck is indeed a variable in one's economic status. While individuals may desire change, external factors beyond their control can significantly impact their ability to elevate their circumstances. This recognition of external constraints speaks to the challenges faced by those in less privileged situations. Rich people are portrayed as actively seeking to maintain and enhance their status by expanding their sources of income, highlighting the dynamism of their pursuit. Poor individuals striving to escape poverty underscores their resilience and determination to improve their economic standing. Not everyone can enjoy wealth and not everyone remains in poverty, It recognizes the complexity of socioeconomic mobility and the multifaceted factors that contribute to people's financial situation.

Quickest tip would be to avoid borrowing money or spending ahead of actually having the cash, often waiting will improve the price and quality of how you spend on an item anyway.   Often while delaying a spend I realize some detail to how or which model Im buying that is quite vital.  Rushing into a buy I often see people have to sell their first purchase and buy a different more suitable product to suit their needs.  Thats on top of the interest costs to buying.
Never lend money, never borrow it either.  If you give money and hope or appreciate in its return thats probably the closest you should get to such an idea but generally if people dont have money they will repeat that so in effect you will be giving them and its best to be realistic when doing so with either friends or family etc.

Every point you made mentions the reasons why people are poor in life. Each of your points corresponds to many. Points one, two, three are matching with me. If you spend money on unnecessary things, money comes back immediately, but money is not available when you need something. Economic and living standards are deteriorating due to global financial recession. The upward movement in commodity prices is now taking its toll. And if you lend money to friends and relatives, your relationship with them will deteriorate. This point is eternally true. Which has happened to me many times.

4.Learn how not to mind your own business, making every events around you your concern even when it doesn't affect you. It's a nice way to make cool enemies. Etc.

I trust you all get the sarcasm as conveyed.

1 I completely agree with you
2 This rule does not work for everyone, for example, you have a successful company, all the profits of which you invest in its development, since by objective indicators this is the right choice. Or another option, you are a very sought-after employee, and only career growth awaits you further, but according to the rules of the enterprise you cannot have your own company, and there is no time to deal with stocks and cryptocurrencies
3 This proposal is not true in most cases, because the goal of most rich people is not the money itself, but the opportunities that they give, and helping loved ones is one of the basic needs of an adequate person, another thing is that you should do it wisely.
4 But trying to figure out other people's business, you gain experience. Well, if you don't take enough initiative, you'll just go with the flow.

I apologize for my poor English

I think personality partly determines their behavior, lifestyle, thoughts, and mindset. I think [1] and [2] are people I often meet in real life, at work and in my family. I have a sister who is carefree and spends very freely even though she only has one job and does not have a large enough source of additional income to accumulate for the family. I'm the opposite, I'm not carefree, my spending is too wasteful but I also don't have any additional sources of income outside of my main job. So investing in bitcoin, cryptocurrency and this can give me an additional source of income. Hopefully it will create a large enough source of income in the future to escape the current difficulty, deadlock

One of the best way to stay poor just like op has pointed at is not to get a job doing, depending on gambling earning for everything that want. There are still people that are not ready to work most time it's not even their fault. Some persons want to work but they have not find a suitable job for themselves. We need to do everything possible for us to get something doing even though it's of a hard labour. That is the only way we can help ourselves to get something and earn so that we can always take care of our bills. Someone that does not have something doing might not have the funds to pay their bills.

3. Become an extremely cheerful giver/lender to friends and family. A wisdom quote I read somewhere said, "if you want to lose your friends and family lend them money".  Keeping doing this and you going to be successfully poor.

This sounds funny but it's a fact. Talking from experience, I won't advise anyone to lend someone money no matter how close relation you have with them unless you are not bothered becoming poor. You can be nice with people but don’t borrow them money. People look very responsible until you lend them money and you'll discover the evil hidden in them.

You started well but your ending part is another thing entirely. Does orientation or working hard makes someone rich? Just as you mentioned, some people are actually contented with just having the basic needs and they are not driven to achieve more and I don't see anything wrong in that as long as these needs are not lacking. Majority of us are motivated to become rich but forgetting that there is this thing called 'destiny' and not everyone is meant to be rich no matter how hard you push.

I don't like talking much about becoming rich since it's ordained. Although, working hard and smart can contribute but it's not a guarantee because there are some factors outside of your control that affect one's success. God did not promise to make everyone rich as long as you have work. He may bless you but not necessarily financially.

As long as humans still have lust, they will always want a better life with all the facilities they have. In his small heart, a poor person always wants a change in his life, but because luck is never on his side, he has to accept the reality of having to continue to be in poverty.
Basically, everyone's desire is to be better in all aspects of life, so it makes sense that in their hearts, poor people have the desire to become rich. However, this does not only depend on luck, because most poor people are hampered by the lack of financial capabilities to make themselves rich. So they have to work by relying on their own muscles before they rely more on their brains when they already have capital in the form of money in their lives.

Quote
Poor and rich are decorations in life, rich people will always try to survive in their current status by trying to expand their sources of income. Meanwhile, poor people want to try to get out of the poverty line by doing something to increase their income. But in the nature of life, not everyone can enjoy wealth and not everyone remains in poverty.
This is the cycle of life that has been going on for a long time between rich people and poor people, so that both of them also meet each other in various jobs or in various other things that can be mutually beneficial. Because most rich people need some poor people to work as workers, even though some are for smart people because only a few smart people are willing to work for rich people if they are able to earn more money independently. Meanwhile, poor people who are not smart enough will always depend on jobs given by rich people who really want to continue to maintain their status in life.

I believe that a person is not born with a poor or rich mindset, but it's the situations and the environment they live in that makes them have a certain mindset as they grow up, and I don't blame a child living his whole life in poverty for not having a rich mentality or mindset because the person hasn't seen the richness of life so far, he can't even dream big because his mindset is limited to food and shelter which is what he spends his whole life for.

It also depends on the opportunities one has in their life. A child born in a poor society and a poor family wouldn't have the same education or learning opportunities that a child from a rich background would have access to, and this has a very big hand in creating certain mindsets in people from the beginning.

Take a child born in a poor family, give him all the facilities that a rich child would have, give him the same education, and see if he has a poor mentality or not when he grows up. The point is that it's the system that is to be blamed for all this and not people not having rich mentalities because they are deprived of necessities of life, and you can't expect a hungry man to wish to have a car but he would wish to get some food first.

Yes you are right, something that is forbidden will be easily remembered, and that is proven by the many rules that are broken for example, not just in this context, but across the board. For people who take a glance and don't delve deeper into what the OP is saying, they might protest. But if it is explored further then there is a figurative meaning here so that we think more.
Sometimes it is the comfort zone that prevents us from getting out of the poverty zone, they become afraid and in the end have pessimistic thoughts, that's what we have to fix first. Because I also think that mindset is one of the important factors to avoid poverty.

its overall just the discipline and also how we are taught about managing the money, because sometime if we are taught to be consumptive it might hurt us financially, also there's something that need to be taken into account is some small buying spree when there's flashsale or such thing i've seen many that willing to take some loan and get in debt just for the sake of getting some stuff at cheap price while if not for the flash sale they'd definitely not gonna need it maybe forever but because of flashsale its truly make some people trying to get something that is actually unnecessary in their life.
living frugally and minimalism is actually something that contributes a lot toward our financial condition.

3. Become an extremely cheerful giver/lender to friends and family. A wisdom quote I read somewhere said, "if you want to lose your friends and family lend them money".  Keeping doing this and you going to be successfully poor.

Problem here is with culture; in some family settings there are instances wherein the child of the family becomes a retirement plan. It is never wrong to help your parents but you should also mind your future. Some parents are quitting their job as early as their child graduated in College(often in my country), and that is where problem arise; the child becomes the main provider of the family which leaves him/her with nothing to save and to be used in order to generate another stream of income perhaps investment. What's ideal should be to allow the stand on its feet first; you cannot help other people if you cannot help yourself first. Well in many instances they are forced to do so but at least the family should still not 'upgrade' their expenses already just because the household is bow earning more than before. There should always be a 'margin' to anything which shows transition in order for adjustments to take place.

Unfortunately, with the list, not all people could place themselves in each number simply because we are all living under different circumstances. Perhaps you and your friend are both earning $20k per month and your family happened to have a sustainable life unlike on his end which is surviving. You managed to have investments because of your savings while he was somewhat forced by the circumstances to just work and have nothing left in him. Who's at fault in this situation then? Ofcourse many of us knows what to do in order to escape poverty however not everyone has the financial freedom to just do so.

I think most of the things OP mentioned are known in society still people do them. Only knowing won't change one's life but he or she has to work with the knowledge he has. Having the right mindset is important as a person needs to be determined about something he wants to gain. It can be financial freedom or anything significant in his life. To be rich a person needs to think like the rich and develop on the same kind of mindset so that his ambition turns into reality.

As a businessman or salary earners here are tips on how to stay poor in life. ;D

1. Spending your money on unnecessary items immediately the money arrives. Trying to prove a point to people by living a standard that is above your pay grade.

This way of living will cause anyone to become poor, but some people choose to live the lifestyle. It seems like many people were born with the attitude, ;D they always want to impress everyone around them. Always spending their money without thinking, knowing that it won't benefit them in any way. Instead, many are used to living a life filled with unnecessary spending. I keep on wondering how they will continue with this lifestyle if they stop earning, we can't be sure that we will keep making money forever, so we must learn to budget our spending. I believe this is the reason why some people are still poor in this life.

Quote

3. Become an extremely cheerful giver/lender to friends and family. A wisdom quote I read somewhere said, "if you want to lose your friends and family lend them money".  Keeping doing this and you going to be successfully poor.

It is quite easy to lend money to someone, but it will be very difficult for you to get it back. Many of us have done this before, which did not turn out well. But in real nobody will wish to become poor after being rich, if you try to be cheerful giver and put mouth to people's problem which is none of your business. However, there are others who live in such a way and still remain wealthy because they continue to work for their incomes.

Most of things are just common sense, it is really just that people do neglect out even on the most basic principle of things and this is why they do missed out on doing on whats the right thing.
In regarding about on the points mentioned on how to make yourself poor then it is really that actually precise and there are indeed people who are really that doing such thing.

Most of the time when it comes to financial management then people do really fail on this one. Why? they are really that focusing on things which arent supposed to be
focused or put some importance. People would really be just focusing on things on which they do know that they could really be able to have without
even minding on what would happen in the future.

Personality arises from traits and attitudes that refer to the environment as well in my opinion so in this case apart from family factors environmental factors also greatly influence our attitudes and personality so in this case it is necessary that we can maintain the environment so that we stay on the right path.
If in the end we live in an environment that is not very good then we can also get carried away. I will use myself as an example in this case because I am someone who lives in a small village and there is not much to do because there is still a lack of access in terms of facilities and infrastructure so it can be said that it is still quite backward and life feels monotonous.

When I started to get out of my zone and get a job in a big city in my country my life improved drastically because when I was in the village sometimes it was very difficult to find one item or visit a place differently when in the city centre because it could be said that all kinds of needs existed which made me more fixated on getting what I wanted to have and it was supported by environmental factors where my previous friendships also did the same thing so in this case environmental factors also in my opinion play an important role in changing the personality we have.

OP As you said, I don't think anyone would ever do this to be poor. People consider poverty as the curse of society. People now no one wants to be poor, everyone wants to live in high luxury. Now people try and do something different to earn extra money no matter what job or business they are doing. A wealthy man would never try to spend or squander his hard-earned money in a healthy mind. Because a person has to do a lot of effort and struggle to become rich. But significantly a person does not have to suffer to become poor. If a person tries to sit and eat without doing work, then he will surely become poor slowly.

1. Spending your money on unnecessary items immediately the money arrives. Trying to prove a point to people by living a standard that is above your pay grade.

This concerns lifestyle and most people will have more problems when they have this kind of view in living their daily lives, especially if the income they receive is not commensurate with their expenses.
In the end it doesn't solve the problem but adds to the burden of life which basically makes the financial system worse.

Quote
2. Live on one source of income. Everyday of our life our responsibilities and challenges keeps piling up accumulating without consideration to our financial capability. The economy and cost of living continue getting worsen. So in order not to be able to beat this piling settle comfortably on a single source of income flow.
The more income we receive from various jobs, the greater the expenses we will spend. This is a formula for balance in dealing with financial problems.
If someone is not good at managing expenses and income then whatever amount of money we have will also run out, because living life today there are a number of goods that increase uncontrollably.

Quote
4.Learn how not to mind your own business, making every events around you your concern even when it doesn't affect you. It's a nice way to make cool enemies. Etc.
I don't understand what you mean because actually building your own business is much better than working for someone else.
But keep in mind that building a business is not as easy as you imagine because there are many factors to consider.
If we don't have the skills to build a business, it will actually make the business not develop and in the end we will lose the capital when we start it.

The best way to stay poor is to do nothing, do not be motivated by hard working people around you, wake up every morning and go back to bed.

Have strong believe in this common word from people, that goes as, vanity upon vanity, since everything is vanity don't bother have a dream or goals.

If you must dream, let if stay a dream, when you sleep, make sure you have dreams about you swimming in a pool of money with beautiful girls around you, enjoy that dream so much that you can't wait to sleep again and continue that journey in your sleep.

Create this mindset that those who have money in this world are all sinner, they must have done many bad things to acquire their wealth, there is no way to become rich without getting your hands dirty, and since you are a saint you should run after heavens paradise, so avoid getting your hands dirty, money is evil, don't work for it.

I also think that no one wants to live in poverty, because as you said, poverty is a curse, so I don't think anyone wants to experience being cursed. Of course everyone wants a decent life like luxury and has everything covered including their basic needs, many of them are looking for work with the aim of achieving financial freedom, so in my opinion the large number of people who want to work means they don't want poverty in their lives.

I agree with you, if they just sit down to eat without any effort or work, then they are already going through the process of becoming poor, and OP's advice is very correct for people who want to get poor quickly, but the question is, is there anyone who wants to live poor? or remain in poverty?
I don't think there is, because if there are people who have thoughts like that, I think their reasoning is unhealthy, because I'm sure everyone wants wealth or financial freedom, because that is one of everyone's goals in life. except for those who are stuck in their comfort zone, without having a job but they still maintain that situation, because they feel comfortable so they don't think about other things to develop.

I can't recall what book I read that told about the reverse psychology on things like instead of saying "You should have multiple sources of income to meet your needs" to others there is no effect on it like it is just a normal word but if you say "You should live only with one source of income, which is earning pretty low" you have a survival instinct kick in that you shouldn't do it because you struggle and are scared of it. This is also my way of thinking now to prevent things or get motivated.

Among all that you have mentioned, the one i slightly disagree with is becoming a cheerful giver, i mean don't they say givers never lack? You may not have noticed it but it is usually that way, when you give you get double in return, you should try it  ;D
If you really want to stay poor, be stagnant, don't aim for any goal. People are poor not because they give out but because they are too rigid and not open to change. You can can be a cheerful giver and still maintain a healthy financial status.

I personally always keep 3 things in mind in this case, which are primary, secondary and tertiary needs, I just make sure my primary needs are fulfilled and I don't think too much about the other 2 needs. Clothing, food and shelter are things that I have to fulfill and maybe investment is now one of them that I discipline in my life.
You are right that many people do things that are not really necessary and urgent, one of the causes is the environmental factors around them. sometimes they have prestige which in the end forces themselves to do something unnecessary and sooner or later it will hamper them in terms of finance.

In times of economic crisis there is a need for the practice of deliberately going through the motions of adversity. Indulge yourself by buying unnecessary things after you get what is important to you. Which leads you to develop a lifestyle that exceeds your actual financial means. Limit yourself to one income, ignoring the growing challenges and responsibilities for money. Take utmost care when dealing with friends and relatives as relationships are damaged by transactions. Follow all these strategies. One can master the art of staying poor, maintaining a perpetual struggle against financial well-being.

The easiest way to stay poor is to never get a job and always rely financially on your parents.
Another way to stay poor is to borrow lots of money(on high interest rates) and spend them on gambling, alcohol and women. You will end up flat broke and probably in big trouble, but you will have the time of your life. ;D
Staying poor isn't something to be ashamed with. Jesus Christ told the people to sell all their possessions, give away everything to the poor and the widows and live their life in poverty(without material possessions). This is probably the only way to enter Heaven after you die.
Maybe being poor has it's advantages.

Your views i noticed illustrate that the importance of a positive mentality and a life full of independence in dealing with finances, a constructive mindset and taking responsibility for ones own life and even a family and maybe this will be the key to changing his fate towards a better direction and even getting extraordinary potential. But it all requires extra-strong efforts from him to achieve success in the future not just relying on the hopes of others and dependence on them.

I think only the people who have rich parents probably do this. If you have poor parents, you won't rely on your parents forever. When you have been a an adult person, your parents will ask you to find out jobs. Even some parents let their sons to have a job since they are teenagers. Educated parents must be aware that their children must be independent people by having jobs.

Another way to stay poor is to borrow lots of money(on high interest rates) and spend them on gambling, alcohol and women. You will end up flat broke and probably in big trouble, but you will have the time of your life. ;D
Smart people won't think to have loan money with huge amounts. So, only careless people will do this. No doubt the people will stay poor if they easily borrow money from others. Moreover, if they drink alcohol and have a lot of women. This makes more complicated problem. If we have this bad lifestyle, we will have no future.

Staying poor isn't something to be ashamed with. Jesus Christ told the people to sell all their possessions, give away everything to the poor and the widows and live their life in poverty(without material possessions). This is probably the only way to enter Heaven after you die.
Maybe being poor has it's advantages.
If you can't be rich, it won't be a problem. But if you have no efforts and you are proud to be poor people, it is not a wise decision in life. We have 2 options in this life, making efforts to be better or stay with our poor life. God appreciates our efforts, he will give the way to change our life if we make efforts. But if we make no efforts, God will let us to stay poor.

Having poor life isn't something embarrassing. But doing no effort is surely something embarrassing!!

Other strategies to be impoverished are more subtle and ignored. Missing out on education or training. Trust me - its a hidden poverty trap. Not investing in yourself is like not planting seeds in a fertile field - growth is untapped.

The spiritual richness of poverty is a significant concept. Its important to distinguish between intentional simplicity and forced poverty. The former can lead to spiritual and personal enlightenment. But the latter? Missed opportunities and unrealized potential are common. Never romanticize poverty or regard it as a ticket to heaven. Balance—meeting financial necessities without drowning in spiritual debt - is key.

Of course, those who have a good mindset will not take out a loan if it is not really necessary. Many people take out loans to force this style which is wrong, because with this they will be in debt with interest getting bigger as time goes by, however, this does not apply to those who have a good mindset. This happens to those who have poor thinking, thinking about wanting to be stylish but not looking at their own financial situation.

This can indeed put someone in poverty, possibly in the long term, because if they cannot pay off their debts, they will experience bad things, such as being chased by loan sharks who collect their debts. You are right, if they have a bad lifestyle then chances are their future will not be good.  because in my opinion, people who only think about their lifestyle tend not to care about their future because they only think about their own style

The point is you have to know how to better manage stress due to work or any investment. If trading is probably the main thing and you have to be tough in facing pressure if you see investment dropping drastically like today.

Of course, those who have a good mindset will not take out a loan if it is not really necessary. If we don't have dependents, I think you can still do it, but if we already have responsibilities, for example you already have a family, the problem of meeting basic needs comes first and for a life-style family you have to reduce it little by little. The important thing is not to do things that don't add to the burden, for example as you said above, take a loan if it's not really necessary. yes. Just adjust it to be more precise in my opinion and just enjoy it while continuing to try as hard as possible.

What you say is true and to be honest, I also feel what you say in my life, single life and family life have a striking difference like the earth and the sky, when single, we only need to think about ourselves and even 100$ can meet our needs for as long as a week without needing to save, but now that we have a family, 100$ is only enough for a few days and we are forced to save to guard against sudden expenses, even instinctively we no longer care about ourselves but the needs of the family are the main focus for us as heads family, I think maybe all of us here have had the desire to buy something expensive but instead canceled it because it would be better to save the money and use it for our wife or children.

No one wants to be poor in life, everyone wants to do something good to change their life and become rich. God may make you poor but your efforts can make you very rich. A man can never do anything good if there is no effort in himself. All the points you mentioned here are definitely correct. Going from rich to poor is due to people's laziness, unaccountable movement and spending unaccounted money, and going from poor to rich is also done through human efforts. So whatever you do in life, you must lead life in a way that helps you to do something in life. Life should not be conducted in such a way that darkness descends on my life.

Depends on the effort that you are making on which it would really be just that depending on the things that you are doing because success doesnt really come without hardwork on which it would really be just that normal that you would really be needing to do adjust accordingly because you cant really be able to make yourself that successful if  you wont really be making any actions on which we do know that it would really be that a huge problem if we do able to make ourselves seen on that failure state just because we arent really doing something for us to succeed or would really be having that kind of actions
basing up on the goals and wishes that we do have in life. Savings and proper spending should really be the key and  this is why its would really be that important that you should really know
on what are the sensible things that you must do.

I agree, that someone might say they would like to be poor just to be happy for example, living with someone you like similar to the movies is living in a world of fantasies. I mean there's no judgment about that, it's just that the first thing that comes to my mind when someone wants to be poor. Finance is a must-cause that would help you to sustain all of your needs, that's why everyone is making an effort to escape being poor that every day feels like survival rather than living. Rich to poor would be possible from their laziness cause they are used to a lifestyle where money is always there to provide everything they need, so they lack the effort. Both have processed, it would really differ on how they handle life with their hard work and efforts.

Being poor is not absolute because it is a definite process, but I like what you wrote in point no. 3 and there is one interesting thing here in terms of the repayment commitment if it is not on time, causing financial tension for the lender, even though there has been a mutual agreement, but often the conditions say otherwise.

And in my opinion, if you want to help someone, help them without endangering our own financial stability, especially if we have a family. Just like we invest in crypto and trade, at least the initial requirement is to use cold money.

Yes, I understand what you mean, the point is, don't do what you posted if want to be rich, but if want to be poor, have to obey what you say. ;D

Yes, sometimes we always carry out habits that make us fall into poverty and indeed habits like the ones you mentioned are always carried out by many people, including myself, who have done this and as a result it will be difficult to become rich.

We all definitely want to be rich or want to become richer but sometimes there are times when luck doesn't come our way and it's certainly not our desire to be poor. but the best thing is to keep trying and work according to your abilities and learn from failure to achieve success.

Yes, I hope that by making this topic we will realize that we should not do things that make us poor.

Borrowing money is indeed a very powerful tool for breaking family ties. where there are many incidents of people feeling sorry when borrowing and not being responsible when returning it, so what happens is that people who lend money become beggars asking for their own money, and in the end if it is not paid it will become a problem, sometimes good intentions to help do not always have good results.

The OP's ironic advice is correct and we should stay away from them if we don't want to be poor. But even if we fully implemented the OP's advice, it wouldn't make us rich. To me, these are just things we should stay away from if we don't want our lives to become more complicated and deadlocked. In terms of getting rich, this doesn't make any sense.

We all definitely want to be rich or want to become richer but sometimes there are times when luck doesn't come our way and it's certainly not our desire to be poor. but the best thing is to keep trying and work according to your abilities and learn from failure to achieve success.

This is the formula that helps us become rich. Besides working hard and constantly trying, I don't see any second formula to help us become rich and prosperous.

Everyone in the world is feeling the heat now, the inflation of the last 2 years was so severe to the point that it might take some countries several decades to recover, while some will never recover at all. However, in this current dispensation, everyone should be smart, no one should complain, and we should take responsibility and become finanilally free. No more procrastination, no more staying in a fixed spot, and if it is your environment causing issues for you, change it, after all, it is not by force you are at a place.

Say no to a single job/work, there must be multiple of them, we all need more than one source of income and we must take responsibility when we still have the strength to do it at our age. The financial flow must be nice and encouraging without any discouragement, and if you are still the type that is having a savings problem, well, that means you still have an income problem, then you should not stop there but continue to look for the available means to make more money. If you cannot save weekly or monthly uninterruptedly after paying all your bills, then you should still not be comfortable at the level you are. Or else, you might die struggling for the rest of your life or remain ever poor, which is pathetic.

Yes, that's true, your needs when you are single and married will be different. When you're single, only a few young people think about the future, because in my opinion,  if you're single, there's no harm in thinking about style too, but if you overdo it, it's just not good like many young people in my environment, they compete to be stylish. have luxury goods such as the latest vehicles and cellphones, they insist on having these luxury goods,  even though they haven't worked so they don't have their own income by the way they demand that their parents buy them and there are also those who take out loans to force them to be stylish  and In my opinion, this makes them. poor because they force themselves to be stylish even though they haven't worked at all.

and if you are married and have problems with finances, maybe you will take out a loan to help with the economy and family needs, because the current topic is how to survive and stay poor So I think that them taking out loans in large amounts is right and that can make them stay poor and even get into trouble. because they haven't worked but have large debts. that's a pretty good way.

All the people in the world want to be rich and no one wants to be poor. There are many people who are always ready to do whatever it takes to become rich. I think those who are lazy and afraid to work are poor. Moreover there are various other reasons due to which they remain poor such as improper use of money.

All those who want to become rich should follow few rules. The first is to educate oneself through self-education then set financial goals, Act according to how your income will increase and even keeping expenses under control. Those who cannot do these properly will surely remain poor.

I am very interested with this point because have much experienced with this case, if want loss your relationship with family, friend or partner working be lender or borrowing your money for them. I think many people or lander have good patience and want loss their opportunity by borrowing money for their friend or family but in other side he really need money.
I think is one problem why many people still on poor position when borrowing their money can't get dedication to get back their borrowing due reason from borrower until respect with borrower when asking their money.
need to change with this type if want not stay in poor position, better if have difficult with financial never to give borrowing to every one need your money but they don't get guarantee to pay back your borrowing.

What you need to strive for is not to have several jobs, but to ensure that you have several sources of income, if you want several businesses that someone will manage, and you will only control all processes. If you focus on having several jobs, then you will very quickly get tired of this regime, you will be very busy, but will your income match this, will you be able to devote enough time to your family? These are all very important questions that should not be missed.

It is very easy to stay poor  :D I would say if you want to stay poor do not start any business, do not invest in any good asset, Do not work on your good ideas, do not make good strategies, do not take the advice of Good people, do not work on your own dreams just keep thinking I will do it tomorrow and that tomorrow will never come for you.

If you really want to achieve any goal, make good strategies and implement them on your ideas,s and be your own boss.  :)

I don't think all of them, but there are those who are aware and do it completely, someone doesn't always agree with you, even in your circle of people closest to you, you can find people like that.

If you do want to fasten it up then you should really be that spending up tons into those useless things or non relevant at all.
People would really be just trying out to solve out their problems on the time that they would really be suffering those hardships in life but if not then they dont really just care.

If you dont like on staying poor, then you should really be that working hard for your self on which it would really be that just better that you do

Differences of opinion on any matter are normal because everyone basically has their own thoughts on anything, including things that often happen in the environment around us. Actually, in terms of how to stay poor, this varies greatly from person to person because there are also rich people whose appearance is still quite simple and people who really don't know them will not know that someone is a rich person. But in reality, not everyone wants to remain poor because being poor is a very painful thing and life will never be easy.

Nobody wants to remain impoverished. Because even those who are currently poor do not pray for it, it is simply a gift from our load, but not all conditions are permanent. Whoever does not get it today will most likely get it tomorrow; that is the nature of life. Some poor individuals choose to pursue their goals on their own, as success begins with the desire to attempt. But other people don't want to try it, and anyone who genuinely wants to become rich or avoid poverty must work hard to get what he wants, because we can't just relax and wait for success to come to where we are, we must set standards and battle for it. People all across the world, married or single, desire to be rich. It is not even good to be impoverished, your day will be gloomy. Because nothing can ever sweeten your life, and the reason some people remain poor is because they don't know how to manage their money, the more they get, that's how they will be spend them unnecessary things, they will only waste on useless expenses.

I trust you all get the sarcasm as conveyed.
Personally, as someone who has been both in the poverty line and in the comfortably living side of life, One thing that I keep reminding myself of is that you're not gonna be here everyday, so while you're at it, make the most of what you got and make sure that you're leaving the people you love with something just in case.

Which is why I don't really hate on people who think they deserve to splurge out a little bit every time they feel like they deserve it. Especially breadwinners who never had the chance to really experience how life works when you're earning your own bread and spending it on yourself cause they gotta support their family. That once in a blue-moon massive spend is more than enough to keep them sane while they are not just building themselves but the future of their mom and dad.

I say for the meantime, don't push yourself into thinking that you're late and you're not gonna get anywhere if you keep spending on stuff. As a human you have needs that can only be met by spending and no one's gonna call you out in public for spending on shit anyway so have fun, and once you feel like you've had enough of the fun start learning to be more responsible, it's way easier to discipline yourself when the temptations have already been met rather than fighting against it.

I don't think all of them, but there are those who are aware and do it completely, someone doesn't always agree with you, even in your circle of people closest to you, you can find people like that.
If we understand the points of this topic, it is only an allusion to those who waste their lives just for fun, but they forget about managing funds for their needs for the future, so no one wants to do activities that are detrimental to their time and money, but without us realizing it from several points in the main topic It has become a bad habit in financial management because we always think we will be more comfortable with one source of financial income without thinking about the solution of choosing options from other sources of income

Poverty is relative, these things cannot be the only elements of poverty. As someone that spends anyhow, he will not tell you that he is poor.

The hardest part in the world is that when you are not rich, most of the world is banned to you and that is such a bad thing. No good education, no health help, no good food, no travel, basically you are limited to what your finances say and that is the hardest part.

I understand that it is not going to be easy, but we are going to end up with a lot of poor people seeing rich people nowadays as well. Back in the day, it was just tv and even before that just cinema, but now we see rich people all the time, I can go to instagram right now and see plenty of people living amazing life. Seeing those easily, for free, made people realize what they are missing even more in this generation, and it also reminded them that they would never be able to live that life, which made them even more depressed.

Or simply dont move at all on which having no actions, having no plans, having no goals-- nothing at all.
If you do want to fasten it up then you should really be that spending up tons into those useless things or non relevant at all.
People would really be just trying out to solve out their problems on the time that they would really be suffering those hardships in life but if not then they dont really just care.

If you dont like on staying poor, then you should really be that working hard for your self on which it would really be that just better that you do
find up ways and methods on making your financial state to be better. Dont stick into 1 job. Do business, do investment,
enhance your skills.
It's a very easy way to do it, but it's very unreasonable if someone aspires to live in poverty. If parents are still able to endure hunger, then what about their children, they must still be given food to survive. Everyone always has the mindset to get out of poverty, not stay in poverty.

Something that is considered impossible can become possible as long as you are willing to try and improve your mentality so that your financial condition remains healthy. Financial freedom will open the way to all conveniences in every line of life, as long as a person is still able to think sanely, he will not leave wealth only to remain in the poverty line.

What you need to strive for is not to have several jobs, but to ensure that you have several sources of income.
I think you are just overbearing in this reply, nothing else, as what you said as seen in the quote above is the same thing as far as I am concerned. Another source of income could be "relative," maybe you would like to define them better to ascertain what you are talking about. Are you telling me that securing another job is not an added advantage to earning more if you have the time and energy? Many moonlighters earn more with their additional jobs than the main jobs, so people could combine jobs if they want to earn more. I mean having 3 jobs a day and are fine with them depending on the nature of the job, the pay and the time they have for free activities before the day runs out.

It is not all jobs that will be so burdensome, and some are informal but may pay really better than the formal jobs, it depends on how you have developed yourself to have enough qualifications to fit in for whatever service is required of you. In this light, I only view your post as an overbearing one which can't see the light of the day as far as I am concerned because it is not all jobs that are formal or that will be so shocky to take all your time and energy for the day. Yet, they give you good and reasonable extra income. I even know some people enjoying this even as they are government workers.

Investing in yourself actually has huge benefits, but many people are not aware of this, investing in education and new skills will definitely have a tremendous impact on lives.

don't chase money, this is the sentence that successful people always say nowadays, they are not chasing money but they are trying hard to become problem solvers in society, just look at what successful people have done by Jeff Bezos - Elon Musk - Zuckerberg, they are great people who at first were not after money but they wanted to provide the best solution to society.

Not all success can be measured with money, in fact there are many people who have little cash but have large investment assets. Apart from the point, we have to be able to invest, choose the best for you.

My dear Member many thanks for sharing your opinion on my sayings but I would like to add up some in your comment hope you mind it or maybe you like it. well in my honest opinion, you said very well do not chase money which is truly the fact but I would like to complete it as I would say do not chase money, build good skills in you more you have skills more you can implement and your implementation can make you a successful man. On the other hand, keep thinking of good ideas with strong use cases and implement them because without the implementation of ideas is just like you had a good dream and the dream ends when the eyes get open so lastly dreams remain dreams.

Indeed, Rather I would say we should divide our income into three parts, one for our personal and family expenses, second for savings, and third for investment in this way you will see good money making in your portfolio, and saving is important because if we have lost all our funds which we invested somewhere but we have another chance of standing again in the form of savings. Many Thanks!

Lida93 you are mind-blowing, seriously you give the tips how to become poor, I saw many mentors who gave the path to becoming rich but I saw the first who told about the reverse route. But I think you are a great motivational speaker so let me explain. Every motivational speaker has their own way to convincing their audience but you are so unique. you are also telling people how to rich but in a different way. If the people you are saying are intelligent they will take the message from your point by changing it, like all you say is true but if someone wants to be rich then he needs to go against all these points and yes he will be no more poor. But one thing I can add here is that people are not born poor by their choice but remain poor are their choice so change your choices and your standards.

The idea of dividing your income into three parts is great, but it can only work for people who have enough income to divide it into three parts. People whose income is so low that they can hardly meet household expenses, how will such people allocate money for savings or investment. Some people have so much household expenses that they cannot even think of saving or investing in it. It cannot be denied that saving is very important, because it can generate another source of income for us, but in the current situation, the rate of inflation has increased so much that it is not even conceivable to save. May be, but the expenses are increasing along with the income.

There was a time when people's expenses were less than their income and savings could easily be used for investments elsewhere, but now the situation has worsened. Now this formula can be used only by very rich people.

Is this a joke?
i think the OP created this topic so that we can joke around, because i don't think there are people who want to stay in poverty, everyone wants success and financial freedom. because people can enjoy their lives if they have achieved financial freedom, but if they don't have any money at all or are poor i don't think they will be able to survive, also with today's rapid development of course everyone has many desires that must be fulfilled. therefore they have to work in order to fulfill what they want.

If there are people who want their lives to stay in poverty then I advise them not to work for money, just spend their daily lives being lazy like sleeping, eating, and playing. but don't expect more than what they want, because according to their circumstances they don't want to try so they should be able to accept reality. It is very unlikely that anyone wants to stay in poverty,  I don't know what the goal is but in my opinion no matter how poor they are of course they have a desire to progress, especially economically, because that will make them able to survive. if they want to stay poor then it's better not to live. so I don't think there are people who want their lives to be difficult or poor, if there are, in my opinion that person is not sane.

Discussing tips on how to become poor will make those who have spent more than their income rethink the level of financial management arrangements so that there is no shift in status from rich to poor. Motivation like this reminds me of when a father started to get bored of constantly forbidding his son from holding knives or other sharp objects, due to his son's unruly character, a father told his son to hold a knife when he was watching someone slaughter a cow. This unique method can immediately change a person's mind to abandon habits that can harm themselves in the future.

Being poor is not an aspiration, no child aspires to live in poverty when they grow up. Poverty can be avoided with good financial management patterns, it is necessary to increase income rather than expenditure so that financial balance is maintained.

There is no good reason to choose to remain poor, as poverty can bring different challenges in life.
Education, skills development and efforts to improve personal economic conditions can help avoid poverty.
Managing finances wisely, investing in education and seeking opportunities to increase income are steps that can help achieve financial stability.

If you don't invest in any business or you don't have any work that you are doing in the society, you will stay poor and there is no way you can become a responsible person in your home because they will be looking at you like someone that lost his or her precious destiny. Procrastination can also make you to stay poor if you refuse to do it at the right time show that you will be looking at those who embraced the opportunity to buy BTC in the bear season without waiting for tomorrow to come before they will buy, but if you continue waiting for tomorrow before you will buy even when there is a normal bear in the market, you will remain poor.

Yes, various income streams can be beneficial, especially in a varied economy. Let's clarify. Balance time, energy, and financial benefits. Moonlighting or working numerous jobs might enhance your income. Some find this approach suitable and effective. You described people working three jobs a day and still having time for leisure, which is admirable and possibly sustainable

Importantly, not everyone's circumstances enable such flexibility. The issue is personal capacity and living conditions. Multitasking can overwhelm some people, causing burnout. It's not only about qualifications or roles; it's about how much one can take without sacrificing their health. Yes, personal finance and economic decisions are personal. They vary widely based on circumstances, resources, and mental and physical health. Thus, your comments are correct but may not apply generally, which is fine

Considered to be effective on the time that you do see that you are making money or profits or income stream. People wont really be able to give out importance of such idea when they arent been
able to struggle but on the time that they are on such situation then this is where they would really be starting to mind off on how they should really be gonna handling themselves for looking those
doors of opportunity. When it comes to finances then you would really be finding up yourself should really be that wise or else you would really ending up on getting poor.

On the time that you do find yourself not to be wise on taking decisions when it comes to money then you would really be finding yourself to be sleeping on the streets.
This is why it would really be that important that you should really know on what to spend and on whats not.
People do really just neglect even with the basics and this is why they do really end up miserable.

Well you should definitely be borrowing money at the highest interest rates possible, go to a payday lender or even try to track down a loan shark if you want to see how high they can go. Maybe you also need to find a very expensive, but incredibly bad habit like drugs or something like collecting beanie babies, those cuddly little toys you bought for $250 are definitely going to sell for ten times that amount when everyone else wakes up to the crazy in 5 years. If toys are too small thinking for you, how about buying the best sports car out there that you can afford, but make sure you go for the brand with the least reliability and quickest depreciation time if you want to maximize your negative returns.

Of course it will not be a good choice if we choose to remain poor, because there will be many problems if we are poor and we cannot fulfill many of the needs we need.
Having skills education is very important because by having skills we will be able to earn income from skills that we can do well and this will be able to meet the needs we need.
Looking for opportunities to earn income and being able to manage the income we earn well then we will be able to achieve financial stability.

Who would want to stay poor, right? The intention of the OP is to convey a message or lesson in a sarcasm way. He stated the possible reason why you are still poor or that it's leading you to be poor, but that's not the only reason or people make why they can't climb up finamvial statis; there are more reasons, natural or by certain events. As we know, those people who live in the street, many of them don't want to be in that situation but are unlucky because they have been born poor, and because of the lack of money, they can't study and find a job, or worse, they don't have the skills and capability to work. Being poor by certain events, like being bankrupt or being addicted to something, will lead to you being poor. The question is, will you want to stay poor? If it is, then you have a problem.

That's true, because generally everyone wants financial freedom, so many people are looking for work by trying their best and working hard with the aim of achieving financial freedom. as you said, they work hard to get out of poverty, not survive poverty, if they really want to survive poverty then they don't need to bother doing things that lead to money, just being lazy is enough to help, but it seems No one wants their life to continue in the poverty phase.

I don't know what OP's purpose is for holding a title like this, because basically everyone doesn't want to be in poverty forever. Also, the large number of children attending school means that they must have an education that can guarantee their future, therefore it is almost impossible for anyone to want to survive in poverty.

No one chooses to remain in poverty because everyone wishes to provide their family with a comfortable life.

To stay out from being poor one needs to make attempts to try things that will generate money. Trying to always relax is just a way to remain poor. For one to stay from being poor I think it is important for one to adopt the habit of keep trying and never to give up on what ever pursuit that has to do with making money. Do jot compromise with procrastination,  laziness and habit of not learning, all this can make someone to just remain poor.

Do jot compromise with procrastination,  laziness and habit of not learning, all this can make someone to just remain poor.
One you do find out yourself on having making yourself that sitting at the bottom or really just that simple being poor then it would really be just that impossible that you wont really be thinkin up any ways or methods on which you could really make your life way more better comparing into those people who are really dont putting up any attention or having those plans that they do have in mind.

How to stay poor? If you are someone who is really having that funds or money or simply have that funds that you could make use of but on the time that you do have that kind of lavish way of living
without even trying out to make some savings until he/she do find out himself on being that miserable. It isnt really just that right that you would really be pointing out your fingers into such moment.
What matter the most for us people is on how we do make money and on what are the ways that we've been doing it.

If you wont really be that careful on doing up such decisions then it would really be always reflecting out on the things that you are really that doing.

Poverty will be avoided by the hard efforts we make, meaning trying to be better. By pursuing education to a high level and being able to see the opportunities that exist to build a business, we will usually get satisfactory results. Education for the poor can be achieved through achievement. guaranteed school fees and will get free school, many people have done that, meaning you have to maintain your intelligence and don't let your business interfere with your schooling so that when you finish school you will get additional knowledge to improve the business you are building and your finances will automatically increase. and getting out of poverty, it is not easy to do, and everything requires a process that is not easy. The most important thing is to maintain the attitude of remaining humble and never feel arrogant because arrogance will usually destroy you.

Brilliant, Sometimes the opposite of what it really means is better and easier to understand, because there may be some people who are used to the general harsh verbal advice and this is a new way to think hard.

Add to the next point the consequences of wasting money, for example you will see the sensation when others achieve economic improvement, smooth life and a harmonious family how beautiful it is :D do not have to think about money because the struggle in the household and family is not a big thing :D and experience the difficulty of buying what you want when your incoming money runs out because maybe not working, of course you can still enjoy life as long as you can have fun today :D
___________
Apart from that, I also believe that a person's fortune and finances have been arranged (God), although fate is strong whatever finances each person manages, but saving and wisely managing money must become a habit.

you think money is ordained by god, whats next... JPmorgan and fanny may are messiahs

..
at best nature pre-ordains chances of success, due to things such as birth defects, genetics and familial situations which have an affect on someones prospects
this is not to say those with low prospects cannot escape their situation. it just means not all of those with lower prospects have the motivation, cognative awareness, desire, dedication, energy, ability to escape and beat their challenges

Agree. I understand your confusion and purpose this topic. Talking about how to stay poor may seem like it is meant to be funny and ironic. Maybe, it should be dressed up as a suggestion for money management tips, savings and investment strategies, ways to handle debt, or retirement planning.

Some saying that education isnt everything or its not really that needed for you to finish college for you to be successful in life because there are ones who doesnt have that degree did able to achieve pinnacle or success in life which is way more better than to those people who had finished their studies but this is actually not really that a good mindset to be put up on someones mind. Nothing beats out if you do have that educational
background at the same time you do have that kind of mindset on trying out to make yourself that way more better in terms of earning money or income on which it would really be the best combination.
The difference only here is that there are those individuals who would really be just that contented on what they do have and dont tend to upgrade further.

If someone do sees that they are really in short when it comes to their income then they would really be that definitely be trying out to adjust and would really act accordingly
on what are the things that they should really be  doing so that they would be able to have that progress.

While I respect your perspective, I don't entirely agree that lending money to friends or family guarantees staying poor. As long as the amount is within a reasonable range, say 10-30% of your income, it shouldn't significantly impact your financial stability. In fact, framing it as a gift rather than a loan can help manage expectations and avoid resentment if they can't repay you. It's similar to investing in a risky altcoin - there's a chance it might flop, but there's also potential for significant returns.

However, I think that the real danger lies in becoming a "yes man," constantly giving in to loan requests even when they're too large and threaten your financial well-being. Lending beyond your means can lead to serious consequences, unlike the calculated risk of a small, thoughtful gift.  ;D

the only issue with giving/lending to friends/family, is who you give it too
if you give it to someone you know is not reliable, and you expect it back, especially if its an amount that will trigger emotion if lost. just say no

however if the friend/family is also on the generous/genuine side knowing they are not the nefarious type to skip out on bills/obligations
and you help them out in a true time of last resort need, with a loan at a 0% rate with repayments in a affordable way thats better then any other offer they can find. (where there is no non-repayment excuse) and you have it wrote out and scheduled by seeing them set up their bank account to make regular payments on their income day+1 so they cant even say they have no money left.  then you can protect yourself

the main problem is the friend/family types that are not reliable with their finances intentionally. so with those types of friends/family, avoid financial support conversations and instead just give verbal advice to them to manage funds better

It's very easy, we just laze around and don't have to try anything, because being poor is not someone's dream, no one wants themselves to be poor, but fate determines our lives, we just try as hard as we can. Fortune has already been arranged, therefore being poor is not an aspiration and dream of all human beings, that's why we try so that there is no poverty among us, if we are poor, never mind friends, even brothers are lazy to admit us brothers, being poor is a disaster for us, being poor in wealth is fine, as long as you don't have a poor heart, don't until poverty comes into our lives, that's why from now on we continue to try as hard as possible so that there is no word poor in us.

Good sarcasm, I would rather start a business if I have extra money to fund the business so as to stay out of poverty, I would also invest in a good assets especially Bitcoin when it price had dumped knowing that during the bull runs I would earn reasonable profit after selling all or part of my assets thus I won't be poor again, I would implement my good ideas into real business and strategy earning money to make extra income therefore I shall never be poor again, more importantly taking good advices is another way of escaping poverty all the good advice might yield positive effects on my personal life and enabling my dream to become a reality.

OP, you have mentioned many things that can make one to continue staying poor and you said is in line, but one of the major, problem of some people is their mindset, when you have money and decide to live a luxurious lifestyle without the plan to invest in things that will bring more income to your table than I think you are a laying a poetry foundation which may be disastrous to you in the future if you don't retrace your step, am not against giving but it just have limit, people should not give out more than what they get in other to entice or satisfy friends, we should do more of investment than giving to make people happy, stay in the confined of your home might help in reducing unnecessary spending so we could apply this mechanism too.

Say that to women to get a better replies. :P

They will says:
1. Well, that's my life why you need to judge me, mind your own business.
2. Men always like pretty girl, I want to become a pretty girl, that's why my maintenance costs e.g. skincare, nice outfit, nice car are high.
3. You only live once, no one know how long you will life, just enjoy your life.
etc.
This one is good, and it made me laugh cause we know that some or most of the woman would totally answer it that way.
I also get that they want to look good and all spend on beauty products skin care, but if it is too expensive for their income then might as well think about other options.

The nature of most women is like that so there is no need to be surprised when we see women who spend more money just to look beautiful through taking care of themselves. Because women really have to look beautiful and attractive in order to be liked by more men, even though women don't like more men if they already have the man of their dreams in their own lives. But on the one hand, I also agree with your statement that when beauty products have to be paid for at a higher cost, of course anyone has to think about it repeatedly if they still want to save their finances in life.

But if a woman's wasteful attitude is still quite high, I think they will not think about it or will not consider it as long as the money they get comes from their own husband or from someone else's gift which they only received for free. So it also depends on the attitude of the woman who is still very fond of beautifying herself by shopping excessively for beauty products, because I'm sure not all women have an attitude of being excessively wasteful on beauty things.

Bad habits? They're silent assassins, slowly chipping away at our financial fortress. Overspending, impulsive purchases, a penchant for quick fixes – these seem harmless indulgences can morph into monsters when the income tap runs dry. It's like building a sandcastle on the beach, oblivious to the approaching tide. Sure, while the paycheck keeps rolling in, you might patch up the cracks, but when the tide rolls in.

The relying on a single income stream is a risky dance on a financial tightrope. Don't get me wrong, a high-paying job offers a certain safety net, but even then, diversification is key. Think of it like spreading your bets; eggs in multiple baskets, not all in one fragile porcelain bowl.

"Buy a well-paying job"? Easier said than done, right? While a six-figure salary might cushion the blow of some bad habits, it's not a magic bullet. Resourcefulness, smart budgeting, and responsible financial planning are the real cornerstones of a secure future.

Maybe only some women think about how to look as they are and they don't think about appearing beautiful in front of other people and they will save the savings they have, because they don't spend money to buy expensive cosmetics and they think more about being able to have enough savings. they can use it for the needs they really need, not for beauty that can be enjoyed by anyone.

It is true that there are some women who think too much about their beauty so that their men will be willing to pay a lot of money for their beauty care with a lot of money and also they have money that they can easily earn through work, of course it will be very easy for them to spend. how much does their beauty treatment cost.

Actually, you don't need to ridicule women like this, they have the right to be beautiful by buying skin care and branded clothes with their own money, and when they have husbands, their husbands are the ones who have the obligation to beautify their wives (if women are not beautiful then men will cheat)
beauty costs money, in fact every man is obliged to spend money to make their partner happy, because it is a man's responsibility, don't think that when you pay for your partner that you will fall into poverty, don't be too stingy, you as a man will not fall into extreme poverty, increase your income then your partner will be happy with you ;D

I feel like every single one of us has at least a basic grasp of what they can do to actually lose all their money in a single go, but I reckon none of them know the middle ground. A way for you to still have fun with your money and enjoy living by your own means without having to splurge all your cash or live your life as a fucking hobo.

Here are some tips to achieve that:

1. Invest on a single hobby that you find fulfilling. If you like playing the guitar, by all means, buy one and play it. If you like collecting action figures go for it and buy whatever makes you happy. However, limit your purchases to at least once a month, or however long it takes for you to recuperate the cost of the purchase twofold. That way, you still enjoy your money, but you don't get dirt poor for having to.

2. Learn a new skill, capitalize on it, and reach the top echelons of the salary grade for it. The idea that "you have to have two jobs in this economy" is a massive misconception. What you need is to learn a skill that pays well and capitalize on it. If you're able to do that and you found an employer that values your skills and presence, trust me when I say you won't have to find another job again to support your existence.

3. Be a giver, but don't be stupid. Give to those who bring value to the table. Be close to your family members cause at the end of the fucking day when you get jailed, or when you die, no one's gonna pay your bail or no one's gonna have your ass laid in a good coffin besides your family. Be there for them, and for those who don't bring value to the table, give them an ultimatum.

There's this thing that Kevin O'Leary does where he doesn't give out loans to family members, he gives them money, under the premise that they never ask him for money again. 9 times out of 10 they won't ask you for shit on that particular instance, why? cause they know they'll be needing your help for a bigger problem, and they're afraid you wouldn't be there for them anymore when that happens.

4. Be vigilant about your surroundings, but keep to yourself. Having no care in the world's just as dangerous as being the nosy guy. Learn how to be perceptive of things without looking like Columbo.

This comment of mine is devoid of sarcasm, and is certainly helpful for those like me who wanted to be rich, but at the same time are also eager to get a taste of their hardships every now and again.

right? make up and so on is investment for women that I don't think its waste of money , what I call waste of money is buying luxurious brand and hoarding it, then it will be wasting money, like buying some supreme stuff and hoarding it, if its just make up, the price aren't that significant anyway, even if there's luxurious make up brands, well definitely usually the woman that buys are well off enough that they started to think about buying higher quality make ups. i agree that there's no need to ridicule women like that.
we also shouldn't forget the fact that there are women that puts their family first, not caring about these things about make up at all, i've seen plenty hard working women.
this factor resides in every individual minds how they take advantage of financial management.

It is nature for women to always want to look beautiful and sexy by buying beauty products (skin care), branded clothes and other expensive facilities. A woman's self-confidence increases when she feels that she looks beautiful and sexy and that looking beautiful in the eyes of other people is something that is enjoyable for women. Beauty has an attraction like a magnet that can hypnotize men to stay with her.

Men must have the courage to invest in women to buy beauty products and all the accessories needed to make their women look beautiful. As a responsible man, he must be able to increase his income to maintain financial stability so that he does not fall into poverty. Every household need is a man's burden, including other needs such as providing capital for his partner to keep looking beautiful.

But people are really just that too lazy or someone who is really just that contented on what they do have now without even trying ot find ways and methods on which they could really be able to make themselves better and would really be just that sticking on what they do have currently now and doesnt have any plans for any upgrades or whatsoever on which it is really just that sad. You would really be that putting up yourself
on being poor on the time that you are really that spending or putting up that much money without having any plans or other income source. Spending on something which it isnt really that sustainable
or something that could bring out some income will really be putting up you on so much trouble. You would really be putting up yourself on such situation or condition if you arent
that making any steps for the better.

Avoid on unwise spending specially on things which arent useful or something beneficial because if you are really that someone whose really that coming after for
those non generating income things but rather going after with those wants then you would really be ending up on disaster on which you should really be that careful
because sooner or later you would really be able to feel the effects.

Take the entertainment industry out of what about to say. If you check all over the world you find out that the most intelligent women don't direct so much expenses on skin care, to them it's a wasteful spending and that such money should rather be directed in the development and expansion of their knowledge.

It's not wrong to want to want to stay or look beautiful but it should be done with moderation and not with wasteful spending all under the scope of idea that it is in the nature of women to take care of their skin. In a context let your expense on any item or luxury be within your paycheck be you a man or woman for poverty is not gender centric.

You're right, I know of ladies who prefer attaining higher degree and forgetting about fancy stuffs, this is very impressive and ladies like this also look good and nice. Women who live their life's depending on all this will soon change sooner or later cause the society has also change and people no longer run after luxury stuffs. I'm not criticizing women who go for luxury things besides men nowadays also prefer luxury stuffs but this act should be limited cause no one should actually use their money carelessly, keeping money for future purpose is more better than spending carelessly.

As a businessman or salary earners here are tips on how to stay poor in life. ;D
....
This is something that attracts attention when you convey tips for staying poor. I understand the meaning of your statement, and I agree with what you said. When someone knows the tips for staying poor, those who don't want to be trapped will of course choose tips that are the opposite of what you have described.

Poor and rich are just a matter of status, but happiness is what everyone seeks. Rich people are not necessarily happy, and vice versa, poor people are not necessarily suffering.

Many rich people continue to accumulate wealth, as if what they have is not enough, they don't even have time for their family. There are poor people who live well enough, but they are always with their family to look at the future together.

So life is just a race, where the same nature is available, and how we use that nature.

Hmm Always staying in comfort zone will lead anyone to the destruction of his life and if we wanna grow up we have to leave our comfort zone and in my honest opinion business is most recommended if a person wants to grow because the person who always does job whole of his life he always remain on the same point from where he/she started but in case of business, a business can make more money for him/her as if the income of one month is less and income of another month can be grown. Hmm, the question how should we start our business?

If we have a good income from our salaries we should save some money from our salary every month and some we should invest to make more money from our new business and when we realize that we are now making good money from our business then we should grow our business and leave the job we were doing and should focus on our own business like how we can grow it more. (it is my suggestion not saying everyone should follow this because everyone has many problems to manage in their life so that they can not manage funds). DYOR
