But Op can highlight more on your KYC? If it is at the sign up stage or at the withdrawal stage that the KYC is asked. Because that is one the interesting area for the gamblers.

I just googled the number of countries in the world and 195 came up. Reading all these restricted countries on the list, it might be easier for casinos to list who IS allowed vs who ISN'T allowed to play. 95% of the world seems to be on this list. Some are islands and do not count as countries but over 200 in total restricted areas.

I used Wayback machine for checking and there is no justcasinoio[dot]com on it.

You found a typo maybe but whatever, the team must fix it as soon as possible to make a consistency between their domain name and the support email.

If we look at the affiliate program page, there are 2 different names "justcasino" and "justcasino.io", I guess the justcasino (supposed to be .com) is the main site which might be a fiat casino only then decide to expand the business into crypto industry and created the .io version.

If you are from a restricted country, you should not register and play there using a VPN. Not only in this casino but also in every casino where your country is restricted. Because at any point casino can request a KYC, and after you submit the documents if they see you are from a restricted country they may not pay you even your deposit for violating their terms. By saying "VPN friendly" I suppose they mean it's OK to use a VPN to access their website as long as you don't breach any of their terms. Using a VPN to bypass country restriction is a breach of their terms. If such thing is allowed then why having the country restriction in first place!

Well, first of all...... welcome to the forum and also good luck on your launch of the signature campaign.

I had a look at your site and it looks solid.. only thing missing is a Sports betting option.. but I guess that is in the works. I also had a look at your promotions and scrutinized the "fine print" :

1. " The bonus must be wagered 40 times before any withdrawal can be made.... " Good luck with that guys...  ::)

Ahh, I think I would not dare to go blind on this. The terms and condition do not mention anything about VPN usage. In fact they have straight away written which countries allowed and which are not. In addition to this, they have also clearly mentioned about in which country a specific game provider doesnt allow their games to be played OR some countries where a game provider is allowed but users cant participate in their jackpots. If they have outlined such strict policy then it would be better you check up with their support team. If only they confirm that VPN is allowed from the country where you accessing it, then only proceed with it.

Have you checked the ToS page? Its just 10 minutes read and you must read it. Frankly, I havent seen anything about VPN. So I might just keep it simple and ask things, confirm them from official staff and then make further decisions.

Such as the plinko, dice, crash are games provided by BGAMING and some other games are provided by SPRIBE. Same as what I experienced. I have also completed my first deposit, but I haven't seen any bonus credited for it. I was expecting it to be automatic, like in other casinos where the bonus is applied upon the first deposit. I initially disregarded it since I only deposited $20 to qualify for the slot contest you mentioned.

Try to check the bonus terms of service, perhaps you'll find a hint there. But yeah, try to get in touch with their support ASAP. Sadly, I don't think justcasino rep is active here... which I suggest they should be.

There must be a reason but as long as I know most casinos will not inform the reason behind the bonus restriction publicly.

I know the feeling, been there way back 2018-2019 when I was chasing that big multiplier of 1000x or even higher in crash games.

It's very strange that they are shutting down crypto casino but are leaving fiat casino open. There is way bigger competition among fiat casinos compared to crypto casinos. You don't know whether their marketing efforts give back good results or not because you don't have access to their sheets. Justcasino never mention the real issue on why they are shutting down. I think only people here assumes that it’s due to competition but this doesn’t make sense since they are just new in crypto space while they have a long running fiat casino. They knew already how to advertised their product due to their experience so I really doubt that they will give up easily without trying for more years.

It wouldn't be too bad to keep the thread open -- after shutting down -- for closure. If anything, one way to solve misconceptions would be through discussions.

Discussion wise, there is still a room seeing how justcasino.io is still functioning and has not sent out winding down announcement yet.

Maybe they haven't gotten the success with their crypto casino as they expected. All the established and popular crypto gambling sites have sportsbook now. They are closing the casino, not the marketing alone I doubt that this activity on their ANN thread will help to change their decision because they can always start again with different approach if the goal is just the impression here in the forum. I think there’s a bigger problem inside of them.

Anyway if they have this Crash and Win Network by Pragmatic play that will run till early June, it seems that they have changed their previous decision about the closure. Or maybe they will wait until this promotion end first before closing down?
