The template of this site seems familiar but I feel like I've visited sites similar to this, but whatever it is I think it looks better because I can access it on my phone's browser, for me if an online casino can't be played on my phone's browser I definitely will Saying it isn't great in my opinion but if I could use it on a mobile browser I would put this site on my trial list to test out the games and make a few deposits just to have some luck with it.

Well, this is something that has to do with your policy and legal system, but then again, even as my country is part of the restricted areas, I can still can access the site and proceed with registration, and if I had not been smart enough to go through the TOS, I would have fallen victim to breaking one of the policies. I would suggest you guys restrict people from the restricted countries from accessing the casino because not everyone always takes the time to read the policy before proceeding with deposits and placing bets.

I used Wayback machine for checking and there is no justcasinoio[dot]com on it.

You found a typo maybe but whatever, the team must fix it as soon as possible to make a consistency between their domain name and the support email.

Unfortunately I cant access the justcasino.com as I got a notification message that justcasino.com is not available in my country but surprisingly I can access the justcasino.io while my country is also one of the restricted countries.
About the justcasinoio.com, it must be a typo, if I have to guess it must be originally justcasino.com and they want to change it to .io but they made a small mistake on it.

Yes, I agree with you, when a new platform is born with a new team then they require sometime to get some improvements. Most of the times the casino owners or developers aren't native English speakers and they might type text in their native languages. That's why their writing could have typing mistakes, and they might not be good at conversation with English language like native speakers.

Like you said it's better to help them improve their service and I believe that with some help they will make everything working for the players. I hope that they'll get some good results from this forum and it's good to see that they are spending some money to advertise their service on this forum as that will help them a lot in long run. Although both of them are owned by different companies one (justcasino.com) is owned and operated by Dama N.V while the other (justcasino.io) is owned and operated by Just Entertainment B.V. But the interface of both sites are just too similar.
