Having bitcoin is not difficult, you can have 1 Satoshi and not die trying, perhaps it is "difficult" for a 1BTC, but Satoshi is open to everyone.
2. no, it's not like a soccer bet, no. 3. Bitcoin does not have schedules to change prices, that appreciation is somewhat strange. Re: The best moment! Bitcoin is never a gamble because in gambling you never can tell when all bets will win but with bitcoin and he invest its knowledge you can simply predict even though it’s not something too accurate but example is during bull run we all can predict an uprise of bitcoin and we all Know that this bull comes after an halving I don’t think a gamble can turn waves like that. Another thing is the trading you made look like a gambling also doesn’t actually seems like it is, because trading requires skills either fundamental skill or technical skills. This two combine can put someone in advantage of winning every trade rather than gambling that is always a 50/50 chance Also it seems you check on the bitcoin chart too much during the day and later think they move well in the night since you don’t get to check them Title: Re: When is the best time to trade a Bitcoin Post by: Dr.Bitcoin_Strange on February 07, 2024, 11:47:48 PM Now I observed that Bitcoin is like a gamble of football game whereby you go to the bet shop book your bet and wait for what will come sometimes you win sometimes fear can make you cash out after your cash out you may be lucky and sometimes you might lose something you would have gotten if you had waited. I understand that you are only giving a scenario but Bitcoin is never like a gamble. In gambling when you lose, your money is gone and you are left with nothing, in Bitcoin investment if you invest $1000 when the price of Bitcoin was $47k, even if the price of Bitcoin drops to $30k, you will still have your Bitcoin in your wallet and you can hold it until the bull market starts again. There is a common unwritten rule of Bitcoin investment which states; "if you don't sell at a cheap price, then you have not lost anything. " Don't forget that rule bro. Bitcoin investment need someone to have a proper knowledge and you will be able to make a successful investment. Although what you should also know is that Bitcoin investment is different from trading and trading is more risky than investing. If you are trading on leverage, you have to he aware that you asset could get liquidated. I believe that the reference you are making about buying Bitcoin in the day and selling at night means trading for a short term profit which is more risky than just investing and holding in your cold wallet. In regards, a trader must know the risk attached before indulging in trade. Title: Re: When is the best time to trade a Bitcoin Post by: GreatArkansas on February 07, 2024, 11:50:08 PM (...) Title: Re: When is the best time to trade a Bitcoin Post by: tabas on February 07, 2024, 11:52:24 PM That comparison of Bitcoin with gambling on football seems to be odd IMO. You'll only lose as you invest in Bitcoin when you're going to sell at a loss. It's the time when you decided to cut your losses and you can't do anything about it. Just in the context, Bitcoin is deflationary asset and that's why it's requiring everyone's patience for you to see the better value of it. Those that have sold too early, there are too many reasons for that. Either they need the money asap or they just don't feel like that it's going to stay based on the market situation at those times. Like for so many times when it was too down and many have lost faith on it.
I just discovered that Bitcoin most times depreciates in day time but when it gets to late hours at night it increases its exchange value I don't know if anyone has this observation as well If this is your observation and you think that it's applicable to you then do it. What matters when you are about to buy is when you are ready to take the risk and you're prepared for the long flight that it may take because it's going to be a game of patience and we'll never know how long it will be until you want to take your profit. So for me in this situation you can buy your Bitcoin at day time and trade it at night when it adds But it is very important to watch at it carefully. Also, what is "day" and what is "night"? Bitcoin is traded all around the globe 24/7, so you should be more specific with the timezones if you want to make such statements. Title: Re: When is the best time to trade a Bitcoin Post by: Darker45 on February 08, 2024, 12:08:05 AM Based on my experience, the best time to trade Bitcoin is none at all. Not in the morning, not at night, not anytime of the day. Bitcoin is being traded 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and in all parts of the globe. There is no night and day as far as Bitcoin trading is concerned. And it's not that easy. If it were that easy, all of us have already grown rich trading Bitcoin late at night.

However, having confidence in your patience requires having a solid understanding of Bitcoin. When you possess knowledge about Bitcoin, you're more likely to trust your decisions and remain patient through market fluctuations. Conversely, someone lacking knowledge about Bitcoin may struggle to maintain patience because they lack the confidence in their understanding of the market. Therefore, knowledge serves as the foundation for confidence, which in turn supports the patience needed for successful Bitcoin investment or trading endeavors.I just discovered that Bitcoin most times depreciates in day time but when it gets to late hours at night it increases its exchange value I don't know if anyone has this observation as well Your observation is really funny to me because I believe that Bitcoin doesn't have a specific time period for fluctuating prices, but the fluctuation depends on the buyer and seller at that particular time. The price of Bitcoin can go up and down very well at any time, but I will just say that the time you always check the price of Bitcoin is always night. Title: Re: When is the best time to trade a Bitcoin Post by: yudi09 on February 08, 2024, 06:38:33 PM Bitcoin is not good as a coin for trading because later traders who use Bitcoin for trading will value Bitcoin the same as altcoins.
Leave Bitcoin as an asset that is safe from worrying about rising and falling prices. Many people do this by making Bitcoin a long-term investment asset rather than making Bitcoin an asset for trading. The aim of trading Bitcoin with the aim of making Bitcoin a long-term investment asset is the same, namely profit. If traded, profits will be made but only temporarily. However, in long-term investments, the profits obtained are greater according to the amount owned. So for me in this situation you can buy your Bitcoin at day time and trade it at night when it adds IMO, for me this is something that cannot be justified because it is often out of reach. But it is very important to watch at it carefully. Besides, my Bitcoin target is still quite far away, it hasn't touched the final ATH yet. It should at least touch a new ATH in the $100k price area and I will wait for that price, while waiting to buy gradually. Short-term trading is only for potential altcoins with high volume and volatility. Bitcoin is for long term investment, while altcoin are for short term trading, that's great mate. There is at least a realistic timeframe to expect to sell bitcoin and make a good profit. Bitcoin is heading towards halving and in its history, Bitcoin halving has been a stepping stone to reach a new ATH. Holding bitcoin for a certain period of time (at least until the end of 2025) is something that will most likely provide benefits to the holder. Don't know how much profit we will get, but if bitcoin really reaches $100k after the halving then we will all be happy. The prediction is clearly higher, but I will not target a price that may be beyond reasonable limits. $250k could be a new ATH, but it probably won't happen in the next bullrun. Because of this time difference, it can influence global trading activities. Meanwhile, trading activities are usually carried out at certain times and this usually has quite an influence on market changes. But the difference is the time zone between us or some of us. If it's for day trading and even more so for doing short day trades with market futures, maybe in my time zone it's actually in the morning. That's why I have most of my trading friends who usually don't go to sleep until morning and wake up quite late. Because the evenings and mornings are used to be at Amrekt. But who knows what time it is in other time zones. because of course it will be different. It could be afternoon to evening time in other time zones. But it is very important to watch at it carefully. One of the important things is for us to understand market habits. so that you can act optimally so that you can also provide optimal profits as well. So, we have to understand several things related to trading, not only about indicators and others, but also market habits at certain times. In my opinion, the crypto trading experience is different from other types of trading.Whatever trading is done with methods and strategies. Not done or done haphazardly. I will no longer answer the title specifically because for me Bitcoin is a long-term investment with the hope that I will get a profit from a price return of up to 50%. Another option that I implemented, as long as the new ATH has not been reached, Bitcoin will be more useful if it is in the wallet. I don’t think traders use to have a specific time for them to buy bitcoin, or hold bitcoin or even trade them. If you are a good trader and can analyse the market well, you can trade with the market at anytime you wish to. With your fundamental and technical analysis of the markets it is enough for you to place trade at anytime you wish to. The exchanges don’t have an exact time that you’re required to place trade, it all depends on you. Your statement about when to buy and when to trade is just a speculation that many other people would have thought the same way or they’ll try to test it as you’ve said, if it doesn’t work out, you would lose some trust and won’t be acknowledged when next you drop something worthy for you that you needs solution to or people to emulate. At the same time OP why are you trying to compare the concept of open market trade with Gambling, the price appreciation and depreciation have nothing to do with gambling, and that is a basic fact. The price movement is purely based on the supply and demand and supply and demand in the open market flows with the developments happening in the market.
Also, Bitcoin has no specific movement pattern in any cycle as I said earlier it's all purely based on the Supply and demand in the market. Short-term trading is only for potential altcoins with high volume and volatility. A final All-Time-High may only happen once all Bitcoin's supply have been mined and you are right that it was still far away. Trading can frustrate you if you are brand new to it. But in most cases bitcoin investors get good profits by holding. According to me you can buy bitcoin before bullish and fill potek and get good profit.

Now I observed that Bitcoin is like a gamble of football game whereby you go to the bet shop book your bet and wait for what will come sometimes you win sometimes fear can make you cash out after your cash out you may be lucky and sometimes you might lose something you would have gotten if you had waited. It's wrong to make this kind of analogy on Bitcoin. Bitcoin involves risk but please Bitcoin is not related to gambling. When you gamble, you either win or loss but most likely you will even lose but trading Bitcoin is different, you either make profit or you make loss but the profit is guaranteed if you have patience and the loss can be minimal in the sense that even if you make loss, it's going to be unrealized loss which meams that you have the chance to hold until price comes back to gain the money you have loss, the key thing here is patience. Quote Same to Bitcoin patience matters alot you may sometimes sell your Bitcoin because of fear of depreciation in value exchange while some still hold on to it I just discovered that Bitcoin most times depreciates in day time but when it gets to late hours at night it increases its exchange value I don't know if anyone has this observation as well This assumption is also wrong, you can't trade like this for long time. This your observation might be true but it can only be for sometimes, when the metrics changes, that thing you are looking as afternoon dump and night pump will reverse and you will be caught in between the devils claws. Quote So for me in this situation you can buy your Bitcoin at day time and trade it at night when it adds But it is very important to watch at it carefully. There is no special time to buy bitcoin if you understand the market, you can literally but bitcoin when everyone is sleeping and sell in the afternoon because you are the one that think people are sleeping, bitcoin is global and because your country is in the night doesn't mean others are in the night, there is time variance between countries. Don’t trade Bitcoins for other cheap altcoins. Bitcoins are very valuable and rare. The reason I am saying this is because, Bitcoins are limited in numbers. That is no more Bitcoins can be created or destroyed, hence it’s ideal to keep as many Bitcoins as we can. In my opinion Bitcoins are good for investment. Use USDT for trading and making profits. If you know what you are doing, you can trade bitcoin and make more of it, something that an investor cannot do as even if the value of bitcoin in terms of fiat went up, you will still hold the same amount of bitcoin. However the number of people hoping to become traders which actually know what they are doing are very limited, which is why we often recommend people to become investors instead, since they will not only not get more coins during this process, but instead they will lose them. Title: Re: When is the best time to trade a Bitcoin Post by: Vaculin on February 14, 2024, 08:53:48 AM I don't know what is the perfect time to trade as I trade depending on the market condition. But I often trade during weekends, day or night, anytime as long as I have enough time. Choose the time we think we are comfortable but we don't make this a factor that contributes to success in trading, it is our strategies. It doesn't matter if we trade during daytime or nighttime as long as we feel comfortable that time because there is no market pattern that shows this is the best time and this is not. If it finds working, then keep the momentum.

And there is no wrong time to invest in bitcoin, all times are the right time to buy bitcoin, especially when we are facing bitcoin halving, bitcoin's target reaches a new ATH, and this is still very far away.
So don't waste the opportunity to make a profit by investing in bitcoin because bitcoin is predicted to touch a new ATH in the $100k price range. Now is a great time to buy bitcoin while continuing to use the DCA strategy. For the short term, I only trade altcoins that have fundamentals at least in the top 5 altcoins on CMC. Sorry to say this, but your observation is way off and that is not how Bitcoin is. When you talk about a football game or any sports game where you make a bet, the game tends to get over in a very short time, mostly within 5 hours or so, and then you have the result that is either in your favour or against it, but when we talk about Bitcoin and investments in it, you don't get a result in a short period and even if the price goes down after you buy, it eventually goes up and you don't lose money as long as you are patient and holding. So, it depends on when you buy and whether you have enough patience so that you don't panic and sell your assets when you see the price going down just a little bit. It's definitely not like a sports bet where you don't have a choice of holding and stuff and the results are unchangeable. Title: Re: When is the best time to trade a Bitcoin Post by: vs2014 on February 16, 2024, 05:30:17 PM First of all we should know that bitcoin is not stable so its price can happen at any time. Patience is very important in Bitcoin because if the price drops a little and you lose patience and sell immediately you can lose a large part of the profit. Also the thing is if you feel more weak about trading then just create target from hold. Depending on your personal business plan plan your upside can be loss and profit. So if you are disappointed by the market situation you will be unsuccessful so try to catch the best time.

For this you learn about trade from experienced people or in any way And you trade that amount of money that you can lose And you might be a bit overwhelmed at first but be patient. I personally know many people who initially faced good amount of loss while trading but later got good knowledge and made big money from it. They even gave tours with this money.

The other style is buying low and selling high. The best time to buy is during a downtrend because that is when the price is at its lowest.

This is just the usual things that traders do who have an understanding of that matter as an individual trader in the crypto trading industry that we live in, then when they see a new trend that is still on the downside, sell is the only thing to do. simple. It's very simple, your money then your rules. But if it's about investing, we really need to have some concrete plan and some contingency plans if things go south but knowing this is Bitcoin, you don't have to worry about such. Up and down in crypto space doesn’t really disturb me, maybe it’s just because of the strategy which I adopted, I do buy bitcoin and hold, and am holding for a long time, so little up and down happening in the Market don’t really have effect on me because am holding for a long time. So for me in this situation you can buy your Bitcoin at day time and trade it at night when it adds It’s not really easy just the way you think, and if you are doing that, you have to be very careful, because your money might end up being trapped, if it’s so easy that’s what everyone will be doing. Trading can frustrate you if you are brand new to it. But in most cases bitcoin investors get good profits by holding. According to me you can buy bitcoin before bullish and fill potek and get good profit. This is not just attached to Bitcoin only but one of the best time to trade is when the market is volatile. Volatility is what push the price of cryptocurrency either upward or downward. This is the time that fit in for one to trade in the market because some profits can be made or loses might be incurred because the movement is changimg frequent and everyone is busy buying and selling. However, if we talk about investments, I don't think a bull market is suitable for that but a bear market is what you would be looking for if you are willing to buy and hold assets for the long term because prices are way lower in a bear market and one can buy any asset at a cheaper rate.So if I'm a day trader who mostly does short term trading and take small amounts of profit out of them, I would be trading more during a bull run or a bullish market, but if I'm someone who is more into making investments and holding assets for long term, I would wait for the bear market to do that. But I believe that it's good to trade in night time because there's huge volume. But it is very important to watch at it carefully. You already know everything; trading is not designed like that in the Bitcoin industry. So, if you want to trade Bitcoin, you can do that right away; even now, you can do that, but the question is, do you have extensive knowledge of chart analysis in an exchange? Do you know how to read a trading graph? Yes, it is true that it is based on price prediction, but there is a basis using different tool indicators. Title: Re: When is the best time to trade a Bitcoin Post by: mirakal on June 07, 2024, 09:10:03 AM The best time to trade bitcoin is during night time for me, because the silent of the nights makes you focus on trading, it is different if you trade in an open place with loud voices of sounds, phones, etc, and it is also good to trade when the bitcoin price start rising to bull season, because that time most of the investors and traders or even new bitcoin users shows big interest and it is a good advantage to trade because the market is fast moving. Perhaps, these are the things we consider upon trading - time, price, and capital. There is no perfect time in trading due to the volatility of the market but yes, we better do this depending on our comfort and the results of our analysis. Some traders used to trade during weekends while some also during weekdays. Besides, the result will not depend on what day or time we are trading, it is just a factor that will affect but the entire thing depends on our strategies. Therefore, we can't compare ourselves to why other traders become successful and earn a lot, their strategies are quite effective than ours. Nor do we have to complain about why we lose but rather accept there is wrong with us. We can even get 1 Satoshi for free in a BTC faucet but the only problem is they have minimum amounts to withdraw, so yeah that the only best way to instantly have a BTC is to buy it. We must only understand that there is also a minimum when buying a BTC on some exchanges. This is due to the fee and maybe to prevent from spamming the network but who wants only 1 Satoshi anyway? Yes, it's very true, like what you just said, I agree with you, trading in Bitcoin is not just guessing, but all of it has a process that we have to go through, we have to have broad abilities so that we can predict the price of Bitcoin accurately, not just by just guessing, like we hear from other people, we don't research with knowledge, and when we start trading in Bitcoin, don't be FOMO, then it will all destroy ourselves, we still have to be consistent in carrying it all out through the process and research About Bitcoin price predictions with the right target, don't follow other people.knowing the right time to buy or sell is not a matter of guesswork or luck. everything goes through an analysis process. although some only trade casually. don't even have a trading plan. Yes, you are right, no one can completely avoid possible losses from the trading they do and by carrying out analysis this will of course be very useful for increasing profit opportunities and also reducing the risk of losses that we might get from the trading we do and continue to do. Learning about trading is of course very important and we should not stop learning even though we have made a profit from trading because no one can guarantee that even those who are experienced in trading may still experience failure when they make mistakes, so anyone who trades is certainly very it is important for them to continue learning about trading. And that's why many people often advise us to never give up when it comes to learning, or that means never stop learning new things, because the market will continue to move, meaning there will always be new things that we have to learn. but still not to ensure profits, but to help you find profits that are not too difficult and also help you to minimize the possibility of significant losses because by learning you will know what to do and what to avoid. Crypto trading is basically not that easy there are many things to check and then trade. If you want to trade Bitcoin then I would tell you to learn about it first and prepare yourself to take risks. At such times the demand for Bitcoin may increase and prices may go up.
But, if you want to invest for a long period of time you can use a DCA strategy because in this we can get double profit. If prices go down you can take advantage of buying the dip and buy more bitcoins on the cheap. This approach reduces risk and can protect against market volatility. Yes, of course trading in the short term is not easy to succeed in getting the results we want, of course the risks are definitely very large compared to long-term investments. Usually investors differ in how they invest their money in the market, some wait until there is a big decline before putting their money. There are also those who don't care about the price, still investing every month. With this DCA technique, of course we will get the average price of our investment itself. Of course, these two things are very good for getting the price we want. Sometimes if we keep waiting, it is not certain that the price we want will come true. As we know, we cannot predict market prices perfectly.Title: Re: When is the best time to trade a Bitcoin Post by: redsun114 on July 07, 2024, 05:53:24 PM I think I have seen two or more places where people are saying that bitcoin investment is like gambling where they bet and expect some specific results. Yes, that's why they talk so much about Bitcoin, believe me, some people have never invested themselves, they hear about it and then start spreading it. We use Bitcoin to invest and get profit. If the market goes down, we have to wait or we have to buy more but those who don't invest in Bitcoin are ignorant of everything, that's why they call Bitcoin gambling.I can say in my dream that people who do future trading take a lot of risks because if your prediction is not right then you lose a lot of money. However, even future trading is not like gambling at all. Because in gambling bets, if you lose, you lose all your money, there is no stop-loss option, whereas, in futures trading, there is a stop-loss option. Bitcoin is too heavy with someone with less than a Bitcoin worth to gain something trading it, the only way you can make money from it is doing DCA as you said instead of waiting for one big money. Imagine trading Bitcoin with $300 and you think of making something big from it when Bitcoin averagely print 5% and it's not assured that you will get that % and you will also pay trading fees, you will most likely make nothing trading it if you factor loss too. If one is buying $20 worth of Bitcoin every week now that Bitcoin is dumping, it will help pay them trading it. If that can be sustained for a year, that's going to be $1000 after a year and there are days the person can be lucky to buy dips that after the average weekly buy, he or she will even make more money holding. I forgot to say that Holding Bitcoin don't make you loss money as long as you never sell, there is always profits if you can just be patient with the process but trading will give a lot of mistakes that if the market last long in a bear market, you will hardly makes something from the market, hodl remain the best strategy for Bitcoin. Title: Re: When is the best time to trade a Bitcoin Post by: passwordnow on July 08, 2024, 09:40:20 AM By my reckoning By my reckoning the best time to invest in Bitcoin is when positive news or events are expected in the market. At such times the demand for Bitcoin may increase and prices may go up. It's actually the opposite with the belief of most of when the right time to invest in Bitcoin and that is during the market crash happens. When there have a lot of negative news in the market, that's actually why many wait for the dip because that's how it goes when you want to enter the market. While it's fine to invest during positive and up but you'd expect that the next of it is gonna be a crash and so, that's why the opposite time is the better time to invest. But, if you want to invest for a long period of time you can use a DCA strategy because in this we can get double profit. If prices go down you can take advantage of buying the dip and buy more bitcoins on the cheap. This approach reduces risk and can protect against market volatility. That's it.You buy when the market is down and if you can DCA, that's better. But no one stops investors to invest with a lump sum. Personally, I'd choose to lump sum if I have the big amount of money and if my target price has been hit. Title: Re: When is the best time to trade a Bitcoin Post by: RockBell on July 08, 2024, 10:25:27 AM Thus it is difficult to say at what time you can profit by buying Bitcoin. The market is changing every moment so you have to keep an eye on the market and when you see that the market may go well next time you should buy bitcoins and when you see your expected profit you should sell. I think that since there is no excess volatility in the Bitcoin market, it is always possible to trade in the Bitcoin market if we can do this trading in the right way. Crypto trading is basically not that easy there are many things to check and then trade. If you want to trade Bitcoin then I would tell you to learn about it first and prepare yourself to take risks. If you buy Bitcoin, you can gain and lose, you have to accept these two. If you can accept these two, then you can trade with Bitcoin anytime by looking at the market. Anything can happen in bitcoin their is no exact time for anything especially buying and selling that is the most important. Knowing when to sell and Knowing when to buy. When you understand does two period you won't have a problem. That is part of the little things that will help when you are holding. Some people little things they are already bothered and start panicking and if you allow your emotion to rule us then you won't go far. Because emotions contributes a lot. Its usually very simple when the price is down buy when it is high you sell to get back your profit and use the capital to buy again when the price is low. People are always looking for an easy way and nothing is easy especially when you want trade you have to have knowledge and learn how to do technical analysis because if you don't learn technical analysis their is no way you can trade because the analysis is what will be used for the trading. The beginning is usually not easy but when you are consistent you will get better at learning. If you get better at learning how to analyze then one of the problem have been taking care of, it is left to use small amount of money to actually learn before coming in fully. Because having deep knowledge of trading is an advantage for us to get earnings in Bitcoin and cryptocurrency. Real and effective traders always find ways to win on their trades regardless of when the trade is taking place. Trading is not just about trading on its right timing, but it's more on knowledge, skills and working strategies that will guarantee your trading profits. If you lack any of them, your trades will still end up useless and eventually lose your funds. So don't just focus on when is the best time to trade, but work on your strategies most likely so that winning your trades will be highly possible.Because, whether it is the best timing or not, you will be able to make a profit in the trade for sure. That is the true definition of a trader—the type who doesn't choose time if you want to grind profit in the cryptocurrency business. Yes, I agree but sometimes even top traders wait for right time to open their trades, however most of the times traders who are good at trading especially the ones good at doing technical analysis can make profitable trades anytime.I'm someone who trades on daily, weekly, and sometimes monthly basis and I can confirm that sometimes we traders do need to look for the right time to place our trades especially on times when market's conditions aren't too good. I avoid trading when the market gets less volatile because as a crypto trader one can earn more profits when market is more volatile. I always wait for volatile market conditions and when I see those conditions then I do my trades. This can only be a huge misconception about Bitcoin, it is never like a football betting and never will it or other trading and investment assets be. This is how you guys relate things that are not supposed to be related together to confuse others, and having such a disposition will never let you grow in the industry. Now I observed that Bitcoin is like a gamble of football game whereby you go to the bet shop book your bet and wait for what will come sometimes you win sometimes fear can make you cash out after your cash out you may be lucky and sometimes you might lose something you would have gotten if you had waited. Fine, earning through Bitcoin is risky, but still, many people are trading and investing it to make money. Some are even living and sustaining their families and dependents through Bitcoin, so you don't downgrade it just like that. You only need to know how things work with it, but note, that it will never be easy as many would preach to you. However, if you want it easier, you need to invest and shun trading, but if you have that risk affinity in you, you may trade and leave investment, or better still, do both. That is what I do and I can assure you that dealing with Bitcoin is so profitable. Nevertheless, you need to do your part. You need to, above all other things, know how to speculate. Reading your chart and being proficient in handling your psychology and management right will make you unstoppable. But don't forget, "practice makes perfect," Bitcoin trading and investment is not what will start yielding for you immediately, it might take you years of training to perfect this. I believe you’ve also observed where there’s positive trends in the market during day time and you’ll wake to see everywhere red in the market. There’s no manual for this and it happens once or for couple of times doesn’t mean that’s how it normally operates. By the way, going by the topic of your thread the best time to trade is when you’re ready to lose money. Trading especially the way you explained in your post is absolutely a waste of time and coins. Hold, hold and hold until you are satisfied to sell and achieve the aim. This can only be a huge misconception about Bitcoin, it is never like a football betting and never will it or other trading and investment assets be. This is how you guys relate things that are not supposed to be related together to confuse others, and having such a disposition will never let you grow in the industry. A very big misconception indeed. It’s also misleading because some people here especially the newbies who are very desperate to make money out of everywhere might want to give it a trial to buy in the day time and ready to sell in the late night hours. It’s every newbie belief to have find a way to take advantage of the market but in the long run, they’ll understand it’s not as they assumed. But if we start from the past price values of BTS, then we will probably find several factors that influence the price. I will try to list what I personally have noticed over the years in the cryptocurrency market, so the price is influenced by: Fed interest rates, liquidity in the market, the involvement of the number of people in the crypto market, the possibility of entering and exiting a lot of money (this is only possible if there is transparency and the rules of legality are clear in a specific country).
I also want to say that Bitcoin is a deflationary asset, and most likely it will rise in price slowly but smoothly, and the sooner you enter it, the better. Such declines that have occurred in the last few days are the best time to buy. If you have the opportunity to buy it, then hold on and take advantage while there is an opportunity, because as long as Bitcoin is in the consolidation period, we have the opportunity to accumulate it if we have the opportunity to actually buy it.
It's hard to buy if, after consolidation, it's all about an uptrend, and it's hard to keep up with that because, for sure, you'll be left behind in its price because the price value of bitcoin in the market is unpredictable. Title: Re: When is the best time to trade a Bitcoin Post by: Z_MBFM on July 09, 2024, 06:23:18 PM I think I have seen two or more places where people are saying that bitcoin investment is like gambling where they bet and expect some specific results. To me I can't still adhered to that saying because bitcoin investment can never be termed as gambling or betting, why because when you bet and you lose your money it's irreversible meaning you lost your money but with bitcoin when price drops you can only have patients while the price comes up again then you may decide to sell off your asset at the favorable price which you wanted. If you compare bitcoin with gambling, it will be very stupid. Because there is a lot of difference between gambling and investing in bitcoin. Gambling can multiply your money in a moment and lose it completely in a moment. But if we invest in bitcoin after investing. If the bitcoin market gets dumped then some losses will be faced. If you wait for some time after the dumping, they will recover very quickly. If you want to invest in bitcoins, it is best to invest for a long period of time. So I think investing in bitcoins. And there are many differences between gambling. Title: Re: When is the best time to trade a Bitcoin Post by: ndutndut on July 09, 2024, 10:25:58 PM - Now is a good opportunity to buy Bitcoin. If you have the opportunity to buy it, then hold on and take advantage while there is an opportunity, because as long as Bitcoin is in the consolidation period, we have the opportunity to accumulate it if we have the opportunity to actually buy it. Actually any time is the best time to buy bitcoin because as you said it is difficult to predict when the lowest price of bitcoin will occur. Instead of missing the moment or missing the price, it's better to buy now and hold until the target is reached. It's hard to buy if, after consolidation, it's all about an uptrend, and it's hard to keep up with that because, for sure, you'll be left behind in its price because the price value of bitcoin in the market is unpredictable. The point is, don't buy bitcoin with all your money, that's the key. Because many people experience losses when investing in bitcoin because they mismanaged their finances, so when bitcoin goes down they panic and sell it. Even though we know that bitcoin is very volatile, so using enough money to buy bitcoin will make you comfortable holding bitcoin for a long period of time. Because basically bitcoin will not make you a loss unless you sell it at a falling price or you lose access to your wallet. I have also seen the price drop many times at night. So I would suggest not always trading Bitcoin based on this policy. It will be good for you.

I won't say it's difficult but surely it's not for the ones with weak hands. Those who have weak hands often end up losing money in trading than making anything. Sometimes when my trades don't work then I use hedging techniques to minimize my losses, and sometimes the hedging helps with good profits. I would say, the more you trade the better you get at it. I'm not a full-time trader but surely I can say that trading helps me to make some money for me and my family. You would really be just that basically making yourself having those kind of realizations along the way on which this is something that would really be normal. Dealing up with this unpredictable space will really be giving out those kind of doubts and hindrance on the moment that you've seen yourself dealing with those roller coaster like kind of movement. Best time? It would really be just that depending on you on which we know that traders would really be that different when it comes into their goals whether holding up for long term or would be having those short term approach. Usually the best moment on buying or trading BItcoin is on the time that it do make out some reversal or simply making up some positioning when it do make out some correction on which you could somewhat assure that recovery would be coming next but of course there wont really be no exact time on when it would happen. So patience would really be also playing a crucial role on the time or moment that you do deal up with this market. But if we really learn to learn it then there is definitely a way for us to get the knowledge we want. Quote Sometimes when my trades don't work then I use hedging techniques to minimize my losses, and sometimes the hedging helps with good profits. Sometimes we will see momentum to enter the market and trade with potential profits based on how we entered. This kind of analysis is what is needed to enter the market, even though sometimes the process goes outside the strategy implemented. The more experienced we are in trading, the more potential we have to gain profits. But we can gain this experience if we engage in trading gradually by having a strategy that can be implemented. Actually, it isn't difficult but surely it requires time and effort. Those who want to learn trading should understand that it's not easy to make millions as a trader if you begin with $10 or $1000 within 1-4 years. One can make profit as a trader but that profit isn't going to be in millions unless that person already has capital of $1M or more. What kind of hedging you mean is related to not exiting a trade in conditions that go in the opposite direction. In futures trading hedging can work as a great weapon if someone understands it well. However those who aren't good at hedging should avoid it. I do it with 1x leverage when I shorting and if it goes wrong then I open long positions to reduce the losses. And if the long continues to go up then I sell some of it and allow the market to dump again or I might average my short by opening another short from higher value. I would say that in spot trading averaging is more useful than hedging but in futures trading hedging works like a charm for me. I mostly trade at spot market and only at futures market when I see huge bullish candles. Whenever the market goes up, it will again go down, and those who understand that always make profit by shorting. All effort is needed as a step to achieve good trading skills and the most important thing is not to be greedy so that we can learn gradually to gain good knowledge. Capital also determines the level of profit and if we start from small capital then be patient to gain profits gradually with repeated trades. Beginners are limited to newly created accounts especially on binance that I know of and the use of leverage is also recommended on much smaller trade amount. The goal is not to suffer much bigger losses even though there are several other choices available on the exchange. If someone understands the pattern like you do, perhaps they will be much easier to get involved in and the beginner's habits are not yet up to that level. Spot trading is actually much simpler for those who do not have good trading skills, although it is not advisable to engage in any trade without knowledge. Trading is a good thing to do if you have enough money since the more you lose, the more your brain expands and you gain more understanding about it. Every day, people trade and make a profit. I am a fan of trading since it is the only thing you can do and offer you daily money if it is going well for you because most people lose on trading every day and they will not try to trade again if they lose, and trading is not something that will be favourable everyday you most lose one day that is why you most no how he work before you start. If you have a lot of money and start trading, I am confident you will double it because even if you lose, he will not surprise you since you have enough to bet when you lose, and when you win, you will undoubtedly receive your capital and profits again. The more you stake, the closer you are to gaining trading expertise and becoming the boss of it. Title: Re: When is the best time to trade a Bitcoin Post by: Issa56 on July 27, 2024, 08:54:41 PM That's quite true, no single strategy works in all market conditions. A good trader knows that thing and that's why he/she uses multiple strategies according to the market. As a trader, you are not supposed to have just one strategy because it’s not always going to work for you forever. The condition of the market at that particular time is supposed to determine the strategy that you will be using at that moment, and when trading, you shouldn’t get tired of doing research because you will need to update your strategy when you notice that you are no longer getting the expected result. I personally use more than one strategy but in most cases my first strategy works while in some market conditions I use another strategy. And, Either during the bull run or the bear market, if I notice that the strategy I am using doesn’t work well any longer, then I will check if I can improve it, and if I can’t, then I will have to change the strategy.when market is totally unpredictable then I don't make any trades. When the market is totally unpredictable, I do trade, just that I make use of a small amount of money, and I do make sure that I take less risk during that period of time. When things bounce back, I do go back to trading with the normal amount that I did before. That's is also a good approach but I guess tweaking a strategy is more than enough to make it more effective in most market conditions. However, if the strategy fails many times then it's better to go with another strategy. When the market is totally unpredictable, I do trade, just that I make use of a small amount of money, and I do make sure that I take less risk during that period of time. I won't advice anyone to trade when market is unpredictable because it can sometimes dump very badly and recovering from such dumps might take so much time. I know it's okay to trade with small amount during such times but it's still better to not trade in such market conditions. |
