Which red flags are you talking about?  All cases have been resolved.

I also see three negative feedbacks on your profile, which suggest you are a scammer and highly risky to deal with. Why will forum members trust you and use your service seeing the feedback on your profile? If the cases were solved, why don't you send private messages to the members who left negative feedback on your profile? I did not go through the entire discussion thread, and it is hard to understand the whole situation just from a single post. It would be best to talk to the people who left you the negative feedback and come clean. Otherwise, no one is going to believe any service that you will promote. 

Successor to Fairlay? Heck yeah! Count me in. I already have had an account in Fairlay for quite a while and used it without any major issues so far. The high BTC withdrawal amount sucked though along with the annoying UI. Liquidities were also on the lower side on many markets.

Hope these issues are fixed in the new site. Are the odds pinnacle odds? Also, I hope there isn't a big difference between the back and lay odds.

I think you really need to work on getting that negative trust removed since you mentioned that the issue has already been resolved.

Platforms like that...no KYC and decentralized betting exchange are great, but if you’ve got a bad reputation on the forum, it might be tough to attract gamblers to play. Reputation is everything in the gambling business, and even though people might know about these kinds of platforms, they’ll still be hesitant if they see any negative feedback. So, better clear that up to build trust with potential users.

@rodskee’s point about the red tags is understandable, as trust is a major factor in decentralized platforms, especially in this community. It's great to hear all cases have been resolved, but maybe highlighting those resolutions or even sharing some feedback from users who've been satisfied with the platform after those issues could really help. Transparency goes a long way in building trust, especially when privacy is such a core part of your value proposition.

If the cases against you have been resolved, you might wanna contact the users who have you tagged still and see what you need to do for them to remove the tags. From our end we see 3 tags and nothing resolved.

Now you have an issues with the mentioned of the huge withdrawal fees, who want to play on a casino that have high fees, as a matter of fact, what I consider most times is that, any site that have high fees is an indirect robbery of the players and we should pay close attention to such a site and not to give all our trust to them, so long as their milking users with fixed high withdrawal, whereas we have other online cryptocurrencies casinos that have low withdrawal fees, and even faster payment time.

Asides from the splitting clear tags on the ops account, I suggest that anyone registering on this site should be very careful and so a second investigation before making any form of financial commission since dealing with this casino may likely put your money at denger.

But also we have to give them the chance to prove what their can do, and we are not gullible here on Bitcointalk to just by into whatever story that their sell to us.

I looked for the TOS on your website and I'm not seeing anything. Maybe it's on my side that it's not showing up. Also about this issue of not asking for KYC, this is a good thing as people could have privacy. But it also means that you won't have a license and one day you could be targeted by governments who could arrest you for operating a casino without a license and charge you with money laundering for not complying with KYC and the risk of being arrested will be high and the prison sentences are very high. Are you willing to take this high risk? On the side of the gamblers, they will also run the risk of seeing their website seized along with their money. It is true that there are few cases in which we see online casinos being seized by governments.

Their BTC withdrawal fee does suck quite a bit, but they do offer other options like LTC which has a way lower and reasonable withdrawal fee in comparison to be fair. Dash is another decent alternative.

They aren't newcomers though and have a lot of experience in this field which is why they probably have contingency plans in place to deal with the situations that you mentioned.

2. Withdrawal fees.    With the new platform, you can deposit or withdraw ETH or W(rapped)BTC via smart contract and all you ever pay are the Ethereum fees for calling the smart contract, which is usually around 2 USD. A lot of advantages with this solution:
- We don't hold custody of your funds
- There are no centralized servers necessary
- No operating costs
- No one can steal or confiscate these funds

3. Staying accessible
  Even if the entire team gets arrested / killed or goes awol, the platform will still stay online.  The interface is running on IPFS, so it cannot be taken down. No servers are required or permissions to access your funds. All it takes is just one Node, that you can connect to.  You are welcomed to run your own node. Instructions can be found on github.

 There are more and more DeFI prediction markets like this coming online. Polymarket and Kalshi are the most prominent. We are the biggest one with a professional approach towards Sports Betting.

4. LTC is no longer available. In fact, using Fairlay is disencouraged as it is much slower and harder to use.

5. Current volumes on the platform are around 2-5 BTC per day but expected to rise at least 3x within the following months.

6. Not all  market makers have yet switched to the new platform. But you should see the same or better odds than on Fairlay in most cases.

I just checked the site out, it's looks good, but the from the homepage, it doest look like it's a gambling casino, but that not a big deal at all.

Welcome to the forum by the way, it's good to have you guys here, I don't know if any other user have mentioned something like this since I've not gone through the comments, but I am actually interested in knowing what happened to fairley is like you said @op, that this casino is taking over from fairlay.

And going further, decentralized casinos are really a thing yet, most gamblers still prefer the normal centralized casinos, but all the same, I wish you guys the best of luck, not sure if I will this but let's see how it goes.

I have checked out the site and have also noticed some quit strange things, like a member of this Forum mentioned earlier about the high withdrawal fees on the site, but when I checked the site and read through the terms and conditions of the casino I did not fine any where that their mentioned what the fees for withdrawals is.

So this makes me to suspect the game play behind the whole thing and how I learn to be very careful with this casino not to fall any victims.

You're a Senior member; you know how everything works here, You first resolve your issue before they take the tags out, You should have waited for the issue to resolve and asked members who tag you to take down the feedback before creating an announcement to your new casino.
So don't be surprised why your announcement is getting bad feedback; the red tag is very visible in your profile; members will have second thoughts playing on the platform you're promoting.

Well, I do not know but most casinos usually don't include their fees on their terms and conditions because, fees is something that changes constantly for most of them, specially for decentralized casinos, and it  makes no sense for them to always go into their terms and conditions to edit it all the time just to include what the new fees is, this i believe is the reason why some casinos usually won't include their fee structure in their terms and conditions.

And on the other point, let me point out to you that this is decentralized casino we talking about here, if you find anything like a withdrawal fee on the site, then it simply means that this is not actually a decentralized casino as they claim, and I would advice gamblers to stay away.

On decentralized casinos, gamblers can only pay game fees, there is nothing withdrawal fees since games are supposed to be hosted on the blockchain network, and interacted with directly through the wallet address, this means that every win or loss is supposed to be added or subtracted from the wallet balance automatically and immediately.

There are still some strange things about the site. First you are not able to create an account on this site directly. It is the invite-only access which means that someone needs to send you an invite code before you can make the account. I do not know what is the reason for this and is this site too popular that they do not want normal registrations?

Secondly, even if bitcoin-betting has no scam accusations or if the previous issues were resolved, still the OP having the negative trust is never good for the growth of the casino specially on this platform.

There are none.  You make a withdrawal by interactiving with a smart contract and the fees for that vary. It can be 30c  or 3 USD - depending on the market situation.

3. Invite-Only

As everything runs on a decentralized network, once invited it is not possible for us to freeze assets from users.  So we have to take some measures to not let bad actors in in the first place.  With Fairlay, some bad actors used to have several accounts and it was very hard to ban them.   With Bitcoin Betting everyone can easily see who was when invited by whom.

And when you said betting exchange, it a kind of confusing to some of us here and this could build some misinterpreted I formation, so can you take the time to explain what are your service as a betting exchange, can one exchange their assets from one coin to another interacting with the site through the Smart contract?


How does this thing work, please more explanations is needed for clarity sake.

Traditional sportsbooks only allow their punters to place back bets on their markets while betting exchanges like this site and Fairlay allow their punters to place back and lay bets on their markets.

Back bet implies backing a team/player to win while Lay bet implies backing a team/player to not win. These are usually user generated markets.

A real decentralized system is that we do not have to login with a username and password and connect our wallets to the site and gamble / make a bet. Also by using the invite only access, how is it possible that you do not freeze accounts ? Lets suppose a good person have a account on your site and he invites his friend who is not a good actor, and he misuse or violate any terms and conditions (or make multiple accounts), so you will not ban his account ?

  There is no password. Just your wallet, the same wallet that you use to interact with for example the Ethereum blockchain.


Very good question. Once invited it is not possible to freeze user assets. For a set time period, it is however possible to revoke an invite. Revoked accounts can only withdraw funds and not place orders. This is implemented on the protocol level.

 FairlaySupport of all the things I have read about your platform and you here, I found this very surprising and I was curious to ask you about it. It was clearly captured on your profile text which states 
I was wondering if you do not want members who would patronize your services here to pm you when ever they have issues at hand that needs urgent attention. That text alone could scare potential client from coming your way and already you have red tag to your profile coupled with your text, members would flee from your platform.

If you can not be pmed to aid resolve issues what is the possibility that your platform support would be very much effective to resolving complaints talk of to respond to customers whenever they complain or want help.

i cant believe ppl call fairlay "scam" i bet on this  site since 2018 at 1 point i had 30+ btc on that site and had never issues maybe look at the trash u guys promote here as a pro bettor this site has been a game changer for long

Yeah. I have been playing here for quite sometime too without any issues except for the high BTC withdrawal fee. Several posters in this thread are just spamming mindlessly without even focusing on the fact that the alleged victim who they allegedly scammed was involved in match fixing.

However, Fairlay did handle the whole situation in a bad manner and they could have done better in my opinion.

lol...I was falling for it when I first read the DeFi and the decentralised relevance attached to the point that I never cared to look at the profile of the OP, thank you for bringing this up. Oh, damn, but I thoroughly read tags before believing them since some taggers are overbearing, but to have seen the tag of @cryptofrka included and with constructive reasons, then I must take this seriously and I urge people to do the same. This is a person I respect and who doesn't tag anyhow, unlike many others.

Looking at the negative trusts and following the incident when it was happening, the major issue was their handling jd the entire situation which you already pointed out. They were unprofessional and wanted to lay out the entire terms of arbitration which shouldn't be an option when there are multiple parties involved.

This thread however shouldn't be derailed with comments of the negative trust, it should just serve as a suggestion for users that want to deal with them and they should do their research on the references available.

Hey fellas, considering that I'm one of the guys that tagged Fairlay, I feel it's needed that I drop a few words here. Thanks for the tag @EarnOnVictor.

First of all, I don't really feel there's much risk for an average player to use this platform. Haven't tested it myself, it was invite only, spoke with a few people that did use it.

The tag itself is well explained, Fairlay decided to forfeit winnings that all other bookies settled with some bizarre explanations - 'goalkeeper not trying hard enough'. It's Finnish 3rd tier, the guy can also be hammered from his morning work shift or he could just be drunk as well. Or both - these are amateur players. They play for a sandwich and a beer, these aren't betting markets that you should be able to bet big on.

Other bookies protect themselves with max bets on such games, Fairlay to my knowledge does not, so it is a calculated risk they are taking here to increase commission - if it goes against them, my opinion is that they need to settle the bets.

They linked the investigation article in Finnish and announced the case is settled. I took some time to translate and read it, and basically it comes down to this:

'The goal of the disciplinary procedure is to find out whether all or any of the three clubs mentioned above have committed a violation of the ethical principles of the competition regulations and whether a sanction according to the penalty regulations can be imposed.
There are no known precedents for similar cases. Due to the scope of the material, it is difficult to predict the duration of the disciplinary process.'

Meaning that these clubs are currently just being investigated, no decision has yet been made, but Fairlay already made conclusions about the case that is still under investigation.

To state the obvious - I really do feel that most of these games are manipulated. That is why bookies have limits on them.
Important thing to note - with this precedent, Fairlay could flag 10 more amateur teams whenever they decide to. Futures tournaments in tennis? Hell, half of it is suspicious. I watched some amateur ping-pong that I swear is manipulated - but when and how will you prove it?

It was also unclear whether all bets in this specific case were voided, was the other side of the bet(s) reimbursed for the initial loss etc. When I asked that through PM, the reply I received was 'do you see anyone complaining?' - which is not the answer you want to receive and is a standard template in which they communicate.

To conclude, I will remove the red when/if I see the following:

• transparency about platform operations - (FAQ or an invitation - I requested one now)
• detailed information on dispute settlement - for this specific case, I need more clarity on how it was handled—which games were flagged, were all winnings from the player confiscated and what the resolution involved for counterparties
• some legal clarity - who told you not to release the funds? This has to be transparent, which legal entity does Fairlay even legally have to abide here?
• evidence-based decision making - Fairlay confiscated funds without substantial evidence (they still haven't got a strong case), meaning that the decision is subjective and without clear rules to rely on which also raises questions about the integrity of the decision-making process
• overall improvement in communication - so far it is 'hey we're Fairlay and we make our own rules - we don't even need to explain them to you'. Not taggable by itself, but communication is key in crypto in the middle of a scam accusation.

If I understood correctly, on this new fully decentralized version of the platform, freezing funds wouldn't even be possible and no bets could have been voided?

If that is the case, such version of this platform doesn't deserve the tag but Fairlay account still does. If another thread is opened using a different account, I would not tag it.

To be honest, I'm really looking forward to seeing decentralized solutions everywhere. They do carry significant risks as well though - and I was not happy with Fairlay's attitude and unwillingness to solve this case in a more friendly manner. I hope they come back to the table with better attitude and some clear rules we can follow so we can put this behind us.

This aptly sums up what I will want to respond here but did not think it would be worth it, especially as this ↓ is why they think they were tagged in the first place, despite the several pages worth of responses in the earlier thread about the case.

They could be said to deserve a tag only off their unprofessional-ism in handling the entire case and their willingness to bulge in their assessment of the case. They never wanted arbitration and turned on everyone when they did not get the response they expected.
I will not be tagging the new brand, but the tag on the Fairlay account is still valid in my opinion.

Yes, freezing assets is impossible as on most "Blockchains".  However, still the same people that used to settle markets on Fairlay currently settle most markets on Bitcoin-Betting. So settlement for a given market is centralized.  But once the settlement is finalized - by default after 24h - it is impossible to confiscate funds.    

Before that, the on-hold balance concept from Fairlay is also used on Bitcoin Betting. That means that only the biggest win in any event is put on hold for 24h.   It is also possible to opt-out of this by paying some insurance fee. This was further refined with the launch of Bitcoin-Betting. The insurance fee is now dependent on the sport and league.  For example, major events have a very low insurance fee, while small E-sport events have a rather high one.



The assignment of the settler of a certain market is subject to the settings the market creator chooses.  

If you wanted, you could create the very same markets again on the platform with yourself as settler. No one could stop you doing that. The way we handle this case right now is, that a warning is displayed in the App, that the settler of the market is not known / trusted.  




If there is something you don't like about the interface, you can fork the App. It's just a huge Javascript file which you can change as you wish.  

I think yes, as that is how sports betting supposed to work but I think the reason on why you still ask a question is not because you may still be new on it but it is because of how they claim their website to be (betting exchange). If there is no other info laid here, we can try seeking it on their website and we can also do it outside, I mean by using browsers such as Google. That should gave us an immediate answer.

As for now, I didn't make my own research but yeah, I also feel that we can make a coin trade here due to that 'exchange' word in its name. In the past I also saw a couple of exchanges that also has a gambling game on them, so I think they are like that. Their only difference is that many of them only has a binary option trade, which is also a form of gambling, as we are betting on the price of the coins if they will go up or down.

I think for a casino to banned and account, the offense must have to come directly from them, this is because casino security team already know how this thing could happen as regards to invitees committing any offense to the casino, and how that could rob up the one who invited them, so for that measures are put in place to combat any misuse of that banned harmers for abuse.

Before a reputable casino can close an account, it will be as a results of they own direct abuse of the casino and not on the offense of another player.

I dont understand how can a defi betting be connected with bitcoin, and I dont want to test how this platform works when I saw negative feedback on OP account.
Received negative feedback is coming from very reputable members cryptofrka and efialtis, with account becoming active again after long period of inactivity.

The only way to explain this is that op is possibly running a semi centralized bitcoin casino but claim it's decentralized, because we all know that Bitcoin blockchain network does not support the building and running of decentralized apps on the blockchain.

So, it's likely that this casino is a semi decentralized casino like the likes of etherdelta and forkdelta (if you remember this exchanges) where the user will connect his or her wallet, but will still have to make a deposit to the exchange wallet from the connected wallet, and when withdrawing, the user will withdraw from the site and the fund will be sent to the connected wallet..

This is possibly the type of casino this must be, but then, I can't also trust op enough to want to try this out because if the above be the case with this casino, then op is..

This is the benefit of knowing this forum because if you don't want to get screwed, you can easily check the feedback of other users and see the history of the person/staff involved. Bettors should really be cautious in sending money to sites that have some issues.
If there's feedback like that, it means, there's really basis why they stated such statement. And it is for you to validate if you want to check out this site.

If all red flags have been resolved, you should send a private message to the users who give you those negative tags because it will be hard for the community to trust your site with that negative trust on your profile.

Reputation is everything in this crypto world and the accusations that you have are from trusted players, the fact that you decide to take the money from a user is enough to think it twice before making a deposit in your site.

Hi I am getting a 403 error when attempting registration and wallet connect. The website is telling me "This content is unavailable in your region"

As I understand it there is no KYC so what does it matter my region?

When you download the files that will allow you to run the node you will find a default IP Ban List.  If your IP is in this list, for example an US based IP you cannot connect to a Node.   This is just a precautionary measure to protect Node operators because US authorities (lawfully or unlawfully is yet to be decided) targeted DeFi projects and protocols recently.

I have an invitation code... would I be able to register with it and make plays on the new platform if I used a VPN the whole time?

Actually, it is normal for us to be skeptical about these services which claim from the very beginning to be decentralized and censorship-proof. I have dealt with decentralized casinos before and other dapps which claim to have decentralized features thanks to the implementation of smart contracts , most of them still have a little back-door so funds can be added or retrieved from the smart contract by the holder of the private cryptographic keys of the one who deployed the contract in the first place.
It is a way for casinos and decentralized services to save guard their own interest and protect funds from being stolen or stuck in a faulty contract, but obviously sacrificing the decentralized nature of the service.

I ignore whether this is the case for this service as well, unfortunately, those negative feedbacks on OP's account can only make me feel distrust of the actual decentralization features of this bookie.

Both Fairlay and efialtis are good guys but the wires got crossed somewhere in the match-fixing thread. efialtis saw the same evidence as the Gambling Integrity Unit. The Gambling Integrity Unit said the matches were fixed. Everyone that looked at Fairlay's first posts knew the matches were fixed.

Anyone in the USA using a VPN to access the site? I spoke with support over there and his email reply was very vague about using VPN. Like it isnt technically against the rules but it also isnt encouraged is the vibe I got His reply was "We are unable to provide more details when it comes to using VPN."
That is all that was said about me accessing with a VPN so you understand what I mean by a vague response. I suppose plausible deniability because the new platform doesnt like American IPs(they are banned immediately from what he said)

I joined Fairlay in 2019 and for the past 5 years I hadn't had this issue. Fairlay was completely fine with my American IP. I might try to register regardless with a VPN just because I really liked Fairlay and dont want to lose ability of betting exchange. Although It would make me feel better if I wasnt the only American having to join the new platform like this.


Thanks for any advice I really would just like assurances that if I join with a VPN my account will be safe. I think it probably would be as there is no KYC. Apparently theres just an automated system that checks for US IPs. So VPN should work fine I'm thinking.

You have both Sportsbet and Stake listed as C-, I'm beginning to be really amused by your objectivity.

Both Sportsbet and Stake confiscate money from playing in banned jurisdictions or when they accuse someone of multi-accounting, sometimes without solid proof. Stake has mandatory KYC and Sportsbet will KYC. Stake and Sportsbet are for casual players. In one of the posts above, I stated how tough it is to beat a book with bad odds, both have bad odds. Both have withheld money for long periods of time while investigating, Stake being the worst. According to the criteria used, in what way are Stake and Sportsbet better than the books ahead of them? I'm willing to change when supported by facts. I want input in my thread.

May I ask you why you have chosen Ethereum? Instead of a layer2 network or an EVM compatible blockchain with lower fees and faster transactions like most Defi platforms are doing nowadays? The code would have been the same or almost exactly the same. Paying $5 to place a bet is not cheap at all sadly. I think you would attract more people if you were able to offer a true DeFi Betting Exchange with almost no transaction fees.

Hi, happy to answer.  We do not use Ethereum or any L2 solution for processing bets and markets, but a custom chain with very low fees - about 0.0001 USD  per transaction.  To transfer assets to this chain you must use a bridge. Bridges currently exist for Bitcoin and Ethereum - though only Ethereum is really trustless. Network fees for both are usually below 5 USD per transaction.  It would be very easy to accept assets from other EVM chains like Polygon or Arbitrum.  If there is demand for it, let us know.

Seems like web3betting is just an alt of Bitcoin-Betting-com which is quite odd if that is true since I don't see the need for it. Anyway, I don't get why your team is still depending on the invite only system even after all this time.

I'm a new person here to bitcointalk that is helping to run this thread. I've never posted under any of the other names for Fairlay/Bitcoin-Betting. We have added bitcoin deposits. Everything is onchain and active users and their bets are public information to all. We are starting off slow with Bitcoin-Betting which is why the invite code is still in affect. Because we are new and completely anonymous, we don't want any bad actors.

Fairlay was a good site for sure, but I can't find anything good to say about this new site. Bad stuff team.

I should have said that we are new under the Bitcoin-Betting URL but the team has been around for over a decade. The one thing that I will say compared to the other sites is that we are more transparent and governed by a DAO. We have the best betting odds of all of the other sites here at bitcointalk. The invite system is an extra step that wasn't meant to be a hassle but that of security.

On nearly every event that I see you offer worse odds (even by a little your odds are worse) which decreases your clients potential winnings.
So why would he prefer you over some betting agent besides the anonymity factor?

If I'm reading your images correctly, the odds are almost identical 1.800 to 1.806 since the maximum wager at the other place is €215. The maximum bet at Bitcoin-Betting is twice that amount. Philippines basketball is a small market. On major markets, the limits can be higher than that of Pinnacle. If you are unable to bet as much as you want to bet, there are 4 nodes. Each node may have a different maximum amount. You can switch nodes.

@Haunebu  Match fixing is a very serious problem in the Sport Betting Industry. Without the invite system, Bitcoin Betting would be the dream of every criminal out there:  no personal data collected, no confiscation of funds possible, unlimited number of accounts to hide the activity can be easily created. Unlike with the other exchanges you mentioned, there is no KYC on our platform that would pose as some kind of entry barrier for bad actors.  
 
If you think about it, other Blockchains are also invite-only.  You can only use Bitcoin, if someone sends you Bitcoin first.  Just try to find one existing user, who is willing to send you an invite code. It's a very low price to pay to make the platform safer for everyone.

@Fivestar4everMVP   We recommend RBTC (on Rootstock - a Bitcoin Sidechain) as the main currency for betting.  So it has all the advantages of DeFi combined with the stability of Bitcoin.

I agree with you and personally I don't really get what they are afraid of actually. From what I have been able to see, you need to create an account and to make deposits into this custodial account in order to be able to place lay or back bets (and to make withdrawals to get your funds). So it's not fully decentralized for me and funds could theoretically be locked in the same way as what Dexsport is accused of doing for example, if I understand how it works correctly. It's maybe due to being a betting exchange and not a classic sportsbook I guess but I don't think many "bad actors" fixing matches would risk to get their funds locked there while fully non-custodial sportsbooks exist to be honest.

Small correction: If you use RBTC or ETH as your main currency, there is no central custody of funds. All funds are held in a smart contract and can be redeemed anytime without any possibility for anyone to block the transaction.

You were probably referring to one of the three BTC <-> RBTC bridges that are integrated into the dApp.  One of them is for - convenience purposes - not fully trustless,  but only for the time it takes to reach one confirmation.  If you don't like this, there are two other options.

This is a great point. I guess they are scared after the whole Fairlay scandal that took place recently where match fixing was involved which is why they are trying desperately to avoid such situations in the future.

Problem is that such bad actors usually find alternate ways to exploit them. These restrictions are just alienating potential customers if you ask me.

If somehow they have upperhand with your account, I would say, they are not totally decentralized in nature. They may be promoting as decentralized, but if you are a crypto user, you would know how decentralized platforms really operate. Anyway, it is up to the player whether he will play in this kind of payment method or not. But for me, I still prefer to play in a known reputable site where I am a user for years already. It depends on the player's choice though.

Bitcoin Betting is accessible to anyone. No personal data is ever collected. Not even names or email addresses. The identity management is entirely handled by your wallet. Any transaction that is submitted to the ledger must be signed by that wallet.

Getting Access and Referral Bonus System

The developers of the protocol are aware, that having an completely decentralized platform for any kind of market open to everyone without entry restrictions may lead to severe negative external effects. Thus the platform is invite-only. Having an Invite-Only-Platform shall maintain a high quality user base and keep out bad actors.

New accounts can only be created by existing accounts. This can be done directly by issuing an arbitrary Invite Code. Once you have an account, deposits can be made by passing your User Id to the deposit function of the Ethereum Smart Contract.

If bad actors enter the platform anyway, the issuer of the invite has a certain period, in which he can revoke any invite and optionally all their referrals. After the revoke request is initiated, the affected account can only withdraw funds but not place any new orders.

Referrers of multiple bad actors may also be banned. Thus it is recommended to only invite new users that are trustworthy.

Referring a new user will be rewarded with a 10% share of all generated commissions by that user and of all subordinate referrals of that user.


Commission

For any market settlement, a small commission is collected. The commission is always set by the creator of a market. It is recommended that the base commission (excluding VIP reduction) is
not higher than 0.25% for markets, that settle automatically and
not higher than 2% for markets that have to be settled manually.
For binary markets, commissions are only collected on wins.


VIP Model
Users can obtain a VIP Status from Level 1 to 10. Among other benefits, a user can enjoy lower commissions with a higher VIP status. The commission reductions are as follows:

VIP 1: 2%
VIP 2: 5%
VIP 3: 10%
VIP 4: 15%
VIP 5: 20%
VIP 6: 30%
VIP 7: 40%
VIP 8: 45%
VIP 9: 54%
VIP 10: 60%
The VIP Status is determined based on the VIP points. VIP points decay by 5% each week and can be earned by paying commission on the platform.

Am not really sure whether they are 100% decentralised or not, but that is a minor thing for me personally since stuff like simple registration system, zero withdrawal fees with many popular cryptocurrencies etc matter a whole lot more.

Tried checking once again with my Chrome browser and the same issue popped up while trying to connect my Metamask wallet.

'Unsupported network, you should connect Ethereum or Rootstock network'

What the heck? I can use the same wallet easily with sites like SX.Bet and Polymarket. Tried using Edge and it did connect successfully, but I couldn't find the lay betting option. Thought this was a betting exchange like Fairlay, but I guess I was wrong.

This helps a lot in fixing the issue. We could finally reproduce it.  You need to switch to the Ethereum Network or Rootstock in your MetaMask.  You are probably on a different chain? 
 We will also fix this in the App by automatically switching if the user allows it  - but this will take a few days.

You can only place lay bets by using the API or any custom interface. From experience it is not advisable to allow regular users to place open orders.  They will get matched at unfavorable prices or other users take these orders when the market is already in-play  causing a lot of disputes.

There were some other requests in the past for a tool, that lets you place a bet on a certain market with a certain description and title  whenever the odds are above a certain level.  If there is some demand for it, we can implement it.

I am on the Ethereum(ERC20) chain itself and I did try switching to other chains, but nothing rectified it. This is a major issue that needs to get rectified asap.

Since what bitcoin-betting is offering actually is Pinnacle lines , will you implement parlays at some point in the near future?

As far as I can tell bets can only be placed as singles with no opportunity of parlaying bets even on big leagues.

I still don't understand why you people keep calling it an exchange when you cannot even lay bets. It's just a decentralised sportsbook with players deciding the odds plain and simple.

It's similar to sites like Polymarket where you cannot parlay bets either and is totally different from proper exchanges like Betfair etc.

Who in their right mind would want to code scripts just to lay bets at a site when their own team mentioned that it isn't advisable? It's equivalent to saying that it isn't possible to lay bets here period.
