Looks like the Gamba company already worked with at least two people: Little Mouse and jayce who are a signature campaign manager and a graphic designer. I believe that jayce designed the announcement graphic and also the coming signature codes for a signature campaign that is managed by Little Mouse.

They can confirm this information directly in this thread or soon we will know about it when a GAMBA signature campaign is launched, very soon I guess.

I have only visited your site, the UI is quite good, I will register later and try the original games. But I tried using two browsers to access Gamba.com and there were no problems whatsoever, not even a 404 error so i don't understand why you're getting that error, especially since the icon in Sportsbook still shows a dot.

Could it be that the cache in your browser needs to be cleared?

Unfortunately, when I asked Gamba support they didn’t have a mirror link so there are no alternative domains besides the main domain.
I hope you can resolve this issue.

The website is not down, it's working perfectly fine on my end. There could be an issue that causes 404 error to select users, though. We'll see once the team responds. Did you get the same error as well?


Haha I must say, I love the name you chose—gamba. I have been using the term to refer to gamble/ing in general, and I believe many people as well from what I've seen in communities. It definitely has a nice ring to it + has some people's familiarity to it.

The website works fine with and without VPN on my side, . majority of the time that there is such complaints about unaccessible website it mostly from the players ends Internet and other regional regulations could be the cause of that and we ought to agree with certain changes to keep accessing this casino.


Lately I have noticed that my region have blocked a few casinos we used to access before and now before you can get through you need a VPN to do that now.

Not sure what's going on with other users, but I am able to access the website from my side without any issues. First when i tried browsing the site it showed error 404, which someone also experienced.

Visited the site and the overall UI and user experience was pretty decent in my opinion. Not sure what happened with the others but I had accessed the site several times for the past few days and it didn't gave me any error codes, never encountering any problems, not even a glitch or anything of sorts.

Looking into OP's post history, Little Mouse will indeed manage manage Gamba's signature campaign in the forum, and maybe they will launch other campaigns as well which I wouldn't be surprised.

When casinos join this forum, they are new members in this forum community but it is not enough information to conclude that they are new casinos. Their casinos possibly were launched a long time ago, months or years, and they just did not join the forum until very recently. To know that casino is a truly new platform, we must get confirmation from their company team or we have to check it by ourselves with the casino domain and with Wayback Machine.

Gamba does not list which countries are restricted, and after searching the terms and conditions, there is indeed no mention of this... This can be confusing for players who know that their country is restricted.
However, when asking about this in the support chat, the response was slow, and this is one of the features that is a little slow in the live support chat.

I don't wanna register, deposit and later have my winnings confiscated due to being on a restricted country, without me knowing this info beforehand. So in my opinion every casino platforms should provide the specific country lists, or at least the most obvious ones. So until I'm sure of it I will only keep waiting. Also after going through their hundreds of lines of T&C, I believe (by the looks of it), Gamba isn't VPN friendly. But of course the representative can give us more accurate info on this. That's why somehow they need to clarify on which country are listed on their restricted list so people would be aware that they are fine or not to gamble here. They need to update or enhance lots of things to impress lots of people here.

They have been clear in their ToS regarding users from countries where gambling is illegal. They don’t accept users from those countries.
The real issue is with users from countries where gambling might be legal, but the casino’s license prohibits them from playing as the ToS does not explicitly mention those countries.
Gamba has an Anjouan license, so we can assume that any user from a country restricted by the Anjouan license is not allowed to play there. To be safe, just avoid making a deposit if you are from one of those countries till you get approval from OP or their support.

Philippines is specifically listed on the country allowed to play on this casino so maybe they are licensed by PAGCOR. I tried to browse the PAGCOR website for the list of regulated casino but their website is so crappy that makes it hard to browse.

I don't see any reason to use VPN here. If you can use it without VPN, then why is there a need to use VPN?
Even if you use VPN, you might face restrictions. You can use it as is and see if you can use it smoothly without VPN.

Some gamblers use VPN by default when browsing the web. There’s nothing wrong to use VPN if your purpose is not to bypass country restrictions of the casino.

On this case, Gamba clearly mentioned that they are against the use of VPN which means user shouldn’t use it but on some casino it’s valid to use VPN for privacy purposes.

Also VPN let you play some games that is not accessible using default IP. This is not against the casino ToS since it’s just the default restriction of the provider.

It is absolutely about preferences, some gamblers like to use VPN anytime they are on this online world including me.

List of allowed countries that ends with many others is very confusing. Nobody knows which countries are allowed in "many others" so it's better if there is a shorter but more clearer list of restricted countries.

It's easier to check that restricted countries list, then if you don't find your nation there, you can know that you as a citizen in that nation is allowed to join the casino. There is no confuse with this list that is contrasting with a list in your post contains "many others" at the end.

Just check whether your country is on the list of restricted countries or not. If it’s not and their geo blocker didn’t resrict you from accessing their website, then you are good to go even if your country isn’t on the allowed list (as it doesn’t include all of them).

I read the linked help document about their policy regarding the use of VPNs and it doesn’t explicitly prohibit it.
If I understood it correctly, then it may only cause a problem if you use it to bypass their geo-restriction...
But as they suggested, better contact their support for more clarifications.

I can't find Gamba designs in the post, I thought the design is there not knowing the negotiation had not been made with LM.

And one of the reason that I heard some casino that allowed it is that they understand their customers might be travelling in some places, hence their IP might be different from time to time or it is just they allowed customers to be private. So I guess that is a valid reason for casinos to allowed. Just imagine if you are a big roller gambler and then travelling more often. And let's say you want to play on your favorite casino as they treated you a VIP and suddenly you got block all your winnings confiscated because they suspect you of a different person because you are now using a different IP address. Well, that is interesting, though. Usually casinos (regardless they are licensed or not) prefer to have their gamblers to start gambling as soon as possible and not require anyone to complete any KYC verification in order to access the casino, instead they ask those documents when comes to withdrawing money.
It is only my opinion, but this is something which could put this casino in disadvantage when compared to other services, which only require us to complete a quick email address verification in order to start with out first deposit.

Could this be because this casino is registered in a jurisdiction which is more strict than the usual cursçao license? This is something I would have expected to see from casinos licensed in the United States or the United Kingdom.

What we should note about Philippines lately is that there have been some gambling regulations that

As far as I know, even casinos must be licensed by an authorized provider, and if they don't have a PAGCOR license, they technically shouldn't be allowed for use by Filipinos. That's what the law says, but in reality, who really follows it? The first ones to ignore those rules are usually the officials themselves, lol.

I asked support, and it appears KYC is not mandatory — not to be confused with Never KYC as they can still ask for further KYC if they deemed necessary.

I think they're just encouraging folks to verify. If you want, you can close the verification pop-up, and you can still view your deposit address even without completing level 1 KYC.

As far i know this is only regular step when people want try to register on gamba.com because i am sure every new players will gets this form while register so in my opinion this is not KYC step because usually it only basic information which the players should be filled those forms and based on my experience playing on this site after register people can deposit and withdraw without kyc required but might be the difference if gamba.com feel your account looks suspicious which they asking KYC and your withdrawal will be on hold until KYC verified

And probably that's one reason why Philippines is one of the most top countries are far as gambling goes (no offense). They have a regulatory body but it seems that it doesn't have that power to control. They can issues licenses, but they can't do anything about illegal gambling.

when the casino management sees something suspicious with a player.

Privacy is your right. When you go to the bathroom, you have a shower curtain above your bathtub, right? When you go to the toilet, you close and lock a door. Why do you do that if you aren't doing anything wrong and have nothing to hide? You are not raping someone in there. You are not selling and buying drugs. You are not torturing humans and animals. What you are doing is taking advantage of your right to privacy.

A willingness to undergo KYC isn't proof you didn't do anything wrong and that you have nothing to hide. People from poor countries will gladly sell you their personal information cheaply.
