Is it allowed to use VPN?

I don't see any reason to use VPN here. If you can use it without VPN, then why is there a need to use VPN?
Even if you use VPN, you might face restrictions. You can use it as is and see if you can use it smoothly without VPN.

Some gamblers use VPN by default when browsing the web. There’s nothing wrong to use VPN if your purpose is not to bypass country restrictions of the casino.

On this case, Gamba clearly mentioned that they are against the use of VPN which means user shouldn’t use it but on some casino it’s valid to use VPN for privacy purposes.

Also VPN let you play some games that is not accessible using default IP. This is not against the casino ToS since it’s just the default restriction of the provider.

But after checking on PAGCOR latest list (this link is for a pdf file), Gamba is not there yet as of July, i hope the updated list for this month of August Gamba is already there.

I don't wanna register, deposit and later have my winnings confiscated due to being on a restricted country, without me knowing this info beforehand. So in my opinion every casino platforms should provide the specific country lists, or at least the most obvious ones. So until I'm sure of it I will only keep waiting. Also after going through their hundreds of lines of T&C, I believe (by the looks of it), Gamba isn't VPN friendly. But of course the representative can give us more accurate info on this. This was only my personal assumption.

I'm thinking the same. But I don't wanna take risks of accidentally triggering any kind of blocks. So I won't be attempting any vpn use, even within the allowed scope.

Just check whether your country is on the list of restricted countries or not. If it’s not and their geo blocker didn’t resrict you from accessing their website, then you are good to go even if your country isn’t on the allowed list (as it doesn’t include all of them).

I read the linked help document about their policy regarding the use of VPNs and it doesn’t explicitly prohibit it.
If I understood it correctly, then it may only cause a problem if you use it to bypass their geo-restriction...
But as they suggested, better contact their support for more clarifications.

I can't find Gamba designs in the post, I thought the design is there not knowing the negotiation had not been made with LM.

I think I've played in Gamba before but I cant really remember who was introduced it to me or how did I find it. I cant really remember my account as well, seems that I need to check my emails first so I wont create multiple account if I'm willing to come back in Gamba. It’s basic KYC lvl 1 which some casino especially new one with license required now to newly registered user as part of the AML policy.

It’s just your personal info but make sure not to fake it if you plan to use this casino for good because you might have a problem to verify your account later once they ask you to do KYC lvl 2 .

Well, that is interesting, though. Usually casinos (regardless they are licensed or not) prefer to have their gamblers to start gambling as soon as possible and not require anyone to complete any KYC verification in order to access the casino, instead they ask those documents when comes to withdrawing money.
It is only my opinion, but this is something which could put this casino in disadvantage when compared to other services, which only require us to complete a quick email address verification in order to start with out first deposit.

Could this be because this casino is registered in a jurisdiction which is more strict than the usual cursçao license? This is something I would have expected to see from casinos licensed in the United States or the United Kingdom.

Yes, the Philippines does have a gambling regulatory body. As far as I know, even casinos must be licensed by an authorized provider, and if they don't have a PAGCOR license, they technically shouldn't be allowed for use by Filipinos. That's what the law says, but in reality, who really follows it? The first ones to ignore those rules are usually the officials themselves, lol.

I asked support, and it appears KYC is not mandatory — not to be confused with Never KYC as they can still ask for further KYC if they deemed necessary.



I think they're just encouraging folks to verify. If you want, you can close the verification pop-up, and you can still view your deposit address even without completing level 1 KYC.
