Primedice fixed their deposit issues quickly so what is going on with this site? I was gonna test it out but not if they don't fix this guys issue first.

Do you have anything to report on the deposit issue?  Is it a Bitcoin-wide issue?  Odd that the same thing would affect PrimeDice and CoinRoll at the same time, but I've not heard of any problems on Just-Dice.  Could it be a DDoS issue perhaps?

Bad timing, Coinroll just got taken over and our dev had to travel and also got sick. We don't have systems in place yet for support staff to check system's deposits and provide credits for such issues. The dev hasn't had the time to get familiar with the Coinroll script, let alone start fixing anything within.

So, need to get that fixed, then lots of things to do and new stuff to add.

Deposits will be disabled until everything works again and the few affected depositors are made good on their deposits.

Should have said something about that sooner but better late than never! I will wait until all is well and deposits are enabled before joining since I won't be able to deposit anyways.

Nothing was changed by the developer. It appears it was a problem with the script and latest bitcoind, which was updated shortly before the tookover. Possibly the same thing that impacted Prime-Dice.

Our developer is getting familiar with the script. Future issues will be resolved more quickly hopefully.

Deposits have been re-enabled and everyone impacted should have received a credit. It won't appear in transactions list, the balance was manually updated. Everyone affected, please check your balance to see if it's been updated.

Deposited 0.035 and was credited 0.07 for the wait. Ended up withdrawing at 0.09 to see if withdrawal was working, which it was and instant.

Now   "Database allocation error"  What is it?

It's the server running out of space with so many accounts and bets. A few bots have been playing last days. We're upgrading.

That requires about 40,000 BTC in the bankroll to be safe.

when Scrat sold coinroll, it didn't come with the bankroll. We've thus reduced max win.

I'd be wary of new sites with very high max win. Unless their max win divided by house edge (40 / 0.001) is the reserve they have (40000 BTC), they have a very high risk of defaulting on winners. Unless they are cheating, double check their provably fair scheme. Simply saying it's provably fair doesn't make it so. It seems unlikely a new site has over $20'000'000 in reserves.

If players can win a big amount on a 50% odds, the bankroll needs to be much higher, especially on a low house edge. Otherwise players could very quickly have more winnings than the casino has. If they allow high bets without proper reserves, something is off.

Still quite functional. Still some decent volume. Only the forum thread has been dead for a while. We're not bumping the thread for no reason, so if people don't feel like posting, it stays at that. We don't have a ton of people bumping endlessly with idle talk on this forum. Perhaps because we don't have a faucet.

Not advertised anywhere, not being talked about for months on the forum. Still one of the first off-chain dice site, still pulling volume, still ranking among the top.  8)

So, where are our users hiding?

it is hard to believe your site is so popular in the community, i never heard your site but your volume is so big, and wagering amount is good too, where are your players and why they don't pump your thread, i just wonder it.

I think it's mostly that:

1. One of the first, so it retained some big users
2. No faucet, so no small users spamming the thread talking about their bets
3. No investment feature, so no one bumping thread/talking because of that either.

Well a nice 25'000 gambled over the last 4 months.

Funny thing is competitors have maybe 10x-100x the amount of active users/bets, but less volume. Lots of dust/faucet players. While we get a large proportion of players playing with 1-100 BTC bankroll. We only have 8032 accounts that ever actually played on our website.

Hmmmm I won't properly enter the debate but what I will say is if they can't provide proof of their cold storage wallet(s) then they'll go the same way as a certain other dice site that dooglus & others began to question some time ago.

Admin wants to move to ticket system integrated with internal staff chat. He's also hiring developer. There was only 1 admin working part time and me doing PR here. Admin has had habit of making up for support delays generously, I'm sure he'll take good care of that. Delays should improve in near future.

To proceed with a password change, you need sign with the first address you’ve made a transaction with to your Coinroll deposit address. For anyone without a balance, we recommend you use a new account in the future.

We took some basic security checks, going with OWASP top ten guide and securing Coinroll to prevent future thefts and we will be adding two factor authentication option in the future to Coinroll for withdrawals as well. We will update once we know more about what happened. In any case, we wish security to be at its best both server side and user side. No users funds are compromised other than the few claims of stolen balance. We will keep withdrawals AND deposits disabled until investigation is done to be sure all balances remain safe.

What's going on with deposits and withdrawals? It's been 30+ hours and I still cannot withdraw. Deposits are also still down. I have email support twice and have gotten no response..

It has now been 42 hours. No response from support, no ability to withdraw. For someone who has used this site for the past 6 months. This is sad. Very disappointed.

They are quite trusted so i don't think you have to worry much about withdrawal. May be they are going through some maintenance, i also used to play there for long time and never got such issue before.

That is what I thought. But after seeing numerous complaints able no response and the inability to withdraw. It's just odd. You'd think he would respond. Or update the news page on his site. Last thing he wrote is that urgent maintenance was done. He has not said a word since. I've never had an issue with him before, so I just strikes me as being odd.

Stable sites like primedice and betking are always bumped in the first or second page in gambling section, I doubt this site will continue or not, their campaign pays lower than others' as well. Maybe they need more advertisers

Signature campaign is not a guarantee to make a site get big traffic. In this case, coinroll have a good sign campaign but the owner is a bit lazy to bump this thread. Campaign without any other efforts to advertise the site will be useless IMO, Namworld should be more actively bumping this thread and answer as fast as possible if there is an issue/question.

Signature campaign can't guarantee but still it is needed to attract many people. Actually bumping is really not useful thing to do because it will attract people on what your site really is, that means if you keep bumping people will see this as not interesting site. This is what i think to attract more people, you really need to solve some issues and more bankroll to keep big whale to join here. Big winning will attract more people too

Yeah what gets me is he's gone rouge. You'd think he would have someone checking at least once every other day to see what is going on. When he completed his "maintenance" on 1/24/17. Immediately following the "maintenance"  we were all unable to withdraw our coins still. So that tells me he must know. What's the point of making a support help desk feature if you don't review the emails at least every other day?  :'(

Plus. His last login time was yesterday at 1 in the afternoon. So no response is unacceptable. Not a single peep. He's clearly logging on.

Not on skype yet, just sent a several support tickets a few days ago. Hopefully he does, like i said before I have used this site for many months, but have never had this delay of a response.

Signature campaigns are often very independant from the original site promoted!
There is a manager, sometimes funds are even escrowed etc...

Fuck me man. I have done all I can to get in contact with the owner. Support ticket, here, Skype, personal message, signature campaign,  site chat and I cannot get anywhere. No one reply, not one update. This is really ridiculous. To have a site that was trusted to then go 5 days without saying a word or addressing any of the withdraw issues is down right stupid. All I want is an update. Something!!

I suggest adding faucet minimum 0.01 mB because pupils will come more to your site and they will advertise it more often.Also it is good to add faucet level because that can be perfect for send users to dice and if they losted money they will keep play with faucet and keep deposit but i prefer faucet system like in bitsler site even better for sucess.

I'd say it's officially a scam site. All weekend and he not once has addressed the issue. It's going to be nearly a week now that the site officially stopped allowing withdraws. It's sad. He logs into his bitcointalk.org  account everyday and yet does not post on this topic or respond to the several personal messages. So upsetting. I already consider any reputation he had gone...

Because people have not put scam accusation on him yet. So may be id you got proof that his site is scam you can open new thread about his site and give everything as proof. Just because he doesnt respond here. It doesnt mean that he is scammed. May be he is fixing things and not even have time to reply here, you should wait for a few days. I was on their signature campaign, and there was an issue for my first week payment. It needs more than a month to be fixed by Namworld, it seems that Namworld is doing everthing for the site alone. So he needs long time to fix something, hope he will come here sooner to fix all above issues.

Haven't played there for last few months but in past all things were working normally. You can try them but don't deposit big amounts there. Their signature campaign seems running smoothly right now so may be issue regarding withdrawal has been already solved.

What do you mean by fake transactions? Could you please be more specific or give more details about your accusation?
If you read some previous posts, there are some people getting problem at Coinroll. I'm not quite sure whether their problem has been solved or not till now as no more updates from both parties (owner & players).

I haven't visited there but it would be beneficial to the other players here and the previous ones who had complaints in their past bets not getting posted to know if this site is even operational or not. :-[

I guess it is still working, site works smoothly with no issues but I'm not sure about deposit and withdrawal. As what I can see, the signature campaign is also still on going with some trusted participants and managed by great manager. There is also someone called as "operator" on the chat that I assume as the admin. Still wondering why Namworld or whoever are responsible for the site do not come here for long time.

Their website is still working and they have an active campaign here in forum so that means they are still working, read few chats there and people are still betting.

If you are receiving these messages while being on the site, then it is questionable if they are even maintaining their own site and it's operation.
And the owner has ceased to comeback to the forum to answer his customer's questions on any issues they might encounter.
The only thing that you can do for now is put in a ticket to their support.
Which at this time do not even know if there is anyone on the other end of that email request you are putting in.
I don't know but I think any funds on the site are just a donation from now on. :-\
