How long truthfully would it take in hours to make the 0.03 btc?

thats a good question, ive seen a few of these kinds of referral deals and it seems like it takes months to even get to a point where your earning BTC. Is this true? Also, ive heard that the more you invest initially, the quicker the process goes. Any info would be appreciated.

Just so everyone knows, you get:

0.7 experience/day (everytime you work)
- 0.2% experience/day


So yeah... It would take many months to earn 100 exp...  and 1000 exp is impossible without a large amount of investment.

Well, you can get up to 3 experience points each day if you have 5 or more refs, and you can invest €20 in the game to get 100 experience points immediately... of course if you have that much to spend in the game, you probably wouldn't care about the 0.0021 btc the op is paying that far. As for reaching 1000 experience points, it might be worth noting that even Tamerlan, possibly the most sucessful player in MarketGlory, is only at about 1500 points, and he has been playing for years. So effectively, the game might be long dead before anyone starting now actually reaches that point.  :P

EDIT: Oh, right: you can also buy experience points within the game, but they come at a price of €0.5 per point (gradually lowering to €0.4 as you gain more experience).

Lets run that through Excel and see how many days Id need without paying anything and ref'ing anyone myself.

Hmm depends on how many digits the take into account, but lets assume its 8.
After 5 days you have 2 exp
After 10 days you have 2.55 exp
After 15 days 2.72 exp
After 20 days 2.77 exp
After 30 days 2.79722701 exp and you wont get much more
After 90 days 2.8 exp (you loos .7 exp each day and gain .7 exp each day)

Note: this assumes that you get .7 first and lose 20% later, not the other way around, but it wont make much difference otherwise.

Everyday you get at least 0.7 exp and each day exp falls 0.3%.. so you wrong.

So ~10 exp after 15 days and, 100 exp after ~ 188 days, 1000 exp after NaN. 1000 exp cant be reached with 0.7 gain per day and 0.003 (=0.3%) loss per day.

Hmm, so 15 days for 1 transaction fee....

Never been interested in this sort of thing because frankly, it seems like there is always a catch.  Like it looks good maybe but then you realize hey I have to do something for HOURS and then make another investment just to get a paltry sum of .03 or whatever.  It's like never worth it.

Anyway, I don't see how that would be possible, especially for a new account. If you exclude investments, then the only other major avenue for profit is referrals, as usual; so you would have to be doing a ton of advertising.

Yes, like I've stated,  The post is quite misleading because it provides the impression of MAKING extra money, whereas you will not get anywhere past ~100 ish EXP without investing. :/

Still skeptical about this game. I guess before I would sign up I would like to know if this game is even fun? If its just a slow boring game that won't keep me coming back I would rather not even start. Any one care to fill me in?

Hmm, my experience with the game so far has been more of the slow game type. But don't get me wrong... there are plenty of things to do in the game, especially as soon as you start your first companies and/or participating in wars. Unfortunately, unless you invest in the game (€20 at least) you won't be doing any of these things for several months.

Its a very boring game.  A point and click game with no action, you spend more time studying about it than playing :P
I have invested hundreds of euros in it, so I still play it for the sole purpose of getting back my ROI.  I can make about 2 euros a week by doing practically nothing but selling company materials and working (takes 1 minute).

Thanks for the info guys. Seems like a big time and Btc investment for pretty small gains. Also if its not fun or enjoyable it would be grooling to get on there everyday. Thanks again.

It's a funny and good game.

You're not making much of a case there; care to elaborate on what you find to be funny about the game, especially during the initial month if you don't invest? It's really quite tedious... I ended up only working as often as I could (or I should say, when I remembered the game) and only really started doing a bit more recently, when I had far more exp accumulated. Still, this took months, and I'm still quite limited in my options in the game.

The game is boring and designed to be so, in order to force people either to invest directly in the game or in advertising to get referrals.

It's a great game for people who have absolutely NOTHING to do :P  Don't join it with the goal of making big money, because you won't :/

He posted his referral link, so he really is the player named "needmoney" in the game. Also he is seemingly not doing badly, but he has registered over 17 months ago. I have seen no evidence of € withdrawals however.

I know that he has invested at least a couple hundred euro... ROI: 0% after over a year. :)

How do you figure? The amount of knowledge he has accumulated? In relation to returns, he has 34 shares, each valued at €1.46 last I saw, so he could withdraw €49.64 from the game (receiving €39.71), though yes, he probably spent a lot more than that.

I didn't withdraw money because I reinvest it for companies,shares,referrals,mistakes :)

No excuses, in the end, your ROI is still 0% ;)  Plus, why would you need 17 jobs for 1 company... big investment :O

Did OP do escrow for this ? Before that a lot people have been running away without paying .

Well, if OP did escrow, the btc would be trapped literally forever, as no one is going to reach any significant amount unless they invest (which kind of defeats the purpose of all this). Read the rest of the thread for details. ;)

Exactly.  Also,  to answer your previous post:

Don't say what he "could" and what he "can't" do.  He DIDN'T do it, thus his ROI is still 0%.
