Bitmain, Avalon, Lightning, Bit-tech, Dragon, JT Miner, Qiangminer, etc etc All these guys actually ship miners from stock, no pre-order nonsense. Out of the lot, Bitmain's the best, with the most popular miner in the world the S1. Only exception with Bitmain is their initial S2 Batch 1 and 2 rollout, which hasn't been the best.
