I second the vote for www.bitmaintech.com. I have bought many S1's last winter and they all hash 24/7 problem free. Batch 3 of the S2 on sale in a few hours though I find the price too high to jump in. I prefer to keep my earned BTC from S1's for what I hope will be a rise in BTC FIAT values. Hopefully S2's will only cost me 2-3 BTC by then.

Same here...  2 S1s strait from Bitmain.  Great company

Yup, another vote for China.  US manufacturers suck balls unfortunately.

Bitmain, Avalon, Lightning, Bit-tech, Dragon, JT Miner, Qiangminer, etc etc

All these guys actually ship miners from stock, no pre-order nonsense.

Out of the lot, Bitmain's the best, with the most popular miner in the world the S1.  Only exception with Bitmain is their initial S2 Batch 1 and 2 rollout, which hasn't been the best.

Florida?

No, you shouldn't. BFL is not a good company to buy from.
