I also think that ALL feedback should be limited in amount that can be written to prevent massive diatribes. Possibly 300-500 characters for a shot in the dark figure make people utilize the reference functionality. If you follow the Trust trail you will generally figure out if the Trust is valid or not. I do agree a character limit would be a good thing. I don't have a good understanding of the Trust system and I look forward to getting a better understanding of it when I've got some extra time. I'll be sure to refer back to this post.
