Sure let me try to explain. With most premine coins the devs will pump up coin value then dump all the premine leaving a worthless coin behind. This coin has a 33% premine. Thats a very large number, but none of these coins belong to the devs. About 200k will be given away to users for helping to promote the coin and users that work to get pools started, listed on exchanges, and so on. 14 million coins will be placed into the powervault. Users will go to CryptoPowers and vote on when and where coins from the power vault go to. Example: Someone asks CryptoPowers for 5000 CPS to help start a new type of mining pool. Users would be able to read the request for micro funding and vote yes or no. If user receives funding they will have to give something in return like share in profits. Profits earned go to buy back CPS in open market. So the vault coins are handed out by users and the site is always trying to buy the coins back. This will create funding for many Crypto Startups. The PowerVault funds may be used as a loan, giveaway, or investment. It is all done case by case. Everyone will get to vote. As to what is preventing devs that receive funding from dumping coins, there is a few ways we might handle this. Maybe we will only give a little funding at a time, Maybe make a rule it can only be sold on a uptick, or maybe make it a rule that so much of the CPS funding has to be spent direct to developers willing to work for CPS. Sure let me try to explain. With most premine coins the devs will pump up coin value then dump all the premine leaving a worthless coin behind. This coin has a 33% premine. Thats a very large number, but none of these coins belong to the devs. About 200k will be given away to users for helping to promote the coin and users that work to get pools started, listed on exchanges, and so on. 14 million coins will be placed into the powervault. Users will go to CryptoPowers and vote on when and where coins from the power vault go to. Example: Someone asks CryptoPowers for 5000 CPS to help start a new type of mining pool. Users would be able to read the request for micro funding and vote yes or no. If user receives funding they will have to give something in return like share in profits. Is easy to make innovations on a coin that is valuable and has support. But it is almost impossible to make this coin work when I am the only one sinking money and time into it. I would say rebuild the pool with x11 or x13 or maybe both. To some extent it is about daily cashouts but that doesn't necessarily mean dumping every coin every day. I run my rigs like I run my business. They need to turn a profit to pay for their power use every day and anything they mine over that is for holding, staking, reinvesting or whatever. When the bill comes every month I can't pay it with my beliefs and a smile. I really don't care to discuss my holdings but I'll make an exception here and say for the record, I'm sitting on 490K CPS and I haven't dumped one yet. I don't think about it in terms of "beliefs" but more as an investment. The idea was interesting with future potential so I invested some power and time in it. That statement still holds true but I think it will require more than a multipool to realize its full potential. If the blockchain says something like a few days behind and wont update it is likely due to no one mining the coin. You can fix this by opening up the debug window in the CPS wallet and typing "setgenerate true 100" . This will start your wallet mining on the network and should find up to date blocks within a few min.
