Myspace:  Allowed for a full profile, photo sharing, status updates, music, etc.

Facebook:  Allowed for a full profile, photo sharing, but with an emphasis on status updates.

Formspring:  Ask other users questions, and the users respond in similar fashion to a status update.

Twitter:  Focuses ONLY on status updates.

Matt's new company:  Smiley faces only.

The next big thing will be the next big leap in simplicity.

I formally request that this thread be removed from this forum because Twunker was clearly developed from my idea and I was not given credit for it.

Good point, cbeast. I had to Google that and found the answer in Urban Dictionary. I refrained from searching images like I did when I researched goatse. Learnt my lesson there. BTW, how come so many people know about this stuff on this board, and I don't? Just asking!

I was approached to invest in websites such as this and others in the 1990's. I probably missed an opportunity to make a lot of money.

I didn't mention money. We'll just do it for the kicks. Perhaps, we'll even get laid this decade.

I never mix business with pleasure. Besides, the decade is still young.

That logo will at least get you all the chicks, in spite of all reasonable skepticism, guaranteed!
