We prefer the the traditional way. I was circumcised just in my neighborhood. With just wood and knife. First the knife is inserted in the foreskin, then the wood is used to strike the foreskin until the foreskin is thoroughly cut. Then we jump into the sea so that the wound would quickly heal.
