Thats right. This was last November? I finally paid and discovered what a sham you are. $6,000 later and almost 7 months I have received nothing from AMT. They are liars and thieves.

Joshua Zipkin why have you not issued refunds to people who never received miners from LAST YEAR? Why did you promise a January delivery for miners you never even had the PCB's for until March? Why did you lie to me and tell me the refund was in the mail over and over and over? Why did you lie about my miner delivery date over a dozen times? Can you answer any of these questions? I did unfortunately listen to the unfortunate recording and I was right to worry for my own safety with that nut job but ya you don't instill much trust when releasing things like that. I certainly won't be filling out any forms with AMT or calling them ever... not that I would I hear they have had some delays in shipping anyhow ala 90% of the fabricators in bitcointalk.

When push comes to shove it is irrelevant what you wanted to do, what is relevant is what you did do.  You took his money, end of mate.  If you really didn't want to you wouldn't have, no matter how much he begged...  If I beg you for 4 weeks for a $1000 gift will you just give it to me?  Probably not because you really don't want to, I suspect no matter how much I beg you are extremely unlikely to gift me $1000.

I wouldn't say he alone is "leading" the lawsuit. AMT screwed so many customers over with hopes and dreams based on empty promises that there were/are plenty of people willing to join in on this lawsuit. Not that it matters, but Mr. Lenell isn't the one that started it, he joined because he knew he should and just because he begged for 4 weeks doesn't mean anything, other than he really wanted to believe in the empty dreams AMT was/is providing. This lawsuit isn't solely about money. It is about the fraud and deception that AMT has fostered. It's about all the people and their families that have been burned by AMT, Joshua Zipkin and Jim Brown. If you are Josh or Jim who cares. Even if you are some other guy, a puppet of Josh or Jim, it doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is that people are given what they are/were promised and that is why this lawsuit exists, because AMT obviously was not holding up their side of the bargain.

PG is surprisingly, not really a troll. But I do like a good troller, it's humorous. Phin isn't one of them. He uses a large amount of sarcasm in his posts. I like how he proves his points, actually.
