It is much clearer than the numbers above, which have the JPEG compression artifacts all over them. You can even see how the original number was painted over using a circular stamp tool that copied some of the grey background. Besides that I can guarantee that for a normally used wallet having 100 BTC flat with NO change is pretty much impossible. Especially since there were no flat transactions. Anyone having this volume must have the private key of the address/addresses where this wealth is spread.
