I installed Bitcoin Core on my laptop and copied ~22GB of bitcoin data from my PC (blocks folder, chainstate folder, wallet.dat ...)
I launched Bitcoin more than 6 hours ago and its still hasn't started. Task Manager shows that its using %60+ CPU and 500-600 MB RAM resources.

Is that normal?

I don't think it is normal. My computer is a dated one, and I can open the program in less than a minute.

It's doing a full rescan.  Depending on the specs of that laptop, it might be a while yet.

You may be using old style vitcoin wallet and new core one, so maybe it is rebuilding database.

yes it's pretty normal if the blockchain on your computer is not up to date.

Check the debug.log to see if it's doing something.

because some ISP disallow to mining and include check your account because it same thing find and read new block

Mining have nothing to do with this. The client is most probably doing a rescan of the blocks and will sync with the network after starting up. It also verifies block's authenticity when starting up.

Yes, it usually will take ~1 day to download the whole blockchain. Once downloaded your computer will serve as a full node while QT is open.

I think OP has already downloaded the full blockchain, the QT is rescanning now, not downloading blocks.

Mine took overnight to rescan and around a day to dowload the original blockchain so your expereince isn't out of the ordinary.

He is asking if it is normal to take hours to start so that is implying that he is still downloading the blockchain.

If he had downloaded the blockchain but kept QT off for several days/weeks then it would need to download the blocks that it had not previously downloaded.

That is a possibility, however, OP stated that it didn't start for 6 hours, if it is syncing, shouldn't it be showing at least the interface?

if you have a slower computer it is normal, but only first time you run it.  blocks being verified are allready downloaded, and after that is done, client will download the rest of them.
if you dont have the time or patience , just use some online wallet if you dont have 10k+ usd funds there.

Delete all files and folders inside your roaming/bitcoin folder (except wallet.dat) and start bitcoin-qt wallet, it will automatically resync

You can allways run Multibit, works in 2-10 seconds no mather how much time passed since you last loged.

This is one of the reasons why I just don't like running a full node (sorry guys :P). Love me some Electrum. I just don't really want to have to worry about the blockchain...

If you're starting from scratch after a clean wallet install you need to download the whole blockchain (25GB) and have QT index it all.  If you close QT unexpectedly or it crashes the database gets corrupted and it needs to reindex.  Indexing doesn't need bandwidth but really thrashes your drive - so it's much faster on a SSD than a conventional HD.

That's true, I have quitted using bitcoin core (bitcoin-qt) and switch to multibit, but of course you need to transfer your fund first from the old wallet

Syncing your wallet, especially if new can take a while depending on internet speed.

Multibit doesn't allow you to run a full node, it lacks of those tools that developers needs and also can be useful for a normal user. But if you are just going to send and receive btc, then light client wallets are he best. I have heard multibit have some issues though.

I just start up the client once a week an after 15 or so minutes its up to date.
It is a little annoying but as long as its not to many weeks out its not tooooooo bad.

Might look into some of the light wallets or whatever they are caled.. like Electrum.
