your singles' order slot falls just past the last production run and in the next which begins shipment at the end of this month. The good news is that they're Rev3 units which have the new heatpipe thermal system and adjusted enclosure. I'll keep it updated as long as I have access to the internet... I'm am kind of wondering why some of the January orders haven't started being filled, although I am betting this list probably accounts for less than 10% of their orders. Since then they've re-spun the board again for Rev3, started production in China and designed a all-new custom heat-sink. It's just now been made and on the slow boat to the US for assembly. It's been a couple of weeks gap with no new singles arriving in the wild and we've yet to see any Rev3 boards, so as soon as they arrive, my guess is we'll see they orders filled quickly and the '4-6 weeks' may actually be realistic.

The production issues have been resolved and we've been shipping in volume. Nonetheless, your unit position won't ship until the end of this month. The good news is that your order position will be filled with improved Rev 3 units with a proprietary heat pipe thermal solution. See the Cad rendering of the unit and a Rev 2 board on the website so you can see the difference. They were shipping like gangbusters a week or two ago, but nothing for a while now. I'm not sure if they are making much headway yet in reducing their backlog or are merely 'not falling further behind'. Do you happen to be running your Single with cgminer? If so, can you report the temperature it is reading? Some of the screenshots for BFL's upcoming 'EasyMiner' show temperatures in the 50's and 60's (Celsius) but who knows what the ambient temperatures were. I've heard elsewhere that throttling (front LED blinking) occurs around 75C so I'm interested in knowing how close your Single is to that point. Definitely some headroom there for replacing the stock fan with a lower CFM (i.e. quieter) one.
