maybe somthing like huntercoin where you play a 3d level to find huntercoins?

Have you tryed to think something about a MMORPG game where the user can use a money which you'll choice (MMORPGcoin for example)?

There are plenty of services that will create coins for you.  That's not the challenge.  The challenge is to get people to accept the coin you've created.

I don't know any turnkey solutions for that, but I'd recommend you to find any open source game you like and then have someone integrate BTC... I don't think you'll find something good out of the box...

Seems like this should be posted in the marketplace, or some sub section of there, as nobody is gonna give it to you for free.

What is the basic idea? You put coins in game and players can get them? You need some sort of income, so maybe you would need players to pay for game and than you can put rewards in or what was your idea?

So you don't want to risk any bitcoin, but you want to earn bitcoin from that game, right?
