There are plenty of services that will create coins for you.  That's not the challenge.  The challenge is to get people to accept the coin you've created.

I don't know any turnkey solutions for that, but I'd recommend you to find any open source game you like and then have someone integrate BTC... I don't think you'll find something good out of the box...

What is the basic idea? You put coins in game and players can get them? You need some sort of income, so maybe you would need players to pay for game and than you can put rewards in or what was your idea?
