We've added a [+ more] button to the latest forum posts box (top of page) ; where you can view the last 20 forum posts.

We've adjusted the banner pricing for MTV ads... the minimum bid for the side banners is now $10/day. And the top banners are $1/hr.

I believe I now have the controls necessary to add missing Bitcoin deposits; so I'll go through the pending 20 tickets or so later today and sort those out.

The websites have begun work towards translating PaidVerts into multiple languages. Once we collect all the text strings into one file - we'll dish that out to various translators and PV will be multi-lingual! (MTV we'll sort out after we get the English version up to par!)

Yes, it took a while, but I needed to rewrite some parts of cron code, views etc. Code was dedicated to handle mostly Bulk Ads, so without rewriting it we will lost a lot of time during every further change. I'm working on the database procedures for Cheap Ads now. It's a little different as we can give the user ads from selected campaign only once. I've also found what causes this "lag" when cron issues ads and the list is almost empty. I'll fix it after deploying CT just to don't destroy something

Thereafter, i'm pushing the programmers to get going on Multiplayer Poker... as we need another big product. So as not to bury ourselves with menial housekeeping tasks.

And Daniels friend should begin working for us next week - so that'll help cut down the programming queue a bit with a bit of luck. No news on the Dutch guy yet; lets see if he accepts the Blackjack rebuild trial project.

I've told the programmers to adjust the shareholder marketplace (as soon as they have time), reducing the transfer fee to 0.25% and to make share transfers instant... This is a bit of an experiment, to see if reducing the fees will increase the trading volumes (and hopefully the price!)... And also I want to create the opportunity for people to scalp the marketplace. Eg. Buy at $0.15 and resell straight away at $0.155 and pocket an instant 3% profit (after transfer fees)

Also, here is a copy of the email of Priorities I sent to the programmers earlier - basically summarizing the important bits from our HUGE programming queue;

# Wrap up Fast Traffic Ads... just to get that out the way. I dont think that will be a game changer / generate anything special in terms of revenues.. but it'll be a nice little supplement. And precursor to our fully targeted ads.

Then

1) Multiplayer Draw Poker...
This will be a giant leap forward for this business; and has the potential to be an incredible revenue maker (debt remover). So we really need to get on this ASAP.

2) A few small tasks;
- Slow portfolio queries to cache like we do the results pages etc.
- Gaming Summaries in the admin user profiles; this will be real interesting to have the info all in one place.
- New Email templates
- Big Investor Lists... this info is already calculated; just needs showing.

3) SECURITY:
- New Login process
- Cashouts confirmed via email
- Two Factor stuff /// Google Authenticator /// paid security upgrades (good revenue maker, profiting from fear)

4) Shareholder Control Panel.
This will be a very cool addition to our company; and will really help oversee everything. And should be a good precursor to a support staff environment.... And generally making MTV so transparent; that nobody (even with privilages) can cheat the system. As it'll all be in plain site.

5) The Gaming Investment Plan
This could be incredibly popular.... "risk free gambling"
People have gotta love that. And the competition nature it has should be fun.... And it should result in a bucket load of gaming revenues to really make the most of our existing games (as you adapt each one for this plan)

Thereafter...

We need to build the targeted ads system for PV. That'll be a big build; but if we give people enough targeting options -- this could actually appeal to genuine advertisers. And is targeted enough that advertisers will choose it over the Bulk Ads option.

And we need to get back to games development. We haven't added a new game in ages. And we've still got to install Pyramid Solitaire, fix Shut The Box, Rebuild Blackjack etc.

There's tonnes to do...
We need to get busy ASAP!

PV also deleted 1.9million BAP from its account today, removing $950 worth of debt from a few shares it managed to sell overnight... So that's nice; but it's a drop in the ocean these days  wink

InfoModel is also talking about / helping us work on a dashboard for potential advertisers once we get the targeted ads up and running. To show all sorts of graphs / stats and what not regarding the people advertisers can reach via our various targeted ads filters.

Mentysis is also doing a bunch of design work for us; we're still wrapping up the About Us page. Then we'll see about refining & then installing his FAQ. He's also working on a bunch of banners, email templates and i've asked him to look around the site - and if he has any ideas to improve any given page / section; to fire those at me.
... So he's basically joining us as a freelance designer / interface / communication guy. Let's see what he comes up with!

SloSumo is working on the super complex slots... i'm giving him free license with that project to basically build it however he likes... And then once that's deployed, i'll submit suggestions to improve the next version!

So, lot's of things in the pipeline, but nothing is ready yet!

Well things are rocketing along... I'm really amazed at how many ads we're selling daily. Today, PV had $19500 to re-invest after 24hrs worth of ad sales. That's insane! And for the last 20days, we've averaged over $25k/day ad sales. And the last week or so is even higher than that!

This is really good... And it's interesting how the mechanics of PV are panning out. As I had zero intention of building a system that required "re-purchasing" - never even thought of that ... but the way the BAP & BAP Groups have evolved. Has made an awesome setup in terms of the constant economic activity it generates. This is really good.

Anyway, per InfoModels suggestion, we've added a column to the Shareholders List page, to show everyones stake in MTV: https://www.mytrafficvalue.com/shareholders/view_shareholders.html

Still waiting on Fast Traffic Ads and all the big stuff... but the programmers have started tidying up the admin area, adding some additional stats in preparation for the Shareholder Control Panel, that Lukas is building now.

There's absolutely no news today... day off!

I'm chasing up the programmers, to see why our development pace has been so slow this last week. And pushing them to find us more programmers / give us more productivity / encourage one of them to setup their own programming company. So they can vett + hire / resell 10+ guys; and give MTV the coding output we're craving!

There's no daily ad issue today. Just a bunch of random ads. And tomorrow im planning a half issue, to be sent entierly at random (irrelevant of BAP groups)... I want to do this to specifically encourage the growth of lower value users; we need the bottom of our "population pyramid" to be a bit fatter. As we need more eyes on our ads, so we can issue more of them and keep up with the rate of ad purchases... As we really need to be sending out ~2m ads per day to justify the $35k/day in ad sales (1.75m paid views)

* We should have an entirely new banner set for MTV in the next day or two thanks to Mentysis. I'll post more about that tomorrow.

Other than that... everything is ticking over real nice!

I'll post todays news later... the programmers are in motion; but nothing is quite ready to talk about yet.

We also have confirmation that the dutch guy will be rebuilding Blackjack for us for $3k. So that's one little bonus project in the pipeline... and once that's rebuilt, we'll install it as a BAP game again.

Today I issued a "half issue" for PV (though probably less than half -- will add everything up with tomorrows issue) as entirely random ads:

Not a whole lot different from the last one; as between cashouts + Carlos converting the available balance to bank assets, has kept it relatively flat. But still a bucket load of money!

Share transfers aren't being approved right now, due an issue with the marketplace. As soon as we fix that, i'll approve the pending transfers. * And we'll work on making the transfers instant & with the new fees later this week hopefully.

The website speed issues should be fixed for the moment; that was something to do with the database partitions. As our database is now over 120gigs in size.

We are still ironing out the launch issues with BAP ads; fixing PayPal purchases, and a few display issues. That should all be wrapped up today.

There's not a lot of news right now, as we're still fixing all the issues, mostly behind the scenes, created from installing Cheap Traffic Ads.

I'm trying to issue a big big PV ad issue today, as i've been saving up all this week by only issuing part of the funds we had available... With the intention of creeping the numbers upwards, as people seem to like that, to peak at a big one! But my big finale has run into a technical hitch - and is delayed. If i can't issue it later, then it'll be even bigger tomorrow! But that won't be as effective; as you'll halve it in your minds to justify the missed day. And that'll dilute it's potency... but we'll see what happens with the coding!

Carlos has found a lawyer to work 3hours/day. So he'll begin helping Carlos out with the payment processors, banks and credit card stuff we're pursuing at the moment. And also we're going to begin work on a giant terms and conditions to properly spell out how everything functions, get all the privacy, cookie and refund policies up to scratch. As some payment processors require that nonsense. And we'll see how that goes... That'll takes ages to complete; but we'll break it down and try and do one little section each day. But maybe in a month or two it'll be ready.

I've cleared almost all pending cashouts; just STP, a couple BTC and half a dozen PP remaining.

I'll go through some of the bitcoin tickets next; I doubt i'll get to them all today though. As they take ages to verify and add manually.

We've placed an order for 2 more servers, as PV's traffic was on fire last night. And the servers were at 95% CPU usage. So very nearly at the point of failure. So that'll bring us up to 7servers; with the following arrangement:

We might be able to add another 1-2 www servers to this setup; but we're going to have to do something with the database soon. Either split it up into two parts, on two separate servers (ie. separate the BAP games from the rest of the database). Or switch it over to NoSQL; and look into database replication. That'll be a big waste of programming time; but something we'll have to invest into after the Multiplayer Poker development. And it might actually happen at the same time as Poker; as we'll have to do some special setup there; regarding dedicated gaming servers perhaps ... as gaming traffic could potentially be huge; if there are 1000+ people playing at the same time - great for revenues, but a nightmare for server traffic ... anyway, we'll see what the programmers come up with!

I'm pushing the programmers to enable automatic share transfer approvals + the new 0.25% rate. That should be a quick implementation + popular.

There's no PV ad issue today, just some random little ads... And PV snapped up all the cheapest shares on the marketplace today; after mostly buying from itself all week. So that raised the price by 5cents temporarily. We'll wait for it to go back down again and repeat sometime next week.

I've rounded the numbers for simplicity & to allow for anything i've missed (few PV things for sure) ; and I estimate this liquidity report will likely be accurate to +/-$20k.... This is just a ballpark liquidity report to see where we're at & correct the available dev funding stat!

And one bit of good news about that; is for the last 2weeks or so; we haven't supplemented the results at PV at all; if anything we've issued a bit less than we could have... So after heavily investing in the growth of that via inflated ad issues; it's now holding its own, and doing very well.

* The bank value for our assets may be way off; Carlos has been cashing out a whole bunch from PP lately; so there might be quite a bit more there than the 5k (ie. nothing!) i've assumed.

But all in all... a very healthy system!
And more than enough development funds to keep us busy up, until Christmas at least.

I currently have no idea what to do regarding todays PV ad issue. No issue / half issue / random issue?... But i think the next week is going to be a good one for ad issues regardless!

... These 3 accounts have been temporarily banned, pending investigation into some really suspicious PayPal activity... They have managed to get around our weekly deposit limits by depositing with echecks, that take 6-10days to clear. But for some reason our system treats them as deposits, but doesn't count them towards your weekly limit.

Anyway... firstly, we've now blocked our paypal account from receiving e-check deposits. As they're a security risk. And the above accounts are frozen pending two things;
1) A reply from the user; explaining why he has so many accounts all using / related to the same PayPal account.
2) For all these e-checks to clear.
Then we'll re-instate the accounts without any issues.

In the event that they dont; then this will be deemed as fraud; and we'll zero all the accounts (and another 20 or so related to this PayPal account)... And we'll recoup several hundred dollars in referral commission from at least one of their uplines - who I've not banned for the moment. But i'm going to freeze his cashouts pending the outcome of this investigation / event!

But I don't really know whats going on here; as these accounts have been in good standing. It's weird why they're suddenly flooding the system with echecks; almost like an over enthusiastic investor that's found a way to invest more... Let's hope its just that! Otherwise it'll be a bit messy in a few days time when these e-checks don't clear. And we have clear everything up / write up the losses. (But the financial value of any loss will be minimal to none; it's just correcting the record keeping / result cards)

We're installing the two new www servers today, so if you see any random errors / downtime; that's why. But that should all be complete within the next hour or two... So i'd suggest viewing your ads then!

Update from Paul:
We are working on new servers setup at the moment, but generally speaking we are focused on multiplayer poker right now. Still waiting for Rayner to send us a graphics, but we've already started to design the technical side of communication betweeen users. Please be aware of that we are not able to handle several tasks at the same time...

I can't promise anything yet, but I'll try to start working full time since November and see how it goes.
Our team is still growing up: I was alone with Daniel a few months ago, now we've got Lucas, Slosumo, Damian just started, Dutch guy probably and still looking for new developers - we just need time to build things, it won't happen overnight.

Oh and the Dutch guy says that blackjack should be ready before end of this week.

Our 2 new www servers are now installed. And the timing was pretty good, yesterday we had just short of 9000 users online at the same time... Site was a bit laggy, but it held up. So that's pretty good.

The programmers are starting to talk to each other about solutions to our database scaling issues... We'll likely work to split the database initially; putting some unused data into an archive server...
eg. Setting the old result card data in stone; then archiving the raw data behind it. As it's basically never used.

I also see that Paul has "officially" started Multiplayer Poker build. That's marked as "in progress" on our programming queue now. So that's cool!

Lucas is investigating this echeck stuff... PayPal does not make life easy with that regard! So those 4 accounts are still blocked; and if all these e-checks don't all clear; im going to zero all accounts related to that particular PayPal account. And claw back as much of the referral commission paid as possible. But hopefully it won't come to that! .. As that will make for a messy result card, even though our financial losses will be minimal to none. But we'll likely have to write off some loss; to re-liquidate the system for a bunch of investment / portfolio revenue that should never have existed.

And I think Incapsula is about to increase their bill... they're complaining about our bandwidth. So brace yourselves!  cheese

Cashouts I will look into tomorrow or Thursday. I would like a bit more clarity on this e-check issue first.

Pretty much no news today... we're still investigating this e-checks thing. But this guy is a bit strange to deal with; so i've not idea how this will pan out. If the checks clear; then all is good. If not, then we need to zero about 20accounts.... But I can't get a straight answer out of the guy; so we're stuck waiting on the 6-10business days clearance time from PayPal. And then we'll find out!

We're also investigating our PayPal history to see if there are any past instances of e-checks that didn't clear; and we'll ban the offending accounts for fraud.

When I get back this evening, i'll sort the cashouts out & sort the missing deposit support tickets. I wont be able to do all the bitcoin ones; but i'll do as many as I can along with all the other payment processors.

I've re-issued yesterdays $101.50 ad for the 50m BAP group, as that didn't seem to arrive.

Programming Update from Daniel:
Short status, just to keep you up to date. I worked yesterday and today on a file uploading and dev server configurations.
Results are:
- We can upload files to all the www servers simply by running one script. Previously, we needed to do it manually (nightmare when you have 4 servers). It took time and wasn't very reliable as you couldn't upload everything in parallel.
- We can upload assets just like any other files (they are on the balancer).
- We can upload current live files directly to the dev server and configure it also by one click.
- Dev server is working
- Dev infrastructure is completely separated (local DB, Redis, etc.). Live DB can be also used to check some special cases.

I hope, we'll catch much more issues now before going live smile

Later today I will aim to clear all 101 pending BitCoin tickets. BitCoin is working fine for new deposits; these are just old issues from last week. I cleared all the other pending deposits for other processors last night.

SloSumo is apparently waiting on Rayner for the new slots graphics, before more progress can be made with that build...
And is now talking about joining us as a regular programmer, to help us out with random issues/projects on our programming queue... So that could be good, basically having a second Lukas. And he might also be able to chip in with the support tickets... So that's another little step forward on the staffing front / increasing our rate of portfolio development. And I think he'll be looking to get started in a week or two. So we'll see how that goes.

Anyway... so the programmers are planning to upgrade the database server, to one that can scale with more RAM and what not. As that should be sufficient for the time being... Then they can focus on Multiplayer Poker; and worry about splitting the database, and creating archives + summaries for un-used data after the Multiplayer Poker build. As we don't really have time for that right now.

And i've done a mini ad issue at PaidVerts today; that is clearly bias towards lower value users:

* PV has an additional $26,000 available today; however I am not going to do anything with that money today. I want to see how things look tomorrow. Then dcide whether we invest in buying up shares, invest in the FT250, or repurchase PV shares to sell higher & create an extra large ad issue (probably not tomorrow - but later in the week, to prevent the result from seemingly "decreasing" which people obsess about)

But all in all, we're looking good! Just a question of which move forward is the most productive.

Lucas should be coding for us 'full time' (billing at least 40hrs a week) from now on. And I think you'll actually notice this one; as lucas typically does all the small tasks that you can see. (And not the big "behind the scenes" projects that Daniel and Paul tackle)... So fingers crossed for a constant stream of quick fixes / little front end upgrades. (And also the Shareholder Control panel!)

* PP cashouts are on-going, their mass pay is being a pain in the butt today. Taking 15-25mins to process; which times out our server & I have to enter the codes manually; so if you see "xxxxWAIT2_" as your memo; that's why... I'll try again later / tomorrow for the remaining cashouts. I've done all the big ones manually.

Our traffic is going crazy today; and right now there are over 8000 users online. So the site is a bit slow. We're working on this at the moment; in the next 48hours our new database server should be ready. Then ~24hrs after that, we'll migrate over to it. And that should improve things; as it has a bigger processor, a lot more RAM, and multiple Solid State Drives that we can interleave the database writing, that should speed things up.

* We're also looking into the Incapsula settings; as rihgt now our traffic is so high (over 1000 requests per second) that Incapsula thinks we're under attack. We need to adjust that, and that might speed things up if Incapsula turns down their filtering.

... I've added a task to the programming queue to disable new deposits to this plan. As soon as that's done, im planning to announce a 100% loss, then clear all pending 101% refunds using the dev funding. We'll close this down for a while, as I have no time for it. And it's a bit of a tangent to the MTV business model for the time being anyway.
I like the concept behind this product; but it's a subsidiary business idea; not a part of MTV. And it needs someone to dedicate their time to it... A project for another day.

Today's news and ad issue is in progress... The problem is, there are too many users online! (I'm chasing iweb up about installing our upgraded DB server - as that's all signed & paid for) ... As soon as traffic dies down a bit -- should only be an hour or two, i'll issue the ads for the remaining 7 BAP groups.

Todays issue is pretty big; almost as big as yesterdays! And I have to say MTV/PV are flying along!! Biggest revenue day ever yesterday, we sold over $60k in ads, and i made over $2000 in ref commissions in a single day. So this is looking good!

And PayPal has crossed the quater million mark:

Perfect Money also has a boat load of money in it, over $100k this morning; that we can't seem to get rid of quickly enough. I bought $20k worth of bitcoins earlier just to spread the assets around a bit... but there's still way too much money in that account.

* I'm trying to pay the PP cashouts at the moment, but the PP bulk payments are lousy of late. They're taking up to 20minutes to process. It's ridiculous... And i've got 11 of them to do. (I'm asking the programmers to adjust my admin lists to 200 cashouts per page; then I can pay the cashouts in bigger chunks, and save me a bit of time).

All other payment processors are up to date, except for BitCoin. And i'm working on that today; they're slow going as I can only send one every few minutes. But I'll try and get those back within 48hours today/tomorrow.... And cashier revenues are over $740 today; that's adding up to a whole bunch now we're moving tens of thousands around.

I've added an "account lockdown" functionality to the programming list. Where users can pay either $0.001 or 10 BAP or some nominal (tiny) sum to block all account functions for between 6-72hours (basically make their account read only for the lockdown period)... Then if you're going to bed, or will be away for the weekend; you can guarantee your account won't be hacked (at least until you get back!)... And the lockdown also blocks gameplay; so it serves as a time-out period for any gamers that need to protect themselves from themselves.

I'm pushing the programmers to scale our hosting more quickly... as we're adding 4-5k new active daily users each week (with 15k+ weekly signups)... So it's real tough to keep everything speedy. But we'll aim to get ahead of that ASAP. As a laggy site is annoying!

No particular programming news today; but I see Paul & Daniel are billing hours for the Multiplayer Poker fairly consistently - so that's on its way. But I have no idea about any timeframe right now.

I'll reply with the PV ad issue stats in a few hours, once they're all issued.

There was some downtime at the end of the server day last night, as the programmers are working on partitioning one section of the database. As there are a few queries that are scanning a table with 100million+ rows; and it takes forever! 3-4minutes! So that's obviously a major drain on server resources if one user can occupy an entire server core for all that time. Meanwhile the other 500-1000 requests per second are bottlenecked between the remaining cores.

That process, along with our new database server installation will likely continue this evening. So around the end of the server day +/- an hour, expect another hour or two of downtime for maintenance / transitioning to our upgraded DB server.

I'm talking with iweb at the moment to firstly consolidate our billing; as currently they bill every server separately. And it's a bit of a pain having 7-8 bills a month... And when we consolidate that; I'll try and get them to work in a bulk discount... And also i'm trying to make an arrangement with them, to install new hardware more quickly. As currently it takes 4-7days to upgrade our hardware; as they waste a bunch of time with contracts, red tape, and payment before even beginning installation. And that's no good! We need to upgrade real fast if the site is under heavy traffic - we'll worry about the paperwork afterwards. So i'll see what they say about that.

I forgot to mention the other day, that Carlos finally got our SSL certificate changed to the correct name. So that looks way better... And we seem to have picked the most anal of all SSL companies; they take the verification to epic proportions; they have so many requirements it's unbeleivable. But we've jumped through all those hoops, and that's that!

Next we're working on additional payment processors, and Carlos is looking into opening more bank accounts. And we may have a solution for an account in the US... But it's early days with that, we'll see how it goes!

Also, Carlos is getting real chummy with our PayPal account manager. They might remove or substantially decrease our rolling reserve & other fees soon... Which could be interesting, as it'll unlock a huge block of capital that we can then put into a bank account; and potentially use as leverage to open a merchant account. Which may then facilitate credit card deposits / cashouts... But again, early days there - but the potential is interesting... As we grow a bit more, and sit on more and more assets - it'll definitely open doors for us. So that'll be interesting.

* I was playing with the distribution percentages today trying to get an even curve for the top groups. It'll change again tomorrow (or Sunday); as i'm pretty sure one of the 50's will jump up to 100m.

Oh, and i've seen the first working demo of our new login process. We're just building the PV version, and then we'll put both of those live at the same time.

So we were offline all day yesterday, which frankly I blame on iweb, as they took forever to install the new server. So much for their 4hr deployment advertisements - that took over a week! Subsequenly we ran out of space on our SSD waiting for them; so we had to take the site down ~12/15hours before the server was even ready (and if we had the opportunity, we would have timed the downtime better to one evening over the weekend, when traffic is low anyway)...

But anyway, our new server is all configured, and moving everything over has apparently saved/reduced 100GB for some reason or another. Taking our DB size down from 250 to 150GB (with indexes) ... The programmers have also configured our cloud backup system, and they've made some adjustments to the database itself; breaking it up into 1 file per table, rather than one enourmous file for all tables. Along adding partitions to a few sections to reduce the load of certain queries.

The downtime has obviously nulled yesterdays turnover / result cards; but nobody will have missed any ads - as we extended all the timers on all active ads. So that's good, we don't have to refund 35,000 users manually! And we skipped the BAP tax & Daily Account maintenance fees yesterday. So all in all - that event has passed relatively well, all things considered.

Today, I am not doing a full on ad issue; instead i've sent a flat issue to all users with 1600+ BAP, totalling $0.40-$0.50 worth of ads. This is designed to placate the masses with absolute minimum cost. Which will allow us to save up for a nice big week on Monday.

And with the downtime, our active users has spiked down quite notably - likely as people didn't view their activation ads the last 30-40hours or so, and subsequently their account is temporarily inactive... Amazing what 24hours does! So I want to give people chance to get back onboard, and get everything rolling again, before we issue worthwhile money that people will be annoyed if they miss out on. Then we'll get back to the big issues from Monday.

* I'm not sure what my plan for tomorrow is yet; see how it goes! Might do a half issue; just to resume a level of normality (plus get the distribution percentages setup ready for next week - as the top groups have all changed) and if everyone gets a small ad day; it'll make Mondays look even more impressive by comparison.

OTHER NEWS!

- The first iteration of the Shareholder control panel might be ready to deploy later this week. Apparently the basic functions work now; we just need to create the user interface.

- The new login process is also nearly done. And the login pages look awesome. Very smart.

- Rayner says all the graphics for Multiplayer Poker are with the programmers. He's doing a bunch of little things for Damien & Lucas. And then his main job will be Slosumos slots.

- We have setup a subsidiary shell corporation + bank account in the US for PaidVerts. And we're now working on accepting credit cards. Assuming we get approval; that could be ready in a matter of days --- and then as fast as the programmers can build the interface + ID submission stuff (anti fraud) verfiication system. We can begin accepting Visa/Mastercard for PaidVerts... I'll update you on that as I know more - but the installation may take a little while; as the programmers are crazy busy as you know!

- And now the server stuff is hopefully out of the way again, for a week or two at least, Paul and Daniel can resume their sole focus on Multiplayer BAP poker. I don't have any ETA on that right now - i'll ask them for a ballpark figure later this week. But I don't think they know to be honest --- especially with us distracting them every 5minutes with emergency maintenance tasks / bugs!

- I'm speaking with an animation company about making a bunch of videos for MTV + PV... They're responsive; so the next step will be to get them to understand our business model + functions; so they can make videos about it!
I'm planning to make about 10 videos; a basic overview of PV + MTV. Then a bunch of mini videos explaining individual concepts / sections... How the Fast Track Queue works. How to buy an ad. BAP groups perhaps.... And all that stuff. I need to define all that this weekend (or at least the first one!)

- And I was looking at the FAQ's ... and none of the user submissions are all that great really. And they're not detailed & to the point enough; answering the questions people always ask... So I'll have a go at that myself when I get a bit of time / motivation!

- I'll go through the cashouts next; and thereafter i'll go through the mising deposit support tickets. And if there's time later - i'll have a look at some of the other tickets. Otherwise do that tomrrow like always  cheese

Anyway... super busy! Lot's happening. And we're looking good. Share price is also way up there... $0.23-$0.24 now. ($2.30-$2.40)... I wonder if we hit $0.40 by Christmas?

Paul has sent his bill for hours logged since October 3rd, for $8000 USD. Rayner has also sent his bill for recent work;

Then there'll be a bill of $7504 for Carlos, Jo and Antonio (lawyer) salaries for all of November.
So that's a $24,744 total overheads to date; which i've just added to the PV product on the portfolio.

The dutch guy has sent us the next version of Blackjack, Paul says on the surface it looks good. But he needs to review all the code before installing it etc; so he'll get back to us later this week with regards to that. And then we'll pay the Dutch guy his $3k, and line up the next project! (Perhaps fixing Shut The Box, to finally make that work playing - as that's a cool game, but currently ruined by the flawed competition structure)

Paul is resigning from his current job, and should begin working for us full time before Christmas. Likely beginning / middle of December. So that'll be awesome!

No news on the shareholder control panel yet; but i'm hoping the initial version of that will launch towards the end of this week. But we'll see how it goes, i've not seen it yet; and there'll likely be feedback!

We're still waiting on the new login process from Damien. That should be nearly ready; if Rayner has submitted the graphics for the PV version also.

The programmers are working on various coding things to improve our lag issues. We're going to move the ad view process to REDIS, as that's what's killing us at the moment. And we're going to do some work on the MTV portfolio & a few other queries that are pretty intensive.

* We're also going to extend ad recycle times to ~48hours or so, until we resolve the lag issues. As we don't want you to lose ads as a result of our website issues.

Furthermore, i'm trying to force the programmers to expand our hardware; whether it's specifically necessary today or not; I want it in place for our upcoming growth. I've sent them this proposal - let's see what they say.

We're going to give everyone the day off!

Paul is currently working on extending all ad timers by 48hours. And then we're going to close the View Ads section entirely for today, to give the programmers chance to fix the speed issues. Aiming to be back to business as usual tomorrow.

But the slow website is compounding the problems at the moment; as users are trying again and again and again to view their ads. Which is making our traffic & DB usage even higher. Slowing things down even more than normal. And pissing everyone off even further in the process.

So let's give this a go!
