How did you get these codes? Legitimately? 2nd hand sellers? The problem is your account has little reputation here so no risk if they are dodgy..

Don't bother buying. He refuses to go first and escrow....so he's a scammer.

Don't be stupid...escrow won't "ruin" the cards so stop using that excuse. Don't try and sound humble when you're a scammer. If you're not, then tell everyone you'll use an escrow, which I highly doubt you'll use.

what i meant by ruin is if the escrow checks the card then the card is redeemed...dont you know anything about gift cards from amazon??

Every single transaction on this site uses an escrow and this is the first time I've ever heard of someone saying that an escrow will ruin their gc. You are just a scammer. >:(

Escrow at no point has the card. Escrow will hold the bitcoins. You would send the card afterward to the buyer. The buyer would then verify the card works then escrow would release the coins. If you do not send first or offer escrow 0 people will buy your card.

that leaves a open gap for the buyer to lie and say the card does not wrk and ripps the card off and received bitcoins back...duh man think about stuff before you go around accusing and posting shit , just cuz alot of people scam doesnt mean imm trying to scam. i have 2 giftcards from my birthday and was told this was a good forum to maybe sell them. geeesh

First and foremost escrow is to protect the buyer. Also that is the reason that using a real human as an escrow is better than an automated site. The buyer will have to prove the cards do not work. You will prove they are legit. (A cc statement or reciet will suffice.) let's hope it never comes to that

This may be a good place to buy them (but most people want to trust them without showing any credentials whatsoever), but I'm not sure that from a seller's pov the same can be said. There may be other better places to sell them if you know your merchandise. I will buy and offer up to 90% face value as long as I'm satisfied with seller's credentials and proof of legitimacy and if they beat mine I will also pay first.

I can not inform the mentally ill. But I'll try. Escrows can apply the Amazon to the account, or that isn't even needed. Or you can just hand the code over to the buyer. If you don't like this, then you send first to a trusted user. Stop replying, you got caught trying to scam and it won't happen. Don't try and act ignorant and make excuses.

Who sent you the email for the codes?

Where did your special ladies get the cards from?

Title: Re: (WTS) 2 amazon gift codes

one is from my aunt and the other my god mother and im sure they used their credit cards , it was emailed right from www.amazon.com

Quoting that in case anything changes.

Giving you the benefit of the doubt. You would be able to ask them to check on Amazon to see if the card has been redeemed. There solves your problem of being afraid a buyer might lie to you.

The above statement shows that you @Gyfts know very little if anything about Amazon gift cards. And this comes from somebody who goes through serious amounts of Amazon gcs every month. Other than this, your fight is your own business, but I'm happy to watch and learn....

Funny you say "fight your own business" when you don't even know what is going on. He wants people to go first, and not use an escrow. If you don't want to use a 3rd party escrow, use a p2p escrow. Seems like you didn't respond to my earlier comment about chargebacks....because it is the fact and no one should use PayPal with strangers. So your experience seems to mean nothing.

What I said is that this is your own business..I don't know what's between you and what pms you've exchanged. What I wanted to point out is that you do not know how Amazon gcs work, and still you claim that escrow adds value to the transaction.
Also I actually responded to your other "approximate assumption" and you seem to frequently use these instead of actual knowledge, so you please check that thread first. I do know what I'm talking about, both in terms of Amazon and Paypal (this doesn't mean that I support the practices of either company) because I use them daily and also due to the nature of my work I had contact with their technology, so please let's just say that I know more than you do on this particular topic. Plus as I said it multiple times before I happen to have real credentials that would recommend me as a 100% trusted business partner, something that over 99% of the people around here can not say. This is not arrogance...just facts that can be proved easily.

If you can prove that these are legit and willing to send first after I'll present my credentials, plus you have a verified PP account, I could offer you right now 85% face value, w/ my payment due within 2 minutes of receiving and redeeming cards (we can do one at a time) AND I will also send you proof of funding source so your risk or chargeback is 0. If you want to do this over the phone in real time, you just pm me you phone # and I will call right away. Let's see who will beat this offer :)

Although I strongly disagree with Gyfts' "approximations", looks like s/he was onto something. Either way why would anyone take twice as much cut if they really knew their merchandise and didn't have anything to hide. Still not pointing any fingers yet, but putting my money on Gyfts' nose...
