Hi all, I just Bought Doom from Bit-Keys.com for 0.097 btc and thought I should sign up to give credit to OP here. The Serial Key turned up straight away and worked just fine. Steam was offering the game at 0.175502 BTC (80.58 USD) and Bit-Keys.com is still listing at 0.097 BTC (44.54 USD).

Paid 0.0737 BTC for a doom day one edition key, the order has been confirmed and I was told I could find my key under my account on the invoice page, it's been a little over 20 mins already ("★Faster deliver: Average delivery time is now below 30 seconds after payment for all items in stock") and I haven't received the key, was able to receive emails about the invoice and account info but haven't gotten anything else...

Will follow up if I do or don't receive the key so far the experience has been nerve racking as I didn't even realize I could pay steam directly in BTC, and I had a few laying around which was why I even decided to get the game.

Based on the reviews I've seen from other people here I decided to go ahead and give it a shot though.

Key isn't anywhere to be found in my account page.

I finally got my key, all be it after about 8~ hours after my purchase, so the instant delivery didn't quite happen I did indeed get the key.

I'm curious if bit-keys can fill me in on why instant delivery didn't occur on this one?,
And it wasn't just a delayed email as you say you can also download em from the account page which there was no key on?

Ordered overwatch origins edition, recieved key after one confirmation as first time email used. Recieved key in the form of an image, am worried about what happens if someone accesses your back end and sends email to battlenet with prove of ownership? Other than that, good service, consider it a 9/10 rating

After your 3 spam complaints in all 3 threads, i took a close look in this matter. You have used a trashmail account which anyone can enter and it looks like it get cleared. Normally we don't send key to other addresses than used. But I want to sattle this case. Please provide us an current e-mail to get your key again!

I tried requoting the invoice immediately after but the button was not working. My order says it has timed out, however my Bitcoin wallet is displaying that I completed the order. Well it's wednesday now, day 3 and no card, no reply to email, nothing.
Another scam crypto website, what a fucking surprise.

A few minutes after posting the above text I sent one more email to see if I would get a reply and finally a reply came and after sending in my invoice ID I got the email with the code.

I already tried adding the code to my account and it works fine.

So it's not a scam, it seems, it just has issues with orders actually going through properly.

I hope they sort that out because there aren't a whole lot of options for buying wow cards with bitcoins out there.

Bought overwatch origins edition off the site,
Received code didn't work/was unclear, so I asked Blizzard Support.
They confirmed the code was messed up, and pretty much advised me to stay away from the site.

Looks like I can't get a refund on the website, but exchanges and reporting non-working codes are allowing within 24 hours.

Looks like another failing Bitcoin business. They took my money but something went wrong and I did not get any code. I emailed the info address several days ago but have not gotten any reply. According to the web page it was in stock and should be sent instantly.

This just happened to me, I used bit-keys website a month ago with no problems at all.  Still havn't gotten the key Overnight.

Please make sure, that your key is in stock! These keys say "Delivery time 1 minute". Otherwise it says "Unknown" as we can'T predict when games will be back in stock.

I ordered a copy of Overwatch last night, it says "Delivery Time: 1 Minute" now and it said the same thing when I ordered it.

bit-keys sent me a PM and a week (and one reminder message from me) later I got the code. I'm happy that I wasn't scammed, but the response time leaves much to be desired. They apparently didn't read their email but bit-keys said their system was improved last weekend. I might still use them again, mostly because they are the only supplier who accepts bitcoins and who I think aren't buying the codes using stolen credit cards. The first time I used them it worked flawlessly.

Last weekend I stopped outsourcing the support. I thought this would be great to improve response time, but it made more problems that it solved. All support is now handled by me again.

Please make sure to settle the invoice within the given time-frame, otherwise it could come to long delays due to our payment-provider

This depends on the Bitcoin network. In average, every 20 minutes a block is found and transactions confirmed.

The above order was placed November 23rd and still hasn't arrived, today being December 8th.

Basically if you get your order right away with the automated system on that page you'll be alright.
But if there's ANY problem it will take WEEKS to get the code, if you get it at all.

I just checked my email today and I can confirm that I just received the code. I'll remove my accusation now against bitkeys. Try checking your email maybe they just sent everyones code this week.

I think they're currently having some issues. I ordered on May 16. The order confirmation mail came on May 17 multiple times and again on May 18.
The website is currently down and I haven't got the code until now but I believe they're working on the issues.
