you'll probably have to use --diff-multiplier 256 with ccminer.. i'm not sure how the switch is called there, it is --diff-multiplier for cgminer and should be something similar for ccminer

As a miner who owns his own rigs I like it. It runs 10% cooler then x11 does for my GPUs. I wish every coin used fresh or qubit. Sadly I am guessing I am in the minority on this. Anyone who mines or rents out their rigs should love those 2 algorithms. Less electrical usage and cooler temps. Maybe they will catch on but given the fact that people don't like change I doubt it.

We do consider this FUD. We are a team of five professionals all with different lives, jobs, and roles. Nightmare is our project. My name is Dustin Croft and I am in charge of doing the PR for Nightmare. Including removing any and all FUD that tries to deface Nightmare with false claims. We never denied that we used some of SDCs code. We have given them credit in our OP and in our COPYING file on Github.

We will be doing real development for Nightmare. We have already added several bug fixes and feature improvements. Our main focus of development will be working towards a decentralized exchange for all to spend their NM at. We have been looking into OpenBazaar (The old darkmarket now renamed as OpenBazaar); which is a P2P marketplace. You need to get the public key of an address from the person you are sending to. They will be able to provide it to you. (You can find your own public key by typing in one of your own addresses in the first top field).

Yes, we were able to find that link still online. We did notice they removed it from their actual navigation on their site. We will try getting a hold of them today to see if they can fix their links.

A lot of devs think this way but the price of a coin is about supply and demand. Waiting till there is a huge supply that will out strip the demand is silly. Getting on an exchange early only damages shitcoins. If your coin is so great then getting it on an exchange early will help it's value. Sync was on an exchange from it's first day. Didn't hurt its value.

This new coin looks pretty damn cool. I am a web developer with css, html, and javascript under my belt. I am willing to help out if there is a graphic artist willing to help out with some designing. I will work for free or for minimal coin :P.

Every day, there are many Web Developers that die... from lack of work. #HelpADev

I can help out with making a nice clean looking faucet if someone will do backend coding.

Anybody got good settings for mining with a 7950 ? I mined freshcoin with the fresh algo and best I can get is right about 3m hash. Im running the card at over 1100 core 1500 memory . My 7790 does 1.33m stock settings. I suppose I can work at my ratio a bit after my last round of messing with the overclock. I know I can push the memory higher, I suppose I will raise the vcore and up the core voltage to even out the ratio. Im mining @ intensity 20 as well.

I sent pm to do the giveaway plus we can translate into Mandarin the OP as well. We also had a really good dev do our block explorer/richlist for our coin today too we can highly recommend him. :)

Anybody hashing with me on supernova check your miners. The pools invalid is 443 out of 1796, I have 0 invalid. Fresh doesn't run your cards that hard so check for hardware errors and high temps. I'm still mining this simply because I would only be mining fresh coin otherwise, nothing else is profitable. I have not reviewed any of his source yet but it seems like plenty of people have and its taking from a lot of other peoples work. Now that's ok if it its open source and credit is left due to them and just wrong not to do so.

Can you prove this? It is very similar to DarkWallet's open sourced stealth.cpp...we have no problem giving you credit. The github will be updated later today. You were also already credited in the COPYING file and on our OP.

Also you may also want to update your sendto api, you should never change hardcoded APIs...we can help submit a commit to your github if you are interested.

And just as a side Note.: i dont make anything from this 1% pool fees, i only Charge the fees so i can pay back to the miners in case of a fork or some Problem.

I mine myself on my own pools, but i choose coins i make pools for.. I dont add every coin, This coin did nothing wrong.

There has been only one point which could be even close to something being a scam, which is that some copyright notices were removed (or replaced). This is a common error in open source due to oversights when using a search/replace tool. As long as this is promptly corrected (which it has been as far as I know), there is nothing wrong here. A mistake was found and then promptly corrected. There is no need to be a dickhard about it and make multiple accounts to bash Nightmare. THERE IS NO SCAM HERE and if you actually cared about protecting people from a scamcoin, you wouldn't be wasting your time here, you'd be out there finding many things which are actually very scammy, yet you are here instead.
